If you’re thinking about trying this place for Italian food, I’d advise against it—you’ll likely leave disappointed. While the presentation may give off an Italian vibe, the food lacks any real authenticity. It’s clear the dishes aren’t crafted by those familiar with true Italian cuisine, relying instead on appearances and a lack of competition.
Both dishes we ordered featured something trying to pass as bacon, but it was unrecognizable. The tomato sauce tasted store-bought, not fresh or homemade. On top of that, nearly every dish was overloaded with herbs, mainly oregano for no reason—it felt excessive and out of place. The ambiance and staff compensated somewhat, but the food is underwhelming at best.
Worst of all, the prices are outrageous—€18 for a pasta dish with fake bacon and jarred tomato sauce? Absolutely not worth it.
To the restaurant: focus on improving the quality and authenticity of your food, as your atmosphere and service are strong points. Right now, though, the experience just doesn’t live up to the price tag or the food.
