The Best Boba in Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley | Eater LA

"With multiple locations, including one in Downtown LA and another in Rowland Heights, Cha Redefine focuses on brewing traditional teas with local ingredients to create drink and flavor combinations that other boba shops just don’t have. The coffee drinks like latte and cappuccino are made with tea instead of coffee, while the peach chappucino has touches of peach, tea, and an airy layer of cream foam. The Sri Lankan Ceylon cha latte is a blend of Ceylon black tea, fresh milk, ice cream, whipping cream, and honey-roasted pecans, that is then topped with brown sugar boba. For those that want a dairy-free option, the cloud drink series is made with avocado foam. All the teas are imported from Asia and are paired with fresh fruit and organic fresh whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk (there is no powdered creamer here)." - Kristie Hang

Google
Cha Redefine is a modern tea shop devoted to showcasing the flavor of tea itself rather than burying it under sweetness. Its approach recalls the viral Chinese brand 茶颜悦色, and the resemblance is not accidental—the recipes, by all accounts, follow a similar philosophy. The signature Sri Lanka Cha Latte is superb: rich with tea’s natural bitterness, rounded out by a whisper of coffee cream. The osmanthus oolong, delicate and floral, stands out as the most balanced offering, with a fragrance that lingers long after the last sip. Service is brisk and friendly, and the space is bright and orderly, lined with displays of tea bags and brewing kits that invite you to take a bit of the ritual home. Cha Redefine feels less like a trend-driven milk tea shop and more like a quiet homage to the craft of tea itself.

Google
I don't usually write reviews for drink place--honestly, I'm a bit lazy when it comes to that. But after visiting this place, I felt compelled to share my thoughts because it's just that good. I've tried my fair share of tea and milk tea spots, but this one stands out in a way I didn't expect. Order Jasmine Jade Cream Foam Cha. From the moment I took my first sip, I could tell it was different. The flavors are bold, yet perfectly balanced. It's not too sweet, not too heavy, but just right. The texture of the avocado foam is smooth, and there's a certain depth to it that I don't find elsewhere.

If you live nearby, you should definitely try this black sesame drink shop! The environment is clean and comfortable, and the drinks are quite unique. The staff, Angela and Zoey, were both amazing. I forgot to adjust the sweetness level, and Zoey kindly helped me change it. Angela also noticed that I came from LAX far away and thoughtfully gave me an insulated bag. Their service was so attentive and friendly. I'll definitely come back again!

Google
I got their blueberry oat milk matcha latte. The matcha was surprisingly very smooth and the blueberry-infused milk complimented really well with the earthy matcha taste. I would love to come back here to try their other drinks as well :)

Google
10/10 every time! My go-to is the mochi taro — it’s my favorite, and I always forget to snap a photo before diving in. Service is fast, the seating area is clean, and the menu has some unique options you don’t usually see at typical boba spots. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to try something new

Google
All of the locations I've gone to have been great. As a born and raised Taiwanese person having strong tea flavor in my milk tea is a must. The DaHongPao Cappuccino is my favorite from Cha. Lucy at the Fullerton location was really sweet and patient with me as she explains the different flavors and gave me some recommendations. We need more people like her in customer service (psps give her a raise!) Thank you so much!:D

Google
This is my favorite milk tea shop. It is on par with Sunright and San Miao. It has many varieties and is very suitable for my Chinese stomach. I especially love the Osmanthus Oolong milk tea. I feel that many stores don’t have this. I recommend this. This is my first choice when inviting colleagues to drink milk tea.

Google
I read good reviews about this store online. But they had a bad attitude when I ordered it, and when I got the drink it didn't taste as good as I imagined. The mango I ordered, even the one I ordered with extea sugar, it could not hide its sourness at all! I ordered online and within 5 minutes of going there, when I got it, there was only water left under the drink. It was completely separated from the drink. I will never come to this store again!!

Yelp
Absolutely love the Mango Mango. It's so fresh and refreshing. Love the fruit chunks and jellies. One of those drinks you can't stop sipping. The Coco Mango is also a great option if you're looking for something fruity and creamy. It's blended with their House Avocado Smoothie. Not overly sweat. You order from the kiosk, and staff seemed to turn around drinks at a decent speed. This place is small with little seating. I hate this parking lot so much, but worth navigating for all the goodies in this plaza.

