This bank franchise has to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I opened this account about a month and a half ago In Vero Beach FL the young lady was awesome I asked lots of questions and I thought I put my husband as the beneficiary. It turns out I didn't. I never received the bank card, now I'm in New York my husband is in Florida he tried to put cash in my account and because he is not on my account he can't , I ask does he have to be with me to add him I'm told no. So I go to this branch and the lady tells me I have to have him with me. I explained the situation then I call customer service they tell me he doesn't need to be with me. Now she mailed me a card I try to activate it but they won't accept the pin number I chose. This is the worse. I've never had this problem ever in my life. And to top it off the customer service guy tells me its a federal law that no one can deposit cash in your account if not on your account. My husband has deposited cash in other banks for me. 😡😡😡

Called around 9am to confirm notary is available and nobody picked up, forcing me to come in physically just to ask. Upon entering the employee informed me there are no notary available. Is picking up the phone or providing basic banking services so much to ask?

Great business model ,very understanding staff for our business needs ,fast and efficient . I have several business accounts for my company at almost 5-6 banks .By far this is the most organized, professional and friendly bank in the area , I been a banking customer for over 50 years , I saw a lot of banks .I banked myself and my several business partners .So far the best. They always gave me the best advice, they saved me time and money .I worked with several employees ,they all great . As a business man ,the company is very well managed ,the cashiers always helped me with change ,the bankers ,the supervisors, they are a family for me.

Amazing bank , very friendly ,Very good fast service, very experience workers. I went there with my husband ,just minutes before they close ,they were very accommodating ,service with a smile ,happy to see me ,treated me and my family with respect and love . the guard greeted me at the door with a smile ,opened the door for me ,the manager himself assisted me also with a smile ,I think his name is balal ,very caring man. It was not the first time I visit that store ,I love chase and the people who work in that place. God bless you all.

I have an account with this bank for 50 years and also a stockholder for 45 years.I went to this branch today at 9am to open a new account with my son and brother. They only had one person that opens accounts she was busy. The manager running around with an I-pad is the worst, he does not belong in the banking business, he should try selling shoes . He told me they was a 9:30 am appointment, when 9:30 came he told me he has to give the person 15 minutes grace, when 9:55an came he told me the customer would be coming in 15 minutes, since he was doing nothing I suggested he should open the account, he said that’s not his job. We want across the street ,to Bank of American we’re we were welcome be a A very cheerful attractive knowledgeable receptionist she told us it would be 10 to 15 minute wait. Bank of America had five or six people opening accounts we were greeted by one of the people and he open the account for us within 40 minutes very satisfied with Bank of America Jamie Dimon collects $32 million a year ,he should look in and see what’s going on in his branches but he’s ready to retire shortly and only cares about investment banking, that’s we’re the big money and salaries are.Chase retail banking is a disgrace to the banking industry .I had this account with them for 50 years it was originally a Chemical bank account. I was an officer in Morgan guarantee for many years.What a shame were this bank has fallen.

By far, this is the best experience I have in any bank before. Employees are professional, polite, and helpful especially Zuo Ling Ye (I thought her name was Vivian) she was very nice with so much patience!!! Loved the experience really.

Christele from the Teller's desk is an amazing professional. Her subject matter expert knowledge on the products & service Chase offers is always on point. I appreciate knowing my neighborhood branch has someone willing to help. The bank is a small location with many full service ATMs, two tellers and about six desks of bankers. I highly recommend to come early in the morning during the business week to ensure maximum service on personal banking matters.
