I went here around opening on Saturday to get some early dinner. This seems to be a popular spot as there were many parties waiting outside a few minutes before opening, but that is mostly because the place hasn't opened yet. The restaurant layout provides some themes across, with an emphasis of street / alley vibes. There are plenty of seating.
My friend and I shared the Shanghai scallion pancake, pork belly bao bun, spicy Szechuan dumplings, and XO shrimp noodles, which was a good amount of food for 2 people. This was 3 appetizers and 1 entree.
The scallion pancakes were okay - not that flavorful as they skimped on the green onions, but the sauce provided did add some flavor. The pork belly bao bun was excellent - slightly sweet yet savory, and the pork belly has not much fat yet very tender. The spicy Szechuan dumplings were honestly not that spicy - it has the delicious chili oil that I find fairly addicting, but it did not really have a spicy kick to it. The XO shrimp noodles were spicier than the spicy Szechuan dumplings, and it was executed fairly okay. They say they use egg noodles, but there were some leftover udon noodles within, which I find a bit strange. They only gave a few pieces of shrimp, so that makes the dish not that worth; the rest is vegetables and noodles. I would expect a bit more for $23.
Service is excellent as they check up on you regularly and make sure the water cup is close to full. This is especially helpful when Vegas at this time is extremely hot, so stay hydrated!