Yelp
Orange Green Tea with Avocado Foam was shockingly good... It sounds like a really odd pairing BECAUSE IT IS! I recommend sipping the avocado foam alone first. Almost like avocado ice cream, but better. Super fresh, rich, and creamy! I looooved this. I could eat that by itself even... The Orange Green Tea itself was super tasty!!! Fresh orange juice with lots of pulp. Not too sweet (I got 50% sugar) and the tea flavor shined through. A fragrant jasmine tea. I recommend!

Yelp
Had a good experience here at Cha Redefine. Came in no wait, browsed the menu a little bit and had no questions. Everything was pretty descriptive if you are familiar with most tea houses. Our drinks were made in a very reasonable amount of time. We didn't have to wait excessively as some reviews had mentioned. It was perfect for us because we had gotten some food at Liang Crispy Roll and since they have no tables there, we brought our food to Cha Redefine where they have 4 small tables to sit and enjoy our drinks and our food. It all worked out. As for the size, getting the larger of the two sizes was only an additional charge of $.45, so pretty worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Cha Redefine is a tea and milk tea shop that focuses on accentuating the tea flavor. Anecdotally, they use similar recipe as 茶颜悦色, a viral milk tea shop in China. Their signature Sri Lanka Cha Latte is delicious, very pronounced tea flavor with a touch of coffee cream. The osmanthus oolong cha is my favorite, with delicate aroma from osmanthus and very approachable taste. The service during our visit was also efficient. The interiors are clean with some display of their tea bags and tea making kit for sale.

Yelp
Their drinks are soooo good. The flavor itself was really great. There is not that much seating, but I did not have a hard time finding a spot bc it seemed most people took drinks to go. The interior is kinda trendy Asian cafe style. My only note is I got their mochi but it kinda tasted like cheese/ sea salt foam? I personally just prefer other mochi toppings I've had that do not have that taste. However, I have also gone to another boba place recently where their mochi had that same cheese foam taste, so perhaps that's just the style of mochi topping these days.

Yelp
This place is ridiculously slow. I came at 7:58 PM and waited nearly an hour for only two drinks. Tons of people were still waiting and it was just chaotic. Total waste of time -- I won't be returning. To top it all off they ran out of boba... what kind of boba shop runs out of boba? They need to hire more staff
google avatar

Kevin T.

Yelp
Been here a few times and always appreciate that they rotate in seasonal drinks, so there's usually something new to try. There are a few tables inside to sit and catch up with a friend. This time I got the Popping Milk Tea, a popcorn flavored milk tea with barley. It was refreshing, creamy, and light.
google avatar

Yelp
After trying this place three times, I've decided that Cha Redefine is one of my favorite boba places! My favorite drink is the Coco Strawberry (which my friends and I did not order today). The Coco Mango is also really good, but I personally prefer the Coco Strawberry over it because I think the tartness of strawberries better contrasts with the richness of the avocado smoothie. The Matcha Tornado was also very good: both the Matcha and tarot flavors were very strong and rich. I got the Fresh Strawberry Green Tea, which was light, refreshing, and tart. The strawberries tasted fresh. I personally thought it paled in comparison to the other drinks, but it was still good. One criticism is that I did order boba as a topping (it doesn't come with it normally), but they added such a small amount of boba. The coco mango had so much more agar boba than my drink did. I was a little peeved by this, given that I had paid extra for the boba. Service was good, drinks were ready in a timely manner. The shop was small but there was still some seating and tables which was nice.

Yelp
Cha Redefine is a tea and coffee shop that uses modern brewing techniques to create unique drinks like their Chappuccino. This was my first time visiting the Rowland Heights location. I have tried the mochi drinks at different locations and really liked them so was looking forward to getting one at this location. Came here on a weekday evening and it wasn't busy. Upon entering, I was not greeted by the staff. Orders can be placed at the self-serve kiosk or with a staff member. I ordered the Mochiberry using the kiosk. My drink came out quickly. It's essentially a blended strawberry drink with freshly made rice mochi at the bottom. The flavor of the drink and the mochi were good, but the texture of the mochi was off. It was lumpy and pretty thick, which is different from the mochi I've had in drinks at the other locations. I was expecting it to be smooth and soft. Even so, I was still able to drink it through the boba straw I had, so it was okay. Overall, giving this Cha Redefine location a 3.5/5. The service was quick. Even though I wasn't greeted by the staff, they were not rude or anything. The drink flavor was good, just the mochi texture was off. I would come back to try it again; maybe it was an off day.

