This was such a great place to grab cocktails and some light bites! We really enjoyed the creative names of the cocktails, and the outdoor atmosphere was so much fun. Definitely recommend checking out this spot! We did not have a reservation and were able to get seated very quickly.

Rooftop Cebada: Chill Atmosphere with a Great View We stopped by Rooftop Cebada for a drink, and while the service was a bit slow, once we were attended to, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The real highlight here is the relaxed, laid-back vibe—it’s the perfect spot to unwind, have a quiet drink, and enjoy the view over the city. ✔ Casual and peaceful atmosphere ✔ Great place to chill without the noise or crowds ✔ Friendly staff once they get to you Verdict: Worth it for the calm vibe and rooftop experience If you’re not in a rush and want a peaceful rooftop experience in Miami, Cebada is a great choice.

Google
Nice vibe for a weekend night, very casual rooftop on Giralda Av., valet parking is right around the corner. Food is served as “tapas”. Portions vary depending on which tapas you select. Ham croquetas w/guava sauce = AMAZING; octopus was my favorite, while is served with a spicy sauce that will reming you of “wing sauce”, if you mix up this sauce with the other sauces and rest of the plate, you’ll find the perfect balance. Caesar salad was very good; mushrooms croquetas, very good too; you must get the bread pudding with coffee ice cream, definitely the best option to end a very delightful meal.

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here. The atmosphere is lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff's service was top-notch. I really like this place!

Stopped by for a quick late night snack and a drink. This is a fun rooftop place, good music and nice atmosphere. Drinks were delicious and food came out quickly.

One of my favorite spots in all of Miami. The food is great, the atmosphere is excellent and the service is amazing. Special s/o to the general manager she is wonderful to me and my family everytime we come in.

Fun spot, loved the atmosphere. Food was good and service was awesome. Love the set up even though the elevator scared us. Oysters and claws were fresh. Will be back again

Our waiter Jasmine was nothing but amazing, her bright energy and knowledge of the drinks in the menu really completed our night and spent a great time. Good food and good people overall, nice ambiance as well. Def recommend for a nice night out for tapas and drinks!

Yelp
Came here on Saturday night and had a great time! I initially walked by the entrance without noticing. It's right by Coyo Taco, it's a little door to the left. Then you take the elevator up to the second floor. The restaurant itself is really spacious and the vibe is great. There's some covered/inside seating and then there's outside seating. I ordered the "This isn't town" drink and it was really good. I enjoyed it and would order it again. To eat I ordered the corn ribs. I will say I thought from looking at pictures that they were like off the cob but they're not!! They still have the cob on them (hence the name rib I guess I didn't realize that) so just know this might not be the best dish to order when catching up with friends because you have to eat corn on the cob while talking. They were tasty regardless and everyone else in my group liked their plates as well. I would definitely come back here. The music was great as well and not too loud so you can talk and hear others. The bathroom was clean as well!

Yelp
Stopped by after dinner around 9:15 PM to grab a drink -- it's a beautiful rooftop spot! Chill vibe, great layout, and not too packed. Lee was our server and he was awesome -- super friendly and attentive. We were a little disappointed to hear the oyster bar is no longer available, and also found it kind of wack that they don't let you sit in the lounge seating unless you're a party of 3 or more -- even though it was empty That said, we ordered the croquetas, which were , and the overall experience was still solid. Would come back again, especially if they bring the oysters back-- feels like a spot with great potential.

Yelp
I have passed this spot so many times. Thought I would give it a try ! The seating is really nice outdoors. Service was great . The drinks were refreshing . The food was okay. Definitely a place just to nibble at not have a full meal. . I would back here again ! Good to enjoy some breeze. First rooftop I have seen in this area .

Yelp
If you are looking for a cute rooftop bar in the Gables, this is a great place to check out! Be on the lookout for the entrance as it's on Giralda right next to Coyo Taco, where you go up an elevator and arrive at Cebada. The bar is very spacious and has a nice view of the gables. Some of the drinks for happy hour were batched but they were all still yummy. I did not get to try any of the food items but I have heard from others that they are very good. Our bartender was very friendly. Overall a very cute spot to check out, I will be coming back!

