Absolutely Horrible – Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Just Plain Wrong This place is a total disaster. Chicago School of Golf is run by someone who should not be in charge of kids, a business, or frankly, other human beings. The owner is the most unprofessional, ego-driven, and flat-out mean person I’ve ever come across in a sports setting. He constantly talks down to staff and fires instructors not for doing a bad job — but for being better than him at golf. Imagine being so insecure you sabotage your own school because someone else is more talented. That’s the kind of toxic environment he’s created. And the way he treats kids? It’s beyond disturbing. He makes them do weird workouts that have nothing to do with golf, yells at them, and has even made kids use a massage gun on him. That’s not just inappropriate — it’s straight-up creepy. I’ve seen children in tears because of how he spoke to them. No care, no compassion, no professionalism. Lessons are chaotic and thrown together last-minute. Equipment is dirty and poorly maintained. There’s no structured learning — it’s just the owner barking orders or showing off while ignoring the kids. Half the time, he’s on his phone or bragging about himself instead of teaching. One time, a kid tripped and fell during a drill, and instead of helping, the owner laughed and told him to “toughen up.” What kind of coach does that? Parents — please listen. This place is not safe, not educational, and not worth a single dollar. It’s all about power, control, and ego for the owner. He does not care about your child’s growth, confidence, or well-being. I would never, EVER send my child here again. This isn’t just a bad golf school — it’s a toxic, unsafe environment run by someone who shouldn’t be around kids at all.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this Chick-fil-A. It’s always well staffed and the staff are of course very kind. The service is quick, and the ordering from the mobile app to your table is very convenient. The bathrooms could get cleaned a little more frequently; in particular, the sinks and counters just need to be wiped off.

Quick drive-thru, food is always amazing, and this location has first-class service. On a recent trip our family sat in the dining room and a server Mauricio stopped by our table several times to help us and went above and beyond the call of service. He made our visit extremely pleasant and we will definitely be back!

I typically love going to this location the food and service is good. But today I got mac and cheese, and I found a piece of hair in it once I mixed it…

It was a group of people who we ordered in the drive thru, there was a line of cars but it didn't take long to get our food. The first person took our order and card payment and shortly after got our food. Both people who were there had a smile on their face so that's a plus. The food was made as requested and was good. Plenty of things to order, as for the lemonade, it was very sweet, most likely is just me. It was faster that I thought. They do have outdoor seating, order ahead with the app, free parking.

Great food and service, but unfortunately the management does nothing to prevent homeless people from harassing you inside. Last 2 times I’ve eaten inside (most recently this morning) I have been harassed by homeless people that walk in through the door on the Main Street. They ask for money and food and then just stare at me. Manager does nothing and let this woman walk around harassing every customer inside.

First time to this location. Very friendly and welcoming customer service. The food order was correct and good.

Great location, we sat inside and noticed how clean the location was and how prompt they were with everything - also great service. Food was also made well and served quickly.

I went to the Bucktown Chick-Fil-A and was disappointed at how skimpy the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was. My review is three stars only because I ordered Chicken Noodle Soup, which was very good. We went through the drive-through. The order takers were prompt and courteous, getting our order in just a few minutes. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I always drive by this location, but it's my 1st time trying their food. When I find something I enjoy, that's my normal route. I really don't like lettuce, but this is an exception I'll make. This wrap is quite dry for my taste, but they do offer a variety of sauces & dressings, so you can customize your own dip! Josh literally read my mind when I ordered my meal. Not only are they really quick with their service output, they bring your order to you. This is the very 1st location where the service buffet of sauces, ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. is missing. However, I really appreciate that they have someone running the dining area. If you need an extra napkin or sauce, just ask & it will be brought to you. He was also cleaning up the floor & the tables, too! Although the location is nowhere near my home or work neighborhood, I'll be back really soon!!!

I was having a happy Friday morning and trying to add weight during a bulk week. Remembered Giannis, had 54 last night, ordering 50 minis in the drive thru video and thought I'd get 20. Which equals 98g of protein. The two 10 cases took forever waiting in the drive thru, then when I got home the bread was soggy and not fully baked. I understand it's the morning and they're busy but it was kind of a bummer. I drive by all the time

The female and male managers very rude and unprofessional. They also belittle their staff who I have suggested to report them.

This particular location has such amazingly efficient workers! They ask for your name when ordering, have the line running fast at drive thru and get your order right out to you. All three teenage workers I encountered were very professional and kind, and the food was great!

