There is nothing like the flavors and the texture that suggests a level of pride in their representation. The service was exceptional!! You get the feeling they value your patronage and treat you with the utmost respect. The Ambiance was amazing! You could taste the island atmosphere with music that will keep your hips moving, while you are savoring this delectable dish in front of you.

Chef Creole's food is that Caribbean comfort food that tastes so good you would think you're eating at a friend's house. I've only had the shrimp and rice with peas from there twice and the only difference was that the first time it was fried shrimp and the second time it was the steamed shrimp. The two tasted amazing. This restaurant has been unanimously been added to our lunch list during the work week. Great food and the delivery was excellent as the food arrived hot! Looking forward to having a meal at the location and will for sure add a review. I will say the customer service was amazing when I called and had a few questions. Always a plus when customer service is top level.

Little Haiti is where you must go if you want delicious authentic Haitian food for a great price!! This place was SO good. The fried fish was my favorite because it was well seasoned and tender with no grease!!! The sweet plantains are way better than the regular fried plantains. Pikliz is yum but not spicy. The griot was excellent, tender, and flavorful, but many fatty pieces which I don't prefer. Lastly, the wings. The jerk wings did not taste like jerk but were yum. Lemon pepper wings tasted better. Rice and beans were on point. The portions and price are a great value. The place itself has a little but where you order. They have a round-about driveway with parking alongside. Next to the ordering hut is another hut-like spot with benches to sit and eat. They were friendly and patient. You pick up after yourself once you eat. It was hot out. They do have fans which help but be prepared to wave off flies as you eat. It's expected but can become annoying. Gave a third-world feel which adds to the authenticity if you ask me! Overall, the food was totally worth the trip and we had enough to take on the plane as leftovers. 4 huge portions with drinks for $77. Win! If I make it out to Miami again, I would come here. Next time I was the whole fried fish which looked super tasty!!

It's been a while since I had Haitian food that's *almost* as good as my mom's, and this place is it! Not too bad of a drive from south beach, but there wasn't anything else in the area so we stayed here. Flavors here were truly authentic. Seating is mostly outside, with a more covered indoor that's is considered indoors. There's also a drive through, I've never seen drive through options for any Caribbean style food, so that made me hesitant, but the food still came out fresh and full of flavor. Service was amazing! Our server made us feel welcomed, and was very attentive. I believe his name is Teday.

Chef Creole in Miami is fantastic! I got the Griot with pikliz and rice and peas. The Griot was good, but I wish it was more flavorful and seasoned. It was on the drier end. The pikliz added a tangy kick that complemented the dish perfectly, but it wasn't hot. The rice and peas were a great side, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Definitely a must-visit for delicious Haitian cuisine!

A round of applause for the chef! This may quite possibly be one of the best Haitian meals I've had. First place will always go to my mother-in-law. My husband and I were visiting in the area and were surprised to find this gem open. It was around 10 p.m. We joined the long drive thru line (another great sign). The line moved quickly;service was friendly. We ordered two griot dinner plates which came with rice and peas and plantains. We also ordered a Haitian-style lemonade. The food was delicious with the griot being perfectly seasoned and so tender! The lemonade was another added touch. Our only regret is not living close enough to dine here often!

Can't beat the price for a filling lunch - $13 griot with rice and plantain. I wish the pikliz was a bit spicier. The griot was not dry and cut in perfect pieces.

My co-workers and I ate here, and we enjoyed our experience. I really thought we were going to be hot & miserable because the eating area is outside in a hut. Haha, jokes were on us because the hut has a lot of fans to keep you cool so you can enjoy the Caribbean vibes!! Inside the hut was colorful and cute. It's a pretty spacious space for a group, too. They have drive-thru and a small parking lot too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a huge group, and they were very attentive to our needs & the owner, Chef Creole, came to thank us for coming to support his business. That was very respectful of him! The food & drinks were very good. The food was fresh, tasty, and delicious. All the food we ordered we were very happy with. The only item we were disappointed with is the wings. The wings, I'm sure, where they brought them from, but they forgot to give the chickens their vitamins because they were so skinny & missing a lot of chicken! Lol, IJS, the wings weren't worth it. Everything else was yummy. If you're looking for traditional Haitian foods like Legume, chicken en sauce, and Tassot (goat or turkey), you will not find it on the menu. It's a clean location, food and drinks are delicious & staff/owner were friendly so l would totally go back. I would recommend others to check them out if you're in the neighborhood.

