"Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau is like an odd little tourist theme park. And while the Bleau has a somewhat deserved reputation for being a den of ratchetera, there is actually some good food inside this complex of bachelor parties. Case in point: Chez Bon Bon, a great little patisserie hiding in the lobby. They have everything from caramel corn and chocolate chip cookies to entremets worthy of Marie Antoinette and a lovely key lime tart. It’s a shiny, fancy spot—but even if you don’t know or care what an entremet is, you’ll probably like everything here.
