We got
-1/4 Pound Panza (Pork Belly) (17.50$): I think I liked this one the best. Thanks to the fattinness of the pork belly, it had the most flavour/was not dry.
-1/4 Pound Campechano (Pork Shoulder+Belly) (15.50$): Was ok, one again-felt like it could've had more flavour.
-1/4 Pound Al Pastor (Pork + Pineapple) (?$): Surprisingly liked this one the least even though it's usually my favourite. Felt like it lacked a bit of flavour/moisture, and the portion of pineapple wasn't enough for all the tacos. Also was missing the coleslaw.
The tortillas: they were quite good, however they were completely falling apart. The presentation, albeit aesthetically pleasing, was quite inconvenient given that all 4 tortillas were piled under the meat. As such, instinctually (to guarantee an adequate tortilla to filling ratio), you might think to distribute the filling before digging in.
However, if you do this, the tortillas will weaken due to the juices of the filling, resulting in anticipating a bite just for it to escape your mouth at the last second. Also, I think I would prefer for the filling to come pre-distributed per tortilla.
I think overall it was quite expensive for what you're getting. I think there's potential, but was a bit disappointed.