Yelp
got the matcha matcha, only comes in 1 size and it's good like 7/10 i was looking for a rok double matcha dupe near me and tbh this one isnt as good but it can do the job
google avatar

Yelp
There's should be a disclaimer that the wait time to receive your order is 1 HOUR! Even the patron sitting next to me was annoyed and she had been waiting for 45 minutes! I had placed an order online and came at the given time but my ticket was nowhere close to being made. I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund on a Friday afternoon. Very frustrating. The 3 poor workers were scrambling and beyond stressed out. They had around 50 tickets on their prep table! So sad.
google avatar

Megan D.

Yelp
Boba- 7/10 brown sugar boba- they're pretty soft bobas but not the best quality. However they added a lot which I appreciated! Drink- 10/10 Rose Jade Cream Foam Cha- I asked for 75% sweetness and I'm glad I did! It had a good level of sweetness for me. Service- n/a ordered from their kiosk. Cost- 8/10 $6.15 in total with boba. Boba topping costs $.65. The pricing is not bad especially for the location and size of drink.

Yelp
On a whim, I decided to get a drink here in between my errands. Well I had a hard time deciding on what to order since everything looked so good. I finally decided to get the Matcha Tornado simply because it looked so good and it's one of the popular drinks. I love the matcha tornado! It's the perfect combination of ceremonial grade matcha and housemade taro. I especially loved the taro. It's smooth and flavorful. I can say that it's one of the best tasting housemade taro paste I've ever had in a boba shop. I'll definitely be back and try other drinks. The service was fast and the staffs were courteous. My little one wanted to use the restroom and one of the staffs was kind enough to offer help to punch in the code for the restroom. There are few tables and chairs if you want to hang out with few friends. There are a lot of parking and we were able to find ours quite easily when we came on a Friday afternoon.

Yelp
We love charedefine's tea. Today we tried the new black sesame pudding milk tea. The milk tea itself I would give a sold 4 star, but the black sesame pudding is 0 star. It doesn't enhance the drink at all, so you might as well add regular pudding and perhaps add the black sesame into the milk tea and not the pudding. And for almost $8 retail price I doubt people will circle back for this drink.

Yelp
This is based on one visit. Place is very clean and has 4 small tables for you to sit. You order on a large ipad, so all contactless. They have alot of unique choices of drinks, hence the 5 stars. I order the avocado coco (less sweet) and it was the perfect amount of sweet and slightly salty. It comes with agar and strawberries pieces. It was divine and I loved every sip. Will come back for this alone. My date enjoyed the mango smoothie. Great place for a date if there is a seat open.
google avatar

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Quick self-serve kiosk. Took 10 minutes for our drink, even though the person that entered came in after us. And it was just us two. Matcha tornado - good, I love drinks with the taro bits on the bottom so it's a little biased Mochi barley milk tea - OK, the barley was just a little weird in a drink, but it wasn't that bad
google avatar

Nicole L.

Yelp
My go to drink is the mochi barley milk tea 75% sweet with light ice. The mochi is incredibly soft and has a pleasantly chewy texture. It's paired with barley, which is like popping boba but without the liquid inside. The tea itself isn't overly strong, but it has a nice, balanced flavor. A must try!! Ordering is easy with two kiosks featuring photos and prices. Staff interaction is minimal, as you only see them at the pickup window when your drink is ready. The seating inside is limited, with just about four tables along the wall. The interior is clean and simple. Parking is limited!

Yelp
Very tasty drinks! BUT I have to drive too far to get there! I am in Southern end of OC
google avatar

Jorge G.

Yelp
I'm writing this review to warn people about purchasing a large size. They recently changed their size and now the large is regular. Meaning the regular now is even smaller. At first I thought it was a mistake because the cup said large on it. And on top of that they are charging to upgrade to a large. I've been coming here for years now and never had issues besides the quality of matcha dropping lately. Recently it's been tasting watered down which I had asked if they changed recipe or something but never complained. This brings me to the point that the worker mentioned they are serving matcha in smaller cups due to complains on the matcha. At this point it's just greed to charge more for less(check pictures it's clear that one cup has more)
google avatar

Britney H.

