Ceiba Review - Bird Road - Miami - The Infatuation

"Ceiba is a little bar just off Bird Road sandwiched in a warehouse district, and it's (as far as we know) the only meadery in Miami. So it's a great place to come if you are 1) really into mead or 2) just looking to try something new and mix up your drinking routine. They have a menu of their own Miami-inspired meads, like the delicious La Isla Del Encanto, which is aged in a rum barrel and tastes a bit like coquito.
