Great food, i’m definitely coming here more often, i love that they have the calories broken out as well. Just wish there was more seating.

This was my first time having Cava & I could truly say that J-zeni was extremely helpful . I was very indecisive on what I wanted but she made it her job to help me every step of my order . The bowl that she helped me made was great I loved every second of my meal . Thank you 🙏🏾

This CAVA location is amazing! The staff are nice and friendly and the food tastes so fresh! The options are unlimited and the food is very well seasoned also! There’s plenty of seating upstairs. 5/5!

incredible staff and extremely patient and attentive service. they answered all my questions and made wonderful recommendations. the food was excellent, but this one star review is STRICTLY due to the fact that the team is working on a holiday for NON HOLIDAY PAY. which I'm pretty sure is illegal? these places need to do better by their staff because they are the backbone of the business.

couldn’t understand the hype. I came in and the food was not fresh. Everything was cold. Workers didn’t care about customer service nor food. Threw everything in a bowl without caring about proportions. Small portions. My bowl gave me a stomach ache.

Today Franchesca made my day, with her great service and a big smile on her face. The food was amazing as usual. And the restaurant ambient was great, music not as loud as where it becomes uncomfortable to carry a conversation.

Very fast and attentive. Jamari & Jasira made sure i understood the menu and had no problem explaining what each item was.

Got the hot honey chicken bowl w tzatziki, hummus, red pepper hummus, and balsamic sauce. it was so good, and i hate leaving low reviews but the employees were so rude it was also really shockingly dirty so i'm not sure i would return to this location

Gotta give a shout out to Francesca and Jasira for helping me so pleasantly! @managment it was smoky as hell in there and the alarm apparently was going off all day, not just the 10 minutes I spent in your store, you gotta fix the vent fans or upgrade. There was 4 people ahead of me at 7:55pm but I was in and out within ten minutes so quick service! Food was good, I opted for the pulled lamb and it was tasty and tender. Thanks Cava!

Let's see.. I've dined at CAVA in Washington, D.C., Chicago, NYC ( Bryant Park, Flatiron, Soho). Why you ask? Because if you want really good Mediterranean food in a casual setting then CAVA is it. CAVA provides well executed salads, grains and bowls. Additionally, their menu offers a good variety of options: falafel, chicken, lamb, harissa chicken, meatballs. You can pick your base with either saffron rice, greens or pita. There are numerous toppings from cabbage slaw, fire roasted corn, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled onions, toasted pita chips.,. Are you hungry yet? My colleague and I stopped in the Cleveland Place location and ordered lunch to go. I love their falafel and decided to order it, but not in a pita, instead opted for spinach as my base and all the fixings. I did not buy a drink although they do offer Spindrift cans ( sparkling or seltzer). The ordering process is smooth, staff is friendly and the establishment is spacious. The pricing isn't hefty for a meal, my bowl cost @$14 but it is IMO two meals in one; very hearty portion. Thus if you want a taste of the Mediterranean, CAVA is a good destination.

I love Cava, and this is definitely the best location in the city. The food is always fresh-I opt for a falafel bowl with allll the toppings and sweet potato when in season. But what makes it a stellar location is the service. Renee, Lauren, and Iesha are so friendly and the breath of fresh air to the fast-casual food world. I went here on my lunch break .... I ordered the food prior to getting there..... When I arrived the food was ready I didn't have to wait long .... The food however was an atrocity barley any chicken I was literally search for the chicken lol ; moreover it was cold ; They drowned the whole thing with sauces I think rule of them for pick up put sauce on the side so the food doesn't get soggy The food was just not good I threw the whole thing away ... I really wasted 18.18$ This is my first and last time at this location... When I went inside it looked like runs down chipotle lol do your self a favor and just go to Naya! It's cheaper it's fresher ! Or even go across the steet to Taim!!

