"It’s a delight to see entrepreneurs like Sungeun Pei succeed. At Casa Pei, she highlights cuisine drawn from her mixed Korean and Chinese heritage. Her parents are in charge of preparing the wontons (a dish that previously hadn’t received enough attention in Madrid), which are served with sweet and spicy soy-based sauce.
