Great location! Street full of restaurants right across the street and we walked to the beach and ocean dr easily. The rooms were definitely older with more wear and tear than in the pics but ours was clean and had everything we needed. Great for the price.

Marvellous location on Espanola Way, just a few minutes from South Beach and close to several restaurants and cafés. The atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings is charming, beautiful even on rainy days.

This is a great hotel to stay! Super convenient and nice location, just a few minutes away from the ocean beach. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Delicious coffee in the rooms and you can always take water and towels in the lobby. Friendly stuff. I would highly recommend this place as well as the French A La Folie Cafe right next to the hotel.

Casa Victoria Orchid is a lovely, charming hotel in a great location. We stayed for only one night on our way home from Antigua via Miami. The desk staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was not long enough to enjoy the amenities like the bikes and the pool at the sister hotel. But the location at the end of Espanola Way was perfect. We enjoyed a wonderful late night dinner at a great restaurant (Mercato della Pescheria) and the following morning we had an easy walk to Lincoln Way. This was our first visit to Miami and our experience at Casa Victoria Orchid made us want to return and when we do, we will definitely stay there.

I stayed here June the 3rd. The staff is very kind, attentive and smart! My room was perfect. Had everything I needed, even the coffee from a brand that I also use at home :). Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from in or outside. Staff is very accommodating.

Google
Perfect location on Espanola Way. Close enough but far enough. Rooms are great, free bikes a cool feature as well as their partnership with another hotel with a pool. Always stay here when I come to South Beach 1-2 times a year. ||||Only complaint is no full size ironing board. Same complaint every time. Seems like an easy thing to fix.

I wanted to share what a gem this little boutique hotel is. From the hospitality of the front desk staff (Aida, Wallace, and Rachel, and another beautiful young lady in the evening who checked us in) to the valet outside of the hotel, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are so artsy and pretty, and so many wonderful cafes outside of the hotel in a beautifully lit outside area. I'm definitely returning and hopefully soon.

Yelp
Casa Victoria Orchid Hotel in Miami Beach is a great place to stay in the middle of everything. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have created here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have the best stay.

Yelp
Loved this little hotel. Right off española way and walking distance to the beach. Gave me Island vibes and felt like I was truly in another country. It's not for those who want a fancy hotel. But it was perfect for a beach summery staycation.

Yelp
Stayed here in feb 2021. Amazing location. No frills hotel. Had coffee and croissants available. We also got free breakfast at a local restaurant (which was basic). Nice front desk staff. Can't beat the location. Got an amazing deal on bookings.com

Yelp
I can't wait to go back to Miami and book here. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness is outstanding. You won't regret staying here. My son and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

Yelp
BEWARE OF THIS DISAStERIOUS HOTSEL!!!!!!! People please never book at Casa Victoria Orchid hotel within highest cost of staying where it has lack of mannerness and services... it was never ok for guests being mistreated by rudiest staff Ethan works for this company under Casa Victoria Orchid and Espanola buildings from same street around corner........ My husband and I used to be living on Espanola Way it was extremely disgusting and annoying to watch how it turns out like a big joke...... When I lived on same steeet next door to this hotel I asked them to use restroom somehow two workers gave me dirty look from front desk they told me no, I am sorry there is no way frovanyone can use this building for restroom..... after that time, I had to wait until an hour when someone finish with shower from our place only had one bathroom.. I find it so ridiculous for being mistreated. No one should be treat like dirt from Y staff where they works from building the ho was supposed to serve for what guests booked before they come in town... True nightmare service! Go to somewhere else book excellent one where it has above four to five stars for hotel check under yelp or TripAdvisor.. Thankfully goodness, we moved away from this nastiest neighborhood from our old apartment building nest fo thei hostel!,,, Keep your eyes open wide don't let Tami drivers , uber nor l y f t drivers fool you about bad hotels, just go with your guts for safety...enjoy miami if you are in town!

Yelp
I was so nervous about booking here as I had also read on tripadvisor that they sometimes overbook and send you to their sister hotel. We arrived at 11pm on a Friday night and were thrilled to get upgraded to a suite. As we were only staying 1 night we didn't require the kitchen or dining room table or 2 bathrooms, but it sure was special, especially since it was my birthday! The room was spotlessly clean and the complimentary beverages at the lobby was a nice welcome after a cross country flight. Staff was friendly and the only reason I didn't give them the 5th star is that the building is definitely not ultra quiet. Other sites reference that issue, but with the excellent location, European flair and super comfortable bed and pillows, it would be my first choice if I was back in Miami Beach.

