Dear Customer Service,
I purchased a Perrier Jouet Champagne Blanc des Blancs gift set with two glasses from your store on August 9, 2025. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that one of the glasses has a damaged foot. Unfortunately, this defect was not noticed by the sales assistant during the sale, and I ended up leaving with the product in this condition.
Since the 11th of August, I have been trying to reach your customer service team by phone, but my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of response has been very frustrating, as I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Since this set was intended as a gift, the damage is unacceptable. I would kindly request that the damaged glass, or if possible, the entire personalized set, be replaced.
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange of the product.
