Central Milling Logan

I was introduced to Central Milling in Logan a few years ago by my daughter. I'm incredibly pleased with the quality of this organic flour! It has worked well in all my recipes. As of Oct. 6, 2025 the price for 50# of Artisan Bakers Craft 100% Organic Wheat Flour is $33.13. I feel this is a great quality flour and a great buy for Organic Flour! After paying for the flour in their small office they bring the flour out to you and load it into your vehicle. Thank you Central Milling! Their office is open Monday through Friday 8AM -5PM. If you are coming from out of town it is always a good idea to call ahead to make sure they haven't had to close unexpectedly. Thank you Central Milling!

Love their flour! Have been making bread and rolls with this flour for a long time. My father used this flour and I still do as well. Did not know that they were not open on Saturdays however!

25 lb bag ordered and shipped extremely fast, had some slight issues with the arrival but it was more of a Fed Ex issue, Central Milling Immediately corrected the problem by sending me a another 25 lb bag. In my quest for the perfect Pizza made at home I have found my flour, originally a Caputo fan, this makes a better dough.

Excellent little place. We have loved their pancake flour. I've been using the artisan wheat flour as well. It is a good flour. Made some home made pasta with it the other night. What a treat. If you need flour this is the place to get it.

I purchased (2) 50# bags of Khorasan wheat berries from the Logan location. After returning home (50 miles) both bags were opened to discover that the wheat was full of chaff, in-shell berries, as well as a few tiny rocks. Nowhere near the quality or experience I have had with other suppliers of this product. I contacted Central Milling to let them know what I had found. This was the response: “We concluded that you must have got the last two bags of the batch, and sometimes, the last part of the boxes end up with in-shell kernels; it's rare but does happen.” After investigating my claim it was apparent that they had sold an inferior product. However; no refund or discount was given and an exchange refused stating: “we won't be able to exchange the Khorasan because the bag has been opened.” Not a company that stands behind the admittedly inferior product that they sold. Cannot use for home milling. Beware.

Drove two hours (4round trip) to pick up wheat I can’t get anywhere in Utah county, for Father’s Day, I’ve already paid for it, took the time off work and they have hand written sign on the door that says they’re closed for a work function. Online says they are open 👎🏼 absolutely unprofessional!

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to pick up organic, freshly milled flour at a terrific price.
