"At Fontainebleau Miami Beach, executive pastry chef Brielle Fratellone crafts chocolate masterpieces using a proprietary chocolate recipe, the Fontainebleau Sapphire Noir made exclusively for the iconic resort. Check it out just off the hotel’s lobby." - Olee Fowler, Amber Love Bond

"Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau is like an odd little tourist theme park. And while the Bleau has a somewhat deserved reputation for being a den of ratchetera, there is actually some good food inside this complex of bachelor parties. Case in point: Chez Bon Bon, a great little patisserie hiding in the lobby. They have everything from caramel corn and chocolate chip cookies to entremets worthy of Marie Antoinette and a lovely key lime tart. It’s a shiny, fancy spot—but even if you don’t know or care what an entremet is, you’ll probably like everything here. The flavors are approachable and if you do get dragged to the Fontainebleau while fulfilling your bridesmaid duties, this place will make the trip better." - Carlos C Olaechea

As you can see, the treats are amazing. Very generous portions (considering the price points) and beautifully presented. Service terrible. Young woman acted like she couldn't be bothered. Desserts are amazing, though.

Google
Cute place with quality desserts. Got the cookie and cream homemade gelato and it was delicious. They have a bunch of cute little cakes. Got the Japanese mango one and it was very refreshing and melted in my mouth. Would recommend

Google
This place is VERY pricy but if you’re staying at the Fontainebleau it is the most convenient option if you’re trying to get right to the beach. It’s not necessarily a better option to leave the hotel and go to somewhere on the strip cause even though you could save 20% on a meal you will spend a lot more time and the quality will likely be worse. Quality of food is good 7.5-9/10 depending on what you get. Some of the pastry’s are double the size of your local shop but are at least double the price. They also auto charge a “service charge” which is about 18%… Bag of chips: $3 Gatorade 20oz: $6.55 Croissants: $10-12

This is a cute bakery located inside Fontainebleau Resort and a good spot for having morning/mid-day coffee and breakfast sandwiches or enjoying their delicious pastries, croissants and ice cream, or buy cales for special occasions. If you’re a chocolate lover, go with Date and Milk Chocolate; it has a rich flavor and is soooo good.

Google
The chocolate croissant is so good. I probably got it 3 times during my stay. The strawberry rhubarb tart was also delicious. They are pretty quick service here as well.

Google
A great touch to our stay at Fontainbleu. Although on a pricey side we were looking forward to having our croissants every morning (ham and cheese one is to die for!) and enjoying them on the beach with good coffee. Totally worth it!

Google
In my opinion, this is the best pastry shop in the hotel or possibly in the Miami Beach area as a whole. Providing a variety of ice creams, cakes, and pastries as well as some unique drinks, you will surely be tempted to visit this establishment. The big Chocolate Almond Banana croissant is one of the best 👍 It is also good to note that the Mamma Mia coffee of the month is also well mixed and taste great.

Google
Picked up pastries here when stopped by for a drink at the outside bar (which I do not recommend for bad drinks and bad prices). Automatically lost a star because we got charged for a croissant that was never given to us. Pastries look pretty but not all that in taste. Overly sweet and too rich. Not a fan and won’t return.

Yelp
While staying at the Fontainebleau, I came here EVERY single day, multiple times on certain days. It is a great place to get your caffeine kick, sugar fix, and small bites. The place can get very busy. They give such excellent service and take time with each customer so it can be a bit of a wait. If you have them heat up your food, that can also take some time. I wish they would deliver poolside!!! The place itself is cute and just right. There are options for everyone. The iced Lattes with all their various flavors were on point. It's good espresso. Their normal serving is a little too sweet for me so I asked for less pumps. The $9 croissant is huge!! When toasted, it is heavenly. Buttery, flaky, and soft inside just like it should be. The frittata, caprese, and chicken sandwiches were great. Chicken Caesar salad was good and had lots of chicken. Key lime pie was good. Gelato flavors and quality are excellent! I got the chocolates as gifts and they were well received. I was hooked on this place and they were worth the expensive prices...but it's Miami!! What do you expect?? I was lucky to have this place in the hotel. Super good and convenient. Must go!

Yelp
The desserts at Chez Bon Bon are a must try. They are so delicious that I went back everyday during my 4 day stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami. The mixed Berry cheesecake is my favorite but the strawberry tart, vanilla bean cake, carrot cake and mango sorbet are all close seconds. The cafe is nice and clean with seats inside for eating in. The service is amazing! The staff are so attentive and helpful with samples and ordering the perfect desserts. I highly recommend Chez Bon Bon. Enjoy!