Yelp
Full transparency: I LOVE Cebada... like, LEEETERLY LOVE IT. A friend & I decided to meet for happy hour this past Friday. We arrived early with no reservation & decided to sit at the bar. I immediately ordered one of my favourite cocktails here, "EVERY BELEN GUYS CHRISTMAS VACATION" (Cucumber + Ginger + Honey + Lemon + Breckenridge Gin) & it was still as perfect as I remember it! Our bartenders, Danny & Gio were great although we never did get the Skinny Spicy Margaritas right (first round had waaaaay too much Triple Sec) and the second was very flat. Not crisp & tart & tequila-forward). As for the food, we first chose the "Wood Roasted Shishito Peppers", "James River Oysters", "Tostones y Caviar" & the "Marinated Olives", all brought out at lightning speed by our delightful waitress, Chanel. Best dish by far were the Tostones!!! What a great play on caviar-topped potato chips & french onion dip. YUM! Least favourite were the peppers. They were all shriveled & flavorless. They were like eating plastic wrapping. Nope! Sent back. While this was FAR from my best dining experience here (they've removed TWO of my favourite dishes from their menu: the amazing Roasted Cauliflower & Roasted Brussels Sprouts-- womp, womp.) it's still one of my top spots. You can't beat the vibe! Great music, great service & great ambience. Like always, ¡Fue tremenda descarga!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, Great service, beautiful rooftop, and DELICIOUS food!! I love this place for Happy Hour with friends!

Yelp
Nice and chill rooftop. Service was great and fast and waiters were friendly. Food came out very quick and was delicious. Lots of plates are shareable! Charred octopus was good! Loved the pizza, it was so tasty. Oysters were also very good. Cocktails weren't too strong, but still tasted refreshing. I would come back again!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful sunset views and party music vibes at this rooftop on Giralda Avenue in the Gables. Our server was great with recommendations and the food came out pretty quick. They have social hour specials, which we took advantage of. The caviar bump gave me a "marimbero from the 80s" vibe, as it was served on something that looked like a credit card and a silver tray (lol). The caviar, smash burger, octopus and pan a tomate were all amazing. Only complaint was with the lobster tacos. These were "fishy" as if they add tuna or fish flakes to it. It was really not good and definitely not just lobster. Drinks were all delicious and will be back again.

Yelp
Cool rooftop with good vibes and not so loud music. I only had 2 apps and they were very large and also good. Well come back for more

Yelp
I'm going to start with the highlight - atmosphere is on point. Love the rooftop even though in Miami it can get a little too hot. The DJ played good melodies on the day I went which was a Thursday. A little old school hip hop and r&b. The drinks were great! My fave were: every Belen guy Christmas vacation and bro, why are your pants so tight. Not only were they good but also refreshing. The negatives: the usual coral gables parking isn't that great and the food was fine. Not great but not bad. It's not something I'll go back for. The food we had were: bacon wrapped dates, huevos rotos, smoked rabo encendido, and gambas al ajilo. I'll come here for the drinks and vibe.

Yelp
We didn't eat any food this time, but we came from drinks prior to our dinner reservation. Everything about this place is cute and inviting. The entrance on the ground level is small, you could almost miss it. Then you take the elevator up and you're met with a neon sign and the hostess stand. There are two bars, plenty of seats, and seating all the way around the edges so you can look out into the busy walk way below. The drinks all have fun names and the one I ordered tasted amazing. The weather was perfect which was also a nice addition. The bartender was so sweet and friendly. She invited us to come back and try the menu which also looked incredible. Hoping to come back tomorrow!!

Yelp
I visited with friends for happy hour and it was a good time. Very relaxed vibes to catch up and enjoy great appetizers. Our server was attentive and overall was a nice experience. I would like to be back for dinner!

