Love, love, love the Catfeine Cat Cafe! This brought so much joy to our day! The owner (I'm assuming) was very friendly. We did arrive before our scheduled time and couldn't be let in since they were already at capacity, which we totally understood. Upon our start time we were the only ones for about 45 minutes and had a full hour to play with all the sweet kitties. I was astounded at how clean the place is; there is no litter box smell whatsoever! I brought socks because I was wearing sandals, and you do need to remove your shoes. I honestly appreciated it because it seemed so much cleaner if you want to sit on the floor with the cats. There is plenty of seating though. From cat trees to beds and toys, you can tell the cats are very well cared for. While we were there, she made rounds to each cat and did a quick health check (looking at eyes, etc). I only wish I lived within the vicinity to visit all the time. This is a wonderful foster/adoption organization that is well worth the money!

Such a cute place to hang out with kitties! Catfeine cat cafe is the perfect place for any cat lovers out there. Whether you’re looking to adopt or you just want to spend some time with felines, this is the place to do it. I think the cost was $12 for an hour visit. You get to hang out with their cats in a nice air conditioned room full of comfy furniture and some cat toys if you wish to play with the energetic kittens running around. They also have a good mix of both young and more mature cats at the cafe. Prior to entering you’re also given the choice to purchase some drinks or snacks that are already pre-packaged. They have some cute cat themed merchandise in their store as well! Highly recommend Catfeine cat cafe! I had a great experience. Unfortunately someone already had an application in for the kitten my husband and I wanted but we still had a good time playing with the kitties there.

While traveling for work, I stumbled upon this charming cat café tucked away in a nearby parking lot—and what a serendipitous find! I was in need of a reset, and this cozy haven delivered. The space was spotless, the cats clearly loved and well cared for, and the atmosphere was just what I needed to unwind. Huge thanks to the incredible volunteers and the owner for the warm welcome and the dose of kitty therapy. You made my day!

We love visiting the cat cafe! The staff is always so friendly. The cats and kittens are so cute and always changing. I love how their names, ages, photos, and personality traits rotate on a screen for you to know them better. They have great toys and play areas to interact with the cats in. The price is very fair. The music is always on point. Great snacks and cute merch! Great photo ops!

This was a space that I didn’t know I needed! I’m in town from out of state and stopped here upon request from my 12 year old niece-by-choice. Walking in, there is a sense of calm and a pause from the world. From the lo-fi music choice to the beautiful decor, kind staff, coffee bar… and, oh, kitties, you won’t be disappointed by making your appointment at Catfeine!

We LOVED coming here! Such sweet kitties, comfortable (and clean) facility, and very nice staff! We will definitely be back!!

Google
It's very cute but not what we were expecting, the Cafe part was a fridge with a few drinks and a self-serve pod coffee machine. You pay for time in the room with the cats, and you get to pet and play with them. They weren't busy, so they let us stay longer than our time, and the cats were friendly, my son loved it.

Excellent and fun environment! All the cats will put a smile on your face. The decor is top notch and helps remind you the importance of helping animals in need. That staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our time here!

Yelp
I went into Catfeine "just to look around" and play with some cats and ended up adopting 2 sweetie pie kittens! Catfeine does a great job of keeping a clean and playful environment for the cats and their human guests. It was a lot of fun getting to know the various cats and once I realized I couldn't leave without adopting, Ashley was very helpful with explaining the process and helping me with my application. The coffee is whatever for me, it's really all about the cats and having a good time. Catfeine has a great mission and helps tons of lovely cats find their forever home. Whether you just want to hang out with some cats, or your looking to adopt, Catfeine is a great place for both.

Yelp
I love cat cafes, so as I was waiting for check-in at my hotel, I decided to visit Catfeine to pass the time. The cats were absolutely lovely of course, and you could tell the space was really set up to be comfortable for cats. I appreciate that so much, because I have been to other cat cafes where the cats have seemed a bit more stressed and scared because they don't have spaces to hide and climb. The staff members were relatively unfriendly, which would make me hesitate to come back in the future.

Yelp
We spent an hour at the Catfeine Cat Cafe this afternoon and had a great time! The kitties were very sweet and interactive. The ambiance is calm and inviting. The cats are well-cared-for. This was a really fun way to spend time.

Yelp
This place is great for cat lovers. Fresh coffee and hot chocolate are available and some merchandise is for sale too. You can adopt the cats if you want or just come and play with them. There are tons of play places to use. Great place to come and relax and play with cats.

