The restaurant from Marc Sgrizzi has new lunch dishes such as chef Marc’s meatball tunnel, chicken Milanese with arugula salad, Italian wedding soup, a Philly cheesesteak, and a Reuben. The restaurant is open daily from 7 to 10:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner." - Susan Stapleton

"Marc Sgrizzi had occupied the venue since 2015 before relocating close to the Strip earlier this year and moving into a second-floor space inside the non-gaming Ahern Hotel, formerly the Lucky Dragon casino. Re-branded as Chef Marc’s Italian Steakhouse, the restaurant is currently open Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30 to 9 p.m., for both dinner and takeout." - Bradley Martin

Best dining experience in an Italian restaurant in town, hands down. The flavors are so rich and authentic. Chef Marc comes to your table and will explain the menu himself, always a pleasure, very down to earth. The service is excellent, the whole place is so accommodating that it makes you feel at home but with the best chef.

My husband and I had the most delightful food and experience with Chef Marc and his fabulous staff! The bottom of the menu says to ask about the chef's tasting menu so we did! We opted for that and were moved to seats right by the kitchen and were able to watch them in action creating their delicious and beautiful art! We also loved that Chef Marc didn't have a set menu for the tasting menu. He talked with his staff throughout to select the next course. (And this was all on a busy Friday night.) The food was so fresh and prepared to perfection. This is hands down our new "must go to" restaurant in Vegas.

Food and service were great! Pastas definitely have home made taste and sauces are fresh. The only dish that set us back was the octopus. It was not we expect and would probably recommend another dish. The butternut squash soup was amazing. We would definitely return again!

This is a good Italian restaurant but I had a few issues during my visit. I ordered the rigatoni with meatballs and Italian sausage, for a side dish I ordered the peas and prosciutto. I had to send back my first order of peas and prosciutto because it was extremely salty. The manager Kenny immediately remedy this issue had dish remade. My main course of rigatoni was extremely flavorful but there were certain parts of the pasta that was very warm and others were not very warm, the overall flavor of the pasta was delicious. The best part of the main course was the meatball, it was cooked perfectly. The meatball was tender and had a lot of flavor. Overall, this was a good meal for the portion size flavor and price. The manager did an excellent job of being attentive to all the customers, other than my slight issues my meal was good.

This is hands down one of the best restaurants in Vegas and if you don't know about it, you should. The staff are all prompt, friendly and professional. Cocktails are fun and well-made. Chef Marc came to our table with passionate suggestions, a warm welcome and a contagious love for his food. The portions are generous and the homemade pasta was absolutely delicious. Have to recommend the seafood and the deconstructed lasagna. The Gelato is creamy homemade perfection. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is romantic and quiet. We're from LA and we will definitely be making this a go-to in Vegas from now on. You won't regret doing the same!

Chef Marc is one of the most outstanding chefs I've ever had the experience of meeting. The ambiance is eclectic and interesting and the food is out of this world! Four of us celebrating a birthday had four different entrees with several appetizers. The octopus was absolutely unbelievable! The menu is so diverse, that it was almost impossible to pick what I wanted to eat! Everything sounds so good. Everyone in our party was blown away. Obviously, I highly recommend this restaurant! And Chef Marc came and said hello to us and he seems like a very passionate chef!

Had a really nice lunch here. I wish the menu had the chicken marsala for lunch too. We all enjoyed our food and the waitress was very nice coming by to check on us and drink refills. I recommend this location for a good meal.
