First time here was passing by n wanted a quick refreshing smoothie!! Was not quick at all😱was waiting in line wit 4 employees in the store wit no line no customer waiting outside for about 12m. Did not have the fruit I wanted😲I ordered something else 🔥 waited 8more min for my order. If you wanna hit them up come with enough time to wait😴I did say was first time n Overall there was no extra effort for customer service. The smoothie was good 5⭐✨ for it but customer service was bad specially when you not from around here n they assumed you know the deal 🙏 good luck to y'all..

SUPER DELICIOUS!!! Once you try it, theres no going back. You just can't stop, especially during the summer heat! Everything tastes fresh, their service is fast . There's always a long line outside (especially now during covid-19) but it always goes quick. Amaizing customer service. Totally the spot to get something to cool off with.

1st time going to this place. Everything i got was very delicious, their service is also great. Loved it...wish they had other locations.

Its good but not as good as way back when the menu was larger and much better. I used to love the natural shaved iced cups from there. People that knew it from way back will agree. I even overheard someone say the same when i was waiting on my order.

Best place to get quality Mexican ice cream

Huge fan of their smoothies. They are bright, fresh, delicious, and garnished so that you feel like you are holding a piece of art. They also offer the Make Your Own (MYO) option, pick any three of your favorite fruits for your own masterpiece. My personal favorite - Strawberries, Blueberries, and Mango makes my day every time. Highly recommend this place.

Yummmyyy I had the sunrise something smoothie with orange, carrot and pineapple. I also ordered a bionico. I liked it all. I hope they don't add sugar to their smoothies. It was sweet and yummy but I wondered if they added sugar. Does anyone know if they do? My friend got the melon smoothie and he said, "Oh, I'm getting another one." I got home and those fiberous fruit friends worked my colon. The papaya and apple and all that got me having to use the restroom BAD. I was CLEANED OUT and my insides were clean as a whistle. I was duetting Mariah Carey with my booty.

Been going to this place for 3 years and today I went in spend over 100 dollars on raspados they have raised there prices and the quality has declined they put less coconut and strawberry even tho you spend so much they also expect you to but a cup carrier I'm so this was my favorite place for Raspados.

Drinks are bland and very watered down. Prices are high and definitely not worth almost 6 bucks for a paleta. staff is pretty rude and you will have to wait outside so be aware. You're pretty much forced to wait right outside otherwise you will miss your number. They should also let people know it's cash only since I had to stop by atm just to pay as they don't take any other form of payment which was an inconvenience.

i love it here, they never disappoint! also yall should try getting vanilla ice cream blended with your smoothie its deliciousness, especially if you like that milky base

VERY RUDE MAN WHO TAKES THE ORDERS, BUT SHEESH THEY ARE SERVING SOME AMAZING DRINKS! SERVICE: 0/5 okay, so right off the back the man upfront taking orders is not very nice. There was no hello, what would you like? Just a blank stare of "What do you want???". It was my first time here, and possibly the last due to the service. Why the high rating might you ask? Well, the friggin drink was phenomenal. However, to myself, I feel the places I'm/ my significant other is giving our hard earned money to, needs to be just as good as the items we are purchasing. After he took our order and shooed us out, he didn't ask us what we wanted in our bionico that we ordered. We went back in, and asked. It came with papaya, banana, strawberries, granola, coconut shreds, raisins, and APPLES. .. My boyfriend is allergic to apples. The man refused to change the order, so we just took it anyways. Most places tell you if you want what in it, what kind of cremes, but here they didn't say anything. But, I guess after paying, they make up the order for you and that's just what you have to take. Lol FOOD: 5/5 We ordered 1 pina colada, and 1 bionico. Ah. My drink was pure heaven. It was NOT super sweet, had chunks of coconut, and I added dragon fruit (my favorite) which reaaallly SET IT OFF, GIRL! *my mouth is watering* LOL. The bionico was just okay. I felt terrible my boyfriend couldn't eat it, so being the great partner I am, I ate that too. You know, one for the team. LOL. It was decent, I'm used to the creme being white vs red. It was too sweet for me, but I really wished they changed it so my boyfriend could enjoy it. However, I'm not seeing other pictures and they have a choice between crème and yogurt? Why not tell us that?! Ugh. ALL AROUND 3.5/5. I wish the service was better, so we could come back. When my boyfriend asked the man (who only speaks Spanish) if we can do half pina colada and half dragon fruit, he had a major attitude about that as well. Which I don't understand why, because ALL of their drinks are mixed. Maybe he was just having a bad day? Then, rushing us, then refusing to change our bionico order......was just the end of it for us. . Why not just take out the dang apples? It's the little things, right? It would've took 5 seconds to do that, and now that costed him two customers. Yes, it is still our loss because I truly love the drinks but how and where I spend my money to people w/manners, means much more to me. He reminded me of my rude uncle. Anyone who has older Latinos that are set in their rude ways, in their family- gets it. IYKYK. Anyways, like most family- come at your own risk! You never know what type of attitude you may get when you show up! ;) haha.