Lauren S.

Yelp
Delicious iced vanilla lattes and gelato while staying at the Fountainbleau. Lacking in the food dept.

Alexa M.

Yelp
On my recent trip I wanted to stop by this bakery since I heard a lot about it! Staying just next door at the Radisson made it easy for me to go grab something this morning. They have a beautiful display of cakes, croissants and even what looked like gelato. I just got a chocolate croissant and a small black coffee, at first I thought it was pricey $21 for just those 2, however, when I got back to the room and opened the croissant I was surprised to see that it was huge. It was flakey, had ample chocolate inside and was absolutely divine! One of the best chocolate croissants I've had in a while! Would return for other treats!

Yelp
This cafe is in the lobby. Lots of people come here for coffee, pastries, and desserts. We got breakfast from here everyday and bought items like fruit salad, chocolate croissants, hot coffee, iced coffee, gelato, and alcoholic beverages. It is expensive, but convenient. Lots of people have breakfast here or take the food and drinks to the beach/pool. Service is fine too.

Yelp
The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach has pretty much everything a Visitor / Guest would want in a lodging away from home: Good Food Great Ambiance Fantastic Staff Fun & Recreation And close Proximity to all things "Miami Beach But, the food part really "hooked" me. Prime 54 Steakhouse was one of the best steakhouses I've ever eaten at and Chez Bon Bon pastry / coffee shop / ice creamery was this delightful, savory sweet shop that would and could rival a Paris France patisserie. Everything they had on display looked scrumptious! We opted for the: * Chocolate Croissant that was every bit as good as it looked * Almond Croissant that was terrific with our morning coffee the following day * We bought some cookies and tarts as gifts for our "Gang" back home We have been invited back to Miami for any New Years celebration we choose in the future. I believe it will be this current year (2024) and we will duplicate our visit to The Fountainbleau Hotel.

Yelp
Enjoy some amazing coffee while staying at hotel during my stay. Now the highlight of my visit was the mini carrot cake I had late night celebrating my birthday. OMG it had so much frosting inside & out of this moist delish desert. Highly recommend grabbing a seat to people watch as you have tasty treats.

Sonia A.

Yelp
Loveeeee Chez Bon Bon inside the beautiful Fontainebleau Hotel! It is so convenient for a scrumptious snack on your way in or out of the hotel. Every time I go to the hotel I make sure to stop here! The croissants are hugemongous and delicious! They're about $9 or $12 each can't remember the price but the are so worth it!! The mocha coffee with oat milk is probably the best I've ever had EVER!!! This past Sunday I tried the chocolate Almond croissant and it was to flip over!! OMG one of the most delicious things I've had in my mouth! The people are ALWAYS really nice! I appreciate the way they treat the customers! The staff is super sweet and they don't seem too stressed! They have great energy! Can't wait to go again soon!

Claudia R.

Yelp
Food is very good. Service is fast and friendly. Coffees are inconsistent but good. Good vibe there, even early in the morning. Always a ton of people there but they move the lines pretty quickly.

Sandra J.

Yelp
This review is based on not only today's visit but some other ones from the past, because today the pastries we had were not so fresh but in the past I had a better experience! Today we had a carrot cake pastry that was great , we had a piña colada eclair and a chocolate donut that weren't fresh. Service is always great and ambience is cool.

Camilo V.

Yelp
I just moved about a mile away from DC & I've tried all the good pastries out there. I think the Vanilla cake I just had was the greatest dessert I've ever eaten. I regret living next to this place & finding out about this place because I'm going to need to go up a size soon lol.

Leslie A.

Yelp
This place is one of the numerous food and or restaurant options at the Fontainebleau hotel. In the morning the pastries are absolutely fantastic, looking and apparently they are all made on site. They are perfect in my pictures, and it is truly how they look in person. Came here for several mornings simply to get coffees and lattes, which was convenient from the room. Please keep in mind that the pastries are a little bit overpriced but that is to be expected. Also included a picture of the gelato that spins in a circle. I actually was there early enough one day to see the gelato, leaving the kitchen and coming here first thing in the morning to be filled. The gelato was pretty good too This place also sells cookies, snacks other drinks, as well as ground and whole bean coffees are take-home that their own special blend. I have to say that every morning that we were here the staff was extremely pleasant and very nice and patient. Also note that this outfit charges the same 20% service charge anywhere else in the hotel.

Novie E.