Yelp
after a long day at work, Cebada Rooftop is my ultimate Go-To place when I want to enjoy a delicious meal, sip on some colorful cocktails, which claim playful names like "Bro, Why are your pants so tight" and "Relax, it only tingles a little". This place has a little bit of everything for anyone to enjoy. Reservations are recommended but it's not required. In my most recent visit, I was seated right away at night this place becomes a vibe with a super-Chill miami crowd. If you enjoy listening to music, this is your place I always look forward to dining here!
google avatar

Yelp
Great drinks here! Super easy to get to in coral gables. On the same strip of plenty of other restaurants and bars. Take a quick elevator ride to the second floor and you reach Cebada Rooftop! They have 2 bars and plenty of tables and couches to sit on. They also have a railing you can sit along and watch the street below. They have a long list of craft cocktails here, which were very good!! I had the "Place is Great but the Owner Sucks" and "This isn't Town" which was like a Lychee martini with hibiscus tea. So great! Also will say the service was really good! Our server was so attentive and checked up on us frequently. Great experience overall, great vibes, location and drinks!
google avatar

Mari A.

Yelp
Danny was the most amazing bartender that I have ever sat with. His service was exceptional, he made the tastiest drinks, he was funny, and on point! He made this experience phenomenal. Manny also contributed to the great vibes. Love it here
google avatar

Alexandria K.

Yelp
When entering, you need to take the elevator up. You're greeted by amazing staff that are so friendly and accommodating! Most of the restaurant is outdoor and the ambience is great! They have an outdoor bar and indoor as well. We sat inside but most of our party kept going outside to enjoy the outdoor portion. The food was amazing as we continued to order throughout the night. Came out at a reasonable time. We had ordered oysters and attempted to split them up, but there was a misunderstanding and they ended up putting in 2 1/2 dozen orders of all the oysters we ordered. They were still really good and our table ended up eating it all :) I'm very picky with oysters and ended up eating at least 3 of each one we ordered. The bikini grilled cheese was our favorite with the tasty jam! The truffle caserito was delicious but just a tiny bit too salty.
google avatar

Landy G.

Yelp
Love this spot. Very chill and they got great drinks. I will say the service varies but the ambiance is totally worth it. They also have food for those looking to grab a snack while you drink and hangout. If you're looking to grab some drinks with friends at a chill place with good vibes definitely check this spot out.
google avatar

Lory T.

Yelp
Great service and the view of the city was stunning. They had a live DJ in the back for the after-dinner party.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a cute vibe at Cebada Rooftop, the space is set in a nice open concept with options to sit at the bar, on the terrace or private tables in their covered area. We chose the bar and had great service from our skilled bar staff. The happy hour offerings were on point -- everything from the delightfully spicy "it only tingles a little" cocktail to the mushroom croquetas and Pan con Tomate (I was surprised at just how good this was) was just so so yummy. The only thing I wasn't in love with was the raw oysters-- which is super rare for me since I normally am a huge fan. They didn't taste as fresh or flavorful, but still pretty good. Everything else however was absolutely delish. I'm so happy we stumbled upon this gem on Giralda-- I'll definitely be back for more.
google avatar

Shirene T.

Yelp
Always wanted to check this rooftop out since it opened but haven't had a chance to, and finally I went yesterday! Such a cute place with plenty of room inside and outside. They have a HH from Tuesday-Sunday 4-7 which is awesome! Nick our bartender was absolutely amazing, super attentive, great service, and super personable. The menu has unique Miami names and inside jokes which made this spot even more local! Loved the creativity. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. And the drinks even better! The music was awesome and had a great mix. Definitely will be back for more!

Yelp
Happy hour and date night fav. With excellent staff. Drinks are served crisp and true to preference. Food menu looked good but I did not arrive hungry. The views are great and the space is ample with comfy couches.
google avatar

Yelp
Good vibes cute area. Drink names are funny. Nice staff. Had the relax it only tingles a little and it was good.

Yoel G.

