13 Flavor-Packed Destinations for Ceviche in Miami

"Brothers Christian and Frank Encalada are the team behind this cozy gastropub with a Peruvian cuisine focus. Ceviche options are plenty and varied, ranging from an aji amarillo choice marinated lightly in lime juice and seasoned with Peruvian limo chili, cilantro, and onion." - Juliana Accioly

Divino Ceviche Review - Coral Gables - Miami - The Infatuation

"There are two locations of this more updated take on a cevicheria, and both are equally good. You’ll find a lot of spruced up Limeño classics at Divino Ceviche (not to be confused with Ceviches by Divino in Miami Beach) similar to the food you see in Lima’s more upscale, contemporary restaurants. The menu steers clear of being too experimental, though, and many Peruvian expats will recognize the dishes here, including the mini tacu tacus. These little squares of crispy rice and canary bean cakes get topped with a tiny steak, a sunny side up quail’s egg, and just a spoonful of sarsa criolla. It’s like an adorable scaled-down version of a traditional tacu tacu a lo pobre, but what makes this place unique are the hard-to-find Amazonian specialties. Amazonian-style chaufa is always on the menu, featuring fried rice studded with a type of smoked pork called cecina and diced sweet plantains. They also feature other Amazonian dishes, like tacachos, as daily specials from time to time." - Carlos C Olaechea

Tried lunch and dinner. Dinner service was much more welcoming and came with good suggestions. Octopus skewers are a must! Ceviches are good. Inca cola was interesting and as advised, tasted like bubble gum. Crispy rice salmon was ok. Food comes out pretty quickly. Definitely will be back whenever in town!

Love this spot! Literally everything on the menu is amazing. If you don't know Peruvian food, you'll fall in love with it for sure. The ceviches are super fresh and amazing. Philip is awesome. Would definitely come back and try more of the menu!

Google
Had such a great experience at Ceviches by Divino in Miami Beach. The Ceviches Trio was EXCELLENT. The flavor combinations were on point and delicious. I also had the Crispy Cilantro Rice with Salmon. It was some of the best crispy rice I have ever had. Additionally the Chicha Morada was very tasty and the server was great!! I will definitely be returning my next time in Miami.

Google
I freaking love this place!!! I live in NYC and every time I come to this location for business I’m dreaming and talking about this place to my co workers about what’s on the menu. Every time I come it’s more of a better amazing experience. Props to Duglas, JP and Jovanni for enhancing my experience there.

Service and food were fantastic. Highly recommend for a quick but to eat. We ordered the ceviche with calamari and poke with steak. Super flavorful.

Google
Ceviches by Divino in Miami Beach offers a relaxed, inviting atmosphere paired with attentive and friendly service—especially thanks to Douglas, who made the experience feel seamless. The menu stands out with its creative fusion of Peruvian and Asian flavors, delivering a delightful variety of dishes that are both fresh and imaginative. A perfect spot for flavorful bites and laid-back vibes. Perfect spot to stop for a bite if you spent the day walking and seeing local sites.

Google
With an easy to access location, Ceviches by Divino shines brightly amongst the best ceviche restaurants in Miami Beach. The portions are huge, the quality is impeccable, and the service is outstanding. Might have been some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had (highly recommend the combination trio). Cannot wait to introduce this place to friends and family!

Google
This place is one of the best to try Peruvian food. We ordered three different dishes to share amongst three friends and each dish was rated number one by one of us. The flavour and freshness of ingredients in each dish was fantastic. Eventhough i felt the portion size was a bit smaller for each dish but the taste was more than satisfactory. I woke up next morning and had this feeling “ wow last night dinner was so good”.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with family and friends. Excellent food as well as great service from our server Juan!

Yelp
Best restaurant in the area, went there 3times on my 4days stay around mid beach. It's a smaller restaurant with limited tables and bar seats. All the food I had was great including the octopus, soup and rice, good spot for seafood lovers. service is fast and friendly. Try the Chicha Morada drink if yo like cinnamon.