Yelp
Satisfied my sweet tooth. I chose the vanilla bean and the cheese cake Gelato on a cone. The gelato was very rich and creamy. They had so many flavors to choose from. The inside was very spacious. They had a few tables and chairs inside so if you are interested in eating there you could. The service was great. They greeted us as we walked in. I like how they keep the business very clean, the employees are very professional, and the sweets are worth trying.

Nathan L.

Yelp
Always packed with treats and patrons, we grabbed breakfast and snacks here almost everyday of our stay in Miami.

Milka L.

Yelp
Chez bon bon came through during my weekend stay at the fountainebleau. First I tried the croissants one morning both chocolate and regular both were airy crispy and HUGE. Later in the day we got 2 chicken milanese sandwiches which were so freaking delish I went and got two more for my husband and I. The mango gelato 10/10 tastes like your eating a fresh mango. After dinner I decided to try a couple of their gourmet cakes and they not only look beautiful but taste fantastic. The s'more one was my least favorite just because I'm not a fan of darker chocolate but if you are you'd love it. My favorite out of the three was the tres leches it is not your regular tres leches it's really good. Yes it's expensive but your at the fountainebleau.... Great time until next time.

Yelp
Chez Bon Bon is a great option when staying at the Fontainebleau Hotel; especially after waking up, and needing some caffeine to start the day. Located across the lobby, Chez Bon Bon has a variety of espresso based drinks, teas, pastries, gelatos and more! While the line does get pretty long during the morning hours, service is very swift and orders get called out quickly. While waiting it's always fun to see the variety of pastries and desserts on display. During the stay at the hotel I came here a few times ordering a Cappuccino, Iced tea, and a Pistachio Cookie to share. The Pistachio Cookie is a must try is you are a pistachio lover. It's a very unique texture, topped with chocolate which goes great with your coffee. Overall highly recommend this place for the convenience when staying at the hotel!

Ron B.

Yelp
Great place to get a cup of coffee, gelato, or a snack while staying at the hotel. The food was fresh.

Casper C.

Yelp
Chez Bon Bon is your one-stop pastry shop conveniently located in the Fontainebleau lobby by the bar. There are sandwiches, bottled/canned beverages, cake, gelato, and beautifully presented pastries. The display case on the side is filled with pretty looking bonbons and chocolate covered strawberries and even amazing chocolate art dedicated to the World Cup. At the front of the counter you'll see different kinds of treats that look like they were featured on the Food Network. One of my favorite desserts was the vegan raspberry shortcake. I'm not even vegan but that shortcake really hit the spot. Forgot the name of it but the one with the gold ball with a chocolate ring around it (like a gold planet) was fantastic. With Nutella on the inside it was like discovering something new with each bite. Their gigantic chocolate pecan cookie was delicious too (they'll heat the cookies for you if you'd like). The Oreo gelato was great too. Haven't tried their sandwiches but heard they were not worth getting. For $10 a piece it's a bit pricey but that's what you get staying at a fancy hotel. Worth stopping by if you're close to the area!

Phil G.

Yelp
Beautiful area, excellent classy desserts, and very nice staff. Absolutely a great place for coffee and sweets.

Brett D.

Yelp
Ices coffee is fine. Almost $8 for a 16 oz glass but it's fine. But this is yet another Miami business adding a "service charge" that does not go to the staff. The barista who served me said it goes to the hotel. And then, after I was given an involuntary charge (they refused to take it off), they had the nerve to ask me to leave ANOTHER tip!! I mean make it make sense. Pure theft, plain and simple.

Lisa W.

Yelp
Decent place to grab some coffee and sandwiches. It was conveniently located inside the hotel. We got coffee here every morning. I mostly went for the chai latte, which was pretty good, on the pricier side but they allow milk substitution with no extra cost. The croissant sandwich was horrible. It was covered in sesame seeds and it was way too oily. The turkey club sandwich was decent. It was a good filler if you don't want a pizza or burger at the other restaurant. Dessert was the best thing there. They have gelato and their mini desserts cakes were good.

Liquid J.

Yelp
If you find yourself here, then you get what you expect on vacation. Its no time to count calories or ask for prices. Simply dive in, blow the budget, and forget about your cholesterol and expanding waistline. Everything is worth it. Enjoy your choices in Miami Beach's most beautiful hotel lobby and watch all the hottest bodies on restrictive diets parade past you to the enormous pool. Ladies, better double up on the spanx, its a tough crowd!

Lola W.

