We absolutely loved this restaurant—everything exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food and the pricing were both excellent. It’s authentic Sicilian cuisine served in a beautiful ambiance. The arancini appetizer was the best I’ve ever had, and the grilled fish was perfectly prepared. Be sure to try the mussels—the sauce they’re served in is simply outstanding. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a restaurant this much. We were truly amazed by our dinner experience. They also have a fantastic wine list with very reasonable prices. A heartfelt thank you to Panos, the manager, and the entire team for a wonderful evening.

I had heard good things about this place and was finally able to stop in for dinner. We opted to sit outside, and there was plenty of seating. Mateo, our server was high energy, friendly, and offered very helpful drink suggestions. The Paradiso was refreshing, it’s a little on the sweeter side, but was nice. We enjoyed some warm bread while we waited. The food came out pretty quickly, our appetizer was toasted gnocchi. It was pretty good, but a little under seasoned. The grilled sea bass was ok, a little over charred and bitter, but the broccolini was cooked perfectly, however it was also under salted. The Sicilian hot honey pizza was pretty disappointing. The dough was a nice light texture with a good chew, but the pizza toppings can only be described as a little soft and wet. I am a fan of hot honey, but this pie was drowning in regular honey that was not spicy. There was no heat in the flavor profile, and again, the seasoning was missing. Overall, Mateo was great, and our meal for two of an app, a pizza, an entre and 5 drinks was $200 mostly well spent. Sidebar, I took the leftover pizza home and added chili crisp and Parmesan and baked it and that was quite tasty!

I had such high expectations for this place knowing it’s a sister restaurant of Tge Columbia which we love but it was a disappointment. The restaurant was mainly empty when we arrived and were seated promptly. We ordered tiramisu martini and fried gnocchi. They were both good. The cocktail took forever to arrive and knowing there were only 4 other people in entire restaurant seemed weird. The main took longer to arrive. We ordered gnocchi and lasagna, it was mediocre. We ordered the dessert and it took 20 mins to arrive, it was special of the day pistachio cheesecake. It was average. The service is extremely poor for very empty restaurant and food is average. Do not recommend!

I really enjoyed the cozy, inviting decor and the open-kitchen layout—it added a nice energy to the restaurant. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Our server came off a bit brusque at first, but she became friendlier as the meal went on. The calamari was a standout—generous in portion and packed with large pieces of squid. For my main course, I had the Zappone’s Linguine. It was just okay; the clams were a bit mushy and didn’t quite surpass my expectations. I would come back again, though!

I tried the Arancini from Casa Santo Stefano for the first time during an Italian Festival in Tampa and made it a mission to go to the official Ybor City restaurant whenever possible (I live in Tarpon Springs). We visited today for lunch, and the experience was good. The ambiance and decor is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is great and very attentive. When it comes to food these are my small critiques and observations: The focaccia bread they serve at the start is delicious, but should come with some olive oil and Parmesan for dipping. The cocktails were okay. The Apperol Spritz was definitely a letdown and will not be ordering again if we go back to visit. The Tiramisu Espresso Martini was delicious but tasted like a Puerto Rican “Coquito” with no taste of either tiramisu or espresso. The arancini was as fabulous as it was during the festival and I highly recommend this appetizer. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and ooey gooey on the inside with the perfect filing of bolognese, melted cheese and peas. For entrees we had the bolognese pasta, which was a generous portion and the red sauce was very tasty, not too sweet or acidic and cooked Al dente. Fiancé gave it a 8 out of 10. We also had the Rinaldi Casarecce pasta dish and that was a bit of a disappointment. What sounded to be a creamy white sauce pasta dish turned out to be a very garlicky pasta dish with Al dente noodles but in a sauce that was extremely watery and oily and not creamy at all and did not coat most of the noodles in the sauce. The taste was okay, lots of sausage and peas, but it needed more flavor and thickness in the cream, maybe some red pepper, and for the light cream sauce to be much creamier and thick/different consistency and to coat all noodles into the “cream sauce” instead of leaving them in this basic watery oily garlicky sauce. We were sort of full from the appetizer and entrees, so we did not get to order any dessert, but if we do drive an hour back to Tampa we will definitely try the tiramisu or cannoli. Overall a solid Italian restaurant. And having an Italian mother I am very picky with my Italian restaurants, so I’ll definitely come back and try other dishes.