Yelp
Wow! What a little piece of Peruvian cuisine heaven in Miami Beach! This experience was not only delicious, but Felipe managed to make it even more enjoyable! So let's start by saying we were near the elephant migration (Art Basel beach exhibit 2024) exhausted and looking for food ... and we arrived just as the restaurant was opening. We got the best table inside by the window! We got lucky as the place quickly started to fill up! Good things tend to fill up quick here! We shared an appetizer: there were many very cute and delicious and also good looking choices so we picked the salmon bit one : see the picture: it looked and tasted spectacular! The table next to us chose another one of the bite sized tapas and it looked and (they said) also tasted delicious. I saw pisco fours brought out, sangrias, so they have some awesome wines and cocktails as well- this time we just had a soda. Then we each got a ceviche. My friend got the regular ceviche which she devoured. It was a nice portion size and very fresh and good... and I got the "leche de tigre" because I was not as hungry but I do love the ceviche juice... thinking it would be smaller... well it came with a nice sized fried calamari, shrimp and "choros" omg I was already full and had not even touched the ceviche and the leche de Tigre underneath!! Yummm!! I totally recommend and I am Peruvian: we are harsh cook judges when it comes to our traditional foods, and this little restaurant passed the ceviche test with flying colors! Thank you Felipe for the great experience! Enjoy!!

Yelp
Came to Miami for a conference and I was craving Peruvian food. Literally right around the corner from where I was staying, at the AC Hotel Miami Beach, was this cute little mom and pop shop. With only a few tables, there was a lot traffic in this restaurant. I wasn't sure what to order so I wanted to get the combination sampler... which gave me a taste of everything that was great on their menu. *Disclaimer: the menu photo makes it seem like it's a small portion, but it was huge! Portions were generous and I took it to go because I couldn't finish. Anyway, it was AMAZING! The food and customer service were great! I'll be back if I ever visit Miami again.

Yelp
Amazing!! Our server was so helpful and attentive. It was our first time having Peruvian food and he explained everything, including some recommendations. When the food arrived, we literally devoured everything! It was so good and while starchy it didn't leave you feeling heavy and full after it all. Next time I'm in Miami, I'll definitely be back!

Jaclyn S.

Yelp
LOVED this place! Best dinner of our entire trip to Miami Beach. The food was delicious and people a pleasure. Try it!

Yelp
I've been to the Doral location twice and was excited to see that Miami Beach also had a Devino location! Hands down my favorite place to have flavorful and authentic ceviche/ sides! Ceviche by Devino has the best appetizers as well, everything comes out so fast and the waiter is always very attentive. The ambiance is really nice and special in this location compared to the Doral location.

Yelp
The flavors and creativity brought me straight back to Lima. Service was good and the waiter was attentive. The space is small yet comfy and relaxing.

Yelp
Warm, wonderful, smiling hospitality. Fresh seafood possible with major taste exposures! sour and everything on the menu brought my mind reeling back to my days in Peru. Absolutely CJ Trio. I chose the mixto octopus, shrimp, and other seafood. My husband chose the.saltados lomo (beef) dish. Both were at 10 out of 10!
google avatar

Danielle L.

Yelp
Absolutely spectacular. Fresh, well portioned, great quality seafood. The Ceviche Apaltado Salmon with leche de tigre and avocado sauce is the best ceviche I have ever had. "Marinated lightly in lime juice and seasoned with peruvian limo chili, fresh cilantro, onion, garnished with sweet potato and choclo (peruvian giant corn). $23.99 and worth every dollar. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you are walking around Miami Beach looking for good food.

Yelp
we were recommended here by a friend, and it was actually so delicious. we were intending to eat a little early supper after a day at the pool. we were all really tired and hungry, and it was close to our airbnb and the beach. the portion sizes were a little small but the dishes i tried were very filling.