You can tell by how impacted the traffic of the drive thru is that chef creole is special. There were lots of menu options and friendly customer service. My griot was so tender and flavorful. The pikliz was unrecognizable at first, because of how it was chopped up but it was top 5 pikliz I've ever had.

I don't eat everyone's greens but when I tell you the cook must have put the foot in these. Lordtttt! Always the spot to go!

Visiting my friend, in Little Haiti I told him that I wanted some good Haitian food. They pointed me to Chef Creole. I originally wanted Legum or Lalo but they didn't have it at the moment so I ended up getting Griot (fried pork) with rice and beans, plantains and pickliz on the side. It was so good and affordable. I went back a second time on the day that I was leaving lol. Customer Service was friendly and welcoming They also had a good selection of foods to choose from. I wish this place was next to my house.

This is a 10 out of 10. Excellent Haitian food in Little Haiti. The fried fish is perfect but I loved the conch the most. The vibes are cool here too. I would definitely revisit this place!

Took my mom and aunt there to eat. Bruh, I was not ready, we were not ready. My mom can cook, as per her, that was the best griot she ever had, my aunt fought to finish her fish but couldn't, and my griot won the battle. We sat in the back, so many foreigners and islanders were there taking in the ambiance and the people that came after us ordered exactly what we had after they saw our order. I got a week left, I'm going back over there before I leave. Guaranteed.

Great food! Multiple locations in South Florida. I always stop by when I'm in Miami because the food is seasoned superbly.

Loved the food! Loved the drive through option! There also looked to be parking in a lot to the side. The food was great. I really like the fried conch (make sure you get extra sauce!). The staff were great. There was music playing over outdoor speakers too. The food, the music, the set up. It was a whole vibe.

Rene was amazing new the menu without checking. Very helpful and had great energy! I recommend if you're coming to this location ask for her.

I am a hard critic when it comes to Caribbean food -- particularly, Haitian food. Chef Creole Seasoned Kitchen got it right! Food: I ordered the Griot (fried pork) with rice and peas. Sweet plantain came with the dish. The rice was good, seasoned well and could stand a test with my grandma's. High barometer. The griot, goodness! It was fried to perfection -- nice crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. Very good. All of the seating is outside. Kompas is playing in the background and it all is a recipe for a good time. You'll leave full and happy.

This spot doesn't look like much but looks can be deceiving! We parked off of 54th, placed our order and ate under the tent. Pork Griot was so tender and tasty. It practically melted in my mouth! The whole snapper was delicious and filling. The seasoning was on every piece I ate and I ate it all. It was perfectly fried but not oily or greasy. All the sides were good, too. Even the plantains were well seasoned and a delight to my tastebuds. I wish I could buy the spicy relish to add to dishes at home.

Was looking for a great Haitian place for lunch and stumbled across this place. Will definitely be a regular add on to my visits in Miami. I forgot to take a picture of the lemon cake. It jumped in my belly before I could. Do NOT leave without a slice!!

Parking is next to the restaurant, same lot as where you dine-in. If you pull up next to the restaurant, then those lanes are used for drive-thru. We went with the following items: - Griot (Fried Pork) with green bean rice - Fried Fish with red bean rice - Conch Fritters The Conch Fritters were excellent, especially with the dipping sauce that it came with. I would recommend this dish, however this is not an appetizer price, it was like $15, but worth trying at least once :) The Fried Fish was excellent, perfectly fried and tender. I wish they would give more than 2 pieces per order. The fried pork was decent, this dish was not our favorite because 1) it was just fried pork shoulder, didn't really have unique flavor/taste and 2) since it was shoulder it had some hard pieces of meat that were tough to chew. The other factor, while as a customer I loved the fact that they gave you a lot of rice, it was just way too much rice; overwhelming in some ways. Unfortunately we ended up only eating 1/4 of the rice given and threw the rest away.