Yelp
Location: walking distance to everything. Bikes available, included in your resort fee. Major restaurant/bar action less than a block away. Interesting watering holes within 5 min walk: Havana 1957 & Repour. Price: I paid $150 on HT, which didn't include the resort fee or taxes. Fitness: gym at sister Hotel Victor was fairly decent. I was able to get most of what I need done. Most of the time it's not busy before 10 am. Airport/transportation: bus #150 runs on Washington and takes you from/to the airport. Fare was $2.65, as of April 2016. Took about the same amount of time as SuperShuttle but one eighth of the cost. Save your mula and blow it on the booze. Room comfort: room was spacious and clean. Big bed and nice TV. That being said, * windows have seen better days * thin walls so you can hear what your neighbors are doing * as other reviewers have noted, floors have tiles, not carpeted. Ask for top floor if you don't like people walking over your head or dragging chairs around. I stayed in room #305, a corner unit. * TV was set on the side wall so it's at an angle. Probably use satellite so the image was rather grainy. * in some rooms, AC blew air directly to the opposing wall, where the headboard was. I got a running nose from all that cold air when I was sleeping. Lastly, the 'free' breakfast was rather thin, leaves more to be desired. The hard boil eggs were slightly under. Overall, a pleasant stay, despite if a few hiccups.

Yelp
This hotel is tucked away on one of the most famous streets in South Beach. The look and feel is intimate and inviting. The hotel staff is really friendly and accommodating they offer free breakfast and discounts to area restaurants the also offer free bikes and access to beach chairs which is a huge bonus!! Also the rooms are very clean and spacious.

Yelp
This was actually a really good find. We came down for an overnight and had our 13 year old with us. We weren't super opposed to the main hotel scene but we're also ok with keeping it low key. This was our first time on SoBe during spring break, and the scene definitely changes. Anyway, the hotel is the perfect balance between fun and chill. The street the hotel is on is out of this world. It's hard to tell if you're in Latin American, the islands, France or Italy. It's perfect. The hotel is a short walk to the beach. Or a little longer if you want to get the proper SoBe experience around 8th street and a little south. Lastly, the parking is incredibly convenient. This is a major plus on SoBe for sure.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to stay in Miami beach off of Espanola way. If you're looking for loud traffic with half dressed youngsters walking the streets all night then this place may not be for you. This is for the grown & sexy! The rooms are renovated very nicely. You get small complimentary breakfast foods, complimentary bikes beach chairs & towels. The beach chairs could use an upgrade though...wasn't happy about receiving the same broken chair twice when I got to the beach...grr...hence the 4 stars & not five. It's always clean each time I visit. The suites are very roomy with full kitchen & 2 bathrooms. The regular rooms are nice also both with comfy beds. Espanola way is right outside the door offering great restaurants live entertainment and a fabulous atmosphere for hangin out with your SO or dinner & dranks with the Girlz! Love it.

Yelp
Reserved and paid in full well ahead of time but got turned away at the door due to "overbooking". They comped us in a crappy, dirty, noisy hotel that wouldn't rent for 1/3 the price. Dispute filed with CC company.

Yelp
Let me start with praising how kind and lovely the staff is... my flight out of JFK was delayed by 2 days due to a Nor'easter and the staff at Casa Victoria was more than happy to extend my stay in Miami Beach by 2 days to make up for that flight cancellation at no extra charge. This hotel is fantastic and very clean ; It is located on Española Way right in the heart of Miami Beach ... very easy to get to from the airport. It comes with a continental breakfast (major plus), free bike rentals, beach chairs, towels, etc etc. I can't wait to be back and I look forward to staying here during my next visit :).

Yelp
Perfect location right on Espanola Way and just a few minutes walk from Lincoln Rd. and the beach. Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but our room was already ready, so we were able to get in there early. There was a bit of a computer issue when we arrived though, so it took a while to check-in, and the front desk receptionist must've ran my card 3-4 times. The rooms were a good size and clean. For the location, the price could not have been better - and that included a free, albeit small, breakfast. The hotel didn't have any additional amenities but had two sister hotels right by the beach. We were able to use the amenities (gym, steam room, spa) at those two locations. I didn't bring my workout clothes, but I ended up using the steam room once and the showers once after a day at the beach. We were still allowed to make use of the amenities even after we checked out of our hotel on the last day. My complaints: The rooms needed more lighting! Also, the pillows were too thick. Both my friend and I ended up with sore necks, because we weren't used to sleeping on pillows that were so high. Lastly, we checked out at 11am, but our flight wasn't until 9:45pm, so we kept our bags at the hotel - though they were generous in doing so, I would've liked it if the bags were kept in a secure area instead of in the common room where anybody could have taken them! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely look into Casa Victoria Orchid again if I'm in Miami.