Yelp
This place was consistently crowded! But it was a testament to the delicious food and drinks that were inside. This is a French type bakery inside of the hotel fountainebleu. Even though it was crowded, you got good quality snacks and drinks! I definitely recommend the mocha and chocolate croissant that is the size of your face! It's also really pretty in there.

I C.

Yelp
NOTE: This review is only of Chez Bon Bon's coffee / latte drinks - we were iso a close-by, strolling-distance-from-our-mid-beach-hotel, morning non-Starbucks indie coffee spot. If you're staying at the Fontainebleau, then I guess you're okay with shelling out $20 for a couple of latte drinks that were ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SPECIAL THAT FRANKLY STARBUCKS CAN MAKE 100X BETTER WITH TWO HANDS TIED BEHIND THEIR BACK. :( Yelp won't allow you to give no stars and I would say I would give 1 star anyway just for the ambience and aura of walking into such an iconic, historic and once-revered hotel. If you enter thru the South breezeway into the complex, you'll be treated to almost a museum-like wall of old time retro photos of all the classic stars who performed at the hotel back in its hey day: The Rat Pack, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr, Frank Sinatra etc. Even not having been from that era, their legendary presence feels like it's all around you. Chez Bon Bon is on the North side of the beautiful lobby area. We walked into the hotel just to get a morning latte from where we were staying just down the street. What we found was, though the chocolate, pastry and cake displays in the many glass cases there in the shop were beautiful and decadent, the latte and coffee drinks left A LOT to be desired - like a total afterthought for them - and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $10 EACH THAT THEY CHARGED. You could barely taste the coffee in both the hot and iced lattes. So disappointing! Never again at this place! Not even worth it if I were staying there. Just use your coffee maker in your room - it will be the same quality. Orrrrrrrrrr...read on...... TIP: We eventually found an AMAZING coffee shop called CREMA (it's a small local Miami chain) not far a walk (south) from the Fontainebleau - it's across the street from the Faena. 3400 Collins Ave. SO CUTE. LOADS OF SEATING - INSIDE AND OUT. It's literally a 10 minute (if that) stroll on the boardwalk or along Collins. GOOOOOOO!!! SOOOO WORTH THE WALK - AMAZING ILLY BREWED COFFEE DRINKS, LATTES, SMOOTHIES, JUICES AND GREAT FOOD INCLUDING BFAST SANDWICHES, EGGS, PANCAKES, MEAT SANDWICHES, GRAIN BOWLS, SOUPS, SALADS - ALL REASONABLY PRICED FOR MIAMI BEACH (and way better value, quality and rich coffee flavor (they serve Illy brewed coffee!) than this place!). (See my review and pics of Crema - we ended up going 3 mornings in a row. Also check out my other reviews and pics of places in the Miami Beach and S. Miami area we liked (and didn't) for other restaurant suggestions.) Like I said, the visit to Fontainebleau alone was worth the 1 star rating - sadly, the 1 star isn't even for this shop or its coffee / latte drinks. :( I would say if you're in the area visiting and can walk to the Fontainebleau (definitely not worth a drive or paying for parking), DEFINITELY POP YOUR HEAD IN JUST TO SAY YOU'VE SET FOOT INSIDE THIS ICONIC HOTEL AT LEAST ONCE. (You won't be able to enter the hotel from the beach walkway but you can enter either from the south breezeway or the front entrance of the hotel on Collins Ave.)

Jeff S.

Yelp
Small coffee shop inside hotel. Prices are ridiculous, even higher than Starbucks. $25 for a large (not large) iced coffee and microwaved breakfast sandwich (think worse than an egg McMuffin at McDs). But I guess we are paying for the convenience of not leaving the hotel.

Chi X.

Yelp
The food and services are nice as expected. But it is a bit hard to find seats to sit in and eat for consumers who don't stay in this hotel. Strongly suggest the store to have more space to stick around.

Adam B.

Yelp
While the breakfast pastries and coffee counter look kinda common, the pastry case looks like a work of art. Very fitting for the lux design of the historic Fontainebleau. Perfect for a guest and also good excuse for a visitor passing by to get a little taste of luxury. Croquant: Wow, really liked this one. Nutella-like with strong chocolate and hazelnut flavors throughout. I especially liked the middle layer which was like a crunchy nutty candy. I thought the golden orb on top would be like a Ferrero Rocher, but turned out to be a big mound of cream. Still delicious and paired quite well with the chocolaty cake. Raspberry Red Velvet: Fanciest red velvet cake I've ever had. Though didn't appear too close to the comfort food except for the red cake layer and some creamy frosting. It definitely felt like it belonged at a fine French patisserie with the fancy white chocolate shell edges and sweet decorations on top. There was a raspberry flavor, but more like raspberry cream than raspberry jam. You can go through this dessert pretty quickly. Dulce Dream: This was ok. Strong cinnamon flavor. Sweet, but in a subtle way. Until you get to the bottom, then wow, you can definitely taste the dulce de leche. They should have mixed it a little more thoroughly so that dulce de leche flavor permeated more of the coffee.

