"Pre-pandemic these smoked meat specialists were operating out of a food truck in Spitalfields Market, and now, as a silver lining of sorts, they have a nationwide delivery service which means you can order their excellent halal meat to your home. Their online menu has everything from smoked brisket burgers, and a whole spatchcock smoked chicken, to a 10-hour smoked whole spring lamb shoulder. The whole menu is pretty tempting, but if you’re only getting one thing don’t miss their brisket. You can get up to 2kg of the good stuff, alongside some flatbread and other bits to make your own brisket creation, or you can go for their brisket burgers.
