"Set in a 130-seat, tavern-style space named after the owners' teenage son, Casa Luca operated for five years inside the former Againn space and served Le Marche–inspired fare: cheese and charcuterie, flatbreads, homemade pastas, and grilled meats and fish, along with rotating daily specials and lower-priced wines. The wallet-friendly spot featured artistic touches including hand-blown glass lamps and hand-printed textiles (it’s unclear whether those will remain). Casa Luca closed on Saturday, August 4 and will reopen soon as a downtown branch of Sfoglina after a few edits to the space." - Tierney Plumb
