"It’s a delight to see entrepreneurs like Sungeun Pei succeed. At Casa Pei, she highlights cuisine drawn from her mixed Korean and Chinese heritage. Her parents are in charge of preparing the wontons (a dish that previously hadn’t received enough attention in Madrid), which are served with sweet and spicy soy-based sauce. There are also outstanding dumplings and a fresh spring roll salad worth checking out. Pei sources specialty coffee from Toma Café and cakes from the nearby La Deseada Coffee. The fried wontons were absolutely spectacular — crispy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The dumplings were good, though I’ve had much better ones around Madrid. The matcha, which I tried both hot and cold, was just mid in quality compared to other spots in the city.

Food wasn't bad, but It wasn't spectacular either... Average White wine but quite expensive. The place is rather small and the tableware and furniture really basic. I really don't understand reviews saying this is the best restaurant in Madrid.. It's OK and not so expensive that's It.

Casa Pei+ is my go-to spot for a Saturday noon lunch in Madrid. The dumplings à la plancha are simply phenomenal — perfectly seared, flavorful, and consistently excellent. The wonton fritos are just as impressive: crispy, satisfying, and hard to stop eating. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with nice, simple furniture that makes the space feel relaxed and unpretentious. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable. I highly recommend arriving before 13:00 to secure a table, as it fills up quickly. That said, even if you end up waiting 30 minutes when it’s busy, it’s absolutely worth it.

We came for a casual lunch on a Tuesday, we were really lucky that it was fairly quiet and no queue. I really loved the food, we ordered beef dumplings a la plancha, fried wontons, pork dumpling soup, kimchi pancake and side salads. It was the perfect amount and very flavoursome My favourite was the beef dumplings. To die for The service was very friendly and efficient too

The food and ambiance were great but overall, the experience wasn’t good, the owner and waitress were rude. The owner brought the bill without us asking for it and said “you have here been for a long time” when we were still finishing some of our drinks(We were there for like 3 hours and we ordered food and drinks) so we really found her actions rude.