My husband and I literally come here at LEAST 4 days a week! They know my name and my order! I literally don't have to say anything at all. Of course the usual small talk and when my husbands not with me they ask about him. Last week he was in the hospital. The hospital said I could bring him his chik fil a. I was still upset because one of his reading was NOT GOOD! They saw I was upset and a few came up to my window to offer support and kind words! So they are like a family! Thank you to the staff for caring about more then your job!! He is home now and is better. And just you know. It's the number 7 no lettuce no Tom. Fries and a coke. No sauce. So I think some employees will know who is am!!

The best fast food chain there is. Consistently delicious fresh food and friendly service, this location is no exception to that! The parking lot can be a little chaotic during busy times but I think you'll find that at a lot of chick fil a locations.

It's a dorky look to review a fast food restaurant on Yelp, but just dropping this here to say that though this location is often very busy especially on Saturdays (double lines through the drive through, difficult to park to go in). Last time we were here things moved efficiently. We stayed in, and they brought food to our table instead of us having to wait for them to yell our name, which was nice. Food order was hot and correct. I do think high school kids are gonna get occasional stuff wrong or be grumpy, but com'n - nobody at the Burger King or Popeyes is giving service that's polite and fast as this is... still a cut above most other fast food places.

Great food as per usual. I am concerned about the quality of the service. While the service wasn't terrible, this place usually is great which sets the bar high. The cashier was grumpy, my food had pickles that i didn't ask for. Also one of my friends was damn near refused his food that he knew was his. I do love the nuggets though

Always a dependable experience for me with good food and pleasant service. Didn't have to wait long to order or receive food even though it was peak lunch hours. And my food was tasty, hot, and fresh. I love this CFA location!

I love chick fil a generally but the service I recently had was not great. I quickly ran here to grab breakfast fairly early. When I pulled up to the drive thru they let 3 cars order in the other lane before speaking with me. After that, when I pulled up to get my order, my coffee wasn't ready. I waiting over 15 min to get my coffee. All while folks behind me were receiving their coffees prior to me being acknowledged. The food is always good but this was a reflection of poor customer service.

I know full well about the religious views of the founder, and as I don't share them I limit my patronage of this chain. But once in a while it's convenient and is a tasty option, and the stars that I do give reflect that. However, I really do not appreciate it when the drive-thru order-taker tells me to "have a blessed day". That's pushing the zealotry too far in my opinion, and as the owner doesn't seem to care that people find this objectionable, I will no longer support it with my fast-food dollars.

DAVID served my friends and I and he was fantastic. He brought us our food quickly and was extremely kind.

Long lines- service was fast- the Chicken Sandwich was good- but not great- better than McDonald's or KFC- not as good as Popeyes... Not open on Sunday's-this is everywhere- their policy- Sorry, but I don't care about your religion or beliefs, I want my chicken! Oh well- there are plenty of other places-

My food came out quickly, the line went quickly, and everything in my order was correct. I was served by Allison who was simultaneously training a new employee (I presume) and she was friendly and professional. I actually witnessed a very rude customer antagonizing her because she didn't get toys with her kids' meals (which you have to pay additionally for) and despite how rude this woman was, Allison was polite and explained to her without any rudeness and with a calm expression. This girl deserves a raise.

When I got home from ordering from here my order was completely wrong. Usually I wouldn't make a big deal and just eat what I got because God only knows we all make mistakes. However, the order was so wrong what I got looked like it was worth a lot less than what I paid for so I decided to go back and get the right order. I waited in line and when I got to the cashier it was a simple "sorry about it". They gave me what they got wrong but didn't even have the decency to replace the fries that were cold at that point. An hour of my life wasted.

It's the only fast food chain I trust anymore. I've never had a wrong order, cold food, or bad service. This is how fast food should be.

It's been amazing having a chick-fil-a closer in the city. However, accuracy at this location has gone down hill the past few months. Tonight they gave us a completely wrong order missing a 30 piece chicken nugget meal that makes the bill over $40. I called when my husband got home and the only solution they can offer is we drive back or have them enter it in chick-fil-a cares and we have 30 days to get our order for free on them. I asked for a refund for the part of the order that was wrong and they told me they can't do that and there was no other solution offered to fix their mistake. Living 20 minutes one way doesn't make either option a great one. We will be done eating at chick-fil-a. Disappointed in lack of customer service

My friend and I only had a very few things we both consumed together, starbucks drinks and chick-fil-a spicy chicken sandwiches. We were up all last night puking and pooping our brains out. I know this isn't the flu. I know it must have been one of those 2 things. First time ordering from here and should have ordered from anywhere else.

The girl that was supposed to take our order made us wait for more then 5 mins because she was busy flirting with her coworker. When she finally took our order she totally messed up the whole order and we ended up waiting for another 15mins for the order to be fixed.

