I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Bartow and had another excellent experience! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and, as always, was never disappointed with the quality. The food was fresh and delicious, and the wait time was reasonable. It was not too long at all. I really appreciate the nice, welcoming atmosphere at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. This Bartow location consistently delivers great service and food quality. Highly recommend!

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Everything tasted delicious-- chicken was tender & juicy, lettuce, tomato & onion toppings were fresh and waffle fries were cooked just right, non-greasy. Also had a brownie. Servers friendly. Inside really clean. This Bartow location is one of the best fast food restaurants.

I have eatened at many Chick-fil-A places, and this was the very worst food. The bun - cold like it came out of a refrigerator and chicken and fries were cold. All chick filets sandwiches are supposed to be hot including the buns and potatoes. Patti was very kind and sweet and took my meal back twice- not her fault. The manager or owner is not setting a good positive example of what chick filet is supposed to taste like. I will never ever go back to Chick filet in Bartow, Florida.

The Chick-fil-A in Bartow is exceptional! I had the classic chicken sandwich meal with extra pickles, and it was absolute perfection. The chicken was juicy, the breading crisp, and the pickles added the perfect tangy crunch. The waffle fries were fresh, golden, and so perfectly seasoned that they didn’t need any sauce at all—they were delicious on their own! The service was fast, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. From the clean environment to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, this Chick-fil-A is truly top-notch. If you’re in Bartow, don’t miss it!

Very friendly but the food was horrible. Diet coke tasted bad and the sandwich tasted like cardboard . The fries had no taste. I threw most everything away and walked out. I haven't wasted $13 on lunch and been this disappointed in a long time. I haven’t been to chick fillet very many times but now i know why.

Wish I could give more stars. Came in for breakfast this morning with the family. Staff is always kind and willing to go above and beyond for all customers. So happy that this is my local chic fil a. Cashier I had today says “Hiumalai” on the ticket. Excellent service.

To start off with, expect Chick Fil A prices, however that's where the typical Chick Fil A experience ends here. We stopped by this location on our trip to South Florida, and we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail to ensure our order was correct was above and beyond. The food was hot, and served fresh. My wife's Cobb salad was fresh, and had no wilted lettuce. My 16 mos old had his kid's meal and they had grilled options instead of the traditional deep fried choices you find everywhere else. To make my son's experience even better, the high chairs are easily accessible and come stocked with a Purell sanitary wipe to clean all the surfaces and a placemat that sticks to the table for his eating tray. The bathrooms were super clean and had changing tables available. A lot of fast food chains could learn a lot from how this Chick Fil A does business and serves it's customers. Hat's off to a job well done, thank you Chick Fil A.

We went through the drive thru today and let me just tell you Marvin is EXCELLENT!!! I’ve never had such a good experience with someone at chick fil a he was funny even though it’s so hot outside, upsold, he made sure everything was right and the real thing that sold me was how he made sure to ask if we had to app to scan for points. i normally feel rushed and just don’t pull out my phone but he just made that so enjoyable. Thank you Marvin you rock!!

Stopped in to get a quick bite on our way through town. Sandwiches were cooked hot and fresh! The Mac and cheese was very cheesey and delicious. Chick-fil-A never fails honestly. This location has a very large dining area and very very clean bathroom! Service was fast and friendly also. Ordered through the app and food was ready to be picked up within 3-7 minutes!

I ordered 2 chick-fil-a sandwiches and a large waffle fry. What I got was 2 chicken sandwiches with a biscuit sized piece of chicken and a less than half full of waffle fries. The condiments I asked for were in a bag sitting down in the fry container, I guess to hide the fact that I was cheated on the amount of waffle frys I got. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant. As much as I love their food, I will not be going back to this location. Also had a bad experience at the Winter Haven location. Chick-fil-a USED to be a brand you could trust. Not anymore!!!!!!!

This location is always on point. Waffle fries were crispy and the sandwich was warm!

This Chick-fil-A drive-through is always slow. They have two lanes but only operate one lane. Even though they give customers their order while they are still in line, customers cannot leave the drive-through lane which result in longer wait times. Management needs to mirror off of other Chick-fil-A establishments to correct this issue.

This Chick-fil-A located in Bartow, Florida was the cleanest and best serving of its franchise. This updated, large dining area is great for groups or if you're dining alone. The prices are very similar to the other Chick-Fil-A's but the dining experience was top notch. Get there early because the drive thru line can wrap around the building, but they've mastered their service when it comes to fast food. I give this location "Two thumbs up!"

I think I am addicted to this place. It brand new in my town and they are still working out the kinks. The food is still good & everyone is so nice.

Great staff and food. They even gave me a thank you card and coupon for a free Sun Joy for my next visit!

Staff is friendly, food is served fast and hot, portions were big, and seating area is clean and well maintained! It's a new location so we wanted to get in before they got swamped. We'll definitely come here again!

Associates were slow and didn't acknowledge the customer , food tasted old and fries where burnt, first and last time coming ruined my experience.

I love Chick-fill-A. It was fast to get through the line. I think because this one's a new one, and as always, the staff were very courteous and polite.
