"A formule is usually the best way to sample a chef’s creations on the cheap, but at this fine dining restaurant halfway up the picturesque butte Montmartre, the lunch menu is the star. Not that the dzudzed up à la carte options aren’t stunners. Frankly, given the real estate, the lobster doesn’t need to be this succulent, nor does the creamy corn pudding so good we’d lick the bowl. But that dish costs €37, and for just €29, you get a no-choice, three-course comfort food dream of a meal. Fork tender pork comes with green beans so redolent with meat juices no one’s parents are going to be telling them to finish their veggies.