Fantastic conch fritters!! Huge pieces of conch, large fritters. No cocktail sauce here, the much preferred Haitian pickliz (spicy pickled cabbage). Nice tiki hut for outdoor seating and a scrappy cat who killed us with his hungry eyes

The food was delicious. Everything well seasoned and FRESH. When we placed our order we were told about 10 minutes... in reality the wait was around 25 or so minutes. Which understandably, they were busy. The employees taking our order were kind and polite. All outdoor seating and thankfully it was covered because on a hot summer day in Florida it could be unbearable outside. I would've given 5 stars if there was less fat and more meat in my griot. But nonetheless, I'd return.

We had the pleasure of trying their Griot, and it became a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The crispy, tender red meat paired with the Pikliz turned into an explosion of savory and spicy goodness. The portions were generous, and the costs have been reasonable, making it an amazing cost for the high-quality of food and service you receive. The only reason why this experience was not a 5 star experience is the customer service experience was subpar. The person who took our didn't adhere to the request we made about certain items.

I've been a regular at multiple Chef Creole locations and always have such great food and a good experience. My favorite location is on 54th, with the outdoor patio. In the past, the wait was long if you were sitting outside, but that has significantly improved. T Day is the outside server and he is always super friendly. I'm a pescatarian so I stick with the fish (whole or filet), conch, and other seafood items. Everything is always hot and consistently flavorful. Will always visit this location whenever we can.

There was a hut to eat outside or take to go. It was our first time here and the ordering process was horrible, drive thru and wait was 45+ minutes or could have been 1 hour. We couldn't get out of the drive thru line to go somewhere else because cars locking you in. The food was good but the whole wait and ordering process was off putting.

the server Marie is the best. Food is bomb. Highly recommend for authentication food.

My experience at Chef Creole was a horrific one. I wasn't already in the best mood because of work so I just wanted to order my food and go back to the hotel. Upon arrival, there were a few men in the restaurant who seemed to be waiting on their food so I walked past them to place my order. We were told it would be a 20 min wait so I went outside. One of the men kept talking to me and I kindly asked him to please leave me be. He continued to berate me in front of everyone and not one person, including the workers, stepped in to defend me or tell him to stop. Mind you, he was with two other men so despite me being outspoken in telling him to leave me be, I was terrified as I wasn't sure what they could potentially do to me. I ended up walking to the back of the restaurant in an attempt to hide from them. As soon as my food was ready, I got it and left immediately. The food (whole grilled fish) was mediocre at best and not worth I had to go through to get it. I'll never be returning back here.

As a visitor from California I was told I really needed to come to Little Haiti to try some Haitian food so I stumbled upon this place. Really really nice folks who took my order, I ended up getting the fried conch and the jerk wings to go. I also substituted the rice in my jerk wings order for fries. I wasn't a fan of the fried conch but pretty sure that's just me (because I'm not a big fan of seafood). I just want to try it because why not and I've never had it before. I'm glad I did try it though, and I did like the dipping sauce. The jerk wings were really really good, I'd definitely order them again. I only docked a star because I feel like it took a while for the food to come out.

Izzy gave outstanding customer service. I really enjoyed speaking to her. She is a very nice person.

This is truly once of those places I wish I could give more than 5 stars to. The staff was extremely and friendly. The food was beyond amazing. Everything our group was ordering looked absolutely amazing. The fried fish that I got was perfectly cooked. It had a great crunch to it and was delectable all throughout. I got the red beans and rice and sweet plantains as sides. Highly reccomend going here if you're in the area

The environment was great here. The staff was very warm and inviting and made us feel welcome. The food quality was great but the portion of the ox tails could've been a little bigger. But the snapper was cooked perfectly, and the portion was filling. the ambience of the place was very organic, and gave us a great feel for a Little Haiti. will definitely be returning.

Real deal Haitian food. Every time I pass through Mia airport I have to the griot plate. Food is cooked to perfection. Well seasoned and that pikliz be hitting!