I liked the attention of the manager, I don't remember the name but he has excellent customer service and Kevin's attention was very good. Recommended for a special event, you can spend an average of $40 to $70 per person!

Last night was my 7th or 8th visit to Casa Santo Stefano since they’ve opened 4.5 years ago ~ one of only two restaurants I truly love in Ybor City. I’ll be honest, I’m not usually a fan of Ybor, but this place keeps drawing me back for all the right reasons. Our server, Carlos V., was attentive, kind, and never made us feel rushed. He took good care of our table and added to the overall relaxed atmosphere of the evening. I enjoyed a refreshing Lemon Drop Martini, followed by an Espresso Martini, and ended the night with the Kettle One Blueberry Lemon Spritz, which were all delicious! I usually stick with my go-to: the seabass with broccolini (though the grouper is equally phenomenal). Both are consistently prepared to perfection. A friend ordered the white pizza topped with spicy peppers, another one ordered fried calamari ~ absolutely delicious, and the eggplant appetizer was another hit. We also tried the gnocchi with shrimp, which was flavorful. It was an early birthday celebration for 1 of our friends, and Carlos kindly brought out a complimentary dessert. While it wasn’t our favorite, the gesture was appreciated. One thing I truly value about Casa Santo Stefano is how accommodating they are when it comes to splitting checks. Sadly many restaurants in Tampa limit payment methods or force even splits now (regardless of what each guest orders), Casa makes it easy and stress-free ~ something that goes a long way in making guests feel welcome. The space itself is beautiful and spacious. We initially had a rooftop reservation, but it was closed for a private event. The team seated us downstairs, and we were more than happy. The décor feels authentic and warm, and it brought back wonderful memories of my recent trip to Italy and truly made my heart happy!

Yelp
Check out Casa Santo Stefano! What a vibe! The food is delicious and fresh! Starting with the calamari, the best that I've tried. Then Caesar salad, fantastic, the Grouper and chicken parmigiana are incredibly tender and delicious. Chris is a gentleman and a very talented bartender. I tried the Old Fashioned and Chris surprised me by making a really good one. Thank you for the great service and great food. I can not wait to see you again!

Yelp
Today was Our second visit to this charming restaurant Casa Santo Stefano, a Silician restaurant owned by the Columbian family, Gonzmarts. It is becoming a new Tampa/Ybor City favorite!m for us! Thankfully our darling waiter, Gino let us know how generously sized their sandwiches are. WOW! HUGE!!! Their Italian sausage sandwich on Cuban bread was excellent with their handmade potato chips. Their side mixed salad was one of the best that I ever had! For dessert we ordered their cannoli's. By far one of the best that I have ever tasted!!! We will definitely be returning...since they weren't busy yet, I enjoyed perusing the old photos from the Silician families who landed here generations ago.

Yelp
Andrew the server was great! Attentive and accommodating! The food was good...the saving dish was the Rinaldo with spicy red sauce added in. The Vongole was a huge disappointment with a lot of grit from the clams. It was a check done type place for us. We love Sicily and had high hopes. The decor has Sicilian feel but can be spruced up a bit.

Yelp
A great venue for classic Italian severed in an upscale well appointed restaurant. Service always great and attentive and the menu choices varied and extensive. Even the bathrooms are well appointed (I can only attest to the men's room)

Yelp
Enjoyed a beautiful evening with great food, ambiance, and amazing service in Ybor City. The hostess Kayleana gave us such a warm welcome and although we didn't have reservations (highly recommend getting those) she offered us great seating where we could see and enjoy everything, to include the wood grills the wonderful chefs prepared the awesome dishes on. Kendall was also awesome and suggested great cocktails and food. It is neat to see the history and enjoy amazing food.

Yelp
10 out of 10!!! Wow this place was good. Amazing service. Beautiful atmosphere and food...chef's kiss! I came with a group of 15 tonight and everything was on point! I had the sea bass with spinach to eat. So good! I had the Sicilian sunset to drink. And for dessert, a delish Italian cake (not on the menu). Great experience! Totally recommend!

