Chi Chicken Hotpot is a fantastic spot for hotpot lovers who appreciate quality ingredients and bold flavors. The mushroom chicken broth was absolutely delicious—rich, savory, and packed with umami that elevated the whole dining experience. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, making every bite satisfying. That said, it’s definitely on the pricey side, so it’s more of a treat-yourself kind of meal than an everyday spot. The cozy ambiance and flavorful hotpot make it worth splurging on, especially if you’re in the mood for something comforting yet elevated. If you don’t mind the price tag, Chi Chicken Hotpot is definitely worth a visit!

The food is great, soup base including the chicken, fish maw and sea cucumber. The server set up the soup for us, it required to wait a little bit, but overall the food comes really fast. We are group of 3, shared soup size for 2 and order some extra veggie, tofu and meat. We like the sweet fried steamed buns too! The only thing I think they can improve is that the sauce / fruit bar price is included, we been noticed that when we almost finished, didn’t get chance to try the hotpot sauce, but fruit is good. The dinning environment is great, guess the owner is a movie lover too.

Very nice place that does a lighter style hotpot very well (without all the oil in the broth) We got the coconut chicken option and it was delicious. The chicken was so tender and well cooked. The ingredients were fresh and good quality. It is, however, definitely on the pricy side. Pretty much everything you see in the pictures was around $200 total after tax/tip for 3 people, and we were not that full afterwards. So if you’re looking for a special treat hotpot, I think it’s definitely a good place with great food and nice staff.

I recently visited this Chi Chicken restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. Firstly, the restaurant's ambiance is very comfortable, with a fresh and natural decor that makes you feel relaxed. The waitstaff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The highlight of the meal was definitely the coconut chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy, rich without being too heavy. The soup, made with fresh coconut, had a natural sweetness that perfectly complemented the chicken. The side dishes were also abundant, with a variety of fresh vegetables that were both healthy and delicious. Additionally, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, not just the classic coconut chicken. Huajiao flavor is also highly recommended. The prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money. Overall, this is a highly recommended Chi Chicken restaurant. Whether for a family dinner or a gathering with friends, it's an excellent choice. I will definitely visit again!

Really yummy food and good service. The meat and veggies were super fresh as well. The coconut broth was new for me but it was good! I liked the sides/sauces too.

The staff jerry and xi were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met without being intrusive. The highlight, of course, was the food. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was more delicious than the last. The chicken was perfectly cooked just in 3 minutes – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Overall, Chi Chicken exceeded all my expectations.Will definitely come back.

We were a group of five and ordered one fish maw chicken hot pot, a seafood platter, and an additional serving of stir-fried chicken rice noodles. This combination was more than enough to fill us up. The restaurant's décor is beautifully designed with a strong Chinese aesthetic, creating an inviting and visually appealing atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for a gathering with friends. Highly recommended for both the quality of the food and the dining experience!

Very disappointing. Went for dinner because the ratings were so high and wanted to try a new restaurant. I love hotpot and this was NOT it. Giving 2 stars because the service was good. We had the Thai Tom Yum broth with organic chicken for 2 people. The broth was good but I felt like I was fighting for my life trying to avoid all the bony SHARDS in the chicken pieces. The vegetable platter that came with it was subpar (literally a handful of mushrooms, an inch piece of corn on the cob, 3 slivers of pumpkin, and a couple pieces of greens). Nowhere near what would be expected for 2 people. The wide vermicelli noodles were very difficult to eat as well. We also order a side of quail eggs, fish balls, and premium beef. Wayyyy overpriced for what you get. TDLR: save yourself and go to Joypot.