Yelp
This boba shop is in the corner of this plaza! There's 4 tables and chairs so there's a small space to lounge around with friends and enjoy your drinks! The service was good with the baristas taking my order and telling me what and how the sugar levels are. I got the black sesame mochi mountain which is a LIMITED item in the black sesame series! I got 50% sweet and it was the perfect amount! The mochi is a little hard to get through the straw so I recommend to stir well so the mochi doesn't get stuck! In addition, the pecans/nuts add a nice texture contrast with the drink! The drink was nice, smooth and creamy! The drink was about the size of an average water bottle! TIP: There's ample parking in the plaza however some days the parking lot is crowded! There is a restroom but you'll have to ask for the code!
google avatar

Courtney T.

Yelp
When I first tried it the flavors were interesting and later on it grew onto me and it tasted better. I would say that the avocado cream was not to my likely so I would get regular cream instead next time. The place was cute and they had chairs and tables bc I saw someone studying in there so it's a cute and nice environment to study! We also ordered at the kiosk, but you can order at the front as well
google avatar

Alma H.

Yelp
CocoAvocado is my go to drink here because it has such a creamy rich flavor coconut and avocado flavor. Additionally the strawberry and crystal boba complement the other flavor and make for a delicious drink. I also like how it is blended to a smooth perfection...I truly dislike when blended drinks have chunks of ice. I also want to give them credit for the consistency of their drinks. Unfortunately parking can be challenging in the plaza Cha Redefine is located in. The inside of the place is small but quint with one long bench and a few tables and chairs. Ordering on the kiosk is easy, but I would imagine some might prefer to order with an employee. The staff is very pleasant and service is quick.
google avatar

Krishi B.

Yelp
if you're a matcha lover, you have to give cha redefine a try. me and my friends each got different drinks and tried them all -- every single one was so good! super smooth, not too sweet. fyi it is harder to find parking in this plaza since it gets busy and there's a bit of a wait the menu has a lot of fun options and the vibes are cute too. definitely a new go-to for matcha cravings!
google avatar

Pratigya T.

Yelp
Perfect spot for our boba fix. They carry great selections of drinks. Can't get enough of the strawberry and taro mochi. The free drinks with points also keeps us coming back for more. Only thing to improve is efficiency and more friendly staff.
google avatar

Jody H.

Yelp
I specifically come here for the coco mango drink! The shop has a self order station and also cashier for ordering. I always come here for the coco mango drink, which has a nice blended texture for the avocado smoothie. It's light and refreshing, the mango tastes fresh. It is a good portion and very satisfying. All the ingredients go well together. My cousin ordered the Matcha Latte which he said was average and nothing too special. My brother ordered the Da Hong Pao Cream which he said was good and had nothing to complaint about. He did say that he would rather try the other options. I have had Cha redefine a few times and I will say it never disappointed me. They have some interesting menu options and I hope to try something new next time.
google avatar

Yelp
Wify's favorite boba place. The plaza's packed all the time but this doesn't stop us going
google avatar

Lenia M.

Yelp
I have visited/ordered from Cha Redefine in Rowland many times. They have a good variety of teas and toppings. My personal favorites : -refreshing peach chappuccino which is a peach oolong milk tea and add da hong pao jelly -blueberry oat milk matcha latte For doordash users: I usually have no issue ordering on doordash but for the first time I had an incorrect order. I had ordered a Cream Foam Matcha Latte which ended up being coffee (refer to photo)...I was able to get a refund for that drink through DoorDash. Maybe the workers were busy and mislabeled the cup and gave me the wrong one? I would assume they double check before handing the order to the doordash driver. ‍ I'll just be more careful next time I receive my order...

Yelp
I visited cha redefine on Saturday around 3:45pm, luckily it was not that busy. I chose the #1 Sri Lanka Latte, size large, boba, less ice, half sugar. The drink was quite tasty but the boba was not as fresh, total price $7.75 which is to expected nowadays at "premium" boba shops. I see myself returning to try some other items, hopefully boba is fresher next time.
google avatar

Rickey Y.

Yelp
They are now serving soft serve! Matcha and Sri Lanka milk tea flavors. Both are so good. I got one mix flavored soft serve for free cuz they are doing buy any 2 drinks get one soft serve free.
google avatar

Brandon L.