I admit I was a little nervous driving into the drive thru lane (I don't think they allow walk-in orders. You either order via Doordash for carry out or order via the drive thru lane) because both lanes were super long on a Friday evening! I don't know how I got out of there in less than 15 minutes, but I am impressed! They had people outside taking orders (rather than using the drive thru kiosk) and it was so efficient. The food was hot when I received it, and everything was delicious!

It sure is Chick fil a. The food is good. Service was just okay today lots employee chatter. The atmosphere was very good for fast food.

From the moment I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome from Emily, the one with the pretty eyes and a contagious smile.hehe. Emily was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, ensuring that my order was accurate. What really stood out to me was Emily's positive and upbeat attitude (which I found extremely contagious) she made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, and her cheerful demeanor put a smile on my face. I would highly recommend Emily for her excellent service. She made my visit a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and I will definitely be returning to this Chick-fil-A in the future. When Chick-fil-A handed me my bag of food to go they told me it was their "pleasure". Well I have news for you Chick-fil-A, I did NOT have any "pleasure" what so ever when I got home and feasted my eyes and ears upon the food. I had ordered chicken tenders and behold... NO chicken tenders :( how is a boy supposed to have "pleasure" if this is the state of things? Answer for your crimes Chik-fil-A. Sincerely a very unpleasured patron.

I do not have enough words to describe how much I hate everything about this Chick-fil-Av. Truly the ultimate epitome of incompetence!!! Most of the time I look at my order and something is missing. I even place my order 20 minutes before arrival to speed things up and yet I'm still told to pull up in front of the drive through and wait 10 minutes. Today I came by and ordered a spicy chicken biscuit. When I arrived to my office I discovered that they gave me a regular chicken biscuit instead so I had to throw it away since I hate their regular chicken patties. Every other Chick-fil-A I go to in the city is a well oiled machine and is a shining example of how to operate a business but for whatever reason, this one is always a terrible experience for one reason or another.

This review is specifically for Karly. She was such a nice individual and must have gotten her 10,000 steps in during the lunch rush. The world needs more people like Karly in it!

Just ok. I'm a CFA junky, and in our last neighborhood it was the fastest drive through even if the line was 3 times as long. Unfortunately in Bucktown the service is friendly but very slow. I've noticed this the last 2-3 times I've been (about 6 weeks) but today's lunch "rush" looked like a lunch hang. I also find my orders are lacking the perfection I expect from CFA...today my meal for 4 people had one napkin over three bags and only one fork when two of us had meals that needed them. I also asked for "a couple" sauces and only got one. I'm happy to wait in line for 17 min if the order is perfect, but it's frustrating when it's not. I know this location is newer and I'll probably give it another chance but I may need to find a new biz if it doesn't improve.

If you have time to kill and can wait for good "fast" food this is the drive thru for you, iv been 3 times since their January 14 opening. The first time I waited slightly over an hour to get through . The second time 45 minutes and the third time about 35-40 minutes. Crazy! However, the staff is great and the food was quite good each time ( hence why I have gone back ). I get the market salad with grilled chicken and the Apple vinaigrette . It's delicious. My kids like the spicy chicken sándwich and live for the chik - fil - a signature sauce ( we tried to buy a bottle but it was sold out). Good waffle fries. The lemonade is hit or miss- first order perfection, last time WAaaay to much sugar ( so much I tossed it) . Pricy for fast food but the quality is better than your average fast food joint. I had to knock a star given how long it takes to get a drive thru meal.

I came by on opening day, so naturally it was a bit chaotic (with higher than average number of cars in line). I will say, my order was perfect and EVERYONE I interacted with was legit friendly and calm. There was no chaos on their end. I even saw a gentleman guiding traffic from the side street into the parking lot/line and helping those who had already been served get out and on their way. Super impressed by their demeanor and how well it all went. You'd never guess it was their first day open!

I give Chick Fillet a AUTO 4 stars because they are a CHRISTIAN company and do not worship SATAN like "Starbucks". Also, the CHICKEN is very MOIST and tasty. But I take OFF a star because they LIED to me and told me when I CLICKED the button my food would be ready when I ARRIVED. FALSE WITNESS! I stood there for 20 MINUTES! You need to stop letting these DELIVERY companies use the restaurant. The CHILDLESS KARENS can get off the COUCH and get their own DAMN FOOD! Or maybe DIET!

To the get guy working the drive thru dispatching the orders from 6:45PM-7PM F**k you. It's not my fault you forgot what to put in the bag. Tried accusing me of stealing insisting he didn't forget to put my order wrong, made me show him prof of missing item.

Finally one in Bucktown! This is a stand-alone so you can't miss it. They have two drive-through lanes. I had the Chicken Tortilla Soup. I met Josh F. who is the operator. The staff and service is great. This is the first one this year and another one during this G.H.C. (global health crisis). Chick-fil-A is chick'n it again this year & the year just begun.

