Casa Luca

Great place and great food. Courteous employees. In my opinion since last time I visited it has come a little down or today was a bad day. My son and I ordered the main course to go (so we can enjoy desert) and they never brought it back, therefore I forgot. I order a water with gas that never came. And it was not rush time at 4pm.

Food was nice, the ceviche and the bass. I didn't realize the bass was ONLY a piece of fish, NO sides :O add a large bottle of sparkling water, an aperol spritz and say goodbye to $100 :O But, I had a not so nice reminder of the ceviche the next day, with terrible diarrhea (rating was 4 stars before this, now downgraded to 2 stars)

The place is beautiful decorated, very detailed and amazing ambience. The tuna tartare with bone marrow melts in your mouth. The takitos of ribeye were very flavourful. We had the chillo and the 32oz ribeye with the rice, both perfectly cooked and the mix of flavours was superb. It is a hidden gem!

The place is beautiful, the employees were very nice, the dessert was the best of the night, the lasagna was excellent but the steak we ordered it medium well and it came out done as you can see in the picture😭 it was still good though, I highly recommend checking that up. Overall it was a pretty good experience, the music adds a good vibe too.

We had an amazing dining experience thanks to Felix! He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and every dish he suggested was absolutely delicious. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Highly recommend asking for him if you want top-tier service!

We were walking to Plaza Central and I told my husband I wanted a nice restaurant. He found this place which was a 5 min walk. Boujee from the entrance. The restaurant was so beautiful, beautiful is a understatement. Because the service was impeccable. Our waiter was patient and really helpful. The casa Luca cheese bread is a must have. But the food. Omg was like orgasm in your mouth quite literally. I enjoyed everything about this place. I wish I can enjoy more but my time was short in SDQ Definitely recommend. 1000%

I think it's just expected here in DR to have a slow prep time for any restaurants. Everywhere i go from the fastfood at the mall to requesting food to my hotel room, everything just seems slow. let's talk about the positive about this restaurant. My appetizer, main entree and desserts were delicious! Clean bathrooms and very friendly employees.

What an amazing restaurant—definitely in my top five in Santo Domingo. This place combines stylish design with cultural touches, offering different dining areas, an outdoor section, and a very nice bar. I tried two dishes, and I was particularly fascinated by the "Plantain Ravioli with Short Rib Stew"—a truly unique dish that I’ll definitely come back for.
