Megan set up a separate room for my family (15 of us). She was helpful and made our reunion possible. We arrived at the beautiful wine room and had an amazing dining experience. Three generations enjoyed delicious dinners and a wonderful evening. Great service, delicious food, excellent cocktails, and a wonderful private ambiance. This was a truly 5-Star memorable experience.

Unbelievably amazing! This was one of the best meals in my life. Every single thing was beyond delicious. The table bread alone was astonishingly good! We ordered the deviled eggs, beef potstickers, and shrimp and lobster bisque as appetizers. All perfect! My husband ordered the nightly special of sirloin with jumbo shrimp and I had the Chilean sea bass. The only struggle when we return will be wanting the same amazing dishes we have tried but also wanting to try new ones because the entire menu looks so appetizing! Our service was impeccable from every person who made a point of contact. We were so welcomed and well treated. Our waitress, Kelli, was the star of service! She was marvelous. This place will be hard to beat. You will not be disappointed! 15/10 recommend!

I absolutely enjoyed the food here! I went for New Year's Eve. My only gripe is the fact my party had reservations for 8:30pm and we weren't seated until about 9:30pm. I would suggest not going on major holidays as it appears they overbook and that causes long waiting times. Our server Michael was phenomenal!

Service was great and the food was all delicious. We had a party of 8, each ordering something different. Drinks were all great and we would especially recommend the drink called the Mudslide. The ambience wasn’t really what we expected. I think they probably put extra tables in there so every time someone walked by, we literally got hit or bumped. It was also extremely loud so it made it hard to hear anyone in our party. Other than those negatives, I’d come back and sit in a different area in the future.

I’ve been here a few times already and never got around to adding a review. This is easily one of the best stake houses I’ve gone to in Dallas and that’s saying something. Food has been consistently good on all my visits as well as service. I only wish they would open for lunch as I would visit more often but this a fantastic option for a date night, business dinner, etc. They have a great wine selection and obviously the meat and all the expected sides are done very well. Strongly recommend.

Very nice dinner. The halibut was amazing and my 16oz 40 days aged ribeye melts in your mouth. Medium rare is more rare than other restaurants, five with me, but you might want to go medium. Our server, was wonderful. She was very attentive and delightful to talk to. Overall a very nice anniversary dinner.

We flew into Dallas for a friend’s birthday dinner, and let me tell you, it was worth every mile. From the moment we walked in, the service was on point—even with a large party. Bonus points for storing my luggage like it was a VIP guest; who needs a hotel when you have service like this? Now, about that sea bass: perfection. Cooked to a level that had me questioning if I should just move to Dallas for the seafood (yes, I know it’s not coastal). The wine and cocktails? Equally stellar, with a selection that made even the pickiest drinkers at the table smile. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in town—though I might skip the airport and bring my luggage just to see if they’ll store it again.

What an amazing experience. The food was amazing, the staff was very helpful and attentive. We had a big group and everything was perfect. They even have a gluten free menu. Highly recommend the seared ahi tuna.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation for our anniversary tonight, and it was so worth it! I mentioned having a dairy allergy on OpenTable and from the "host desk" to the service (and kitchen) I felt acknowledged for that. (THANK YOU!) I had the ribeye and scallop special, and my husband had the a5 wagyu. I got broccolini and he got gratin potatoes (his one complaint is a little too watery), and outside of finding a hair in my broccolini (it totally happens and I was in no way upset!), the meal was fabulous. Both steaks and scallops cooked to perfection. The service was great, I honestly felt bad letting Adam know about the hair just wanted to make sure the kitchen knew about it, lol. Our cocktails (bourbon smash and boulevardier) were excellent! And the suggested, "on sale" Elouan" Pinot Noir was fantastic! We cannot wait to go back again, thank you so much to the excellent service all

came here while on a work trip after it being recommended by a friend. highly would recommend this spot. the service was great - the gentlemen that waited me kept checking in to make sure i was okay. complimentary bread was good. the wagyu beef meatballs were good but i had a unique taste, not sure if it was the gravy that added to it. had the cesar salad as a app as well before i had my bone in ribe-eye which was cooked perfectly medium rare with a side of truffle oil mushrooms. food was very good. the ambiance was classic new york style dark dining room. afterwards took a visit to their cigar lounge for a nice after dinner cigar.