Yelp
A great place to visit if you are a cat person. During our trip, we stopped here for my granddaughter to visit. She was thrilled to wind down and pet the kitties. It is also a location that adopt the resident kitties out. The business was clean and the associate was super friendly and helpful with information. We enjoyed the experience. Recommends for visitors to the Murfreesboro, TN area.

Yelp
This is the best place to adopt and visit with kitties. If we lived in Tennessee we would be here every weekend. The staff is wonderful and cats are well taken care of.

Yelp
This place is truly extraordinary for interactive play with cats. A palace for cats waiting for their adoption. Decorated in the finest decor for cat play. An hour with all the cat love you can take! (An hour never is enough) You do not have to come to adopt, you can absolutely come in and pet some cats or just watch them play. The cafe has an age limit for children as these kitties don't need the stress of toddlers potentially yanking their tails or chasing them around the room. We adopted our first cat as a family from this cafe. A shy, sassy calico who has melted our hearts. Their application process is thorough. They want to know their cats are adopting to good homes who will love them and keep them safe in forever homes. Definitely a great experience.

Yelp
I am a dog person, not a cat person, so I thought, "What the heck, let me get a cup of coffee where cats run around." Not. It is an adoption service. You go in for $10 and get to play with about 15-20 cats. You can also get a cup of coffee. If you like cats, go, but I'll pass

Yelp
Super cute and clean place, adorable cat furniture, the cats all seem happy, it doesn't smell, and they have lots of cute merchandise to buy that helps support rescue cats.

Yelp
This space is clean, warm and simply purfect for someone who wants a nice time out with bunch of friendly cats and kittens. I was drawn in by a Facebook event posting for a free session. For 15 minutes I was able to sit and enjoy a cappuccino while watching and being approached by cats. I don't think it was enough time to get familiar with the cats since it seemed like it was a perfect time for a nap. However, I did enjoy reading about each cat on a monitor and looking at all the fun art. Typically the fee for one hour is $10. Another thing to note is all the available Merchandise. I did think the cappuccino was flavorful for some thing that was made by machine. I would definitely bring my cat lover friends and family. Great Concept !

Yelp
We went here for my brother in law who was looking for a cat to adopt. We all got to go as a family and get coffee and spend time together meeting cats and playing with them. Even though he ended up adopting a cat elsewhere, this place was a great experience. The staff is super caring and knowledgeable about the process and the cats themselves. We all had a great experience and would go back just to have a cup of coffee and play with the kitty's. Just a heads up- at least when we went the coffee was self serve and not anything fancy. In case your expecting a full on barista experience.

Yelp
Husband and I came here a couple times before finally deciding to adopt! Staff is super friendly and it's a nice place to just wind down and play with cats! We adopted our sweet baby Snow and I will forever be greatful to Catfeine Cafe and every single Cat Rescue in this world for all of the work they do.

Yelp
Sally can't come to the phone right now. Why? Because she's dead. And in heaven's waiting room playing with adoptable kitties and she never wants to come back. Leave a message after the beep. Catfeine Cat Cafe is a glorious concept that is visually quirky and cute and was carried out with a lot of heart. I'm not sure what I was expecting when I first walked through the door, but the owner and employees have exceeded all expectations. This is a locally owned business that cares SO MUCH and you can tell through the room design and the treatment of each furry feline. I don't think I could ever say enough nice things because this trip was practically purrrfect in every way. These cuties are spoiled rotten here (and rightfully so!). So many comfortable beds, tree perches and toys galore. I came in while there a was a group of six lounging on the floor, each with a cat. It's a completely relaxed atmosphere and the cats were all happily playing or snoozing away. Butters was my favorite - he looked like Bagheera up in the tree. They offer really cute treats (The Curious Kitchen cat shaped sugar cookies are presh) and drinks in addition to cat yoga classes?! Honestly what more could you pawsibly need.... Though I did not walk away with a cat (my Frank likes being the sole center of attention) I did get my claws on the greatest t shirt known to man. Definitely worth a fun visit if you have time one sunny afternoon. It's the perfect place for kids, readers, cat worshippers, etc. A 30 minute play date with these cuties costs as much as your boujie Starbucks drink order. Go de-stress and find out what Egypt got right about these guys.

Yelp
Looked like a cool place to visit. We came in close to closing without knowing what it was all about and the attendant was not super friendly. Her bad day won't deter us from trying again sometime when we are in the area.