Came here with my GF on a windy and cold day , yes even on a cold day I go crave their raspados. Words can't describe how delicious they are with the perfect amount of chili, sweetness , and citrus flavor that will fulfill your summer or sweet cravings . This is one of my favorite places to go to in Los Angeles. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. Food: 9.5/10 Service: 8/10

Either they don't know how to take down the order or they just don't give a fuck and they fuck up your order I asked for no Chamoy and they still put Chamoy on my drink

Never misses! Love the #2, the diablitos and the chocobananos. Only annoying thing is their line set up but I can get passed it. Look to pay around $7 for the drinks. They're worth it. It's usually clean inside the since people have to wait outside for their stuff !

Their raspados are amazing. I love their smoothies and their handmade ice creams. I recommend the bubble gum. Their are quick and they have great customer service.

Go to spot beats any other locations that try to be like this one. Been going for over a decade...maybe more. A South Central staple.

I can't believe I ya ain't reviewed this place since I practically live here every summer. They have tons of paletas, smoothies, ice creams and other refreshing treats to stay cool during the summer and throughout the year. I love trying different things off their menu. I love the watermelon smoothie and the coconut covered paleta is one of my favorites. However parking can be a bit tight since the parking spots are pretty small. Overall is a must to check them out. The staff is super friendly however during the summer months you can expect a long line.

Place is overrated. They upgraded the store but the customer service has remained poor. No one welcomes u and only has one cashier for the huge line. No seating areas and never has small cups. It's been a year that they haven't restocked on cups so they make u pay for large only. Their excuse is that they haven't found any available but clearly that haven't checked the alleys or Costco.

Ordered their nachos which they charged me $4 for when they only had nacho cheese at the time. Lady handed me my order and this is what I got. Not to mention I asked for a reasonable amount of cheese and the man said it would be 2 dollars extra. My nachos were barely coated and most of it was chips!

Found this spot on Fourth of July and decided to try it out. I got a diablito each cost about $6.50 which is super overpriced because it's the small size. This has the definitely been the worst I've had in my life! And trust me , I've had a lot of diablitos. Usually they use a mango smoothie as a base , sometimes they even use mango ice cream, unfortunately they use pure ICE,WATER, AND CHILI POWDER!!!! So after you've ate the pieces of mango off (mango wasn't ripe either!) all you have left is ice and chili powder. Super disappointed! You might as well drive some blocks down & go to the Alameda swampmeet where there are far more better options.

I was craving fruit, however, I wanted a good clean establishment to serve me corner fruit stand without the corner lol. I found this on yelp and I head off to check it out. It's a small but clean place and you can see them making your fruit and smoothie right in front of you. They take credit (No Amex) and cash. It was fast and efficient and the best part is they cover your fruit with a bag in case it spills and they cover the top of your smoothie with a bag to protect it while traveling. I loved how thoughtful they were. I would recommend if you are in the mood for a good smoothie and/or some fruit.