Chamberlain's has been on my radar for some time and I am so glad to have finally checked them out. It's a traditional steakhouse in terms of the layout but pretty cool that it has its own cigar lounge attached. We tried two mocktails which we both 10/10 The food was generally delicious. We tried: - coconut shrimp (10/10 still thinking about them days later lol) - the crab cakes (9/10 thanks to a squeeze of lemon!) - Chef's special - Veal (10/10) healthy portions, cooked to perfection and delicious mashed potatoes. The shrimp were a little over cooked but didn't take away from the main attraction, the Veal. - Chef's special - Pecan crusted halibut. The fish and sauce carried this dish (7/10) but the cheese in the wild rice paired with it completely turned me off. Which is super odd as a person who loves cheese - I don't recall it being mentioned and I don't know if I would have ordered it as is. Our waitress was nice and checked in a decent amount but oddly seemed short /rushed with her attentiveness where I never felt I had a moment to mentioned not caring for the rice before we asked for the check. I mentioned it when we were checking out and she was kind of dismissive like "so you want it boxed up without the rice" and didn't say much else. She seemed to be working a pretty large area so I just chopped it up as a loss.

I enjoyed the customer service more than anything here, came here to celebrate a birthday and had a really good time, the drinks were decent and the peppercorn steak was delicious. It felt like home but still "high class" in my opinion. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Excellent food and service in this classic steakhouse. We highly recommend the ribeye steak and cheesecake. Steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had a wonderful char. Cheesecake was sweet and rich, a great end to the very savory meal. Vibe here is formal, classic steakhouse with white cloth tables.

A fine restaurant with high grade steak experience. I can go on and on about services at steak houses all over DFW but I think Chamberlain's steals the show when it comes to the actual steak. The filet mignon was absolutely cooked to perfection when I asked for medium rare. It was so tender and soft at same time, with just the right amount of bloodiness. The portion was just right and none of the sides try too hard to overdo itself. I'm not big on heavy flavors so they were very suited to my taste.I vote the oysters tray to be the best appetizer. Also had an Irish coffee at the cigar lounge while watching football and enjoying a some good companions. It woke me up from food coma. Fun night.

Met for a business dinner with business partners/foodie friends, and had never been before. Having traveled much in the past for business, I'm sort of steak-housed out. Tired of all the same buttery steaks and sides, even at the good steak houses. Well, Yelpers, this is not that! A lovely variety of food, and each dish was well thought out and perfectly prepared. Service was excellent - our server was under pressure (let's just say some management was nearby the whole night) and she was fabulous. Atmosphere is alive - moody, but in the best neighborhood way. Cannot wait to return.

We are never disappointed with the food and service after enjoying Chamberlain's for over 20 years. We ordered the bone in ribeye with mashed potatoes and flounder with the best grits ever! The steak was cooked perfectly and high praise for the sauces on both dishes! All appetizers are excellent as well!

Chamberlain's Steak & Seafood offers a luxurious dining experience, complete with a cigar lounge. They provide ample parking with complimentary valet service--just remember to tip your valet. From the moment I stepped inside, the service was exceptional. We started our evening with drinks in the cozy cigar lounge, settling into one of the plush couches before moving to a table by the live entertainment for cigars before dinner. I chose the blondie cigar and switched from a martini to a Ketel One on the rocks. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous pours. For dinner, I opted for the 40-day aged filet mignon with mashed potatoes. The steak was tender, well seasoned, and cooked exactly to my specifications. Overall, I'd rate my experience a 10/10. If you're craving top-notch steak or seafood, I highly recommend Chamberlain's.