Yelp
OH MY GOODNESS WHAT AN AMAZING CAFE!!! This place is wonderful to go too it's such a great idea for a cafe. What better place to get a coffee and relax than with some kitties in need of adoption. You can see all of the cats they have up for adoption and get to interact with them. Even if you aren't there to adopt, you can give them love and attention! They have a TV on the wall going through all the names and personalities of the cats which is a nice little feature. They treat the cats so well there, provide them with plenty of toys and places to cuddle up and sleep. We didn't want to leave when we went there. They have a descent merch line there too which I didn't expect, I was even able to get a pin there to add to my collection! The adoption fees aren't that bad either, only $150 I think which is very good and sometimes they have sales for $75! Please please support this cafe, you will not regret this amazing experience!

Yelp
I've visited the Catfeine Cat Cafe numerous times and I am beyond happy every time. The environment is warm and inviting and the atmosphere is calm enough for both anxious humans and kitties. It's a fantastic place to decompress and cuddle with some cute fur babies.

J A.

Yelp
Cute place. Fun to visit with the cats. Somewhat friendly staff. It's clean and very well appointed for the cats to enjoy. Would go back again.

Deborah B.

Yelp
The cats are wonderful to play with but IMO they had too many people in such a small room, there were 13 people in an average size living room. It would have been nicer with less people moving about considering we are still in a pandemic.

Shelby J.

Yelp
I wanted to adopt a cat from here and filled out an application online through the rescue. Just like another user mentioned in another review, casual conversation turned out to be snooping for info. Definitely don't tell them that you are seeking to adopt upon first visit unless you are truly a perfect cat owner. They told me that I was not allowed to adopt a cat because I had previously declawed a cat. They did not ask me how long I had had the cat.... Little did they know, this cat is my parent's cat who lives in another state. I was seven years old when we got this cat and I had no control over the decision to declaw the cat... or anything in regards to the cat's health. The cat is now 14 years old and completely happy and healthy. They also do not allow you to take you cat outside.... Even for just enrichment. Cats are wild animals and do get joy from going outside, though this does come with health concerns and the cat should be monitored closely. Basically, if you want to go hang out with the cats, this is your place but its pretty much just a boujee petting zoo for cats. If you feel like you want to adopt a cat, go to a humane society or petsmart where they are mistreated and really need homes rather than this place that will only adopt their cats to perfect cat owners or first time owners who have yet to make a mistake. You will be judged by your actions and even the things that you never did that they never ask about. Oh, and if you apply thru the rescue, the cat cafe will get back to you, not the rescue. All in all, go here to play with cats, not adopt them, because again... unless you are perfect, you wont be allowed to adopt a cat from here.

Shannon M.

Yelp
Do you like kitties? Do you like coffee? If you answered yes to either of these you should probably go ahead and book an appointment

Aislynn T.

Yelp
My daughter and I had a wonderful time today petting and playing with the cats! The entire experience was professional and outstanding! The owners seem to really love what they do and are dedicated to finding great homes for these cats. The place was cleaner than I could have ever imagined and decorated adorably with all sorts of areas for the cats...play areas, toys provided so you could interact with the cats, but also areas for the cats that may be a bit more nervous and need a snug area to relax. This was a hidden gem we found on our vacation. I would be here often if we lived in the area!

Yelp
I accidentally found this place tucked in the quiet shopping center shared by Bunganut Pig on Northfield just before Broad St. It was not what I expected but still lovely. I thought a cat cafe is a place to go for expensive coffees and snacks while hanging out with cats. What it turned out to be is a little shop with cat-related boutique gifts ( mugs, jewelry, clothes, stuffed animals, etc) where you can butñy items that support the animal rescue from where these cats come. There is another room then that you can enter to play with cats and kittens in a wonderful creative playland for cats. the cost to enter the room is $10 but it also goes to keeping this business afloat and the rescue. All of the cats and kittens are for adoption and the owner works with local ( middle Tennessee) rescues to bring them to the shop where hopefully a customer will meet them and give them a wonderful home. Like all good rescuers, they are not just looking for any home but an actual wonderful home for these very deserving and needy cats and kittens. Some of the items for sale in the shop are locally made, which I love since I think it's cool to support local business and these purchases help support the artist and the shop and the rescue group. So go with an open and generous heart, not expecting a Starbucks type of place, and you will enjoy this experience! By the way, there is coffee