Yelp
This hotel left a lot to be desired. Mostly I'm bummed because they "lost" the item I accidentally left behind in my room. Unfortunately I left my favorite dress hanging in the closet and when I called, they said it was nowhere to be found. They kept making excuses, and telling me when I should call back. I've called a handful of time but I have to face the fact that it's gone... The staff is pretty unprofessional, the breakfast was not great, etc. If you get a great price, and don't leave anything behind, I guess it's not so terrible.

Yelp
I should have read these reviews. Looks like all the bad ones are the customers who got to the door to find out they didn't have a room ! Same happened to me . They do put you in their sister hotel but I had actually called ahead to make sure there was a room and all was set. The girl that I spoke to should have been upfront . Very disappointed. It looks cute .... but just because you book it early and prepay apparently doesn't mean much ... just know you might be staying on ocean

Yelp
Never in my life have I experienced something as atrocious as what I experienced when our taxi cab pulled up to Casa Victoria Orchid. Let me preface this by telling you that we booked our reservation two weeks in advance of our arrival through Expedia and received a confirmation immediately. I barely had a chance to open up the door to the taxi, when we were approached by Amanda. She told us to stay in the taxi that we were being sent to one of their "sister" properties. I told her that we booked with this hotel, that this is where we want to stay. She told me that our room had maintenance issues and was unavailable. I did not believe a word that she told me. The manner in which she spoke with us, you knew that it was a rehearsed skit that she has said over and over again to many guests. I told her that other guests could be relocated that were going to stay at Casa Victoria Orchid. She told me that all other rooms were already occupied and that they would put us up in their "sister" property, Hotel Ocean, on Ocean Avenue. I told Amanda that we deliberately booked this hotel on quiet Espanola Way because we wanted to be away from all the raucous action and loud noise of Ocean Avenue. We are in our 30's and wanted a place where we could get a decent night's sleep that would be quiet. I also informed Amanda that we had dinner reservations a block over. She proceeded to pull out a pre-stapled wad of 10 $1 bills. She removed the staple and handed it to me to pay for my cab ride. Are you kidding me? Do you really think that makes up for what you're doing to us? Not to mention that it would only cover one direction of a taxi. I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me that no managers were available on site. She called one of them, and told me that they would be available tomorrow. How do you have the audacity to boot guests from a hotel without even having management on-site? You have to know that issues will arise. You cannot expect your guests to be happy about the situation. Prior to booking at this hotel, my husband and I read reviews of Casa Victoria Orchid both on Yelp and TripAdvisor. Most reviews were wonderful, but we did see some reviews that spoke of the exact situation that we encountered. We really wanted to stay at this hotel, so we booked anyway, hoping that the reviews were a fluke thing. Judging by the sheer number of people this has happened to, and the well rehearsed lines from Amanda, this has happened many times before. Victor Hotels Management group (which owns Casa Victoria Orchid and others) regularly overbooks this property so that they can fill up their other properties. This is a scam and needs to stop. Given that it was a Saturday night, and we had just traveled all day, my husband and I knew that we were forced into staying at Hotel Ocean. We were and still are quite upset about how we were treated and that we got bumped from the hotel that we booked and pre-paid for. I made sure to call Expedia that night before we went to sleep. Expedia is a well known company that I trust and I was astonished that they would do business with a company such as Victor Hotels Management. I wanted to get it on record with Expedia of what kind of practices a hotel they regularly do business with was practicing. Whatever you do, do not book a hotel run by Victor Hotels Management. You will surely regret it. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. They don't deserve any.