Shout out to Chamberlin's fir making my mom's 85th birthday so special. Our server Kelli was fabulous. She really took care of everything. The restaurant wasn't too busy or loud. It was just a nice setting. Her steak was great as was my ahi tuna. Loved the chocolate birthday cake. Great night!

Came back for the delicious Prime Rib special. Greg was our amazing server. Greg was flawless, didn't skip a beat. He was waiting on multiple tables and still managed to give is 5 star service. Greg also had the help of his co-workers where they worked hand in hand to deliver outstanding service. Manager was hands on with all the guest from greeting us at the door to checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Food was top notch and prices were more than fair. Thanks!

I had a Saturday night dinner reservation at chamberlain's to celebrate an anniversary - what better way to enjoy than with a curated menu from Restaurant Week! Their 3 course menu was $59/pp. Our server seated us promptly and took great care of us the entire night, making recommendations for drinks and menu items. The restaurant is pretty intimate and a great place for a nice fancy dinner. For drinks, I got the wicked empress which was both tasty and pretty strong. Their bread + garlic butter here is so delicious and paired well with the appetizers. I highly recommend their corn chowder and meatballs! Moving on to the entrees, the prime rib was cooked perfectly and our server asked if we wanted more au jus on the side (it was free of charge). Their pork chops were perfectly tender and I loved the combo paired with their rich and buttery grits. For dessert, I recommend their bread pudding. I would skip out on the limoncello cake just because it was pretty dense and by this point, I was stuffed from all the food. Our serve brought out a complimentary crème brûlée in celebration of our anniversary which was so kind of them! Overall, I would definitely come back to Chamberlain's for their great service and amazing food!

Amazing catch up with old friends. The steak was really well done - super tender and to all our liking (med rare for me). The best part was the desserts. Pro tip: come here for restaurant week. You can get a 3 course meal at a great price!

Best place to celebrate a special occasion! Service was wonderful, our server was incredibly attentive. Cocktails were hand crafted and everything about our meal was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience at Chamberlain's Steak & Chophouse. We were seated promptly and the service was "ok" after being shown to our table. The food was above average however the service left me confused.

It's amazing! The server and staff care about ensuring their guests' experience is exceptional. The smoking lounge in the back with its piano and sports monitor is one of my favorite parts of the restaurant.

Fantastic place! I like the ambience of this steakhouse that has great food and service. Started off with a very well mixed Old Fashioned cocktail that had a large ice block to keep from warming. Fantastic wedge salad that is my favorite. Ribeye was prepared perfectly and the mashed side was good too. Excellent service provided. My only recommendation is that I would say the ribeye is better than the strip that apparently wasn't as good as my dish. Definitely will return!

I'm sorry these photos are not great, but holy moly this 40 day aged ribeye with Italian porcini mushroom butter is TO DIE FOR. I have dreams about it constantly, and I have insisted that my dad (who loves Chamberlains) go back and try it. Unbeatable steaks. The starters were just alright, I probably wouldn't order them myself, but I'll always eat anything placed in front of me. Bread is delicious. Lobster Bisque excellent. Chocolate cake fantastic

If you have a nice event or date night to attend, or just really want some steak, look no further! The service and attention to detail is wonderful. The wine pours are wonderful. The ambiance is wonderful. The filet was very tasty, and was also a very generous portion. If you're full, don't skip dessert...the cheesecake is *chef's kiss*

The hostess staff was very sweet and welcoming! Honestly, their chopped house salad was one of the best house salads I've ever had. It was sweet, salty and had lots of texture and crunch. Also, the bread for the table - I could've eaten that entire board! The bread came out hot and fresh and the butter spread on top was *chefs kiss*