Chef Creole!!! It is with a sad disposition that I write this review. Whenever I'm on that end of Miami, I do my best to stop by and patronize the establishment. I am ok with the wait in drive/thru because I know the food is being made fresh. I never check my food because I know that it is correct, but this time... I ordered two plates and didn't receive piklis or gravy/sauce for my rice for either of them! What is going on? Those items put the extra Mmmm in the food. In my humble opinion, there needs to be less picture taking/photo shoots of people passing out the orders and more double checking and quality control. Mental note: check your food, always!

Best Haitian food we have in our life tbh. Food were cooked to the perfection. Even better when the environment was so nice, the owner and the customers were so so friendly that made us feel home! Definitely will come back when we in town. 100% recommended

This is always my go to place whenever I come to Miami. We live in California and come every year or so. My trip is never complete until I get me some chef creole

The employees were nice, but the food turned my stomach upside down in a bad way some hours after eating it...if you know what I mean. It was the only food I had that day. The conch salad was good, though super spicy. I liked the red beans and rice as well as the 2 plantains in my griot dinner. Half of the griot was fried chunks of fat...no meat, however. The half that actually was meat was okay in taste. The conch fritters were decent, but too greasy. I will not return, unfortunately. I do respect the owner's story about his upbringing and creation of the restaurant, etc.

I had the griot with rice and beans and tostones. The service was great and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were big and I thought everything was reasonably priced. The passion fruit drink was okay but I think I'd like to try the pineapple next time. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Miami.

This is the best Haitian food I've ever had and I've had a lot of Haitian food. It was so good we almost went back the same day lmao we ended up going back the next day AND THE NEXT DAY (3 days in a row). It's in the hood but worth the trip. 10/10 recommend. BUT, I do hope in the future they come up with a more efficient ordering system. You have to be there in person and can't call ahead.

The food is very good and service was straight forward. I ordered take out. I forgot to take pics of my food, lol. We had the fried red snapper, it was great and tasty with flavors. They have this sauce it's very hot but it's so flavorful....it's had cabbage inside of the sauce. I don't know what it's called. The Oxtails were great with the peas and rice.

Great vibe. Food is awesome. Conch fritters we're spectacular. Definitely recommended. That juice.. ooowweee is nostalgic. And from time to time. You here some music that were archived far far away and you can't help yourself from reminiscing when things were less complicated. A definite thumbs up

I love Chef Creole! It's definitely worth the wait. My go to is usually the fish fillet and rice with peas, but this time I came for quick bite and grabbed conch fritters with green plantains. The conch fritters were very tasty, but I would prefer more conch and less breading. They probably have one of the best pikliz around. You can put it in everything!

Awesome authentic food. Asked for extra spicy jerk wings, and the chef was so kind he found extra pepper cut and put on the side with wings.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time we ordered griot, conch salad, and conch fritters. Everything was 10/10. The second time I decided to try their oxtails. The meat was tender, but it lacked flavor. It was a bit of a letdown after the first experience. Disclosure: The wait times are very long.

Been coming to this spot since I could remember. You're not a true Miamian if you have yet to try one of the chef creole establishments and if you're a tourist you didn't get the whole experience if you don't visit. I cannot rave about this place enough, the food is phenomenal. For the last 15 years I've gotten the same thing, the fried conch. Which has slowly increased in price. To be honest the last time I visited I told myself it would be the last time as the price has increased to $25. However, I got home took a bite and some how some way their fried conch tastes better than ever! I will certainly return. I know $25 is a hefty price for essentially a hot food line restaurant but it's well worth the price. Also the fried shrimp is delicious if you don't like conch, I believe it's the same batter. If you're not into seafood the Griot is delicious at an amazing price of $10 and the oxtail is equally as delicious but may not be filling if you're a big eater like me. (Have yet to order the oxtail in any place in Miami and be happy with the portion, it comes with the territory). After you decide on an entree don't forget to get a side of conch fritters! If you're into spicy food, please do yourself a favor and try the pikliz that comes with all orders and if you don't like hot sauce just gift it to someone who does, you'll change their lives!

This place is beyond amazing and always a repeat when I'm in town. If you visit this place and you can't find several dishes that you can't enjoy three times a day then something maybe wrong with you.
