Nice burger joint with great food. It is open seating so you will need to order before you sit and take a number. When the food is ready they bring it to your table and all the condiments are already there. It is on the pricey side so keep that in mind. Seating by the river was a nice dining experience. Can’t comment on parking as we went there on foot.

Second time visiting this place. It didn't disappoint. My family ordered Chicago Style Hot Dogs. Great spot on the Riverwalk to sit and eat while enjoying the Riverwalk.

As a vegetarian, I love the Impossible Burger with mushrooms, jalapeños, and vegan cheese. While the price is high, the burger, with its potato bun, is delicious and filling, particularly when ordered with two patties. The clean, well-maintained locale overlooking the tree-lined river is pleasant, and the staff is warm and welcoming, making for a enjoyable fast-casual dining experience. Last, but not least, having eaten the same burger several days in a row while in town on business, I can attest to the consistency, which is excellent.

This place has some proper mozzie sticks that complement well with their burgers. The staff has kept things clean and convenient with fast service direct to your table Has some excellent views by the river.

The location is very nice, right across from the river cruises and one of the last food spots on the river walk before hitting the end. All of the spots along the river walk are tourist traps anyway, the prices are at least 10-15% higher than everything west of Michigan Ave. $9.00 for a hot dog and $19 for a burger, $8 domestic and $9.00 import (all cans). We didn't try the burgers here but they should be ok. Or you can always choose the $14 salad option. There is a mix bar just outside of you want to get some cocktails. It is a good spot to chill, but nothing special.

Ordered 2 burgers, 1 hot dog, and 1 sandwich. The gentleman behind the counter ask me if I wanted everything on my CBC smash and I said no. He took my husband's hotdog order, he took my grandmother's CBC smash and asked her the same questions he asked me. She said yes. He took my grandfather's BLT order. We paid. When the food comes, only 1 CBC, with nothing on it. The receipt is not itemized. I went back in side and the gentleman who took our order helped the other person, who was now assisting us, pull up an itemized receipt. Only 1 CBC smash. There are 4 of us, we didn't forgot to order for ourselves. No apologies, nothing. I don't know how he forgot to add a burger he asked questions about, but this whole meal ended up being $100. It was an average meal, with extra steps, and was not worth it in my opinion.

Right next to the river and we had short Amazing time at this place. The food was good. Watch out for Pigeons if you are dining out

I'm not surprised that this place does not pop up on Google maps when you search for burgers. The hot dog was possibly the worst hot dog I ever had in Chicago and it was $12. hamburger was not so much better. I guess you are paying a premium for it being in a hotel, giving it two stars because it's along side the river with nice views and people watching.