As a diabetic, Cava is one of the few places I can eat my heart out when ordering (no lentils/rice or falafel though - or sugar spikes up). How does it compare to Chipotle? I spend about $12 (no drink) at Chipotle and there's less variety while at Cava it's about $13+ (no drink) with a lot more variety and choices and the Cava amount is definitely more. Why the 4 stars? Well, they asked me for a review and they were all extremely nice for this one day. Usually it's a bit ho-hum and a few times I did get barked at. I frequent this Cava maybe once every two weeks to once a week so I use the Cava app for rewards.

I decided to give this location another chance, but now it is the 3rd time they have gotten by order wrong. Still edible, but not what I ordered. I should not have to worry to open my food to make sure it is correct, but all details are printed. I do not believe the team reads all line or they are just too busy and want to get their ordered filled. Disappointing. Plus side, staff is nice.

I like eating here when looking for something a little healthier! Flavors are savory and good. Staff is friendly. There's never a line. As I live in the neighborhood, it's become a regular spot for me.

Food is good like any other cava place. Pretty clean and quiet. Sometimes might have to wait because workers are filled up with orders but very nice people.

This place is tucked quietly into the beautiful intersection of spring and mulberry.. The staff is one of a kind and very sweet.. The salad was so damn good I had to eat it two days in a row.. I was able to enjoy the salad without the worry of not having a seat to partake in it.. This particular Cava has ample seating. If you love a nice flavorful salad, I would say run not walk here asap.. The friendly staff, delicious salad and beautiful seating accommodations awaits you..

Came here for a late lunch, line went quick and staff was very friendly. It was well lit and there's a 2nd floor with minimal outlets to charge your devices. Food was very good, but the brown rice had a good amount of hard pieces. Overall a good experience.

I think this bowl was great! We ordered for pick up and though there was some wait it all came relatively fast. I got the market spice bowl with half chicken and half falafel. The ingredients were very fresh but I felt that there was a lot of rice/arugula relative to toppings. There was also a lot of sauce so I don't recommend dumping everything into the bowl. The pita chips were definitely the show stopper and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They were perfectly crunchy and seasoned, and tasted delicious with a side of hummus.

ta I enjoy food from CAVA. I have been eating in different locations all over the city. First time in this location on Spring Street. The girl serving me had a really bad attitude toward me. I think because I'm white. She was so much nicer to the person behind me- non-white.

This is my first time back to a Cava in 5 years and what a HUGE disappointment. Unfortunately the employees don't know what they are doing. The whole staff looks lost and confused. The food was greasy and the pitas were overly fried and old! The place is filthy as if it hasn't been cleaned in months (especially the upstairs section). I heard this business recently went public trying to compete with Chipotle. They have a long way to go!!! Horrible experience. Not sure I can give them another chance.

Not all Cava's all created equal but any time I've gone to this one everyone has been so kind and on their A game. Francheska was so kind as she rang me out and gave me a compliment as well which always seals the deal for me. I can tell when people actually enjoy their work and I can tell that the management here took time to hire the right folks. In this area the customer base can be a little odd and rude in some cases so having to navigate that requires a backbone with a little bit of spice. Thank you Spring Street Cava! Keep up the good work!

A Larger African-American woman with a short mohawk was very loud and rude and aggressive when greeting me, I was so unsure of my bowl and was nervous to even ask a question to the woman. I love Cava and this is my second attempt trying this location. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased through the app for pick up. I created a greens and grains bowl, almost duplicate to the Harissa avocado bowl. I appreciate individual customization, the variety of toppings, the ability to introduce Mediterranean flavors to my family at a reasonable cost. My first CAVA experience, won't be my last.

I frequently order delivery from this Cava, but almost every time they mess up not just one thing but multiple. I have tried different delivery apps thinking maybe the app messed it up, but no it seems to be the employees. And whatever you do, do not order using the CAVA app as their policy is to only give back 15% of the order cost. I spent $18 on a bowl that was truly laughable and was missing almost everything including the meat and I got less than $3 back. At least DoorDash gives an adequate refund. Just save the trouble and order from a different location. And Cava maybe change your borderline offensive refund policy.

