Honestly very disappointed with the Service here on multiple occasions I have came and ordered food through the drive-through or the mobile app and every time that I leave my Order is missing an item. yes I should probably check before pulling off but they should not be handing out bags that aren’t ready. and it is so frustrating to have to go back and tell someone you forgot my sandwich

My experience at the Kenner location was less than great. My bottom bun was cold and hard. And my chicken was barely Luke warm. Please do better. I did have 3 other people with me who had no complaints...but of course they weren't paying for this meal. I was.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A, and today was no different! Very friendly staff and quick service. I only waited 15 mins to place my order and to get my food. I appreciate that there's no limit on the number of sauces.

There was a manager (an African American woman) , that set the tone of excellence that made my family's and I experience 5 star. She guided her staff with kindness. She was aware and very attentive. She was multitasking in a way that amazed both my family and I as we were visiting on what seemed like extremely busy week days and yet the entire team collectively rarely missed a beat and if they did the manager caught it guided the team gently and continued running the floor without breaking a sweat. Thank you to the entire team that worked Wednesday and Thursday July 30th and 31st. We were highly impressed.

I really wish I get more value for what I pay. The bowl they gave me barely had any eggs in it. Every time I go they give me less and less quantity of food without bringing the price down . I will start going elsewhere. Burrito barely had any egg in it.

Why are they taking lunch orders at 10:00am when they won't make it until after 10:30am? It makes it frustrating for the DoorDash drivers and the customer that made the order. I know they can fix this problem but they don't. I noticed this with other stores as well.

I came through the drive thru ordered a chicken noodle soup, 8ct grilled nuggets and a kale salad. Got my salad that I order all the time because it's so good and was told that it was the normal portion size..... This was highly disappointing and I am a regular but will never come back here again due to an employee named Madeline who wanted to argue with me about it.

when I entered the restaurant I was greeted however since no one was in line I simply walked around so that I can be called next but when an employee that came from behind the counter stood alone side me she walked up to the cashier and took her order then proceeded to go back behind the counter while she was on the clock. when I was called I asked the young lady to call her manager, when her manager came upfront I explained to her what happened and she rudely told me OK WELL NOW SHE CAN TAKE YOUR ORDER!!! I told her that won't be necessary and left the restaurant i never expected to experience service like that just horrible Service. 11/5/2025

I can't eat much so I usually opt for a kids meal. They have great options for the kids meal. I don't have to get fried nuggets, they have grilled and fresh fruit. The manager is amazing. He is friendly and always hustling. The building is clean and roomy. The play area is a hit with my son.

App said they had sweet items,I asked what the difference in money was he said I can exchange my two cookies an two brownies for a five count. I don't know barter systems to much but I feel that isn't a true barter deal. I was trying to get a split return but he only seemed to want to do a barter trade off for not even something of real substance. Also put the wrong sauce in my order a whole 8oz of sauce I don't like.

The team's workforce here is effortless. The presentation is impeccable. Each team member moves with a purpose and has clear guidance on their goals. Furthermore, I was elated to see the inclusivity amongst the talent. Oh yes, then of course the main reason for the visit. The food. It's a five star experience. This location has a kids playroom, automated services for both inside and outside operations. Whatever your need, the operations are efficient. A team member even topped my delectable grilled chicken sandwich with a mint. Every customer received one. This team follows through its operations from beginning to end. Great job team, this is the best way to garner repeat business. I look forward to my next visit here.

I'm not sure what's going on with chick-fil-A but every time I go there is BAD attitudes. I get it you're hot and you're tired. I get it I've been there, but maybe consider doing another job. Also not making me grab my own food, as you complain about me not having common sense. Please, improve the staff there. I hate to see this place go down because of the staffing is SO bad! Two times this has happened to me now. Getting tired of it, and you guys aren't cheap. Also you forgot my fork and ranch, next time slow down a little bit. Thank you if I could give 0 stars I would!

I went to this location and they added 4 Polynesians to the order that we paid for and proceeded to give me no sauce. They also didn't give me a straw for my drink. The worker taking the order was nice though.

Very disappointed in the service I received today..... fast don't mean rush me. Upon taking my order, the gentleman didn't wanna be bothered.... I felt rushed. I didn't even get a receipt for my order. Then I had to pull in the front because my food was ready. Like really, I didn't order anything special or something that wasn't on the menu. Then there's all these cones at the window but put you wanna tell people to pull over. How without someone getting their car hit. It's best if you visit this location order your food ahead so you want get caught in that contraption.

