"Bringing South American flavours to Warsaw, you’ll quickly find that this bright, airy restaurant is much more than a bar and serves far more than just ceviche. The famous Peruvian dish does feature – with sea bass, tuna and oyster among the varieties – but so do empanadas, grilled steaks and picarones. Argentinian chef-owner Martin Gimenez Castro imbues them all with freshness and vitality. In the evening, the music grows louder and the pisco sours start emerging from the bar at increasing speed." - Michelin Inspector

I recently visited Ceviche Bar in Warsaw, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The Ceviche Atun was especially disappointing; it lacked the balance and flavor you’d expect from this dish, and though it’s meant to be served cold, it didn’t appeal to my taste at all. On a slightly better note, the guacamole was very creamy, which I enjoyed. However, the Salad En Salada con Mango was underwhelming for the price—it was fresh, but the overall quality didn’t justify the cost. The highlights of the visit were the Pisco Sour, which was well-made, and the friendliness of the waiter, who provided excellent service. Despite these positives, the food simply didn’t win me over, and I won’t be returning.

Ceviche Bar is located at the base of a tall building. The modern interior offers guests a view of the open kitchen. There is also outdoor seating on the patio in front of the restaurant. As for the food, it’s all in the name - ceviche. The seasoning is spot on and the tuna ceviche had a nice spicy kick to it. The empanadas were also tasty having tried the one with shrimp. While the food was good, the quantity was rather on the small side for the price. The ceviche comes with tortilla chips to scoop it up with. The chips are filling but would have preferred more of the ceviche and less chips.

Absolutely perfect. We had the Ceviche de Robalo, Atun con Tapioca Frita, Tacos de Salmon, Guacamole, and Picarones. Along with a few Pisco Sours and Haiku. Have I mentioned the amazing DJ? Don’t miss this spot when you’re in Warsaw!

I went there with dreams of Latin America. The DJ played nostalgic songs that reminded me of the Cuban vibe. The ceviche was great! Everything was perfect. No surprise the place is in the Michelin guide. A downside is loud music inside the venue.

Amazing experience, start with picoas sour pair with oysters, empanadas then mixed ceviche dish and end with traditional Peruvian doughnuts. It was a culinary treat for one person and it’s was yummy! 😋

The food was fresh and good with generous portions. The guacamole was very good. But the cocktails were disappointing, we went for the pisco sour and it wasn't very good. The atmosphere could have it, but it does lack animation.
