"When the historic Chicago Athletic Association Hotel (Land & Sea Dept., Outstanding Restaurant Design, 2016) was renovated in 2015, Land & Sea Dept. restored Cherry Circle Room to its former glory and then some. The design pays homage to the past with wood-accented walls and cabinets, leather booths, and velvet chairs.
