"Ceiba is a little bar just off Bird Road sandwiched in a warehouse district, and it's (as far as we know) the only meadery in Miami. So it's a great place to come if you are 1) really into mead or 2) just looking to try something new and mix up your drinking routine. They have a menu of their own Miami-inspired meads, like the delicious La Isla Del Encanto, which is aged in a rum barrel and tastes a bit like coquito. There are other things to drink here too, like beer and wine made with local fruits. They sometimes have a food truck parked outside, so check their Instagram before you come." - Ryan Pfeffer

First time trying mead and loved it! The owners are super friendly and passionate about their brewery. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They also have a food truck out front. There’s several local brewery beers for purchase if mead isn’t your thing. I loved the guava cider. Good vibes. Perfect place for locals.

Amazing low key spot with some amazing Meads and Ciders. They also carry a nice selection of beers if meads aren't your thing. They always have light bites available (empanadas and Jamaican patties) but you can frequently find pop ups too. Even after moving away from the neighborhood I find myself making the trek down from Opa Locka to enjoy the best meads and ciders in Miami!

I never knew I liked mead until I visited Ceiba Winery. They have a wide variety of flavors made from different fruit blends. The founders are constantly experimenting with new combinations so you are likely to taste something unique each time you go.

What an amazing, unique experience. One of the owners served us and was extremely friendly and obviously very proud of his products. For good reason. The cider and mead was spectacular and the combinations of mixing the two was such a cool, fun concept. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our time here and will be returning for sure. Highly recommend this place for a casual date or a chill hangout with friends.

Best place to get mead and wine in all of Miami bar none. The mead is out of this world no matter what flavor you pick, and the location is super cool, with amazing hosts. We host weekly events and Ceiba is our favorite spot no doubt.

Amazing winery filled with fruit wines, mead (honey wine), and ciders that they make in house!! They also make wine based cocktails and carry tons of beer if you’re a beer lover. They have food pop ups and have light bites in house. Definitely a must go to and vibey bar to enjoy with a big group of friends or date night.