Yelp
The place is very nice, I think it is one of the the few rooftop dining options in Coral Gables. Love the vibe. I was theere in the aftenoon, and it was busy, but it seems like a fun place to be at night time. Service was good, very amicable. Most of the cocktails were pre made by batch. totally not my thing - but very efficient. We ordered all different cocktails, and they all looked the same : same color, same glass, same garnishes and very similar taste . We also ordered some of the few signature cocktails, but not much improvement. We tried different tapas from the menu as well. Food was good/ average with a very nice presentation. Prices is high for what it is, but I would not say it is expensive. It is worth it to give it a try.
google avatar

Kayla P.

Yelp
Need a good happy hour or night out in Miami! I highly recommend trying this rooftop out.
google avatar

Sheryl S.

Yelp
Went here for a bachelorette party (there were about 12 of us) happy hour and had a great experience. I was surprised it wasn't packed on a Saturday evening. Food and cocktails were excellent and service was smooth. I would definitely return!
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Stopped here for a quick drink and bite. It is a nice atmosphere with friendly service. Cocktails were premade / efficient. Looks like a fun place for dinner.
google avatar

Shanice G.

Yelp
Finally made it here and didn't disappoint. Great place to get cute and sit outdoors. No true rooftop views here but the vibe outside makes it a nice ambiance. The eats were good enough for me to return and try something else. The menu has some good options. Bikini grilled cheese is very rich in taste so after Two pieces you may be over it - ham, cheese, marmalade. The peppers are a great addition to cut the sweetness of it all. Snapper tiradito - not my fav dish just because I like certain things from a Tiradito and it wasn't boasting with flavor. I asked for spice and they added chili oil which wasn't spicy. I would have preferred jalapeños but they didn't have any. Still I scraped my plate and it had Nice presentation. Bacon Wrapped dates - they were good. Also very rich. I wish the pimento aioli had a bit more flavor to counteract the sweetness but good in theory.
google avatar

Lina F.

Yelp
The food was perfect. Love the rooftop ambience. Classy yet cool at the same time. We had the croquettes which are always a hit here but so is everything else on their menu. I want to come back for happy hour one day. This is the perfect much needed spot in giralda. The rooftop makes it different from all the other restaurants on Giralda's restaurant row. The only downside is that if you're not familiar with its location it's easy to miss. You have to look for the single glass door in between a bunch of restaurants. The glass door is in a little hall with the elevator leading you to cebada rooftop. Don't miss the elevator I promise you won't be disappointed!

Paolo C.

Yelp
Very good tapas all around. The mushrooms croquetas were divine. Specialty drinks were excellent. Service was wonderful, quick and attentive. The rooftop was a pleasant surprise in the middle of the gables. Very cool. Definitely will be back.
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
BEST happy hour I have attended in quite some time!!! Loved the outdoor seating, which would be amazing during the cooler months of Miami winter. The food options for happy hour are great!!!! Order the mushroom croquetas, the ham iberico ones as well, the eggplant hummus is divine and the empanadas too!!! The portions for happy hour are BIG, and plentiful.
google avatar

Rajiv K.

Yelp
This rooftop is sort of tucked away when you're trying to find the entrance, which can be a little confusing but also a little cool. You have to take the elevator up through a narrow entrance wedged between two other spots. Dropped in for their pretty killer Tuesday oyster special and happy hour. It wasn't too packed. The roof top was spacious. Sitting at the bar, the tender was very friendly. The oysters themselves weren't top tier but they were also a dollar each. They were meaty and had all the trimmings. These were sourced from Virginia and not the cooler ones waters up north. What I loved was the tuna tartare which had a bit of a kick to it. This was exceptionally flavored and a dish I'd easily re order. I enjoyed myself and would return to try more of their food. The cocktails were also very nicely crafted and designed (one had a little flamingo in it).
google avatar

Christopher W.

