Great little cafe in the perfect spot in the Albayzin. The employees were friendly. The pastries in the glass counter were beautiful and very good. It’s fun to try a few new pastries that are typical of Spain. The cafe resembles a diner from the 50s. I recommend it!

We visited the place for our afternoon snack and found this place with good reviews.
We ordered 2x pionono, apple pie, and 2 sponge cakes. It took us a while to order, and to receive our order, they forgot the apple pie, which we had to follow up on. Also, when it came to payment, it took us a while to get our bill, and we had to go to the counter to get the payment settled.
Overall, it was an okay experience: nothing extraordinary, but a great deal when it comes to the price. Definitely try and perhaps you will like 👍 their products

The best Piononos in all of Granada.
This charming little bakery located on a intimate local square as some of the best pastries in town. Their piononos are the best we tasted in Granada and their eclairs rival most French bakeries. Definitely pay this little place a visit to satisfy your sweet tooth. It’s well worth the walk up the hill and you can easily buy some treats here before heading out to one of the viewing points to see the city and taste the goodness.

Piononos!!! I am hooked! I disagree with those who gave this place a low rating for their service. I speak very broken Spanish and they were super nice and helpful! It is true I was the only foreigner here and all the rest were local. But doesn’t that tell you how good this place truly is?

Went to WC and wanted to buy coffee. Woman who was working there almost break the door. She shouted in my face and called me puta while I was trying to give some money for the toilet with 5 euros in my hand. Travelled 48 eight countries and never had such restroom experience, especially having in mind that this was a touristic area.

Tried the piononos for the first time and they were delicious! They were creamy, moist, and not overly sweet - just perfect. It’s a great place to grab dessert and cool off after exploring the Albaicín neighbourhood.