Looks like this Chick-fil-A's had an update / overhaul. Really clean, nice staff - they got a different thing going on now, bringing food to table. Fresh flowers in vases on table. Cobb salad fresh, filling, and tasty. Had to do a double take once I was inside to make sure this was a fast food place. Really good. Recent bad reviews maybe before the new turn over concept.

The CHILDREN coming to the cars needs to be stopped . There is no difference in how fast the line moves based off of kids taking orders outside. Not only that but rain cold heat do they need to be outside. Guest should be able to feel not rushed , look at a menu and order like every other business.

So a lot has improved about this location since my last review! I've visited more times than I would like to admit, although my check-ins will surely give me away. The food consistency has drastically improved. Fresh, properly cooked chicken, biscuits and fries are now a regular occurence! The customer service has taken a turn for the better as well. They have a serious system in place for their busiest times of the day in which an employee personally takes your order and payment in the drive-thru line, and an employee stands outside of the drive-thru window handing out meals/drinks. This has seriously improved the wait times and even at though the line is crazy long, you'll be in and out of there in no time. They also have a separate drive-thru lane for mobile order pickup to further expedite the process if you order ahead. Is everything going to be perfectly seamless at each visit? No, and I don't expect that. However I am very impressed with the major improvements I've witnessed since my last review. All in all, glad to bump this place up 2 well deserved stars!

Going through this Chick-fil-A today was a lackluster experience. They had both lanes open but it took a while to get the order in, then drove around to the window didn't have the food ready, moved me around to the front or I sat for 10 minutes as they forgot my order and the only thing hot on my order was the egg whites on my sandwich. The rest of the order of the food was cold and they also forgot to put the items . You guys gotta do better!

Just had the worst, most racist service ever and all I order was a bag of ice. Never being acknowledge by a worker and While waiting alone in the pick up area for 5 mins 3 teen white girls join me in the area. immediately a worker by the name of Alexis asked them what was the name on their order then walked off never looked at me. I spoke up ask if she saw me. she then asked my name then said I don't see that order and walked off. Then another worker by the name of Miriam G. went over to the teens asked the name on their order. Never looked my way. I spoke up again. Finally I was bought a bag of ice filled 1/3 of the way. I made the MOD Akil Smith aware of what took place and ask for a complaint line number. He pointed at a pic on the wall and said get it off of there. There was no number there. Then he said you just make me aware of it and that's it there is no number. While asking for the complaint number Miriam G. screams out "baby I don't care" MOD Akil Smith said abso nothin. This experience has caused me embarrassment and made me extremely angry.

When I think of Chick-fil-A, I think of amazing service and great fast food. Today I ordered a Cobb Salad without the egg and tomatoes. After being in traffic for so long I was starving and was ready to devour my food. I did curbside pick-up. The employee came by with my order...she had very low energy. I don't blame her..it was very busy! However, I was so disappointed when I opened my salad to see eggs and tomatoes. No big deal, I can take it out. It was even more disappointing because not only did they include the eggs and tomatoes, but there was also a piece of hair on the egg lol. The lettuce was also very soggy

This a horrible Chick -fill- they are very slow , even if there not a lot of people in line they are still slow I placed order was in the line waiting for over 15 min They didn't put a spoon for my coffee I didn't receive enough condiments that I asked for I then had to park get out of my vehicle and go in to ask I'm disabled which is reason I went through drive-Thur and was told 12 sugars was an excessive amount and therefore she wasn't going to give them to me she gave me five, then I couldn't even drink the coffee because now it's nasty it's like drinking black coffee this manger who was there at 7am proceeded to tell me they only have four workers as if that had anything to do with me will never come here again first time and last .