Decent yet filling! Different than SweetGreen as their tactic is to give more filling items. I come here if I want to feel full yet I go to SweetGreen if I am feeling floaty. My go to is the falafel bowl with all the toppings + harissa sauce + a complimentary pita which is $12.22 + tax. Online ordering gives a hour time frame, but the bowl is usually fulfilled in 30 minutes based on my observations. Workers are patient and friendly.

The first time I had Cava was at this location and the worker that helped me was Leslie. She was GREAT! Leslie was so helpful guiding me through the process and she did not gatekeeper the best dressing combo (Lemon Herb Tahini and Garlic Dressing). Not only was the food good but the service clearly was too. Today was my second time coming in and I brought my husband so it was his first time. Leslie was working again (yay!) and unfortunately they were out of garlic dressing but Leslie offered a good substitute and even came up with a little container of the garlic dressing once it became available again to go with some pita chips (see pic). She hand delivered it to our table upstairs and I was so touched! Amazing amazing service! Leslie you are da bomb.com! :) someone give this girl a raise!!!

I'm fairly new to the cava world but when I first tried it I loved it! I order from the location on spring st and most of the time it's delish, but I do have to add that lately my orders have been BLA, the portions are becoming smaller I had to dig for my rice not to mention my 3-4 leafs of romaine and always forgetting the pita on the side. Cava is not cheap to say the least especially on grub hub! Would have loved my lunch if it came the way i anticipated.

Tasty--many options to chose from, and amazing customizations! I always get delivery from here so not sure what service is like at each establishment. However, they always get my order correct, so it must be good.

I was extremely disappointed with their standard between bowls and it's needed improvement immediately. My husband and I ordered separately but exactly same thing for a Wednesday dinner and I got a totally different bowl from his. There were only our 2 orders when we picked up so the reason wasn't from the capability of store. Firstly, the portion of my order was much smaller compared to my husband's and they missed one of my dipping sauce. We both ordered meatball as our protein and mine tasted super sour and salty, but my husband's was decent. My experience in CAVA was really bad and the only good thing was their app, which was easy to use.

Their drinks literally tastes like they mixed it with soap I called to complain and their phone number wasn't even available. Do not buy from here. The food is nothing like their other locations. Just stay away from this location if you appreciate good quality food and flavor.

I love cava a lot, I like the options on the menu, expensive salad like obviously like other brands that I will not promote here but always satisfied when finish eating, they have meat and is not 100% plant based like other spots. I like that they have a outside back yard and a upstairs spot inside to eat, everytime I been it was not crowded so it feels lowkey, would recommend to try.

I am a CAVA regular, primarily at their 42nd street location. First time I had Cava and I must say I was very impressed, and after my nth meal I must say this is still my favorite fast, healthy, casual spot! Fresh ingredients, healthy, big portions, and great prices is what comes into mind. You can choose between ~4 types of veggies or grains, choose 3 out of ~6 dips, pick 1 out of ~4 proteins, have unlimited toppings, and top it off with a sauce of your choice. Eggplant dip, chicken are my favorites here! The tzatiki sauce was also great, and the lemon herb tahini taste fantastic and healthy. Unlike the 42nd street location, there are seating options here at the back, with outdoor seating and upstairs seating. Awesome! Would come back here again if I need a quick, healthy, and decently priced meal!

This spot was the cutest and tasted so good on a nice sunny day! The portions they give you are really big and filling plus the price is reasonable and low compared to the other restaurants nearby! The chicken was well cooked and seasoned nicely as well as their grains and falafel. Great place to stop by when you want something to fill you up and energize you but you don't wanna feel tired after eating. I love this place it's very sustainable and I can see myself eating here a couple times a week because of how well balanced and hearty it is. Can't wait to come back because I am missing the taste of their chicken and hummus. Definitely one of my favorite quick food place to stop by. Love it!