Genesis T.

Yelp
Chez Bon Bon is conveniently located in the lobby of Fontainebleau Hotel. You can have a hot or cold breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffees, juices, snacks, pastries, gelatos, cakes and a lot more snacks. Great if you want something fast to eat, or have a quick coffee in your busy day.

Susan C.

Yelp
The only water they sell is Fiji and it will set you back $10 =))). Coffee was just fine, nothing special but it really is one of the few options inside the hotel so you're essentially SOL if you're in a pinch or short on time. Good for them, bad for the rest of patrons.

Kim S.

Yelp
Loved every pastry here I ordered a butter croissant $10 it's massive, worth every penny. Also ordered few other gourmet pastries to go The croqant & blueberry cheesecake It gets a little busy but the line moves pretty fast. Service is friendly as well.

M N.

Yelp
A quick grab and go option inside the iconic Fontainebleau hotel. They have bites for breakfast and lunch or a snack in between and desserts. Previous reviews raved about the croissants and they were absolutely right. Big, airy and wonderfully flavored- we enjoyed the buttery plain, chocolate and cinnamon sugar flavors. They offer to give these warm which I highly recommend. Also popped in for pastry and gelato one night. Gelato was on point, good flavors and a soft mouth feel. The pastries are a visual delight but the actual flavor of the all chocolate left us wanting. Service is friendly and fast, and despite long lines we were able to get in and out quickly.

Mary R.

Yelp
A little pricey but well worth it for the best croissants I've had outside of Paris. They are enormous, flaky and buttery as well as beautiful. The coffees were fantastic.

Doris P.

Yelp
Only got to try their coffee-which was amazing.. really good strong coffee. Rich in flavor. They use good beans. My friend had a cinnamon roll and I had the ham and cheese croissant for breakfast. It was delicious and crispy on the outside, soft inside. It kept me full til after lunch. This is a nice perk of staying @ Fountainbleu. Don't go downstairs too late in the morning because the line starts getting long.

Talisa D.

Yelp
What a cute patisserie. I didnt try the pastries or gelato yet but hopefully tomorrow morning. The Nutella latte is delicious! A touch of salt mixed with Nutella flavor. Great way to start the morning! Like everything else in the hotel, the patisserie has a trendy beautiful ambiance.

Isabella M.

Yelp
FIVE STARS AND A LIL DANCE TO THIS AMAZING PLACE. * * * Yes, it is inside a hotel - a hotel of complete glamour and decor! And the little cafe did not disappoint either. Wow. My favorite was their rum cake - the toffee crunch base just makes me hop about in my seat The black cherry cupcake was spectacular too. I appreciated their light cherry meringue and inside is a little ¡surprise! that you just gotta wait and see... hehe ;) Their creme brûlée and bow tie brownie was well-presented and baked too. And their ICE CREAM!!! I suggest their cookies n' cream for those ice cream lovers because you will truly get THE BIGGEST EVER COOKIE BITESSSSS

Lee G.

Yelp
Don't count on gluten free options or you might be disappointed. After the quarter mile walk from my room to the coffee shop they said "not today." And there's nothing else around for miles. So bring your own sad protein bar or stay somewhere else if you have an allergy.

Michael A.

Yelp
Ordered a large and small coffee, two croissants a almond croissant and a cinnamon roll. I was shocked it came to 67 dollars. It was all pretty good but I mean jeez I looked T my receipt the almond croissant was 12 dollars. I'm by no means cheap but this was wild. Anyway it's good coffee just way expensive

Karen N.

Yelp
Mom and I ate here for breakfast and then came back to pick up dessert for dinner. There are only 2 spots to sit down so you would need to either snag one of the two tables, eat your treats in the lobby, or take them back to your room. Mom had the orange juice and an egg McMuffin. She was happy. I had the Dulce de Leche coffee and Chocolate Croissant. Very happy. For dessert, I picked three of the desserts from the showcase. This is where I wasn't happy. I assume since the desserts are French inspired, they do not contain a lot of sugar. You will be happy if your dessert indulgence involves decedent desserts that aren't loaded with sugar. I love sugar and found the desserts tasting flat. They open early and seemed to not have a line before 8am. After that, they can get very busy.