Yelp
Wow. I work at the University of Miami and went here for a faculty dinner/happy hour to relax at the end of the semester. I read the menu and was confused by the menu names for food and drinks. I was amazed how delicious the tapas were. We all shared several and loved them all. The grilled octopus was amazing! So were many others. The drinks were unique yet delicious. Our server was Ali and she and her team did an amazing job caring for our party of 10. I didn't eat the dessert however everyone else devoured 3 of them in 5 minutes. The atmosphere was nice on the rooftop on a nice fall evening. I will definitely be returning there.
google avatar

Melissa K.

Yelp
Fabulous ambience, delicious food and drinks, attentive wait staff. We had the corn ribs, chicken empanadas (only available during HH), croquettes de Jamon and marinated olives. Food was quick and satiating
google avatar

Jackie W.

Yelp
Beautiful location, set up and ambiance. Ordered the corn ribs, the pan con tomate which was my favorite and the lobster rolls that were good too. The empanadas were hot and so delicious, we requested more. Due to our server forgetting to bring the shrimps we ordered, it arrived at our table luke warm to cold and not very good. A very loud and big party were seated in the covered (echoing) part near us, unfortunately that tainted my experience. Spoke to the manager in the front and requested another area, was told to wait about 10 min to see if a party showed up for a table in another area and were completely forgotten about for 30+ minutes. Once the food came out and the second round of drinks, we were approached and asked if we wanted to be moved when we had a 2 hour sitting limit and were about done. Unsure if I'd return but the food and drinks were good.
google avatar

Kassandra G.

Yelp
What a cute little rooftop! Came in to grab a few quick drinks and some appetizers and I was pleasantly surprised to see how spacious and lively the spot was. This is a mostly outdoor location, but it does have a few inside tables. It's such a fun play on a rooftop since it is fairly small buildings set along other fairly small buildings, but it does give you that rooftop vibe! It has a casual, romantic atmosphere good for groups or even a date night! In terms of service,, our waitress was top-notch. We never had a single moment of wondering where she was or looking for assistance. She was always right there ready to add anything to our order or make sure that our table was clean and clear at all times. Now, the best part........ the FOOD!! The drinks were delicious with all their fun names and creative recipes, There's something for everyone here. The bro your pants, so tight is a guava based drink and it's probably my favorite drink on the menu! You can never go wrong with corn, and their corn ribs are to die for! whatever that sauce that they put on them is so rich and delicious that it makes you want to eat 100 of these corn ribs! The jamon croquettas we're so delicious and fresh with the side of guava sauce that is amazing. My only complaint is I wish it came with more than four croquettas! Overall, we really enjoyed this place. It is a bit on the pricey side but you are getting what you paid for with good service, good food and good drinks. !
google avatar

Maria L.

Yelp
Came here last night with my family for some food and drinks. The vibe was great, the server was very attentive and had pretty great recommendations for food. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the drinks were pretty insanely priced.. a mezcal mule was $27. I go out to eat and drink a lot, and not even in the most upscale restaurant have I ever paid $27 for a simple mezcal mule. I wouldn't mind paying this somewhere nicer, but definitely not here.
google avatar

Sandra H.

Yelp
Great view to Coral gables, great drinks Awesome to go with friends Highly revommends
google avatar

Alex F.

Yelp
One of my favorite rooftop bar/restaurants in Coral Gables! The music and ambiance is popping, it's always packed and it's refreshing being in the open air rooftop. I've usually gone for happy hour and I love their draft cocktails. All the food I've tried here is really good as well. I've never been disappointed with the drink or food. Service is great here as well! One time I spilled my drink and the bartender without skipping a beat made me a new one. I don't need an excuse to go to Cebada, I love going there and can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Shernell H.

Yelp
This place definitely gives a very cute vibe. Loved the rooftop concept with the great weather. When we first got there, it was very hard to hear anyone talking as the music was very loud, however, they turned it down upon request. We went during happy hour. They had a decent selection of drinks, however, for food, the only option was raw oysters for $10. (I prefer charred/grilled oysters). I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the squid pasta dish that I wanted, so I got the pan con tamate which was just okay to me. The mojito also was just average, but that may just be because I've had some exceptional mojitos. They did have this cheese appetizer which was exquisite. Not sure what it was called as I was sampling off someone else's dish. Overall, a great experience.

