Chalet Valhalla

This is the second chalet we have rented through this company, and both times we have had a wonderful experience. The service, staff, catering and chalets have been great. Chalet Valhalla has beautiful interiors, it is modern with an alpine feel. It is cozy and luxurious and very well suited to large groups and families. The views are stunning, and really lovely from the hot tub and sauna. The location and proximity to town are perfect. You can walk to the swimming pool in 5 minutes, and be in the center of town in less than 15 minutes. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back. It's truly perfect and we are hoping to go back with our extended family next year! If this chalet is not available we would highly recommended looking at other chalets in the Collineige portfolio. They are all beautiful and as a full service company they're incredible.

We had a lovely time at Chalet Valhalla. It is a very nice chalet with good facilities. The main en-suite bedrooms are a little on the small side, but still comfortable. The common areas of the chalet are large and comfortable. Dining was excellent with our Chef, Whitney. She served a fabulous array of food on a nightly basis, creating very tasty dishes for us to enjoy. Our stay was also enhanced by our chalet staff, Locky and Becky. They could not do enough for us, being available whenever we needed them, really going out of their way to ensure a good time was experienced. The chalet location was perfect, ideally located for the town. Walking to do shopping was easy, being only 5 minutes. Whilst I probably would not travel back to Chalet Valhalla, we still had a lovely time. It was not quite as luxurious as I expected given the cost and previous experience at other chalets.

A wonderful stay. This property is run by a well organized, high quality family business and the attention to detail shows. Everything from the initial reservation and verification through the flexible check in and on-site assistance with transportation and activities was at the level typically expected of a luxury hotel. A lovely and well positioned chalet which served as a convenient and comfortable base for 12 athletes that came over from Australia for a trail running tour. All the bedrooms had an ensuite and the kitchen was large and was suitable for preparing meals for a large amount of people. With it being 5mins walk out of town, it was perfectly positioned to base our tour. The use of the laundry, the spa and sauna and wifi were welcomed additions too.

Firstly must apologise for how late this review is, but time just flies when you are so busy. We spent just under a month at Chalet Valhalla last summer - July and August. The chalet was simply fabulous. Sometimes there were three of us and sometimes nearly twenty. It was quite simply tremendous. We were very well taken care of and if there was an issue it was sorted straight away. I’d highly recommend it for families and friends. We know Chamonix very well and the location is as perfect as it can get. Moments from town and yet quiet and hidden away. All our friends who came to stay thought it was fantastic. We made some great memories that will be there forever. thank you to all the team. Jamie xx

Beautiful place to stay. Excellent for large groups. Sleeps approx 18 people. Great kitchen, sauna and spa. Wonderful surroundings

Chalet meravigliosamente arredato in stile moderno, ma fedele al contesto. A due passi dal centro di Chamonix, da QC Terme e dalla stazione per il trenino che sale a Mer de Glace. Servizio splendido e disponibilità del personale, sono un fiore all'occhiello del vostro soggiorno. Tutta la parte relativa alla prenotazione, gestione della vacanza e informazioni, è fatta in maniera veloce e gentile. Super consigliato!!!