Cascacho is like chile and salt fruit sold by food carts all over downtown LA. It's big, salty, spicy, and full of fresh fruit for under $7. It's great for a hot day! My coworker got the cappuccino, and said it was tasty, as well. It was what our students, who are locals, recommended. I will definitely be back to try their homemade fruit bars! They are cute, with heart shaped fruit and other goodies in them, and they are much cheaper than the popsicles of similar design they sell at the mall in Ktown.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a smoothie. Every time I am in the area I try and make a stop here. I have never had an issue with parking as it is located in a shopping center. The inside of the establishment is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. This last time I was in I noticed they had new items since the last time I was there and I had many questions that the young man helping me was willing to answer in a polite manner. I got my favorite smoothie, the piña colada, and a small esquite. You can never go wrong with the piña colada smoothie! It was my first time buying esquite here and I was not disappointed. I also noticed that they had an option to get the esquite with hot cheetos or tostitos (maybe I'll try that next time). While they have a menu of their signature smoothie items, you can also asked to build your own. You can get up to three fruits for $6 and each additional fruit selection is $1. I enjoy the fact that they add pieces of fruit inside the top of the smoothie as well as in the straw. Wish I was in the area more often to grab a smoothie to go!

Waiting patiently for this delish cascachos, my co-workers are going to love it. And they don't even know that I am taking them this delish and healthy.

If I had to spend my last $6 on anything it would be a smoothie for Cascada Refrescante. I don't even think I could put it in to words how good there stuff is. So far I've tried the Caribbean Breeze (pineapple,mango and banana) and the orange smoothie both were amazing. The service is great and I have not had a problem parking. The area location is okay, I normally just get my stuff and go. I highly recommend this place.

This is the small! It's huge! Great value! Didn't expect that. Great customer service and delicious bionico. They were definitely not stingy with the ingredients. The box was FULL! And it was heavy. Great job guys! I ate half and got full. Highly recommend

Would not let me bring my emotional support service animal In even though I have bad anxiety in public places. After they asked me if he was serviced. so unfortunately was not able to get a smoothie.

This place is good but this is not why many people complain about is the employees. They are rude AF like dont play with me. It comes with the fucken job to have good customer service. Anywhere you go like it wouldnt kill you to be nice

The place is clean, the minute you walk in the fresh fruits aromas hit you.. However the production is slow.

I LOVE this place! It's kind of a hidden gem, to me at least, since it's faced sideways in a shopping center but I'm glad we found it when we went grocery shopping! They make homemade paletas (ice cream pops) with lots of flavors from pineapple to coffee! And you can add chocolate and toppings. So good! They also sell regular ice cream with cones! I wouldn't get ice cream there because I can get it anywhere else but it's an option. They're smoothies, where do I start? Sooooooo good! they have pre made flavors (including mangonadas or diablitos) or you can also choose your own! I got strawberry, mango, and banana (three flavors are free anything extra and they charge) and it was AMAZING! For presentation they cut the fruit in your drink on the outside into shapes and put it on your straw! So cute! The last thing.... They sell cut fruit. You can choose or there's pre made selections (fresas con cream or bionicos)for you! EVERYTHING IS AMAZING! TRY IT ALL Y PROVECHO!

So I asked for an esquite and if they could mix it that way my corn isn't dry with just the mayonnaise on top . And they want to charge $1 just to stir . Talk about business charging for everything .

I love the fresh smoothies here and the fruit that's added on top just makes it look more refreshing they also sell other stuff not just smoothies. Great for summer!

First time going . I was a little skeptical because of the area but man 10/10 from the food to the service . Great employees working there !! I was in and out of that place within 5 minutes. Definitely try this spot if you're craving anything sweet !

Came in here before class as it is only 2 miles from USC! The store is located right next to the market on the left in a big plaza, and after parking, I was greeted with a line that lead out the door. However, the line moved pretty quickly, and I ordered the Cascada Passion which included various fruits and berries. I received my drink pretty quickly, and was impressed with the presentation and the taste. The drink was delicious, and I love how they incorporate fruits on tope of the drink and on the straw! It was a nice and refreshing drink that was perfect for my class. Definitely a great spot to hit up if you're craving a smoothie on a hot day. They also have paletas and other goodies that I want to try next time around!

