I ordered through the app and it was easy. I got the chicken+rice bowl and it was really good. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Also, this location has such a pleasant atmosphere, I will definitely be back to try more!

The service here is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, confident, and always well-dressed. I come here daily for lunch, and just the other day, they comped my meal simply to say thank you for being a regular customer. That gesture meant a lot to me—it not only earned them a customer for life, but also had me telling all my friends about the experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to Michaela and Alex. They always know exactly what I want as soon as I walk in, and they never fail to ask how my day is going. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you!

My first time there and I loved it! I had the steak bowl and cucumber lime mint drink, it was great as well. Very helpful and friendly staff as well.

My wife has eaten at Cava but I had not. She suggested it as a stop on date night. Well I was pleasantly surprised. Good value for price. And it’s not expensive. We each got bowls. Pita is the other option. It’s Mediterranean flavors. I’ll post a photo of choices. Absolutely delicious. An explosion of tastes and textures. My wife is is vegetarian and there is plenty to choose from. This is a real gem if you appreciate Mediterranean food. Enjoy

Amazing store and the manager Butch is incredible. I always feel welcome and the food is delicious. My only complaint is the corporate app to order food. The morons that developed that should be let go. I should not have to create an account, provide my birthday, create a strong password that I’ll forget just to order a salad. If anything the next time I order and have to reset a password will probably me me go somewhere else. The corporate stooges making those decisions do a disservice to the great people working at this location. 5+ stars for the store, the people working there, the food. 0 stars for corporate getting in the way of a good thing.

Lots of great choices! Exactly what I was looking for. Fast friendly service, greeted when I walked in. Relaxing eating area. Homemade drinks in house. You can build your own bowl or just get a Greek chicken salad. Wrap your choices in a pita! Have it your way. Lots of fermented choices! So good!

CAVA does what its supposed to do. Its kinda on a never-miss streak lately. Variety of ingredients...super healthy ones. Makes you feel good about spending a bit more than the other Big C.

Sometimes when they’re over packed and you order online, they don’t do your food right. Or add the add-ons that you put into your bowl. The drinks are good. So are the fountain drinks/sodas. Great staff, just make sure you look at your order before you leave the restaurant to make sure it’s made right. Gotta save that extra trip iykyk. 🤙🏼

LOVE Cava. Always order using the app while I am out working and it's always ready and waiting! Everything is always delicious but I love that it saves my go-to and I can just click and order quickly! I literally eat here once a week.

Let me tell you all about this place. I discovered this place from my daughter who seen it on TikTok and this place to me is a complete game changer. It has been compared to chipotle and even Moe's but Cava stands out above all others. I did a create your own bowl with no meat and when I tell you that the bowl was completely a delicious satisfaction to my palette. It was everything that I hope for and more. I got every free topping that I could possibly add to create a more satisfying bowl and to be able to try the various toppings and that was the greatest decision that I could've made. Their ingredients taste extremely fresh and it makes you feel as though you are truly having a healthier meal that is still fulfilling. I will definitely come back to Cava. I did an order online, but when entering the building, the workers were pretty nice and assisted me on where to pick up my order. Although I picked up the wrong order they were very nice about it and provided me with the correct order. The place was really clean and they have nice seating arrangements where you can sit by the window to look out and they have a good variety of beverages and their teas are really. I am totally disappointed that there is not one in my city but as I travel, I will continue to google to find a location that I can continue to attend. This is a must try and can compare it for yourself. I would love to know what others this about this place.

Nice quick to-go mediterranean option! Mediterranean version of chipotle. Highlights of my bowl: Falafel is good! Not crispy on the outside, which I don't mind, and moist and kind of beany on the inside. Hummus was average. Harissa is spicy (I believe I have a p high spice tolerance). Pita crisps add a nice crunch to the bowl. Garlic sauce (white) is savory and has a pinch of sweetness, v nice. I'm a fan of all the veggies. My bowl was $12.