Undercooked nuggets - again!! I was really excited when this location opened, but this is now the second time I've received undercooked nuggets here. I got an eight piece nuggets and almost got sick when I bit into mine and they were undercooked and gross (chewy). I know they go through a lot of nuggets here, but if chicken is the one thing you do, donut well. This is the second time I've had this at this location.

Have gone through the drive thru on multiple occasion where I have received the wrong order. The management has never once taken accountability and given a refund. I always considered ChickFilA to be better than this, but not now.

My sister and I are too lazy to cook food so we decided to find a restaurant or fast food on Yelp to eat our food. And then we found this place. It just took 20 mins to drive before we arrived there. We are using our car and were glad that they have a huge slice of parking lot. It's easy to park here since there are a lot of vacancies. When we enter I can see that they have nice and clean surroundings. The staff looked busy and they greeted us when they saw us. After we ordered, we sat on the table near the window. We have a view outside. After that our order came. Their burgers were delicious but I don't like their nuggets. It was too dry for me. It was hard to bite. I just gave this place a 4 stars rating.

I asking for a small sample of their sugar-free lemonade and the Manager told the cashier no she was very rude i never had it before I didn't wanna purchase it and then return it back because I didn't like it .

The food tasted great. The food came super fast and we received everything we asked for, with the tasty sauces. The looks were pretty cool, just like an average chick-fil-a. The staff was nice. Good place.

The restaurant was so disappointing the young man that took our order was awesome and did an amazing job at taking my order but when I got to the drive thru I asked the young lady was everything fresh and well done she assured me everything was fresh and but after driving off and getting a bit of a distance from the restaurant I saw that what I ordered and how I ordered it was incorrect I immediately called the restaurant back and asked for the manager and the lady that answered said she was the manger and her name was LEAH she was absolutely rude and continued to put me on hold and then told me that she could not give me a refund I explained that I was not in a position to come back to the restaurant due to work and that I couldn't hold good in my car until Monday especially with them being closed on Sundays I'm extremely disappointed because Im definitely a chick fila fan and enjoy the restaurant but this is quite disturbing and I know that this is not a standard of chick fila and LEAH was definitely disappointing and I will not be visiting this restaurant again ever Very disappointed customer

For my second time ever going into a Chick-Fil-A, I was extremely impressed with the hospitality and quality customer service provided by one of the employees, who seemed to be a trainer by what her name tag stated and the fact that there was another employee observing her. Allison gave me a warm greeting and beautiful smile while she served me and multi-tasked with her other duties. I then quickly got my food hot and fresh. Overall, my experience was enjoyable!

I stopped here to order some chicken for takeout. We will eat it with my wife at our house. I'm lucky that there are few customers inside and no hassle to wait for my order. I only ordered fried nuggets. This order took 8 minutes before it was served to me. The packaging was good. After half an hour I'm at my house and give the nuggets to my wife. We eat it after I change my clothes. My wife loves chicken because of its crispiness. She also likes the flavor of it. She said that it seasoned well. For me the only good thing is the skin because it's currency. I don't like the chicken since it's hard and too dry but its flavor was good. I just only give 4 stars to this place.

We planned to eat our dinner here since we don't have any cook food. Were tooo lazy to cook our dinner. We order Sweet and Spicy Chicken Taco, Pork Carnitas Taco, Garlic Shrimp Taco, Grilled Steak Taco and Potato & Poblano. Sweet and Spicy Chicken Taco has a miller armish chicken, yogurt, cucumber, jalapeno, pink onion and mint. Pork Carnitas Taco has catalpa Grove Farm Pork, Tamarind Barbeque, Spinach. Queso, Onion, Avocado, and Bacon. Garlic Shrimp Taco has a white shrimp, elote style cauliflower, basil and avocado salsa and fried kale. Grilled Steak Taco is a grilled Steak, Morita Salsa, Arugula, Onion, Lime, Queso, Cilantro.,Single Taco. Potato & Poblano is an iron Creek Farms Potatoes, Tres Queso, Chipotle Crema, Crispy Carrots, Scallions. Everything here was excellent. The food was yummy and delicious. We had a nice dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service! People are always nice here. Every time I order food it's ready instantly and it tastes great!

Disappointed in the service of this location. Staff are friendly enough, but this is not the first time our order has been wrong. We were also missing items from order. We ordered the kale crunch side and were missing the almonds . What is the kale crunch without the almonds?! Just kale. No crunch. Jokes aside, we were also missing nuggets from our order and got 2 sauces for an order of more than 30 nuggets. Hope they can get their act together as I love chick fil a!

Brand new and super fast! I was intimidated by the long line on a Saturday night, but I was out of there in five minutes. Great customer service, as always.