Yelp
Even in Ybor City, right in Tampa, you can find a good Italian restaurant. Yes, you can get a pizza and a sandwich. But step inside a few others and you can find a real home-made Italian Meal. And when you come to Casa Santo Stefano you will find cooking the way it is made in Sicily. It is made like typical Italian fare, but here it is with the touch of what you might find in Sicily. More sauce. More garlic. A touch of heat and spice. It is what you would find there but you have here in Ybor City itself. We went inside and were given a seat. It is good to have a reservation even for lunch sometimes. The team was great. The young man was ideal. Started with beverages and suggestion of what we might find for today. Once he came back with the beverage we asked more questions. He is in no rush. You can take your time and prepare to stay for some time to eat, talk, and enjoy. The first thing we decided to have was an antipasti of meatballs and another of the grilled sausage. This was a good way to start. The meatball was made fresh. It was cooked in a sauce they are famous for. This was a delight to have. As for the sausage, this is not a big sausage. It is the round sausage that a true Italian knows of. This was grilled in oil and half a lemon. The flavor of the cooked lemon was different. It was warm and tasty. Dip in some bread and it was good to have before the entree. As for the entree, we did start with a fresh Lasagna. Had to have that. It is what you expect if you made it at home. It had around 3 layers and was filled with cheeses and sauce. A good size to share. Which we did as we sampled everything we ordered. Next we had home-made Gnocchi alle Verdure Fresh potato gnocchi tossed with cremini mushrooms, broccolini, baby spinach, peas, garlic and shallots in a light cream sauce with Pecorino Romano cheese. This is alone a meal that four people could share as the pasta course. Of course, had to have Linguine with Clams. This was sautéed and simmered in white wine, fresh grape tomato sauce, shallots, garlic, spicy crushed red pepper. Again, heavy with garlic and some might want it lighter. But overall it was something to enjoy. the clams were fresh for the day. Finally, had a traditional house dish...Pasta alla Norma. Made with Sicilian Casarecce pasta, fried eggplant, house-made tomato sauce, garlic, grated ricotta salata cheese. This was a meal you could not stop having. Perfect. After the fresh meals and courses, had to finish with an Espresso. It was freshly made. This was not from a store. This was from the espresso pot itself as you find in Italy. It was a good size amount which is ideal if you like a good espresso. Casa Santo Stefano is a good place to find in Ybor. You might never know it was there. It is off the main street just behind a famous restaurant Ybor is know for. The selections are good. The team is helpful. The prices are great based on the amount and quality of the food you will be having. We liked it so much, we shall have a family event there later in the year. Buona!

Yelp
Hands down, this is my favorite Italian restaurant in the Tampa Bay area, out of several I've tried. And that's saying a lot, having been born and raised in New Jersey. I've been here twice now, and both times the service and food were amazing. Shout out to Becca, our server, who really made our evening special and took extra good care of us! The ambiance is wonderful, great for a special occasion, and very romantic for a date night. 100% recommended. Please leave room for dessert - it's worth it. My favorites were the tiramisu (some of the best I've had and close to what I make), and the cannoli (the filling was freshly made with a beautiful flavor). Make sure to make reservations well in advance. Arrive early for parking - there's a lot across the street from the restaurant, but this can fill up depending on the time of day. Please note - the tiled floor is slippery to walk on - the only thing I didn't like - so please be careful when walking, especially in heels and make sure to assist those who may lose their balance.

Yelp
I'm so thoroughly impressed with last night's dinner we had here. Every single item we ordered was delicious. From the appetizer meatballs and calamari, to the Caesar salad, to our seafood pasta dinner to the dessert and coffee. The building is beautiful and amazing and our server, Britni, was attentive, funny, but not too much. She paced our meal beautifully. We love this place.

Yelp
I came here for lunch on Mothers Day it was my second time and first time for my group. We started off with Calamari Fritti (so good and loved the zucchini strings that come with it) and the Mussels "Lazarra". My mom couldn't stop talking about how good and fresh the mussels were. For entrees, my mom and grandma split the Linguine Frutti Di Mare (they even split the dish into two serving dishes for them) it had clams, shrimp, lobster and squid in it. They both really enjoyed this. My son has the supremo pizza said it was good and I had the tortellini dish with shrimp and scallops this was on their Mother's Day menu and I don't remember the name of the dish but it was good. My mom and I really enjoyed their red sangria too! I was looking forward to their pistachio gelato for dessert but we got a tiramisu to go (which is soooo good) because my son had to get to work! Service was good. She welcomed us and went over the history of the restaurant and some of the menu items. She was attentive and so were the other staff members. It was a nice Mothers Day lunch and everyone enjoyed themselves. My mom is already planning her next visit there after being introduced to it.

