It was my family’s first time in Europe, and we saw Chantoiseau in the Michelin Guide list of recommended restaurants in Paris, so we were looking forward to it a lot. We made a reservation a few days before (would definitely recommend this as their tables were all full!)
Our server was very attentive, the ambiance was just right for more of a fine dining vibe, and the food was very near perfect.
That being said, there could have been some improvements. The flavor on the octopus leg and loin of farm pork were great, but we think the octopus could have been more tender, and the skin on the pork more brittle and easier to slice into.
We loved the freshly shelled crab and roasted pigeon though :) All in all, it was still a great experience. Kudos and thank you to everyone involved
