"Longtime Campus Restaurant Is ClosingChangos Taqueria, the campus restaurant from Mexican restaurant Manuel’s, is closing, too. Its last day on 3023 Guadalupe Street will be on Thursday, November 14. Changos co-owner Jennifer McNevin wants to focus on creating packaged foods, as explained in a press statement. The restaurant opened in 1998, focusing on a menu of tacos, burritos, salads, and aguas frescas. The Guadalupe space will sold and current employees have been offered positions at Manuel’s two locations, one in downtown and one up in the Arboretum." - Nadia Chaudhury