Yelp
This drink was very vanilla-y which I appreciated. I would have hope the matcha was stronger but it was good regardless because I like vanilla. There is also a hint of rice flavor which I loved as well. The inside is decently small with minimal tables and seating, but when I came it was not busy.

Yelp
I live 30 mins away and I can't stop coming back!! 1. Mochi Taro My go to drink here! I like it with boba :) I loveee the mochi, more than the one at 3CatTea! The whole drink is perfection!! 2. Sri Lanka Ceylon Black Tea w/ Fresh Milk I was a little doubtful of this drink because I was unfamiliar with Sri Lanka ceylon tea and especially with pecan and whipped cream?? But it was AMAZING. The tea flavor was soooo GOOD. I usually love my milk teas with this kind of flavor instead of the usually dark, roasty, chocolatey taste of some boba shops. 3. Dirty Avocado This smoothie is STRONG. It's one of those eye opener coffees lol. I thought the coffee was a bit too strong because it overpowered the avocado. But my fiance thought it was great ‍ Quality: You can totally taste the quality in every drink. These people know what they're doing. From making fresh mochi, using ceremonial grade matcha, Sri Lanka ceylon tea, Onyx coffee, etc. Cost: Of course, with quality comes cost. But trust, the drinks are worth it!!! Service: Not much interaction since it is self order. The employees don't say much, but just give you your drink. Which is fine with me, quick and easy. Takes about 10-15 mins for my orders usually.
google avatar

Lawring W.

Yelp
So creamy and delicious!! Finally tried this place! Got the Coco Avocado drink which is one of their most popular drinks. It comes with quite a lot of fresh cut up strawberries. It's so good! It's creamy but not too oily. Great flavor, and 25% sweetness was perfect for me. Their sizes come in regular and large. The large is a decent size. Hope they can cut up the fruits into smaller pieces though. It was a challenge to get them through the thick straw. I also tried their Jasmine jelly peach which you can add to your order for only $0.99 more per customer. The tea is great, but overall, it's just ok. The jelly needs to get cut up more. I think the peach made into an apple sauce consistency, which I wasn't too crazy about. I should have mixed the drink more at the beginning. I do want to go back to try their other top drinks!
google avatar

Yelp
yummy blueberry matcha very yummy i can taste the blueberry without it being overwhelming with the matcha. cute little area! they have yoda in here. only one wobbly table
google avatar

Megan L.

Yelp
Busy plaza so parking can be rough. Long line during their 5th anniversary BOGO free deal. Great menu with different cold foams, tea flavors, and mochi toppings. + Dirty Da Hong Pao ($6.50; 25% sweet): tastes like oolong milk tea w a stronger coffee flavor that mixed well with the coffee foam (8.5/10) + Regular Jasmine Jade Cha ($4.25 + $0.75 handmade mochi + $0.75 da hong pao tea jelly; quarter sweet): mochi is globby so definitely mix it a bit first. Loved the tea flavor with mochi chew and sweetness (8.3/10)
google avatar

Erin M.

Yelp
Their blueberry matcha oat milk latte was so so good. Ordering through the kiosk was relatively quick. Service was fast. Not too much ambiance since there's not too many spots to really sit inside the shop. Parking is crazy in that plaza. Fighting words but I think this matcha is way better than Junbi's (watered down matcha) and Matcha Maiko (they served bad/expired milk there when I visited). 5/5 stars
google avatar

May W.

Yelp
Sri Lanka Ceylon Cha Latte (75% sugar and ice): this is one of their fan favorite drinks topped with whipped cream and bits of salted pecans. Lightly caffeinated and it tasted more of a lightly roasted black milk tea. Osmanthus Oolong Cream Foam Cha: Didn't get to try the drink but there are many foam options (avocado, vanilla, taro, and coffee). Parking: Medium size parking lot, might get busy on the weekend to find parking. Service: There is a kiosk and self counter to order your drinks.

Yelp
I prefer coming to this location than other locations due to parking. This Cha Redefine is located in a plaza at a corner of Colima and Harbor. Parking is never an issue and there are other restaurants and shops in the same plaza to grab some quick eats. The drinks here don't disappoint. I've tried their chappuccino (similar to milk tea but a little more creamy), regular tea, and their specialty seasonal drinks. All are delicious. My go-to is either the osmanthus oolong tea or the refreshing peach chappuccino. Service is great and the staff is always very friendly.