Fast service and food was delicious. Can never go wrong with Cava if you're wanting something quick and healthy!

Only 4 stars bc bit of a wait. But it's a healthy clean eating option! Made fresh and lots of healthy options, vegan , glutton free all that. Large dining area and really clean . Greek chicken pita was delicious choice similar to gyro but so much better !!! Grilled flavorful chicken and I want to try the bowls next time ! Take the kiddos make it fun to eat salad!!!

I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl for a pick up order, and it did not disappoint. This bowl was loaded, and easily is enough for 2 meals. It was about $15, and it came with pita on the side. The ingredients were fresh- tangy from the feta and pickled onions, sweet from the roasted corn, creamy from the avocado, and a little spicy from the harissa- delicious. My order was ready and waiting when my husband went to pick it up. I will certainly order this again. I did not go in, but my husband described the restaurant as clean.

Cava is the best healthy food option in Tulsa. They make rice bowls and pita wraps with fresh veggies and meats. Their hummus and crazy feta are amazing! Can't wait to go back. The drinks they sell are also worth trying. They are delicious! The staff is very friendly. Ambiance is clean and modern. Similar vibe to chipotle, but Mediterranean food.

I come to cava frequently, I live on the west coast and try to visit one everytime I come east, I've been to a few different locations and this one a handful of times... this location compared to others really does everything they can to give you a small bowl, this location gives chipotle a run for their money. Small scoops of rice and lentils, half portions of protein and the smallest amount of toppings. You ask for more only to get attitude from the staff. Place is clean and well kept, portion controls are ridiculous. Give the customer the damn pickle.

Went for dinner. Atmosphere and service were fine. I ordered the Greek salad and spouse got the lemon chicken bowl. Both were quite tasty BUT when we looked at nutrition information, which we should have done before ordering, both dishes contained over 1700mg of sodium. Pretty much everything they offer is loaded with sodium. If you're trying to eat healthy, you might want to look elsewhere.

Cava has been our fav. Place to go. But this time made me wanna think if it's worth going. So last night we went there, we go in and few people were already checking out/paying at the counter and I saw this man touched his nose while checking these ppl out and touched the lids, cups, trays and the pita bread chips that one of them added on. That was disgusting. Then it was our turn to check out and this girl who prepared our bowls touched her lips and handed me the cup. It's very disgusting and disappointing.

Food was good but unless you're familiar with how to put certain foods together...it can easily backfire. I remember the food being quite heavy on sodium. This is usually a way to cover bland flavors. Might require a few more visits to get a better review.

I just tried CAVA for the first time after coworkers recommended it to me. It's every bit as good as they said it was. I was helped at this location by Alex, he was extremely nice and friendly. He helped me understand the menu, not having been here before, and also allowed me to try one of the proteins before I made my selection. He made recommendations for me based on what I was ordering that I really liked. I was very happy with the customer service I received. The restaurant was very clean and had nice restrooms.

this Cava and Nichols Hills have been the most consistent & super friendly. this CAVA outperforms several others we tried

we forgot to take pictures, but honestly the staff was really friendly. We always get nervous going to places near to their closing time, but the staff was incredibly nice to us even though we were probably those annoying customers straggling in at the last second, haha. They didn't make us feel like an inconvenience, which was so nice! The food was delicious, healthy, and affordable. It was honestly perfect. It's like a Chipotle, but 100 times better. Lots of options to choose from and you leave feeling satisfied.

A lot of kinks to work out at this location. I ordered online and my food took longer than stated. They told me to check my bag and I'm glad they did because they shorted me a meal! Then had to wait even longer for the shorted meal. The food is good so that's a plus! I will retry in a few weeks when they have time to work some of the kinks out.

Monica and Sam are the best! These two ladies are the best cava workers I've seen! They are so kind!

Food is amazing, reasonable prices but service not great. But honestly it's our go to for healthy, fast food. It's like a Mediterranean Chipotle and we love it.

