"Longtime Campus Restaurant Is ClosingChangos Taqueria, the campus restaurant from Mexican restaurant Manuel’s, is closing, too. Its last day on 3023 Guadalupe Street will be on Thursday, November 14. Changos co-owner Jennifer McNevin wants to focus on creating packaged foods, as explained in a press statement. The restaurant opened in 1998, focusing on a menu of tacos, burritos, salads, and aguas frescas. The Guadalupe space will sold and current employees have been offered positions at Manuel’s two locations, one in downtown and one up in the Arboretum." - Nadia Chaudhury

The burrito I ordered was delicious. It was an Al Pastor and it was super delicious. The only problem is that the staff is very small and you will have to wait 5-10 mins for your food. So if you're looking for something fast during rush hour, you may have to wait a little wait. But well worth it.

I love this place! I get a beef taco combo, deluxe, with an agua fresca.

AAA++++ Love the taste of everything I tried. Amazing salad chicken bowl !!! Huge pork burrito was put together with Magic !!! Priced well other than tiny guacamole serving and the steak was tough my my friends dish but still one of the best quick serve burrito joints I ever been to. O)H YA

Atmosphere: Low-key, fast casual Service: Counter service, unremarkable Food: White queso was good, but fairly bland with rustic tortilla chips. Del Pueblo taco with beef had good flavor, tortillas are not homemade. Refried beans had chunky consistency, but were also on the bland side. Pricing: Very reasonable $10-15 per person

The Maximo was awful. So bland except for the gross taste of dark meat chicken. Seriously one of the worst burritos I’ve ever tried. I am not a harsh food critic- so I can’t believe the reviews below me. I must have had a rare bad experience or something but the burrito was just awful.

Ordered lunch from here through Lunchdrop and very pleased I did so. I did not visit the actual restaurant as it was delivered to my work place but the order I placed was just as I requested - even the special request. I ordered the: Chili Con Queso: This queso is amazing. It is thick with pieces of poblano peppers in it and absolutely delicious, not salty at all as I read in a previous review. The chips that came with it are standard, better than some and not as good as others, but good still the same. They hold up well to the thick, creamy, yummy queso. #10, Del Pueblo with Chicken: I opted for no cilantro and did not choose to Deluxe it so it was just chicken and tortilla . The chicken is amazing - it has the flavor of being grilled outside and perfectly cooked, seasoned enough that the chicken shines. This came on a corn tortilla, not double tortilla like so many places do but there was no need because the tortilla was large enough and the quality of the tortilla was superb! I asked for a side of both red and green salsas. Both are served warm and both are yummy. Different than other places but really good. The green is probably my favorite but that is personal choice. They are not too spicy at all and are both very well balanced with their flavors. I will definitely have lunch from here again as I would like to try other menu items. Check them out - you will not be disappointed! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated review: 11/12/2018 Now I know what to stick with and what to avoid when ordering here. This time around I ordered a Al Pastor taco and the Del Pueblo, Beef taco no works. The Al Pastor taco looked promising but straight up tasted like fish! I think they use the same oil as their fish/shrimp dishes and it was foul - maybe old oil also. - Avoid for sure Del Pueblo, Beef, I opted no works so I could enjoy the beef and tortilla. Ug! Beef was chewy lil dried pieces of cow. Avoid for sure So far, I have learned: Pros: Chicken, Green Salsa, Tostada De La Montana, Shrimp Cons: Beef, Al Pastor, Bad oil