Yelp
I cannot put into words the amazing food and service I received here. My server, Kevin, is just simply AWESOME!! The assistant manager Panos went over and beyond my request. Rosario and Maurizio the chefs came out to greet my family from Sicily which made the experience non plus ultra!! Will return again and again. The most amazing place for celebrating occasions or just a romantic moment. Thank you Casa Santo Stefano

Yelp
What a fabulous dining experience! First of all, the restaurant is gorgeous and really big. We had an excellent server who was so friendly, so willing to make the entire night great and was also very funny. He was very knowledgeable on the menu and was patient with my indecisiveness! To start, my party ordered the Tostata Taormina, the Valenti's Burrata and we had Focaccia Bread. Everything was delicious and tasted so fresh. Enjoyed all of them. As my entree I went with the lasagna and I was pleased with my choice. The portion was nice and the flavors were just so good. To drink I ordered the Sicilian Aperol Spritz and when my server noticed I didn't quite like it he helped make it a little bit sweeter for me which I really appreciated. Afterwards it was great and I was able to enjoy it! Overall, great place. Great food, ambiance, and service -- can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I LOVED this place from the second we walked in. So much character, so much to look around at and enjoy! Our service from Pablo was over the top outstanding, even though they were packed and busy. We had two appetizers.....the calamari with zucchini and the eggplant. Never before had we had such a great app as the eggplant that was sliced thin and topped with the amazing red sauce. I ordered pollo Parmesan for my dinner and there was so much that I took half home. I recommend Casa Santo Stefano. Such a fun, lively place.

Yelp
Casa Santo Stefano in Ybor City/Tampa is nothing short of excellent. Great food and drinks are matched by the atmosphere, staff, and service; super Wine selection. My wife and I, co-workers, friends and family always enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend a visit. Only wish they'd bring back the marinated & seared Octopus appetizer! Cheers!

Yelp
First time trying this place, we made an 8:15 reservation and didn't get seating until about 8:40 which was a little frustrating but the place was PACKED. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and wine list and the food came out ridiculously fast! The food was yummy but it wasn't the best I've ever had... But the ambience was great, and we especially loved the guitarist walking around playing/singing! Fun place to visit if you're celebrating a special occasion!

Yelp
Very nice Italian restaurant in Ybor next to Columbia. Lots of parking. We had a Carnival special menu Bracioluni which was braised flank steak with sausage and cheese, and pasta, very good. Look at the special menu for carnival. The grouper fish was too tough, almost was going to return. Server Gia was fabulous. Most highly recommended!!

Yelp
I was here with my son (he's 19). We love chicken parm (I know, very basic). Nothing stood out about it. The sauce wasn't my favorite and the chicken tasted weird to both of us. Also, not part of the meal, but please don't give me 2 small slices of focaccia bread with my meal. Give me bread I can dunk in the sauce. While my review isn't really positive, I want to be fair and say the place is beautiful, a big parking lot and an extensive menu. Since I went based on reviews, it might be a better experience for you. Just don't order the chicken parm.

Yelp
Went here this past Saturday for the second time. The first time was for my sister's birthday and this time we were going to a play in the area and decided to have dinner here first. Our server was Kendall and she was great. My dad had gotten the pork chop our first time and given me a bite that was delicious-I had my mind pre made up that that was what I was ordering. They have a 1 or 2 pork chop option so my dad and I decided to split the 2. I ordered a side of potatoes to go with mine. When Kendall brought the meals out she had the kitchen split the entire entree between me and my dad-pretty sure they gave us normal size side portions to both of us which was really nice so I didn't need the side of potatoes only-but we still were given those as well. I got the grapefruit basil smash drink ( I think it was called) with tequila added (I really liked it!). My sister and mom ordered the specialty drink that was a blood orange margarita ( think the name started with a P) but neither of them really cared for it. My mom got the hot honey pizza and my sister ordered chicken Marsala-both were great...the portions are very good size as well. We ordered the cannolis to go and all of us agreed we have had better cannolis at the Little Greek restaurant...more chocolate chips in those ones -really really enjoy Casa Santo Stefano and will undoubtedly be back in the future!!

