"Cheetie Kumar: “I can’t wait to try Maneet Chauhan’s newest venture, paying homage to Indian street food. The menu looks incredible and I will have to recruit a group to join so we can try everything on the menu. Having had the pleasure of cooking with her on a few occasions during our “Brown in the South” dinner series, I know her as a joyous, positive person and an impeccable chef.” Carla Hall also looks forward to visiting Chauhan’s newest Nashville restaurant." - Delia Jo Ramsey

"Chaatable feels a lot like the dream house of a seven-year-old whose favorite color is rainbow. This is definitely a place to bring a group who likes to share, but it also works well for people with dietary restrictions or who have decided not to eat meat on days that start with the letter “S.” Focus your order around the “chaat” (snacks), like samosas, moong dal, pav bhaji, and “build your own bhel,” a customizable puffed rice dish. If you need something bigger to split, there are also some larger dishes like curries and a significant number of vegetarian options too." - Kristen Shoates

"Chaatable, the passionate pet project of Morph Hospitality’s Maneet Chauhan and husband Vivek Deora, opens Friday, November 30. The space is overhauled with vivid colors and nostalgic details, reflecting the couple's personal touch. The Indian street food-inspired menu, centered around 'chaat,' features regional flavors and punny dish names. Guests are encouraged to share a variety of small and large plates." - Delia Jo Ramsey

Was in the mood for Indian food and my son recommended this place. I was not disappointed. The decor was super fun and added to our total experience. The food as a whole was amazing. My appetizers as well as the main course. I had a spinach pakora that was cooked just right. My butter curry with chicken was amazing. The presentation was very unique as my pictures will tell. I highly recommend you stop in and escape to a different culinary experience.

Best drinks in town! Fun, punny, and unique menu & cocktail menu. Great place for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free! The colorful ambiance creates such joy and this is definitely a spot to bring your friends from out of town as they visit. Reservations are encouraged as this is a hot spot for a great dinner! The menu and drinks rotate, so you are kept wanting to come back for more.

People were reading just for the view I would say if you’re an Indian then I do not recommend this place because you can make Better Indian Street Food at home or can try at any other restaurant than this place. if you’re here to try some Indian stuff then feel free to try the place with some ambiance. I was here in Nashville for the first time and it was highly recommended to so we made reservation in advance. but when we actually went in, they gave us a seat that is in the corner of the whole restaurant where it is not even decorated with no ambience and nothing it looks like they were just overbooked and they placed additional table and a chair to accommodate you and that truly took me off. It doesn’t stop here actually after asking for change in the table they asked us to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes we sat on the table we asked for the property chat and they said that they ran out papdi. We asked for Pani puri and they got us pani puri and pani had no boondi in it. And when I asked like there’s barely any stuff and the boondi not there in the water and they said that Ran out of it. Then we decided to go for Desi bhel and asked how is that and our server told us that it is really good with allt of flavor of mango and pomegranate. But actually when we got there Hadley four pieces of mango and four pieces of pomegranate and surprisingly I didn’t get any better answer and then we asked it’s just like four pieces how are you getting flavor in it and he said that we ran out of fruit. We ordered chili paneer…. Thats was The best thing be ordered on that day and it was really good. the only thing that I recommend there. We ordered vegetable tali for the entrée. I definitely do not recommend it. We got cauliflower which was supposed to be baked or fried but it had no flavor in it and it was burnt on one side. They had white chickpeas in the vegetable and when I asked the server that these are not chickpeas they said they ran out of chickpeas so they used to substitute. On Menu Thali said that they have papadum, but guess what—- they did not have papad and so they are serving khakhra.. and being an Indian I very well know difference between the two. Also I asked for Maggie noodles because I read really good reviews online about it—— but with no surprise—- they were out of it. I’m not sure if they are really running a business as 90% things that I asked from the menu was not available. I will never go back there to waste my time.

The ambiance is very good. Great detail to the interior work. The decors inside represents north-side culture of India. Many Bollywood movie posters are on the walls. Food is good and served quickly. The details in the food are good. Some of the food looks like the street style including the taste. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is served in the steel boxes and steel plates. A good place for hanging out with friends and eating some tasty north indian food.

This was such a great spot! I was so excited for Indian food and this place didn't disappoint. The food was all amazing (definitely recommend the butter chicken and the sharmeel) and the servers were fabulous. Wonderful decorations and atmosphere, and I'd come here again in a heartbeat.

This is a top-notch restaurant. Carefully curated menu, well crafted recipes, farm to table quality food and artistic decor that brings Indian culinary experience to Nashville in its own unique style. It’s not trying to copy any other style but create its own identity and I’m here for it. I love all the items from the chaat and appetizers sections. They do have an updated menu now — and I must say I dearly miss vada pav and pav bhaji. I don’t know why they stopped serving them. I’d love to see them again on the menu someday. Highly recommend!

Came here because a colleague of mine recommended this . Beautiful Indian decor in the restaurant and lovely service. I wish the thali had more stuff in the plate for the price we are paying . Usually an indian thali has a lot of curries, veggies and comes with rice and roti . The roti we got here was to be paid separate . However, the appetizers and chai infused cocktails were good. Overall a decent experience and I would definitely visit again.

I wish the quality of the food matches the decor and price of this place. The decor no doubt is very traditional and beautiful but quality of food.... no it’s not up to the mark. It’s neither bland or spicy, it’s simply tasteless. Give some other good place in Nashville a try. The dish on the pictures look very tempting but the reality is opposite. And on the top of that it’s very pricey.