This was my first time at Cava and I loved it! My bowl was delicious and the employee who helped us, Ashley, was so kind and helpful

I LOVE CAVA for so many reasons. One it's fresh ingredients, they're delicious and they give you sooo much food is easily lasts for 2 meals. The bowl I order is about $12, so it only feels like $6 per meal. This is a fast casual spot. These build your own places in NYC are amazing and cava is no different. I get the chicken bowl with feta dressing, hummus, cous cous, feta cheese, onions, the green sauce and lemon tahini sauce. Might be forgetting something but this bowl is amazing!!! Tastes so healthy and delicious.

I needed a quick service place so I could be in and out. Cava looks like a perfect spot for a quick lunch so I checked it out. At other places like Dig Inn they put all sorts of food combo's together. Here the options are strictly mediterean and it works. I have been to other Cava locations and they are all consistently good! I really liked the roasted red pepper hummus and the falafel also were decent. The falafel don't have that dark green inside so I wonder how they make these. They also have a bunch of different proteins so there is a lot to choose from. I like how they keep it mediterean in here so it is one theme rather than all over the place. I also ordered the pita with it and it was soft and chewy. It compliments the meal perfectly. The food was pretty good overall and I would come back. I know these types of places are struggling during the pandemic so it was good to come support!

Manager was being disrespectful to a worker. Making a scene and reprimanding them on the floor very openly and loudly. The vibes between the workers is tense, no one deserves to have to walk on eggshells at their place of work. This manager should be investigated. Was not a pleasant experience, food servings were not up to par to other locations, no fault to the workers, they seem stressed.

I enjoyed cava's service!! They were willing to add extra rice on my request, and the ambiance is pleasant! Perfect place to dine or something quick.

I usually love Cava but the food at this location left me disappointed. The grilled chicken was extremely spicy, which was not indicated. I don't mind a little spicy but this was really spicy (more than your usual Mexican) so I couldn't even eat the chicken. Unfortunately for me, they were very generous with the chicken so I couldn't eat half of my salad (picture). It's completely fine to have spicy food but I think that this is something customers should be informed about. Also, there was an olive spit in my salad that nearly broke one of my tooth (picture). Staff was very nice and friendly though. UPDATE: Cava's management reached out to me to address the issues mentioned in my review and offered solutions to make up for the problems I encountered. Excellent customer service.

I thought I'd love this place. I love Mediterranean food! Huge bowls. Lots of toppings. But instead it left me craving Chipotle. Something about the ingredients just didn't come together into a cohesive whole. The braised lamb was tasty, and I like the supergreen option with shaved Brussels sprouts.

What I had was very good, lentil and avocado salad with pita. Not much ambiance but that's about right with the menu and service.

After a day of airplane food, I was ready for as wide of a variety of fresh vegetables, legumes, and herbs as possible, I felt that a build-your-own bowl Mediterranean-style place would be the easiest way to facilitate that. There are some good things about CAVA. The strong yet not too sweet blueberry lavender drink, for one. The 'splendid greens' mix, for another - not just iceberg and cabbage here! And the eggplant/red pepper dip isn't bad. But the black lentils I chose as my base were so undercooked that every third lentil was like a little rock trying to crack my teeth open, and the spicy lamb meatballs I chose as my protein were lukewarm and kind of gummy, and definitely not spicy. They also far overdo the sauce. You can't expect too too much out of a place that keeps all their ingredients in warmers and tins a la Chipotle, and I didn't, but I did at least expect them to cook their lentils.

I was craving Cava, usually go to the Union square location but walked here instead. Crew was very slow, also signage across the restaurant says we get packaged silverware in our bags, this didn't happen. On top of that, when I bit into my bowl it was ice cold and my stomach is sensitive so I got nauseous and vomited.. also they didn't give me a recipt