Dined in after seeing the reviews on Yelp and what a treat! Immediately upon walking in it felt really upscale. A perfect location for date night or an anniversary celebration. They have live music and/or soft jazz playing and that also made the ambiance nice. After being seated we were greeted by our waitress. She made wonderful suggestions from the drink menu as well as starters to begin the evening. I decided on the chamberlain's infusion and it comes in a martini glass. My beau enjoyed a nice Riesling. For starters we enjoyed the house plate of bread that was extremely soft and tasty. We also enjoyed a nice bowl of lobster bisque. It was so good and had several bites of lobster embedded. Our entrees were lamb chops and New York strip. I paired the lamb chops with a loaded potato and broccoli. It meshed well and made me happy. The New York strip comes accompanied with a sea of garlic creamed potatoes. For dessert we went with the award winning key lime pie that was very much enjoyable. There was plenty more on the menu that we want to try so we will definitely return soon.

It had been a few years since my last visit, but I was invited for a business dinner recently and I was not disappointed. The service is outstanding along with the atmosphere. The menu has an awesome selection of steaks. Family style is a great option when selecting a few different steaks. Plenty of side options to choose from. Make sure you stop by and give them a try and enjoy!

Was looking for a nice steakhouse to celebrate a birthday and I'm soooo glad we close this one! I advised we were celebrating a birthday on the reservation and they gave us royal treatment through the entire evening. Ricky was our server and I don't think the experience would've been the same with any other server. Ricky is awesome! The ambiance was exactly what I was looking for - intimate and romantic. The food was impressive. The Garrison Brothers Old Fashioned was great. My s/o orders an OF everywhere we go and he said it was the best one he's ever had. Everything was delicious. Pricey, but honestly worth every penny! We dined in the main dining room but Ricky gave us a tour of the cigar lounge area before we left. Before we leave TX, we plan to go back and enjoy the lounge and live music!

I love the food. But the cigar smoke just permeates the entire restaurant. Just can't go back due to this. Heading home to wash my clothes and hair. Just can't go back.

Chamberlain's was absolutely phenomenal! The food blew me away--everything was spot on, but the grits were the real standout. Oh my gosh, they were perfectly creamy and full of flavor, unlike any I've had before. The whole experience, from the attentive service to the beautifully crafted dishes, made it a memorable evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Called ahead as we were driving into Dallas and they held a table for us. This is exactly what I expect from an old school steakhouse. Steaks were good but standouts are the bread pudding and the crab cakes. Restaurant was full but not too noisy.

Amazing !!! Here on business and who doesn't love a good steak ? Not only do they have tasty food but they also have cigars !!! This is heaven for any cigar /steak connoisseur. They also have live piano player in the cigar lounge. We had dinner reservations inside the restaurant but opted to dine inside the cigar lounge. It's dark sexy and Texas !! Haha the food and service is amazing!! We tried Caesar salad , Filet mignon the bone in Ribeye au gratin potatoes creamed corn and brussel sprouts. Their bread is so darn good and pipin hot. I never get dessert but couldn't pass up bread pudding. Everything was amazing and Sheryl our server was so attentive and very helpful with meal recommendations. I can't wait to come back !!! Highly recommend. This is a GEM !!!

Food, service and ambiance were all on point! I visited for my birthday on a whim this spot would be good and man did it exceed my expectations. I had the seared duck and it was life changing. The flavors of the wild rice and sauce paired so well together. The duck was pulled at the perfect temp which gave it a nice pink center. Eating it was like butter. "Chefs kiss". Honestly, it's been a year since I had it and I think about it frequently. I'll have to visit EVERYTIME I'm home in Dallas because I don't think I'll ever find another duck as satisfying as the one here at Chamberlains.

I've only dined at this restaurant twice, and each time was excellent! This review, however, is not about the food or the service. I accidentally doubled up on a gift card - I unintentionally ordered a card for the same person twice while online. True to the classy nature of the store, Sheryl texted me to ask if I really wanted to send two gift cards to the same person. She really saved my cookies with her question. So, like I said, this isn't about the food or the service - it's about the culture at Chamberlains, which turns out to be every bit as good as the food and the service. Thanks, Chamberlain's (and especially Sheryl) for going the extra mile.