Isaac V.

Yelp
Made a reservation through open table, despite it being confirmed I received a call from the restaurant asking for my credit card information inclusive of security code? To allegedly approve the reservation based on the manager's instructions? One I declined to give my security code verbally which would allow fraud to anyone they cancelled my reservation, terrible service
google avatar

Lauren C.

Yelp
Relaxed environment with tapas style sharing dishes and the drinks are always great. Get there early to get a couch or table but either way the view of coral gables to people watch is beautiful at night.
google avatar

Mario V.

Yelp
We came to Cebada for a 40th birthday celebration and I was really looking forward to going because all of Miami and Coral Gables has been speaking of this place. To start off, we loved the entrance, looks like you're in the wrong area but the elevator takes you right up to the entrance of the rooftop. Once we were acclimated with the group, we started getting helped by Ali, which was truly amazing the whole night remembering our names and what we wanted as drinks as they kept coming. We tried the round ham croquettes with the guava dip and it was amazing, it was our favorite of the night. But there were others that we tried, like the flat bread pizza, strips of corn, and mini sandwiches. All priced well for their sizes. Only bad thing about going in July, even at 9pm, is that it's super hot, although they did have a lot of fans everywhere to try to keep people cool. I did wear Jeans but wished I would have worn shorts.
google avatar

Kathleen R.

Yelp
The ambiance is undeniably a 5. We sat at the railing and I loved the rooftop view of the promenade below. The service was good, not spectacular and they forgot to bring silverware twice which isn't a big deal but just not totally on top of it. There are very little to no vegan options on the menu. I think they only had the shishito peppers which is what I ordered. The peppers were really fantastic but I was just disappointed they really didn't have much else and nothing was called out on the menu. It was pretty pricey for what it was
google avatar

Valerie L.

Yelp
Very cute rooftop bar and dinner spot at the gables. We got lucky and got seating near the edge of the rooftop so we had a view. Our waitress was very attentive the whole time and kept checking in on us throughout the night. We enjoyed the appetizer we got (weren't very hungry so mainly got drinks). The drinks were very well made and they had mocktail options. The weather was great and so we sat up at this rooftop for a while. Loved the lighting and atmosphere. It was a fun and relaxing spot. My husband has been here before and actually tried a lot of their dishes which he mentioned were amazing so I am looking forward to coming back and trying more of their food.

Andres A.

Yelp
Emanuel was an amazing server. Drinks and ambience were perfect! Emanuel made the night!
google avatar

Anna M.

Yelp
I came late so I couldn't indulge on the happy hour deals but they have awesome cocktails. It's much bigger than I expected and the service is great. The menu is a bit on the pricier side but that's why Miami loves happy hour, am I right?

Dania V.

Yelp
The service was ok and the rooftop is kind of cool, however the food and drinks were underwhelming. We went on happy hour , they do have some drinks at a discounted price (some of them premixed frozen ) . We ordered croquetas de Jamon that did not taste like ham not they did have visible traces of ham in them. A hamburger full of ingredients that tasted like burnt meat and an eggplant mousse that was ok. Overall may be a good place to share drinks with friends at happy hour. Not worth a visit for the food.
google avatar

Flora H.

Yelp
Great ambiance for post work drinks with colleagues. Lots of happy hour offerings, but preferred the drinks to the food (pan con tomate and croquetas were forgettable). But definitely worth it for the drinks and vibe!
google avatar

Audrey S.

Yelp
Good food and stellar ambiance. A decent happy hour but otherwise high prices for quantity. The rooftop is so cute and chic with plenty of seating and string lights all around. There was lovely live music when I was there on a Wednesday night but it was still easy to get a table and service was still well-paced. Good vegetarian options that are actually vegetable forward. The brussel sprouts were amazing but portion size was fairly small for price when you consider it was a vegetable dish. Value was better on the happy hour wine, which was available until 7.
