Food is fire! Made hot to go and the sauce is full of flavor! Drove out from iowa for this and loved it!

Some of the best pizza we’ve had, and customer service was outstanding! I don’t know the kind woman’s name at the counter but she was so welcoming and accommodating. Their pizza was so fresh and good. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area and want good pizza.

Loved it! I think we've found our new favorite pizza in the area. Wanted something close by during the recent snow storm to be delivered. The pictures on their website made it look enticing. It did not disappoint. We ordered thin crust cheese sausage and mushroom. It was delivered hot and fresh. Thick with cheese and abundant sausage. Great tasting sauce with fennel, which we love. The board that mentions some food has no prices. I asked the lady on the front desk if pizza is ready (time is always against us during lunch) the lady says yes, I asked if fries are ready and she says it takes 5 minutes then I saw they have Italian beef so I ordered it, after paying she says it will take 10-15 minutes (WHAT?!). So I waited. Got to the office. The lady didn’t ask if I wanted sweet or hot peppers (usually comes with one or the other) so my sandwich is plain. Not on the side. She didn’t ask if I wanted it dip so at least I got some of the juice but no peppers. Tasteless. 🤬🤬🤬

The pizza is always cooked to perfection! Today I order a pizza slice and it was so crispy and warm. I love that a drink is included and prices are good!

OMG the food is amazing but somehow the service is even better. Tina was absolutely amazing. Not only will I be eating here again but we will be getting the pizza for our shop as well!!!!!!!!

Went in for lunch and had the Italian beef with hot peppers and it was amazing that went back for dinner and had the lasagna. The food is so good. I highly recommend Cassanos.

Their thin crust Pizza is always delicious and everyone always says how good their wings are especially the Parmesan garlic

Pizza is amazing, something they do with the bottom of the pizza that makes its extra crispy. And the Godfather, a game changer.

Salad was good. The pizza was terrible. Sweet sauce and really mealy meatballs. Not sure what the pepperoni was about. This was delivery and it was on time, but just not happy with the pizza. Had one slice and tossed the rest. Very misled by the other reviews.

The service has went wayyyyyyyyy down! My pizza took over two hours and it came cold!!! So disappointed.

I prefer thin n crispy crust pizzas , which is why we stopped here . Service was quick and courteous ! I ordered by the slice but didn't know they sell by twos and they were good size , no problem because I took what was left back to the hotel . Quality ingredients, I would stop by again on another occasion when in town.

Astonishing service! The food is prepared quickly and taste great. You get a pretty large slice for one serving too tbh. On a Friday night when I honestly don't have the energy to cook, I'll order a pizza for the family. The delivery is usually on time as well!

Ordered delivery! Was still hot and fresh when received. Pizza was great and the staff friendly while placing order.

Very disappointed in our service this evening. Placed an order through their ordering service. Received an email confirmation and was charged for our order. The pizza did not arrive at the scheduled time. Tried to call and was placed on hold to only find out our "ticket never printed from the tablet." Over and hour and half of waiting. I understand errors occur but the biggest frustration was the person on the other end didn't even apologize. Will not order from here again.

Food okay... Mac bites my daughter enjoyed, Buffalo chicken sandwich was soggy and the lettuce and tomato was also a bit nasty took it off. The ribs wasn't all that tbh wouldn't order again a bit fatty and real tuff not really that kinda rib person I like mine soft melt in you mouth fall off the bone but that's just me and how I think of ribs so never again came with like 12 fries and so called garlic bread that was just butter no garlic & was old (stale)... The 12 in deep dish was good but needed sauce on it for some reason it was in a glob in like 4 places instead of on the whole pizza & what was on it was very dry like barley had any. Tried and not really planning to return

Cassano's had great pizza till they sold and someone else took over around July 2021. At that time I literally threw away the pizza I ordered. Tried again now and in all that time, no improvement. Crust tasteless, wet & 'odd'. Toppings slide off instantly, green peppers in thick slices not distributed. Not properly cooked and Just a lack of care. I wish I knew where the old Cassano's went to. Literally this crust doesn't even make sense.

Poor service , very rude dishonest staff . Do not honor coupons even if coupon does not have expiration date . Buyer beware . Lived in Downers Grove 20 years never written a review for pizza but this place is a dump ! With so many choices why waste your money on a place who doesn't honor coupons and then insults you and lies over and over to you . Take your pizza business elsewhere ! Also pizza not very good . Wings were small soggy old and dry .