First time here. Been trying to visit inside for the longest but it's usually packed. Today I made a beeline as it wasn't as busy yay. The first time I went inside I remember not seeing a visible price menu. Well as I had the opportunity to fully observe while waiting in line, there ISN'T one. Bummer. It's a latino base fresh juice place in the for of smoothie/slush type of drinks. It's similar to any Jamba Juice or Surf City establishment. Being that it's predominantly latino company I was pleased that English speaker was available. The company not only sell the juices but frozen chocolate covered bananas, frozen fruit pops, ice cream and what looked to be fruit salad as I saw a customer ordered. Also, looks if you may order your item sugar free as I observed a customer requested after having the wrong order of added drink sugar. I proceeded to ask for my already ordered drink sugar free as well. Fruit is naturally sweet so yea. Again there isn't a list price menu. However, there are pictures of their featured juices located by a #. The staff seem to be friendly which is a must. Will visit again during the non busy hours. Happy yelping. My order total $ 4.75 as pictured.

I can't even tell you the name of the refreshment I had but it was delicious. It had tamarind, ice, Tajín and chamoy!!

I always get the piña drink it taste so delicious and always made fresh.. I tried the mangoñiada pretty good as well the fruits are always fresh. Pretty clean environment.

Delicious Paletas Naturales. I always buy a dozen when I go. My favorite flavors are the sandia with chile, mango with chile, and pepino with chile. If you're looking for something sweet, I suggest getting the strawberry paleta dipped in chocolate or the coconut paleta dipped in chocolate covered in peanuts, or the frozen banana dipped in chocolate covered with peanuts. The smoothies are also delicious.

Was craving a diablito today, so I looked for near by places and found this place. I am so grateful to have found it too, it's my new favorite place and not too far from my house. The diablitos here are sooo good, definitely satisfied my cravings. We got three paletas, three scopes of ice cream, a choco banana, and a large diablito, only turned out to be about $19. Not expensive at all, and so worth it.

This place is great. My family and I always come here but you'll only know what's on their menu if you come here often. It's very inaccessible because they don't even let you take photos of the place

By far one of the best smoothies/ice-cream shops around. The variety is extensive. Highly recommend the "Mango Madness" smoothie. In my opinion one of they're most popular items. Another must have the "Cascacho" .... Sweet, spicy, salty all in one topped of with fresh fruit. Service can be a bit slow which in this case I don't mind because they are doing everything fresh and the results are worth the wait.

Great place to get a paleta (popsicle) or an agua fresca (natural fruit juice). They recently started selling agua de coco (coconut water) which I'm yet to try. And I believe they also have esquite (corn in a cup). I love coming here for their kiwi paletas and their lemonade or orange juice. It has shaved ice so it's perfect for summer. Be warned this place can get pretty busy, I've been lucky enough to come when it's not as busy, but I've seen their crazy lines before. This place is inside a small shopping center so there's plenty of parking for the time being until they open the new store that's about to open but there's street parking too.

This place is a most if you live or visit Los Angeles. The owners are humble, honest, and have the best customer service. I have never been disappointed and I love their raspados de mango and coco. Their cascacho is always a must if you're a first timer. I just wished they had a online order service but overall this place is way better than the michoacana in my opinion.

This place makes good drinks but It doesn't have chairs but that's ok always take it to go the diablitos drink is really good.

it's a shame that i don't live close by. This would be the perfect place for refreshing summer sweet treats. I can't exactly say if it's super healthy, but im sure fruit smoothies and fruit bars beats shakes and ice cream any day. There isn't much of a menu other than the huge pictures of smoothies on the wall. But from what I gathered from the staff, they sell a whole lot more. But we came because we heard great things about their smoothies and fruit bars. Ask the staff and i'm sure they'll be able to help you find something to satisfy your craving. I have to emphasize how friendly and helpful their staff is because there aren't too many places where you walk away remembering how great service was. We got a mango smoothie, orange jester (#5 smoothie), and strawberries and cream with granola. We loved everything we got. Definitely going to go back to try the fruit bars.

Line went by quickly even though there were people lined up out the door. I ordered the #13 Summer Cool. It's made with kiwis, strawberries, and watermelon- it was so refreshing, especially because it was so warm today! My smoothie wasn't overly sweet and it was the perfect consistency of ice and fruit. I highly recommend for the hot upcoming months.

Got #11, tasted bland. Lady was pretty rude when I ordered. Paid $4.75 for a smoothie, that tasted like fruit that was picked too soon. You pay for the presentation. Also they have a sign "no pictures allowed" You do know your business is in the entertainment capital of the world right? Jamba Juice is better

They serve great smoothies and water based/milk popsicles. I usually make my own smoothie but they are all delicious.