Yelp
We came visiting from Houston a couple weeks ago and decided to try this place for a casual lunch. The service was good and everyone was very friendly and accommodating! We got the mixed Trio de Ceviches and out of the 3 the amarillo one was my favorite. The fried rice was also very good!

Theodore T.

Yelp
Friendly staff, food tasted good, fast service, easy to get a table for lunch-- stop by!

Yelp
Food was so good a fresh. Absolutely delicious. Good service and very close to the beach.

Yelp
1. They are super nice and friendly here 2. It was a kid friendly place - they seem like they're used to dealing with strollers, babies, etc. 3. Their fish and ceviches are very fresh and tasty! Some of the combos were not what I expected (potato base instead of rice) but it was all still very solid. I would say stick to the ceviches and roll type things here! Those were all very good. The lomo saltado was good, but not the best I've ever had. The layout of this restaurant is kind of like a long skinny hallway. I would generally suggest 6 being the biggest party you come here with!

Yelp
Thank you Felipe for an amazing experience! We are from California and found this restaurant from yelp reviews. The food was to die for and the service was even better. Any ceviche and the paella was SO good! Highly recommend -- and ask for Felipe if you want the best recommendations and customer service.

Yelp
One of my last days in Miami during Ultra week and my friend and I wanted to eat somewhere near our Airbnb in Mid Beach. Ended up coming to Ceviche By Divino. We got the ceviche sampler and arroz con Mariscos. The sampler ceviche sampler was super refreshing and delicious. It had great mix of citrus and seafood flavors. The arroz con mariscos was good as well but the ceviche was definitely the star. We got some Peruvian beers to go with this and it was nice and crisp. The server was relatively slow but it's alright. The inside is nice and cozy!
google avatar

Kat K.

Yelp
Visiting from Los Angeles and got into Miami super late. Ceviches was located just a few blocks from our Airbnb and was willing to serve us close to closing time. I gotta say we were not disappointed. It was my first time trying this type of food so I didn't really know what I was ordering but the staff was friendly and helped explain any items I had questions on. It was honestly the best experience and the food was phenomenal! I could honestly eat here every day of the week.
google avatar

Yelp
So good! We had a quick meal here, and I loved the Poke Salmon with Aji Amarillo! It's a bowl of salmon ceviche with edamame, the "big" corn and seaweed over rice. The flavors were amazing. This place is great for a quick, easy, healthy meal in Miami Beach.
google avatar

Tuhin C.

Yelp
The food at Ceviches by Divino was fresh and tasty! The restaurant was crowded, but moves at a fast pace and our party of five was able to be quickly seated. I thought their Salmon Poke was all right, but I enjoyed the Ceviches Aptaldo which I had and had a tangy taste to it. Their appetizer was also freshly made and my most favorite dish was the Arroz Con Mariscos (the seafood fried rice).
google avatar

Joyce J.

Yelp
3rd time here. Love the combinado marino. The pork belly appetizer is very good. My daughter loves their fried rice. Always get the chicha morada. Great service and food.
google avatar

Alonso D.

Yelp
The service was great. The server did was on top of things and was very friendly. The food came out fast and it was delicious. I took friends who were visiting from Argentina and it was their first time having Peruvian food. The fish used in ceviche was corvina and the serving was a good size. The ceviche de Mercado was very well seasoned with only a bit of heat (you can ask without heat) the fish was very tender and the corn and onion paired perfectly. The lucuma ice cream was delicious. Lucuma is a fruit native to Peru, a mix between coconut and apple if I had to describe it. The pastries were fluffy but not mushy. The arroz de mariscos, sea food rice, was also perfectly cooked and delicious. Overall an excellent dining experience.

Yelp
Good ambience, attentive and fast service and food was very good. Fresh tasting and tasty!