Very poor and bad customer service. Telling customer on do you know how to read instead of explaining what comes in that particular menu item. She throw the bowl and showed attitude like doing a favor. We pay for the food and if this kind of service is provided i would never go to that location.

My daughter and I went to the Cava Kingspointe location for dinner. I ordered a super grains bowl with falafel meatballs. My daughter had a super greens bowl with harissa honey chicken. Both our meals were delicious and filling. It does not look like a lot of food in the bowl but there is. Everything is fresh! I recommend ordering a side of pita chips to go along with your bowl. Quick and easy from order to pay. Oh and try the lavender blueberry drink. Very refreshing! I highly recommend!!

Cava is great, this location sucks. I have been here twice and they did not have food. That's right, no food or extremely limited options. Once was at 11:15p and the other at 7:30p. The last time I was waiting in line there was ONE person making orders and ringing people up, while a dude with a beard in the back rolled his eyes- because there was a line of about 12 people waiting to order. It is worth going to other locations. The Kingspointe location is really bad. Like makes you want to not come back bad.

I was in town because my mother was in the hospital and I was happy to see a Cava so close. I built my own bowl and it was perfect. I'm allergic to avocado and sometimes I worry that restaurants don't take the risk seriously, but this place was great. My server changed his gloves and was careful not to cross contaminate -- and was nice about it!! So often at restaurants servers make me feel like I'm being a pain, but not here. I ended up going back two more times over the week.

Don't order TOGO here if you're in a hurry. Ridiculous that you can put a to go order here 30 mins before you even leave for it I HAVE WORK, before I order. And all these customers JUST coming in could go through the line TWICE before I get my order. This has happened more than once. I'm not a complainer, but here I am sitting In cava waiting on my food ridiculous. 0 stars if I could.

Since the first day I've ate here I haven't stopped yet my first meal was the Falafel Pita my second time was the same meal my third time was the sweet n spicy chow I pita, forth time was another one WITH my own add one, fifth time was a bowl I made up didn't do so great, sixth time was another bowl the falafel bowl with my own add on, I'm sorry I love Cava ima make sure y'all in business, the service at this location is lovely very kind people that'll actually socialize with you that's important,

Love the food but agree that this location is rough. Never met more miserable worker and was treated with contempt just by being there. Management needs an attitude check-in as customers don't deserve to be treated this poorly. Also, compared with my food portion at another location I frequently visit my bowl was 1/2 empty but feared interacting with this staff member. She even dropped her utensil, picked it back up and used it-yuck!!

Cashier was rude. This was the first time I have been the Cava. I was getting pita chips and asked to also get pita bread and she had an attitude and completely ignored me about the pita bread and just rang me up but was giving me a look. My friend that I was with had mentioned she was there the previous day and the same woman was rude. Food is good but service could use help for sure.

So delicious I want to work there, haha. A great place if you are vegetarian, and their meat selections look good too. I have gotten two different bowls there, substituting falafel for the meat. Their Harrissa vinaigrette is super tasty. So happy I found this place.

I really have enjoyed cava! I went 4 times in a 2 week span. I think the portions are very good to where you can have leftovers depending on how hungry you are when eating. A plus is all the toppings you can add for no additional cost. It makes the experience so much better to be able to try different topping combinations! Only thing I wish the serving of pita was larger(not a complaint just like the bread )! Definitely a must try!

I ate there on Sunday September 4 the food was great. There where two girl in the front line one looked lost like she had a long night and kept on leaving the other girl alone to handle all the customer. The other one was doing a great job she was the one working the whole line aside from the long line she had a smile on her face and very friendly even tho it was like she was the only one working other than the young man in the kitchen. I didn't catch her name but wish I would have.

Wow! Impressive! I thought Zoe's was pretty good until we tried this place! SUPER DELICIOUS! Puffed pita chips with crazy feta - WHEW! It was almost too good to handle. Thumbs up on the target parking lot Zoe's replacement!