Israel H.

Yelp
Came here with my wife for their well known Gelato. It is a bit confusing which line is for which area, since its not clearly marked. People seem to just come from the lobby of the Fontainebleau and get served faster. However, the Gelato was heavenly and worth the 4 stars!

Ayesha R.

Yelp
This pastry establishment is located in the fountainbleau hotel. They make homemade everything. The pastries are so good made just right. The homemade Gelato is refreshing. The croissant is so buttery you must have them toast it for you. The fresh squeezed orange juice was so good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It gets really packed they are open from 6am to 11pm. My top three things to try would be the blueberry cheese cake, the croissant toasted and the orange juice. It is in the fountainbleau so expect everything to be pricey. Everything we tastes cost me about $100.00 roughly but I was a party of five so not that bad $7.00 per dessert and it is small fyi but good. Let me know what was your favorite dessert.

Jane L.

Yelp
Prior to after dinner drinks, we walked into Chez Bon Bon. Craving for sweets just overcame us. All those delectable treats in the display cases just makes me salivate. Which one to pick? Gelato baby. Prices are reasonable. The staff at the counter so helpful. Got the scoop of Sangria and Cookie Dough. Will definitely be back for more treats.

Arizona H.

Yelp
I've come here twice and both times Adina at the register was an absolute joy - the coffee was delicious, and chatting with her was a highlight of my day. Epitomizes service with a smile!

Samantha C.

Yelp
The Nutella gelato and salted caramel gelato were delicious, and service was fairly quick. The atmosphere of both the shop and the hotel itself are beautiful.

Trisha P.

Yelp
Worth a stop to the Fontainebleau just for the delicious freshly made pastries and custom coffee's. The only reason this doesn't get a fifth star is there's very little seating and it's uncomfortable

Lucia P.

Yelp
I was in the Fontainebleau and decided to stop by for coffee and sweets. I ordered a latte and blueberry cheesecake. The coffee is really tasty, well balanced. The cheesecake was very delicious! The fresh blueberries on top really added to the experience. It was decadent and flavorful. Definitely will come back!

Jennifer L.

Yelp
AVOID at all cost... or it might COST you everything! Literally. - $6 for a can of coke. Yes a CAN. I can buy an entire 24-pack at the grocery store for six bucks and some change. What is that, like a 1500% mark up? - $13 for a bottle of Voss water. Yep, you read that right thirteen dollars. Fontainebleau forces you to pay their ridiculous prices because they won't provide their guests with basic necessities like refrigerators in their rooms. Or rather they will, but for the low low price (sarcasm) of $30 per day. Who can afford to pay that? and why? Even low-budget hotels provide that service for NO fee. Their desserts look fabulous, but out of principal I refuse to even try them. Fontainebleau is here to do one thing and one thing only - knuckle and dime their guests who are ALREADY paying top dollar for a basic room. Overall this is a snack and drink place. They have bagels, croissants, pre-made sandwiches, drinks, and a fair variety of desserts. It's a small little take-out store located inside Fontainebleau, right off their main entrance. There's only one small table with a couple little stools - it's not like a place where you're meant to sit and eat. Don't say I didn't warn you. And while I understand this is in the Fontainebleau and I should expect high prices - I do, I just don't expect to be taken for everything on the BASICS. I would expect it on one of their beautiful cakes, or their pretty sandwiches on the fancy bread. But not on a can of pop or bottle fo water. It's just too much. It crosses a line of decency.

Ri M.

Yelp
Chez Bon Bon at the FountainBleu Hotel in Miami was a huge disappointment yesterday afternoon May 10, 2022. The chocolate pastry was dry and tasteless, crumbling. Was the rum pastry supposed to have a little rum in it??? Just wondering. The Cappuccino was below average which was so very very sad. For the money, and all the reviews it was a huge disappointment. The staff was wonderful and extremely courteous. I would say that was the only thing that was good. As I read all the 5 star reviews, I am questioning what went wrong yesterday.

Thuha N.

Yelp
Love me some French pastries! We couldn't decide on what to get so we got one of each - chocolate eclair is on point, chocolate mousse cake was just so so pretty and tasty, chocolate donut has a lovely truffle on top, and last is the flaky almond (?) pastry - our least favorite.