Yelp
The Casa Carnevale menu is amazing! Had the Linguine Granchio and finished off with the Biscoff Gelato. All parts equally amazing. Have a LOT of fun and sit at the pasta table in the heart of the restaurant!

Yelp
This is a review of their rooftop bar. I came here for a PanCAN Tampa Bay celebration. 1905 Family of Restaurants donates every year to PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer. I was already primed to like this place because my friend, Brett N.'s, five star review popped up for me when I was looking into this place. I didn't expect to be as wowed as I was. First, their drinks are amazing. I got the Paradiso, which is a blood orange margarita made with fresh blood orange juice. I'm a weirdo who loves freshly squeezed juice and was recently disappointed at a local fine dining spot that they didn't have freshly squeezed orange juice. Here they do and they put it in this amazing margarita. Even though I didn't really taste the tequila, it was strong. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Future Christina, get this drink every time. We had a variety of food. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat most of it since I don't eat pork, but I did get to try the Margherita pizza and the Scacciata Siciliana. I usually avoid carbs, but I ate four pieces of that pizza. It is to die for. It is so thin, perfectly seasoned, and not too much cheese (which is a weird thing to say, but trust me, it works with this pizza.) I wasn't planning to eat much, but I ended up devouring this pizza. My son who is a notoriously picky eater actually ate three slices. I was floored. The rooftop is gorgeous. There are seats inside when it is too hot (like it was for us) or if it's raining. There is free parking in their parking lots. There are two giant parking lots that they have signs that they're Columbia and Casa Santo Stefano parking. When we got there at 5:30 there were tons of spots. By the time we left around 7:30 there were no more spots in the lot I was in, but there's another lot behind the restaurant so there could have been more spots there. Regardless, I love that this place offers free parking when most parking in Ybor you have to pay for. The service was also spectacular. I was in the restroom with my two young sons and one of the servers helped my son wash his hands. She said she was a former preschool teacher. That was really sweet of her. I wouldn't have had my kids here except to pass them off to my husband when he was off of work. However, everyone was so nice to them and made them feel welcome. I will 100% come back. This place exceeded all my expectations.

Yelp
Excellent, authentic Sicilian food (I was born and raised a few blocks away)! Great service! Returned for a special birthday dinner for our 22-year-old grandson. The food was wonderful. Veal Scalopine, Merluzzo, Pasta bolognese. All main dishes were excellent. But for me, the true proof of the kitchen was with the sauteed spinach with olive oil and fresh garlic side dish. It is so easy to overcook spinach so that you might as well have just opened a can. However, this was done perfectly... not raw and not overcooked. It was right on that edge of just begin done. Still hot when it arrived! Someone back in the kitchen has some great timing. Very nice wine, espresso, Amaretto sour and Nonino's Merlot Grappa. The Blueberry Lemon Spritz mocktail was excellent. Our server, Britney was extremely professional, efficient, courteous and new just the right mix of being a great server and giving us space and adding some very nice personal interaction (her grappa story was great)! We will absolutely return for more special occasions!

Yelp
Casa Santo Stefano thank you for the oh so good food. Thank you to Stefano, our waiter/server who has been with the establishment for six months and hails from Italy, SanDiego California, he was great and so nice! Such a wonderful ambiance! The bread they start you off with is mouth watering and amazing. The 1925 Manhattan is such a delicious drink. I ordered the Pollo Marsala and it was great. i loved the Marsala sauce, the chicken and the tasty mushrooms! Parking is across the street from the restaurant and there are ample paces especially if you can beat the crowd during certain times. This establishment is a must when in Ybor city!

Yelp
Restaurant is super nice, definitely for the more well dressed. Food is fresh and everything is great. Service is a tad slow but nothing ridiculous. Pasta tastes homemade. Prices are a bit high but nothing out of the ordinary for this level of food.

