"This compact bar sits just beyond Caesars Palace’s casino floor, pouring drinks like a smooth take on a whiskey sour with fig jam, and serving small plates of caviar tacos, caviar lobster rolls, and Pringles with caviar French onion dip. A life-sized portrait of an old sailing captain swings open to reveal a technicolor room for live music. Unlike the black-and-white lounge outside, this dusky space is filled with purple and turquoise furnishings facing a stage.