Yelp
Amazing experience. Super kind and welcoming staff. Each part of the sample was great, especially the ceviche in the middle. Restaurant is nice and cozy and colorful. Great experience. Will come again. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Best ceviche I've ever had. A+ service as well. Highly recommend. We had the trio de ceviches. All were excellent. My personal favorite was Ceviche Divino. It had a nice modern style. All different types of folks were eating there when we went, and we saw other South Beach tourists check walking by and then deciding the give the place a try.
google avatar

Chuck K.

Yelp
The flavors were amazing. Service was prompt. They lost track of one order, but quickly corrected. The restaurant interior is casual with simple benches, chairs and tables.
google avatar

Sheila U.

Yelp
Fresh, delicious and light! This place is amazing! The food is so phenomenal, which I can't say about many places. We ate every bite. The service was outstanding...Jesus had great recommendations!. There are very few places where I want to go back and eat again. It's a casual place...we came here late at night about 30 min before closing.

Courtney K.

Yelp
Such amazing food and service! Highly recommend! We got the ceviche and lomo Saltado!
google avatar

Yelp
When you get seafood in every bite of rice, you know you are in the right place. Tried out the sampler to get a taste of everything. The cecivche was very fresh and tart from the fresh lime juice. One guy was squeezing limes the entire time I was there. The fried calamari was as expected. Loved the seafood rice though. It was the star. Will be back to try more!

Yelp
I had a free night on my business trip to do dinner somewhere outside the hotel and I looked within walking distance to see what options I had. This place is friggin great. In a sea of decent-but-pricey Mid-Beach hotel restaurant options, this place delivered some of the tastiest bites for my week of stay here. Love the hip and slightly divey feel of the place too, and service was great and timely. I ordered the combinado with seafood rice, ceviche, and fried seafood and the flavors were precise and well-executed. I ended up packing half of it, the dish could feed two reasonably-sized people. 5/5 recommending the rest of my party to go here later in the week.

Melissa G.

Yelp
This place was absolutely delicious! We popped into Ceviches while walking up the street looking for a place to eat and this exceeded our expectations. The restaurant has a casual welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We finished our meal off with the Peruvian donuts and ice cream which were amazing. Save room for them!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow!!! So delicious, what a great spot in Miami Beach. Very cool vibe here and I had the Combinado Marino and all 3 dishes were so good. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu. Their staff were all friendly and helpful, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!!!!
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
Small restaurant with good service. Food is not really my style. A bit salty and sour.
google avatar

Asia S.

Yelp
Omg the food. We have the Trio Ceviche Mixto (fish, shrimp, calamari). The sweet potato purée was perfection. Arroz Con mariscos was super delicious with mussels, shrimp, calamari on a bed of rice. Would definitely order that again. I had the octopus skewers, with roasted potatoes and a sauce. The host/server was extremely attentive to all the customers and nice. Location is small in the inside but we never felt like we were on top of others. The lighting is low and cute of a bite to eat for lunch/dinner or date night!
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
Excelente!! Don Jesús fue muy amable con nosotros, riquísima comida y excelente servicio! Un ambiente muy agradable.
google avatar

Casper C.

Yelp
Stopped by here for a quick lunch when it was slow. Server helped me to my seat right away at the bar. It was later in the afternoon and I was one of few patrons that were there at the time so the vibe was very laid back. I got the Arroz con Mariscos(sp?), or the seafood fried rice, which was so fresh and full of flavor! Packed with mussels, scallop, squid, and shrimp on top of a bed of orange fried rice, this is a dish I'd highly recommend if you're here and craving seafood. Overall, great meal and great service. Would come again when I'm in town!
google avatar

L L.

Yelp
Loved that I could walk there from the Edition Hotel. We were craving some ceviche and Yelp pointed us to the right place! We had the trio (Corvina served three different ways), A Salmon poke bowl (YUM!), Arroz con Mariscos and our FAVE crispy rice with salmon. Service was quick and helpful with our many questions. I wish the interior of the restaurant was more clean. A few Clorox wipes would have helped our seating area.

