Chefs Warehouse at Tintswalo Atlantic

Visited here as a group of 4 in Jan 2025. A rare experience that’s well worth booking. The attention to detail from start to finish is so impressive. The photos could not possibly do the views justice, and you’d be hard pressed to find a better view at any restaurant in the world. Then there’s the food, a five course tasting with a meat or vegetarian option. We had both between our group and every meal that was served blew us all away. This really was a memorable dining experience. Not the cheapest of places at around £80 pp in comparison to other Cape Town restaurants, but definitely well worth the price and somewhere you will be wanting to experience any and every special occasion going forward. Chefs Warehouse at Tintswalo Atlantic must be one of the best « location » restaurants in the world, and fortunately the food matches the stunning location about two metres from the Atlantic Ocean with views to Hout Bay and the surrounding mountains. The restaurant is beautiful and matches the location. The team are super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and smart. There is a good well-priced wine list and they also permit some corkage. And the food was superb. Well thought out, expertly cooked and well presented, not too fussy, and every dish tasted fresh and full of flavour. A really great dining experience.

The most incredible experience from the moment we walked in. Genuinely faultless. The setting is absolutely beautiful, the food delicious and so much thought put into the details of the dishes. We also had the wine pairing which was excellent. Service was ultra professional but also very friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough - one of my favourite restaurants in the world.

What a magical experience. Highly knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff. A view to die for and the food was exquisite. Right out the top draw old chap! Bursting with flavour and unique takes on South African classics “fish & jam” if you know you know 😉

This restaurant is something very, very special & a top tip for Cape Town. You feel like a very important person from the moment you make contact with the staff on the high road that take you down to the restaurant. And in the restaurant, it’s the same. The views across the Bay are stunning. The interior is very stylish. Nice artwork. But the food “takes the biscuit”. Beautiful presentation. Well explained by the staff. And a taste out of this world. A wee bit on the pricey side, but still great value for money. We loved it and highly recommend.

Perfect Lunch with an Unbeatable View. We recently had lunch here and it was a truly memorable experience. Located right by the sea, the view was absolutely stunning - waves crashing against the shore and a gentle breeze creating the perfect backdrop. The service was friendly and efficient, and the menu offered a fantastic selection of fresh seafood. The combination of delicious food and breathtaking views made it a lunch to remember. If you're looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy fresh seafood with an ocean view, this place is a must-visit!

One of the best dining experiences you will ever have. The food is exceptional , the service outstanding and the views from another world. Although the rates are on the higher end it still is value for money in my view. You will not get better quality for what you pay to eat here.

A more incredible view you can't find! The menue is outstanding with the best and freshest ingredients. Allergies were taken care of in the best possible way. The staff are well trained and very well spoken, from the gate staff to the Manager. One of our best experiences ever.