Yelp
When I first had Cha Redefine in LA, I was praying for a day that we would have one in the 626 and I was ecstatic to see that the Arcadia mall was going to get one. Now imagine my happiness in seeing that Rowland Heights got one FAR before the mall did. Hint: I was very happy lol. I have to admit that the parking at the plaza here truly is a human nightmare but through food delivery apps, ordering for pick up, or gambling to park behind the plaza or elsewhere and praying, you can be lucky. You can always count on Cha Redefine on having delicious drinks. Just adjust for sweetness and ice level. There's a small amount of seating inside and they do have gift sets and merchandise for sale too. In the past I have ordered their seasonal drinks as well as their classics. Some drinks I've ordered here have inclued their: Refreshing Peach Chappuccino (50% sweet), Large Soy Milk with House Cream, Fresh Strawberry Yakult (50% sweet), Thai Milkshake Latte (75% sweet), and Taro Taro (50% sweet with soy milk). I usually get my drinks around that sweetness level and with less ice and each one has been a solid hit. I like that whenever they do have drinks with whipped cream they have some small bits of candied pecans on top. Adds a nice yummy, sweet crunch. From where you're at you can see the workers make the drinks too and it's cool to see that they take great precision in their measurements and care in crafting your beverages. I'm a happy camper with a Cha Redefine nearby!

Yelp
I've been waiting for this store to open ever since, finally it's here! Driving to Pasadena has always been tough but so so worth it. Lots of parking space here but it gets really busy. Service is fast and they are all friendly. There's seats inside but it's a small place. Usually people just order their drinks to go. We always order refreshing peach chappucino. We've been to this location 3 times ever since it opened. And I noticed out of all those 3 our drink is kinda bland compared to Pasad I was hoping every time we go here the taste will improve, But it's still the same. It lacks flavor. I hope they adjust it pretty soon. 4 stars because I still love the drink. Would have been 5 star but it's not as tasty.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
When on a weekday afternoon and there was no line, and a good amount of seating. We ordered on a touch tablet and the drinks came out pretty quickly. The music inside was kind of loud so it was difficult to talk to the people I went with. The drinks were so delicious! I had the tarp tarp which is taro paste with milk, it was so good and very comparable to other boba shops that also make taro milk drinks. The blueberry oat matcha was very flavorful, the blueberry flavor was so noticeable and the way it mixed with the matcha was so smooth.
google avatar

Penny W.

Yelp
They are very busy. We went around 8:30pm. Their signature black tea is running out. My first order, the boba was still hard so I asked for a replacement of tea jelly. Their classic milk tea doesn't taste as strong as dahongpou, kind of plain. If you like stronger tea taste, choose dahongpou over classic.
google avatar

Paula H.

Yelp
We decided to try a new place today! They have a kiosk on the side to order your drinks. We ordered the Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte and Jasmine Chappuccino. The Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte is delicious! You can definitely taste the blueberry oat flavor in the drink. I got the drink with less ice and 75% sweetness and it was perfect. The Jasmine Chappuccino is also delicious with strong tea flavor. Boba was a good texture. If you like tea, this one is for you! Both refreshing! The service was really slow. We went here around 2:45 PM and it took us 45 minutes to get our drink! Maybe it was just an off day for them. They did apologize for the wait time. The space inside is a little smaller. But they do have tables and seats for people to wait or chill.

Yelp
My friends and I ordered to go with DoorDash for a night in. I got the Sri Lanka Ceylon Latte ($5.95 + $0.75 added brown sugar boba). I requested no whipped cream, but it came with the cream and nuts anyway. I liked the texture of the nuts, but the whipped cream was unnecessary because the milk tea was plenty creamy and rich. The drink wasn't too sweet since "Regular" sweetness was 75% sugar. I enjoyed the mild taste of the ceylon tea, which was not masked by the milk. However, the boba was disappointing. Although the texture was chewy, the pearls clumped together into several masses. The brown sugar flavor was also rather light. My friend enjoyed her Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte ($6.50).