Yelp
I would love to tell you something about this hotel, the staff, the room, the bed... But we never got that far. We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived they informed us that they had over booked and that our room had been moved to their sister hotel "the edgewater" on ocean. We booked this hotel because we liked the nice quiet street. The edgewater is right on ocean and very very loud at all hours of the night. I would never in a million years have booked at the edgewater. They pulled a total bait and switch on us. I would only recommend booking here if you really don't care where you stay. They clearly knew their inventory and over booked anyway. Super annoyed and supper disappointed. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Yelp
We stayed for 3 nights at this super cute boutique hotel! Newly renovated, tiles, plantation shutters, fishbowl sinks, recessed lighting. Very comfortable king bed with brand new flat screen tv. We had a view of the cute courtyard. It's sooooo private and romantic. My hubby and I spent some very quiet QT there and we loved it. Perfect location on espanola way with restaurants right outside the doorstep. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Sooooo pleased! We will be back.

Yelp
The hotel is located at the foot of the Espanola Way. The location is away from the extreme party scene of SoBe. A nice place to relax away from the crowd but just a few blocks walk up to the beach. Affordable and a great value. The hotel has only 2 floors with a studio type of rooms with a nice European flair. We were lucky to be one of their first guests when they opened in 2013. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The guests get a complimentary use of bicycle as well as beach towels and chairs. One of the best boutique hotel experience I had in Miami. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Very good place to stay in Maimi. The bed and room very clean. The reseption guy very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

Yelp
Awesome hotel! I'm not one to post on Yelp but I really want to make sure others know about this gem. The Hotel: A boutique-style hotel located on Espanola Way. It's not a high-rise, as it's only three floors tall. The lobby is just a small desk, and there is just a small courtyard with seating and a seating area inside where the continental breakfast is held. It's really quaint and cute. The Location: I think the best part about this hotel is the location. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. It's located on Espanola Way; for those who are not familiar, half of the street is closed off and lined with restaurants with outdoor seating. You walk out of the hotel and you're right in the midst of great restaurants. It's close, but still far away enough to miss all of the noise. To be honest, we didn't hear any noise from outside our entire stay. The hotel is about four blocks from the beach - about a 10 minute walk - not bad at all. The hotel is also a block away from the main street Washington Avenue - tons of restaurants, shops, and markets. Perfect to grab groceries for the room, and it was easy to get my nails done late one night. Three blocks away is the lively Ocean Avenue by the beach which is lined with restaurants and nightlife. We walked there for dinner a couple nights. And lastly, it's about four blocks from Lincoln Road, which is basically an outdoor mall with shops and restaurants. I can't say enough about the location - it was perfect for us and you really don't need a car. Even if we wanted to go a little farther and didn't feel like walking, it was less than a $10 Uber to the best places in Miami Beach. The Room: So happy with the room. Best way to describe it is a mini studio apartment. Our room had a king-sized bed, a kitchenette with microwave and decently-sized mini-fridge, large flat screen TV, and a desk. Our room had a mini balcony as well overlooking Espanola way (not sure if all the rooms have a balcony). Bathroom is pretty spacious and shower is nicely tiled with an amazing shower head ( great water pressure, too). The floor of the room is entirely tiled and everything is pretty much brand new; cabinets, appliances, etc. This is the first hotel room I've ever stayed in that made me forget that other people have stayed in this room before me - there wasn't a skeevy part in the entire room. It truly felt like a mini-apartment. My only complaint about the room is that there weren't any dressers or drawers, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for our stay. There are closets with hangers, however. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room absolutely spotless each day, and they also worked around our schedule to clean as sometimes we didn't leave the room until late afternoon some days. Amenities: We didn't get to check out the sister hotel, pool, or gym during our time there so we can't speak to those. However, we were really grateful that the hotel provided beach towels, chairs, and beach umbrellas. The best was that they provide free bike rentals. We took a really nice bike ride along the beach boardwalk and marina - really recommend it. Continental breakfast was average but does the job. It had toast, mini muffins and pastries, fruit, coffee, yogurt, cereal and a waffle-making machine. For it being complimentary it's just fine. We're definitely going to stay here again. It was the perfect hotel for us as we felt completely private and unbothered in our own little "apartment". No noise, no problems, immaculately clean room, and you can't beat the location walking a block and being in the heart of South Beach with everything within your reach.Cannot beat the price point either! I've seen other reviews saying they were redirected to another hotel but we honestly didn't experience any problems like that on our stay. Highly recommend this little gem.

Yelp
Gorgeous modern rooms. We got upgraded to a suite on arrival. Toiletries were provided and staff was friendly. Located on a quaint street one block away from lots of restaurants and nightlife. Coffee and tea available all day. Easily walkable to the beach and other Miami Beach attractions.