Last Friday I ordered food from here for my office. It was a last minute order and I had to feed about 65 people. I placed an order around 11am for 10 XL pizzas and some pasta. I order pizza regularly for my office but this was the first time I ordered from Cassano's. The order arrived by 12:15!!! Just over an hour after placing it, and the delivery drive was so helpful and friendly with assisting me to get it all upstairs to our building suite. I highly recommend the popeye pizza and their fried artichoke. I've ate here a few times in the past, always had a great experience and delicious food. But when you order last minute, in bulk- it's hit or miss. They blew my expectations out of the water. My new go to pizza place for my office and at home.

Used to love this place but it has gone down hill the lat year. Pizza is always underdone and cold. Takes over 2 hours for delivery. It used to be a good pie but something happened.

Since I don't see my other review. Terrible "lasagna" as it it called. It was a slab of ground beef that looked like it was a slice off of meat loaf. No Italian sausage or ricotta or parmesan just ground beef for that looked like milk and or an egg mixture in it. Also the bottom 2 layers and the top layer of lasagna noodles were raw and hard, crunchy.... uncooked pasta in an Italian restaurant??? Yuk!

Cassanos's pizza is a perfect pizza. My wife and I love this place. We've never had a deep dish pizza here only thin and I HIGHLY recommend it. 5 stars all day

Had a bad experience with Doordash (driver never showed up) but I called Cassanos to try and cancel but thwy went out of their way and actually delivered to my house. Pizza was great, you gained a new customer!

Hard to find actual good yet alone decent pizza outside the city limits. Yet here we have Cassanos, second time ordering In 5 days. This city boy is sold, tangy sauce, fresh ingredients, and always hot.

This is very good Chicago style pizza and I'm a pizza snob. I had the Italian beef, the gravy was as spicy as I like, but the pizza was worth every dime. Hassle free delivery as well. Eat this. You won't be disappointed.

I only gave two stars because the lady serving me was so NICE.I went in here for the first time and waited 15 min so I thought I was getting a slice of fresh pizza well it was awe full re heated and I could have went to jewel and put a frozen jacks in the oven and been more pleased!!! Everyone knows when you reheat a stale piece of pizza...ewwww oh well won't be back and tell everyone how I was treated

Great service! From the counter to delivery. Food is always hot and doesn't taste like it was previously a block in the freezer. Moved from Chicago and this is my neighborhood go to. Thin crust pizza, cooked well done, DELISH!!

WHOA! They know how to make a GREAT salad! LOVED the antipasta and Greek salad I ordered today! That's how you do it! Try it you will like it! It was a nice escape from my own cooking:)

The chicken Parmesan was undercooked. Part of chicken was raw. I like lots of salad dressing but the Caesar salad had way too much dressing and then some. Really wanted to like this restaurant but was disappointed.

We've been purchasing pizzas from Cassano's for a while now. We had one issue a long time ago, it was addressed and hence we've continued to return. We particularly like both their thin crust and pan pizzas. This past Friday we got a small pan pizza. Guess I should have looked in the box before we left. Got home and opened the box and it was burned. I did not call. Did not feel like going back out. We were hungry and did eat a piece. I called today, Sunday and was told no we won't replace the pizza since you did not call right away per the manager on duty. We will not be going back! If you chose to buy here, make sure you open the pizza in front of them to see if it's what you ordered and if it is burned!

really good pizza a little overpriced i picked up a 2 topping large thin crust it was $24.00 for 3 bucks more you can get a large lu malnatis deep dish 2 topping i noticed they had slices available i would probably go back for a slice or 2

Great quality pizza. We call Cassano's all the time, and their pizza is always a hit at parties and gatherings when we bring it. Everyone is very nice and even if they're super backed up they're still polite on the phone. Very convenient because they're also on Grubhub and you can cashless tip your delivery driver that way too.

The food is delicious. Everything seems like it came from the heart. Portions are large. Well worth the money. Big portions along with great food. It's fantastic.

Solid pizza place! I'm happy with the quality and the quantity! Our deep dish pizza was pretty good! No actual complaints at all. Their deep dish is comparable to a giordanos. I can't wait to try their thin crust. Their sauce and sausage have incredible flavor. It's seasoned really well. I would recommend this place if you're in the area and want a small business type pizzeria instead of your chain restaurants!