We had a fantastic experience! My family was celebrating my Mother's 75th birthday and my own. Our waiter Ricky made our dinner a special experience from beginning to end! As a Celiac my mother was able to have crème brûlée for desert for the first time in over 10 years. From the atmosphere (a little old school NY steakhouse) to the food, we throughly enjoyed our dinning at Chamberlains! Cudos to the whole front and back of the house!

It was my first time here and I had a blast! The service was great, free valet and the food was delicious. We started with warm bread, then salads and ended with a nice ribeye with a side of truffle fries and Brussel sprouts. This was paired with a glass of Pinot noir and key lime pie. Our server was so kind - the bread was warm. I can't wait to come back.

So my wife decided to take me out for my birthday to Chamberlain steak and chophouse. Let me start off by telling you at this restaurant is one Dallas finest. I went ahead and ordered the 16 ounce. New York strip with mashed potatoes and she ordered the pesto shrimp spaghetti. The food was delicious. If you know about cuts, you will definitely know this restaurant sells the finest quality meats. The server was great as well with a lot of knowledge and also recommended great cocktails. For dessert we end up getting the chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream. The ambience is very romantic. We will definitely come back.

It has been decades since my first visit to Chamberlain's, so I was thrilled when our friends recommended it for dinner. My husband and I were not disappointed and we had an awesome experience here. We ordered the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and the P.E.I. Oysters for the table. Both apps were a huge hit. Best carpaccio I have ever eaten and the oysters were luscious and delicious with the mignonette sauce. WOW! My husband and I split the 40 day aged peppered filet. Perfectly cooked and perfect in every way. We finished our dinner with a really nice 20-year port. The waiter was professional and friendly and we like the atmosphere. I would definitely return. I think it would be fun to go in and order all of the appetizers sometime. Ours were so very very good, that I would like to try the others.

Went to Chamberlain's for date night during Restaurant Week 2024. The portions were big and the deal was pretty good for Restaurant Week. The food we ordered and service were good, but the particular table we were seated at was in a corner where the waiters and waitresses frequently went behind for pepper and additional items which felt a bit cramped. Other than that, it was a fine experience.

We've been here at least a a dozen times, probably more. Service is impeccable, regardless of who waits on you or where you sit. We've had staff that have been there 15 years or it's their first time at a table solo - service level is fantastic. Food - delicious. The butter that is served with the bread -- you could almost eat it with a spoon. We love the wedge salad - it is top 3, if not the best one, in DFW. I love me some deviled eggs and these are great!! I really haven't had something bad here. Now, we love a good bar top and Chamberlain's has that Cheers meets old time steak house feel - it just feels good. It has TVs on either end so there is a view. We sit at the bar anytime it's open. I'll tell ya, if you get the pleasure of Becky and Brandon together behind the bar, you're in for a treat. They are phenomenal. They are attentive but not over bearing. They are funny and friendly, but not too in your face. They are just about the level of perfect you can get. Plus, Brandon is full of some much trivia that it will prepare you for a game show. Cheers!!

The food was excellent the food never, ever disappoints. Our server Melissa was wonderful and very attentive. Ambiance wonderful you can actually hear your parties conversation can't wait to come back.

Decided on a nice post Valentine dinner and thankfully Chamberlains still had their Valentines special and they did not disappoint! The warm pretzel & ciabatta bread that we started with soft and fresh and the butter was perfection. The old fashioned was alright, definitely not a favorite. We had the oysters which were impressive. Nice size and a sweetness at the end. I had crusted grouper, which was cooked to perfection, and two jumbo spicy shrimp and risotto. They were not very spicy but were jumbo and savory. We also had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Applewood Bacon which were addicting! My boyfriend ordered a steak with asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and crab cakes, delicious), with Marsala on the side. Crem brûlée is my all time favorite dessert and it was delicious! Everything was delicious, the service was impeccable and I really enjoyed the quiet romantic setting. I can't wait to return!

