We’ve tried numerous Michelin restaurants and this is among the best for 1-star. We had their 50th anniversary menu and it was a delight! Everything perfectly seasoned. Innovative presentation of traditional dishes. Attentive service. Kudos as well to the staff for being helpful and accommodating - the table next to us was a couple of deaf clients and another table was a huge family who spoke only German. Very small room for improvement- strange choice of music (thankfully very low volume) and somewhat bright lighting for the evening. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Small note - the Forest Lodge at nearby Centeparcs boasts of the same chef. There is a night and day difference between these 2 restos. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with Forest Lodge. I’m honestly baffled the chef allowed his name to be used as Forest Lodge quality and service are so poor compared to Chez Michele.

What a great dinner experience. From The amuse bouch to the coffee (and even the washrooms are AMAZING !!!) Creative while keeping the traditional combinations respected and enhanced. The foie gras in passion fruit glaze , langoustine in mango and red snapper with seasonal vegetables was delish! The dessert was lovely and homemade sweets contributed to the great atmosphere and excellent service. Reasonably priced and a well deserved one Michelin star!

Solid performance, i.e. pleasurable dinner. Some small gaps reduce the rating to "only" 4.5 stars: quality of muscat wine by the glass, unelegant presentation of fish dish, repeated appearance of under-seasoned squash mousse in various dishes, lack of variety on the cheese cart

Quelle magnifique découverte : un délice pour les yeux et un régal pour les papilles. Le menu était une véritable symphonie de saveurs. Chaque plat était une œuvre d’art, tant visuellement que gustativement. Des associations audacieuses, des produits de saison de qualité exceptionnelle, et une maîtrise parfaite des techniques – le chef a su sublimer chaque ingrédient pour nous surprendre et nous émerveiller.