Yelp
This is some of the best Italian food in the Tampa Bay area - the restaurant itself has such a nice family-style feel to it, while still feeling more upscale. We dined here for a friend's birthday and they were able to accommodate a larger party without issue. The only thing we didn't love was that if you are part of a larger party you can only order from a select, smaller menu rather than the normal dinner menu - I don't think anyone from our party was aware of this beforehand. The menu options weren't bad, and the food was still delicious of course (nobody had any complaints and the quality of food was still 10/10). We are planning a date night to go back so we can try the entrees that we had our eyes on from the regular dinner menu though. The rooftop bar area was also really beautiful - it made for a great picture spot and it's a great place to get together with friends and loved ones when the weather is nice (which is 90% of the time in Florida lol)

Yelp
Will return. Love their tiles: colorful and beautiful. High ceiling, brick walls, really good ambiance, service and food. Lovely stems. Warm bread. The mussels and grouper with pesto is delicious. The tiramisu is to die for. The roof top is nice but the view is so so. The water in the bathroom is painfully slow. What do they have in the hand soup bottle?

Yelp
We've been going here for about 5 years now and never been disappointed! Food, staff, service and ambiance are all amazing! We absolutely love the calamari, lasagna and gelato. Those are our go to's every time. I love their 1925 Manhattan and usually get more than one ;). The lemonade is fabulous too! Every server has been great but our fav is Amber. She knows our order every time and even accommodates a special spicy pasta dish for my hubby with a side of their sausage appetizer. I can't say enough amazing things about Casa Santo Stefano. Even brought out of town family here and they loved it too! Said the fish was delicious too. Can't wait to go back and fill up on our favorites.

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance indoors and on the rooftop. There is also a large parking lot right next to it. We decided to sit inside because of the heat and I loved getting the front view of the pizza oven and the kitchen area. Our server was attentive and the food was very tasty. This is a nice restaurant for a date night or special occasion. One of the things I admired was that they were running a promotion where they gave 5% of the profit of your meal to a charity of your choosing. I love an organization that gives back to their communities!

Yelp
The server was so nice and attentive. She checked on us multiple times, had great suggestions. The calamari and other appetizers were delish. I had the chicken Parm and loved it ( couldn't finish it, big portion), my friends had caesar salad and a meatless pasta dish and had no complaints. We shared the lemon cake and yummy. We made this place our monthly friends' dinner spot and we will continue trying new things.

Yelp
The food here was incredible! We ordered some appetizers to share and no regrets with any of the items we chose to try. Our waitress (can't think of her name now, blonde, very sweet, formerly a barista) was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great insight. Restaurant is gorgeous inside and out. Will definitely go back if I visit Tampa again.

Yelp
My family and I came here to celebrate the ability to see each other. It is rare that we are all in town and can get together. My cousin is named Stephen and so it felt fitting to dine at Saint Stephen's house. The food is exquisite. If you love Italian food, this is the place. I luveddd the ambiance. It is such a great vibe and beautiful aesthetic. My sister and I were in awe of all the ancestral pictures on the walls toward the restrooms. The service is also great, as our waiters were punctual, friendly and informative. We hope to make this a regular spot for family get togethers.

Yelp
The menu was condensed due to the grill being "serviced." Overall this place has a lot to offer from good flavor foods to a good wine selection. They has a musician playing live music and walking around which is a nice touch but at times was difficult to hear the table. Drinks: The wine selection is very vast and has a lot to choose from. The blood orange marg is a miss and bland- so not get this- the sparkling beverages they offer are good and give a take on a spritz. Ordered a lemon drop to be safe and fortunately it was good. Food: The toast gnocchi is delicious but it arrived cold which was a bummer. The burrata was phenomenal and a must get! The Arancini was also yummy but the sauce to dip it in was cold which was unexpected. The minestrone soup was very flavorful and had great portion sizing. The chicken parm was good but the pasta that came with it was hard and tasted slightly undercooked. The bread that was deliver with the food was more well done than expected, if this is the intention I would not recommend. Service: The waiter was super nice and pleasant, but not sure if because it was busy, took him a while to return for follow up questions or refills, until the end of the meal. I think this experience was a miss and not what was expected based on other reviews.

Yelp
Amazing. The food was seasoned perfectly and the service was on the ball all night. Took my stepdaughter here before the comedy show at the Funny Bone and this restaurant didn't disappoint. I would recommend viewing their menu online before visiting. There are many choices and although you will still want to ask for their specials or recommendations, knowing what is on the menu will help with being able to enjoy more of the experience.