This is my 2nd visit here, and it's just as amazing as my first. The service is great, the food tastes good, and the bread they serve when you sit down is one of a kind. Definitely fine dining and worth every penny. I don't believe this is a chain, and it totally gives a warm-cozy-unique experience, one you cannot get at a chain steakhouse.

Came here on a Sunday night with a party of 7 . This wasn't my first time, but it's been a while . Overall, for having a larger party, the staff was extremely accommodating. I started with a Caesar salad ( which was delicious ) , and my fiance had the lobster bisque ( a favorite of ours ) . For main courses, we all ordered steak . I got the filet, which I enjoyed . And most of our family loved their steaks as well . The only gripe was one of our steaks was over cooked in comparison to the rest of our medium well steaks ( which they kindly removed off the tab although we weren't expecting nor hoping for that ! ) . For side dishes, I'm a big fan of the Mac and cheese, potatoes au gratin, and I really love the lemon butter sauce they pair their veggies with. Worth checking out if you enjoy a quality steakhouse. The ambiance inside is dark and perfect for a date night .

Definitely a 5 star experience with excellent cuts of steak. Cooked to perfection in a cozy atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and made my daughter feel special for her 13th birthday! It was worth the splurge! Highly recommend!

We eat out at a lot of places, and every wedding anniversary we try a new 4 or 5 star restaurant to celebrate. This place wins 1st place over the last 9 years of places we have been together. We showed up at 5pm on a Saturday before the rush, which was a perfect time. Service was impeccable and our server knew all the answers to the questions. My husband is gluten free and they had an extensive gluten free menu which was wonderful for him. We tried 3 appetizers tho I did not get photos of all of them. The lobster shrimp bisque was phenomenal. My husband said the oysters were the best he has had in a while, and that is saying something as he tries them almost everywhere. Steak was cooked perfectly. Fish was flaky. The chef came around and spoke to the people, and you can tell he is very interested in your opinion, as well as food quality. It's worth the money you will spend. 10/10 Can't wait to go back one day.

Food, and service were great!! Michelle waited on us in the cigar lounge, and she was such a pleasure, she was so funny. I will say, we will definitely be back! The piano player added a fun ambiance as well; being this was our first time here, we didn't really know what to expect, but we enjoyed him. It was a good time. The oysters were so good, my husband was not a fan, but I loved them. We also ordered steaks that came out perfect, the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts were *chefs kiss* My husband seemed to like the selection of cigars that was offered, (there was quite a bit) and Torrie was very helpful with her suggestion. We are fairly new to the area, just moved here from Seattle so it was nice to see what cigar lounges in Dallas have to offer, Chamberlain's did not disappoint! Our new favorite date night!

Was very mediocre for the price. I wanted to sit on this a bit because I was greatly disappointed. Had it been salt grass prices I'd feel different but it wasn't and I'd rather go else where for less money or better food for same money.

Excellent upscale but comfortable restaurant. Good place to go dressed up but not feel stuffy. Warm cozy atmosphere and attentive service. Tried many menu items, all of high quality and delicious. My one complaint is that the food is excessively rich and salty. Don't come here on a diet. Also, you don't have to valet, we easily parked in the lot on a busy night. We didn't have reservations and we were able to get right in, but it was definitely busy.

What a great find, we were looking for a great place to celebrate my husbands birthday. This steak place compares well to some of the best steak houses in Chicago. Everyone enjoyed their meal appetizers and dessert. Service was attentive and super friendly.

The steaks are fantastic and they have a wide variety of appetizers to try. The space has a wonderful vibe and the service is fantastic. Would highly recommend.