Yelp
This place continues to ROCK and be our must-go-to restaurant during our annual trip to Miami Beach / S Miami. 3rd year is a charm - and we don't anticipate this place to ever stop shining. Party of 2. We arrived around 7PM on a Friday a little scared about how crowded this little place would be. It's tiny but cozy and intimate (a bit like you're eating in someone's home kitchen - wouldn't have it any other way) - but we got there, no line and there were a few open tables so we were seated immediately. (I would say that for a large party - 5 or more - I might just call ahead to see if they might accommodate you as they don't take reservations.) The menu items are all very creative with an amazing combination of taste sensations IN LITERALLY EVERY BITE. Nothing there is "typical" or "average ordinary." The dishes are always exquisitely and beautifully plated and presented, The service by everyone that works there, bar none, is fantastic. Friendly, welcoming - they treat you like an old friend. Such hospitality in such a hidden gem of a place! NON SEAFOOD (or ceviche) LOVERS - dw - there are amazing choices for you too. Steak, chicken and vegetarian. Fresh ingredients. So tasty. And the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality you get. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ceviches by Divino Miami Beach - KEEP DOING YOU. You've got a winning formula and are continuing to make a name for yourself one customer at a time! Looking forward to our next trip down!

Yelp
Everything was delicious. Menu has several yummy looking options. I'd try this place again.

Yelp
Food is amazing, the lomo is so tender , even though the restaurant a little bit small, but I love the restaurant vibe, service is fast!

Yelp
Hands down, one of the most memorable restaurants during our trip to Miami! We went to this restaurant on the first night of our trip and we ended our trip in this restaurant right before we had to fly out. Both times, we were so happy with our dishes! A must try during your visit. Staff was super nice and accommodating!

Yelp
I called because I wanted to order delivery and was told they only use Uber eats - I tried to get the words out to tell him Uber eats says restaurant is closed then he clicked.. hung up on me. I called back but bo answer.

Yelp
Love this place. Everything was delicious. They don't have big menu and it's good, smallest menu more delicious. Definitely will be back there.

Yelp
Awesome Food Pretty nice service & a very good Peruvian beer I'm sure I will be back here my next time in Miami

Yelp
Shortly after arrival in Miami with my wife and two little kids, we walked to Ceviches by Divino. It was after 8:30 on a Monday, yet the restaurant was still full. Fortunately for us, a table emptied just as we arrived. We asked a few questions and then went big. We got a poke salmon bowl - the toddler loved it and I happily helped him finish after he fell asleep. We also got a ceviche caliente, an arroz con mariscos, and a trio de ceviche (sampler). The ceviche was mostly fresh, and while the contents were varied, the trio flavors blended together. The arroz con mariscos had a nice flavor and comforting warmth, while the ceviche caliente hit a craving I did not realize I was having until I started eating it. The staff was friendly and accommodating for our little ones. They were patient and consistently asked us to stop picking up after the messes the toddler made. Prices are quite reasonable for Miami Beach. I'll be back.
google avatar

Laura G.

Yelp
Ceviches by Divino was excellent! We are staying at a resort close by and decided to walk to Ceviches for dinner one night - it's easily the best meal we've had since we arrived. We got the ceviche sampler - we loved them all, especially the Amarillo. We got the tuna Saltado and the arroz con Mariscos to share - the tuna was perfectly cooked and the smothered papas with it were delicious and indulgent. Perfect salty, saucy dish. The arroz con mariscos was like a Peruvian paella - we loved it. As if the food wasn't enough to make for a perfect meal, the service was even better. The servers were so friendly and made great recommendations. They checked on us just enough and we're so hospitable. The restaurant itself was cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised with Cebiches and recommended it to multiple people at the hotel!

Yelp
Food was amazing I came with 8 of my friends and we gave Phillipe a good tip he was such a good waiter
