I had so much fun. I went on my own near the end of the night. I felt immediately at home as it reminded me of a Wisconsin bar I had gone to. It was full, and yet I was made to feel welcomed as I walked in the door. I also met a couple people and chatted with them. It was fun and I'm glad I went.

Amazing fun friendly and open atmosphere! Great drinks and karaoke with Lacie on Friday nights is definitely a 5 star terrific time!!

Hours are very specific but they plan to expand. Sheri was friendly and I downloaded the juke box app to rock out. Local Flys are in good spirit. I will pass buy again next weekend.

The music wasn't too loud so you could have a conversation. There was a football game on but there was no battle between music and game. You could enjoy both. The drinks were delicious

Quiet little local dive. Nothing fancy, pool table, beer & full bar, noise level was low enough my friends were able to have a good convo without yelling, we had a good time.

Our tab had a mysterious 11 units of Add Liquor at $1 each. I was confused because I had two drafts and my wife had five single well vodkas. It was very hard to follow the server's explanation. She said that she knew that customers would buck the charge that she had been told to start adding and she didn't feel right about it. She immediately reached into her tip jar and handed me $11 to cover the charge. I told her that I appreciated that but wondered what the deal was. She suggested that my wife had asked for heavy pours, which she immediately refuted. I sat beside her the whole time and never heard her ask for that. The server asked the karaoke hostess to explain the charge to us. She looked at the pictured tab and asked me, "What is that?" I told her that she was supposed to tell me. She walked away, spoke with the server, then returned to put our tab on the bar without saying anything further to us. Eleven is an odd number and I don't know how that would factor into five drinks anyway. While we were leaving another customer was demanding to know about a mysterious $17 charge.

Pretty chill spot. Jamie the bartender makes some really good drinks. Full bar and juke box. If you are looking for a spot to graba a few drinks and maybe chat with a friend, this is the spot. Its not the most glamorous spot but the dim lighting helps with the interior presentation. Parking in the front and back. They also have a pool table. Friendly service

Mimi is the best! This is a cozy whole in the wall. A place that all are welcomed. Drinks are good. Karaoke is fun. People are friendly.

Great divey bar with good drinks at crazy fair prices. My roommates best friend works here and he's definitely a top notch guy and bartender. I'm sure everyone else is great as well, but have only ever had Jaime as my "Moe's Tavern" guide. He's friendly and considerate of all as well as fast and dedicated. Stiff cocktails, but not too stiff... all about the balance. I've passed this bar before, but never actually knew it was this cozy little mood lit slice of comfort in the LA Valley. The parking is pretty easy with a spacious yet limited lot. They have a digital jukebox with just about everything on it as well as a single pool table that everyone is pretty fair about taking turns at. Tons of seating at the bar at tall tables and alongside the back half of the Celtic Raven Pub. The menu board with specials is handwritten above the bar and they do have some TV monitors for events. Seems like a spot mostly full of fun regulars with minimal drama most nights. Definitely would stop in again sometime with friends or just to pull up a chair and chill. My first bar in 2022. If you like divey with modern flare... look no further than this needle in a haystack known as the Celtic Tavern Pub.

Love going into this bar especially on Wednesday and Thursday. Cassie is an amazing bartender and always takes care of you when you're in there. She's the reason I keep coming back. Don't know what that place would be without her.

The girl Blake double charged me not cool I payed my tab cash I left my tab open gave her my card I payed her 110$ plus tip and she still ran my card after I told her not too so she charged me again not cool not happy at all when I told her I payed her cash she argued and said I didn't but I'm full aware I did I have witnessed that saw me pay her cash

Was exploring for a new bar in the neighborhood and found the Celtic Raven. It is a dive bar in the best way. Seems to have a lot of regulars one of which welcomed everyone that came into the bar whether he knew them or not. This is the kind of place you would come if you want a drink and want to get to know people. Good pours, reasonable prices, and a jukebox too.

Went on a random Week day and had so much fun. Cassie was such an doll! Beer is cold and service is good !

You walk in there as a stranger walk out as family. I really like this place and cassidy mimi are my favs they are the best bartenders.

We decided to give this "dive bar" a try on a Thursday night. It happened to be karaoke night. We ended up having a blast! The bartenders were friendly and the karaoke host was fantastic. We met some fun people (as usual) and ended up spending much more time there then planned. Overall we had an awesome time and found another "dive" to hang out in! Only wish they served food...