Yelp
The Gnocchi alle Verdure was SO yummy! The Gnocchi had a creamy cheesiness to it - so good! I added blackened chicken to the dish which took it over the top! The atmosphere is great and they have a great limoncello cake and coffee to end the evening on the best note!

Yelp
Came here with a larger group for my birthday and it was great! The ambiance is perfect for a larger party since it is quite spacious and a bit on the louder side. The decor is super cute! Love the overall vibes. Service was very nice, everyone was super sweet. The food itself was really good, but nothing spectacular. Good portions and no complaints! I would go again, especially for another celebration.

Yelp
Finally made it out to Casa Santo Stefano after many recommendations. Made a reservation for a Friday night, and was seated upstairs in the outdoors area. I didn't realize it at the time, but the menus vary from the first floor seating, but was told not by much. We ordered the sausage appetizer, which took a little longer than expected but the manager was nice enough to comp the first one. It was so good, we ordered a second one! For entrees we ordered the linguini with clams and the sea bass dish. All around, good food, live music, great service!

Yelp
This place is simply fantastic. It pays tribute to the Sicilian influx into Tampa back in the early 1900s. The food is authentic but still suited to an American palette. The ambiance is upscale but still old style family dining. The service will rival any restaurant in Tampa. It's truly a great addition to the already fantastic food scene in Tampa. Every dish is amazing. My family recommends them all.

Yelp
I had a great lunch date catching with a family member at Casa Santo Stefano's. We had a 1:15 reservation and was seated upon our arrival. Our waiter, Drew, was very kind and patient as he answered our numerous inquiries and made recommendations. He also did not rush us as we sat and conversed amongst ourselves. Drew consistently checked on us and provided refills. I enjoyed the seabass with broccolinni, which was grilled to perfection. The top was flaky, and the bottom had a little crisp and with the perfect amount of seasoning for my tastes buds. The portions were a good size as I we both took our leftovers for later. After our meal, I inquired about upstairs, which was not yet open, but I was allowed to go up and explore the area. We can't wait to return for some brickk oven pizza.

Yelp
Talk about some good food right in the heart of Ybor ! This place is fantastic and one of my favorite new additions to the Tampa area. If you are someone who has lived in Tampa all your life like me, then you have seen the changes that have taken place here with the restaurants. Ybor has changed so much and I am here for all the change, especially if they keep adding great restaurants like this one! We have been here a couple times to celebrate some birthday dinners and every time we have gone here, it has been excellent - from the customer service with the server to the food to the ambiance - it's a great place ! Some of my favorite appetizers are Antipasti Salumi E Formaggi a/k/ cheeseboard with olives and meat :) this is so good and full of flavor! Tostata Taormina a/k/a bread with some yummy sauce and cheeses. My all time favorite entree is the Zappones Linguini Con Vongole a/k/a linguini and clams! This is amazing and something I order every time I come here. Overall this place is great! You feel like you are Italy when you walk in and it helps that the building they are located in is a historic building in Ybor! The place is just great and it's one of my favorites :)

Yelp
Outstanding! Walking in the door you immediately feel the authentic decor creating a great atmosphere. This was easily the best Italian food we've had in Tampa (NY transplants). Maddie was our server and she was great, we never felt rushed. We had the lasagna and chicken parm with fresh homemade pasta. Both dishes were amazing. When it comes to Italian food, it's all about the gravy and Casa Santo Stefano knocks it out of the park!

Yelp
We recently had an amazing dinner at Casa Santo Stefano in Ybor City to celebrate this crazy, beautiful life we have together. Everything was spactacular from the cocktails to the Italian Sausages and our favorite, Squid Ink Pasta w/ Grilled Octopus ! Y'all, when you come here, you've got to request the "Chefs Table". It's the best seat in the house with a front row view of all the action! Service was impeccable, shoot out to Kevin for taking such great care of us.

Yelp
I've been here a handful of times and it never disappoints. The mixed drinks are delicious. I've gotten espresso martinis and old fashions and both are great. I've had several pasta dishes and last time I got the pollo marsala. It's always great! Next time I'll take more photos of the food and drinks.
