This company and their products are so wonderful. Can't believe I live near a mill that produces such amazing flour and pasta. Got a deep freezer recently and went for 10 lb. bags of a couple flours (after buying smaller quantities for years) and I'm so glad they offer a couple sizes of each product. Absolutely give they a try-- especially if you love whole wheat sourdough. Truly excellent flour. Their shipping is absurdly fast too, which I appreciate.

An incredible resource for the community. Great products that actually make healthy filling foods. So important that companies like this exist so we don't lose the purpose and nature of food itself. There is nothing wrong with industrial progress but we have to make sure it is benefiting us when we use it. This mill is keeping healthy grains available to the public. I found this mill after many failed attempts at getting flour at the store or online through the conventional brands. I'm so happy I did! I've been using their bolted hard wheat flour for sourdough bread and it is phenomenal. Shipping and delivery was very quick too so more plus. I will definitely keep using them for my future needs.