Karroke? Pretty kool . but the sound had crippling distortion -- drunk and waisted people making deafening feedback. The bartender who's actually pretty cool, considering the mess she manages, and the ignoring of peeps trying to get a drink To my total amazement I enjoyed two freekin amazing singers tonight, 10/28/22 .. The girl that hosts karroke is very good, and some dude that looked like he couldn't sing a note just came up and utterly nailed a George Michaels tune probably better than George sang it . Huh? I was like WTH?. Someone call that talent show with all the stuck up judges, this guy was not human.. I give it 3.5 stars, only because the place has no security, and the bar tender was leaving for 5 to 10 minutes going outside, not a bad little hang though . Not a bad jam. I'd go back, kool peeps.

Stumbled upon this newly redone "dive" bar. My bf visited the day before and met the owners Belinda + Joe. Elissa was super sweet and shared the drink specials upon sitting down, as well as the amenities and even highlighted the weekly events. We caught the soft opening so everything is fresh and redone. The bathrooms are clean and all is organized. Previous crowd appears to still be frequenting (friendly, older crowd) with some younger folks in -- interested to see how the vibe shifts or sticks as there's been a lot of local college/university influx. Either way, I'll be back to this little neighborhood spot!

James is an amazing bartender and person. Definitely delivers the whole damn package. 5 starts if you want a good vibe and strong drank

This is the type of bar that I can let my hair down at. We enjoy our selves here often because the bartenders are personal. From Toni to Eric to Sheri and Cynthia they all are good people. If you want to come to a place where you can have a laugh or even stay to yourself this is the place. See you when you get here.

This place is the place to be at. All the bartenders makes me feel like as if I was at home. Eric and Tonii who are here most of the time always knows what I want as soon as I walk in. Celebrated my birthday here as well and the vibe was great !!!! Place got WAY more better with the new ownership

Love the ambiance of this small bar but super annoyed with rude bartender. Always seems super annoyed when you ask for a drink. And 9/10 times is gonna give an attitude in response to anything you say. Also, leaves the bar for 5 minutes at a time throughout the night.

Love this bar! Has a pool table and great atmosphere. Can definitely see myself coming back every weekend!

This is literally my go to spot. The vibe is chill and the bartenders (Tonii, Eric, Cynthia and Sheri) are very personable. I came in a couple times prior to the new ownership and a different name and nothing like this. If you would like to handle out in a place where everyone knows your name and you feel like family this would be your spot.

This is probably one of my main to go spots to chill and have a drink. My favorite bartender Austin always knows what I want and is always so nice and makes me feel like I am home. I bring my friends and they love it here! The pool table is so dope, the new decor and colors makes this bar so modern yet simplistic but yet so very nice. Point being I love it here !!!

Even before Covid this place was mediocre, but we went again when it opened and got sick. Avoid if you don't want to get ill.

i'm new to this bar, like 3 months new and any Friday I would come by & it's popping! The DJ is a nice touch & drinks are on point, can't complain. Tonii, i'll see you soon

I come to this bar pretty often and it's a cool place to come let loose and relax after work. The drinks come at a great price and the bartender cynthia is awesome! She gives you great service that comes with a beautiful smile :) They have a pool table and a juke box that plays good music and I've been in here Fridays and there is a great DJ also! Definitely a friendly neighborhood dive bar!

What a makeover! Subtle and specific. I saw the new sign and I thought I should drop by and check it out. I've only been here a few times before in it's previous incarnations and it was always a decent dive bar with occasional live music but now it feels like the real deal. The vibe is darker, almost gothic but still not some underground dungeon. It's got an east coast dive/pub feel. The stage is the same but air feels different. Even though I've always had a good time there in the past the area occasionally felt sketchy. The bar always had that edge to it. It's still has an edge but now it's for the better. The bar's new spirit is pushing against the evils of the past and winning. It's definitely way cooler than it was before. The bartender was super friendly and the music was a nice mix of old and new. Live bands are coming and I can't wait to be a part of it. I'm will be back to support and to see where this all goes. I'm excited.

Great bar! Good music, especially if you like a variety (old school.and new music) drink are bomb! Had myself a pickle back and some beers on tap. The bartender are great! Right on point when you need a new drink. My first time here and I'll definitely be back

I love the environment the bar has. The bartenders are very friendly and prices dint break the bank. Overall its a nice hole in the wall bar that i recommend people to check out.

Great spot to head to after work for a quick drink with your friends. Djs to get the vibe just right on the weekends and Sunday football. Friendly and great atmosphere and the bartenders know how to make good drinks. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Lol...just wow. This place doesn't have customers? In all my years I've never seen a bar so empty. I guess it's cool if you like privacy. Bad neighborhood though.

Ever since this bar became Celtic raven it's been a lot more fun to stop by. 2 of the bartenders there are so nice and professional. I believe their names are Toni and Eric! They just make the overall experience so much more enjoyable. I also appreciate the complimentary food you guys do on sundays. 10/10. Wow