Yelp
Holy moly this is now my absolute favorite place for a blueberry matcha latte! If my friend didn't recommend this then I would've never tried them. There are sooo many delicious choices on the menu and I was extremely indecisive but I ended up with their Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte under their popular list. It's SO creamy and a very good ratio of matcha to milk. I can taste both blueberry and matcha flavors as I drank it so I'm glad one didn't overpower the other. I ordered a regular size with light ice, regular sweetness and agar boba which is my favorite topping! We were sitting for a while and even grabbed a bite to eat elsewhere and then came back to sit down and of course I was dying to know what their cinnamon toast latte tasted like. I ordered a regular size with light ice and 50% sweetness. It still had ok sweetness in my opinion which is why I chose half sweetness. It was yummy! but I probably wouldn't order it again only because it tastes like what I usually make at home lol. They use cinnamon toast crunch powder which is cool. I'm a sucker for any "cereal" latte that are on menus! Parking can get hectic depending on what time you're coming only because there are a lot of shoppers for the grocery store or people eating at the surrounding restaurants. The area inside the shop is clean with a few chairs and tables. There's one ordering kiosk or you can order with the employee. Staff is always friendly and drinks come out quickly!

Yelp
Minor interaction with one of the employees but rubbed me the wrong way and inconvenienced my time. I know what it's like to work in a cafe setting so I try to be considerate of the employees but this interaction just lacked basic social awareness. Hoping this review more so serves as constructive criticism because I do still intend on coming back. I ordered one of their promotional BOGO drinks through the kiosk as well as a matcha (3 drinks total). There was a note on the screen stating that they would just make two of the promo drinks so I wouldn't need to order it twice on the kiosk. When they finally called my number, I noticed that the 2 BOGO drinks were ready but my matcha was nowhere to be seen so I asked the employee if the matcha was also ready. She replied "Oh, we don't have matcha," and pretty much as soon as she said that, another employee brought the drink out for her to add the cream top and lid. She then said,"Oh I thought you were talking about the black sesame drink." Pretty simple misunderstanding, not a big deal at all so far. She still has several drinks she's working on so I wait patiently by the window as she finishes some of those other drinks and calls up another order. She finishes my matcha, puts the lid on it, and keeps it right next to her, then continues working on another order of drinks... The order seemed to be for a delivery guy, and again, as someone who's worked in a similar role before, I get that those orders are urgent. However, she proceeded to put all of those drinks in the bag, handed it to the delivery guy, then walked away from my matcha AS I'M STANDING BY THE WINDOW CLEARLY WATCHING ALL OF THIS HAPPEN. I guess she must've been on her break soon cus then she walked all the way outside of the kitchen and greeted a patron (who seemed to be a friend she was going on her break with), before coming back to stand next to me on the customer side of the pick-up window. Then she picks up my drink in my drink carrier, look at the order label and confirm the matcha drink was mine. Only then does she reach over the counter to put the matcha next to my other drinks, all of this WITHOUT A WORD. Like, was she expecting me to reach over the counter and grab it myself? No apology for possibly misreading the situation? And why were there 2 other orders that were handed off to the customers AFTER my order number had already been called? It was just such a weird interaction. I keep tryna excuse it because it seems so trivial but overall, it was just negligent because she saw me standing there waiting patiently the entire time, even after I had already communicated about the other drink in my order (I was the only one with a matcha order btw). Mind you, all of this happened on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't very fast-paced in the kitchen. All of this to say, putting on a fake customer service voice does NOT equal to actually giving good customer service if you don't even have basic situational awareness and also don't care to speak to the customer. As far as the drinks go, I still come back for them because not very many places offer avocado foam. I like the menu choices but the drink quality can be a bit inconsistent, especially considering that there's a lot of other cafe and boba options in the area.

Yelp
Recently discovered this place and I'm so glad I did. The drinks here are deliciously amazing. I ordered the Mango Mango and I was not disappointed! I love Mango and this drink is loaded with mango flavors and mango bites! It's seriously the best drink I've ever had. It has crystal boba and it pairs perfectly with the mango! Service was great, the staff were friendly and efficient. Ambiance is nice, modern and lots of seating.

Yelp
I waited more than half an hour for 1 mango coconut drink. The drink itself was fine. Be like everyone else and order online ahead of time or else you'll be stuck in the shop like me. The servers had little to no apology. Everyone orders like 4-5 blended drinks online and they get prioritized first. It made no sense to wait in the shop with only a few other people on the weekday.

Yelp
Second time coming to this location. Their service is still... very slow. Taking forever to get your drink. Come on, we order from machine not from a live person, and 3 people making drinks in this hot 94degree day. Still have to wait 20 min to get the drinks.