We got off to a rocky start because maybe their phones weren't working, but I was disconnected the first two times I called. Can't tell you how glad I was that I called back a third time! We ordered a salad and double dough pizza. Both were delicious! The salad had olives, tomatoes, feta and artichoke hearts. It was fresh and very tasty. The pizza did not disappoint! The sauce was not sweet, not too thin ... just perfect! We hardly ever order double dough so I can't speak to whether this was done as well as others but I can tell you that there was plenty of dough and it was good! We will definitely order from here again. I'm glad we found them!

This place has almost perfect thin crust pizza. It was amazingly delicious even though it looks like a hole in the wall. So, this is primarily for take-out, although they have a few tables. I had a thin crust family pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and green olives. The only issue was that the sauce was a bit thin. But, this was the best pizza I've had in a long while. It was cooked perfectly, the cheese was perfectly melted and browned. The ingredients were great, especially their sausage. Next time, I would order one of their special pizzas which are priced much better for multiple ingredients. I am definitely going back there again.

Was visiting the area and wanted to stay in, order pizza and chill with a friend. Looked up places on here. Saw one picture of the pizza, wings and salad and we both thought that it looked amazing. So we went all out and ordered all 3. It came earlier than they told us. And surprisingly it all looked just like the picture! And All tasted really good! The Caesar salad was good (I'd add chicken if you're hungry) the wings were good with good buffalo flavor (as with most take out/delivery, the breading was a bit soggy but still tasty) I really enjoyed the pizza. The crust (double dough) was very good. Sauce was tasty. And toppings were abundant and lots of cheese! I definitely would recommend this place. Not my favorite pizza but with so many great pizzas in Chicago area this ranks up there. It was pricey though... but we were hungry and just ordered. Didn't check out any specials and had extras (dressings, 4 toppings) so you could probably cut the cost a bit.

Located in a small quiet shopping center off Ogden, Cassano's isn't hard to find. The majority of their orders are pick-up or delivery. There isn't much space to dine-in unless you're by yourself and want to down a quick slice at one of their small tables. Since my first visit, I've been hooked. The crust has such a fresh genuine taste to it and is perfectly crispy. The cheese is high quality and melted to stringy perfection with every bite. Toppings are tucked in between the cheese and the tomato sauce which is how it should be. Ingredients are always as fresh as can be and you certainly notice after just one bite. I can't go back to eating pizza anywhere else in the area. This is hands down the best pizza you can get in the west suburbs. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because dining-in isn't an option. I would love to see Cassano's expand someday, to a full blown restaurant pizzeria.

Their wings used to be so good. But over the past few months, quality has gone down to the point that I am picking FEATHERS off the wings. Aside from that, staff and pizza and everything that isn't wings are great. Prices are fair. And they're open late, which is great cuz I work late and they're only a couple blocks from my house.

This place surprised me. The thin crust pizza is one of the best I've ever had. The rest of the food is great too. The delivery drivers are literally the fastest and most competent drives I've ever seen. I'm supposed every time they deliver cause the food is fast and hot. The place is amazing no joke

This place was the bomb! We came here to try the deep dish pizza, and it did not disappoint. It was fantastic and the linguini with clams was cooked perfectly! The pizza was gooey and the ingredients were fresh, even the marinara. Yummy. I found out they even deliver, including the pasta. The employees were kind, and I will be definitely returning before we leave Chicago. I highly recommend Cassano's!

We have struggled with finding a good dependable pizza place since moving to DG from the city. Cassano's is delicious, fresh, and always gets our order correct. We recommend them anyone looking for good pizza. Go for the extra cheese (we do wish they put more cheese on, haha).

Pay no attention to what S.B. said. I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to Cassano's for almost 2 years. For my family we always get a 16" or 18" pizza. We average 3 to 4 visits a month. Great thin crust pizza at good prices. Good counter people too.

When Cassano's opened up in Naperville a few years ago we immediately made it our go-to spot for thin crust pizza. In 20 years of living in Naperville we tried them all and Cassano's is the best. When we moved to the OakBrook/Downers area in Dec. 2014 sadly we had to leave Cassano's behind. Imagine our joy when we heard a "rumor" that Nick and family opened up a new spot on Ogden in DG!!! That next day I drove over to check it out and sure enough it is the same! Outstanding pizza, reasonable prices, and great people! If you love thin crust pizza make sure you try them out. Order it well done. You will not be disappointed.

The deep dish was great! We went through Chicago on a trip, hoping for great pizza. Definitely not disappointed! We got a family size (or large, I think?), and it felt like the box weighed 5lbs. There was a full inch of cheese under the sauce layer, it was AMAZING. Only 4/5 stars because I'm not from Chicago, so I'm not the authority on deep dish. Still, it was pretty great.