If I could give this negative stars I would. They wouldn't take our order because we came in after they closed inside 45mins early. Your hours say 10pm not 9:15pm. Since we walked over from our hotel we asked if we could go through the drive through and they still wouldn't take our order because we were not on a car. So a very nice lady let us go through with and the workers were still very very rude. The lady who was taking cash didn't greet us or anything, I've never had this bad of service before. When we got to the window they were very rude once again they didn't greet us and they made us pull up and wait. They said it very rudely and showed no kindness. At this point I wished I would have went to McDonald's instead at least I know to expect this from them. I honestly would say McDonald's was nicer then this chick-fli-a. Our food when we got it was not good either. The buns were soggy and flat. This was not an good example of chick-fli-a standards. I will never go to this chick-fli-a again and would recommend no one else does. I understand if it is against chick-fli-a's policies to serve someone in the drive through without a car but it's not. And the employees never said it was. We are paying customers and are being discriminated because we didn't have a car. I understand that it could be a safety issue but we they would even take our order after we got out of the line. We would have picked up anywhere they told us to. But all they cared about was not us having a car. We literally went from standing in the drive thru line to in a random persons car just so they would take our order. Also all of this wouldn't happen if they didn't close the inside registers earlier than what they were supposed too. I understand wanting to cleanup and get the inside ready to close but we weren't planning on eating inside we just wanted to take it to go. We should have had our order taken. We even told them we didn't have a car and that we walked her from our hotel. Overall this entire experience was a -5/10 and I would hope management would take better care in hiring employees that actually care about the business and it's customers.

If only this location were open when I worked literally next door a few years ago. No. A hotel used to be here. I'm not sure when they tore down the hotel and erected this and a few other spots, but this is great for the area. I came this last Saturday at lunch time and they were PACKED. Despite the fact that they have a double lane drive thru system (two menu boards with ordering systems, merge into one lane), there were two gals standing out in the sun and taking orders. I noticed that cars weren't allowed to go up to the window to pay or pick up their order, someone was outside of the window to process payments and pass the order. I do not know why they have this procedure, but it seemed to be a cluster. The parking lot was FULL. And a bus had just pulled up with kids from playing a sports game. I found a spot in the back, parked, walked in. The line was just barely out the door. I made it through quickly (less than 10 minutes to get in the line to the counter to order). I received my food in less than 10 minutes after paying. The restaurant was surprisingly on the clean side despite the crowds. The dining area was not hot, on the cool side, which was nice. The restrooms were muggy, the floors slick from the moisture. I would not be surprised if someone slipped in there. The kiddie play area also looked clean for the amount of children running and playing, which is awesome. There were a few tables outside in front of the restaurant, if you desired to eat outside. I will be back if I am in the area, but I will try to pick a more off peak time.

I would give 5 stars because this place is absolutely amazing! However, this one employee is so rude. The last two times I've been here I've over heard her be rude towards two different people. The first incident was a guy here for his interview, he asked her a question and she responded with an attitude. Walked away rolling her eyes. & the next incident was with an employee (special needs) must've asked her a question about the uniform & she loudly responded with an attitude which caught my attention. Other than that this place is great.

Pretty awful customer service. Worst chick fil a experience I have had. They were out of all salads, wraps, Mac and cheese and side salads. Upon ordering chicken nuggets, I asked for the avocado lime ranch dressing and was told that I was "not allowed" to get that dressing without ordering a salad... even though that is the only dipping sauce I ever get at any other chick fil a, with fries, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, wraps, and have NEVER been told that I wasn't "allowed" to get that sauce. The kale side was very little kale - more like a bowl of the dressing (I get this side at other chick fil a's and it is very different). The worker taking the order was not attentive resulting in my family member having to repeat the order multiple times.

Once again it is getting old not getting what I paid for, extra at that! Is it that hard to fill up the fry container so that I actually get a large order of fries? Not half fries and the rest ketchup packets and mayonnaise. Condiments are free not included with my fries. Or is it Chik fil A training to skimp on servings to make more money for the man? Shame on you! Happens more often than not. So annoying to drive back and complain or even worse to call and fall on deaf ears! Get it right! Do your job correctly!

This is my second bad review for this location. Gave us 10 nuggets for our 12 piece, small shake when we ordered a large, and didn't give us our sauce or dressing for our wrap. Also no straws for the drink, and the worker didn't put the receipt in the bag or ask if we even wanted it. Workers are poorly trained. (Ordered under the name Colby between 7:50-8:10) (Posted on an earlier date) Waited in line for 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich that looked like it sat out all day. super over cooked on the outside, super soggy every where else.

I saw a bunch of bad reviews for this location but experienced nothing like that. I was staying at the doubletree right down the road and was actually able to check in from my hotel room for my carry out order. I walk in the store. Within 10 seconds someone brought me my food. Order was 100% correct and I was on my way. Food was as good as you'd expect from a Chick Fil A anywhere. No complaints here. If you want your Chick Fil A give it a shot.

Althought the rating of this location is lower than when I first started patronizing there, my experience has always been good. I completed a mobile order using the app tonight and had to wait a bit during the evening rush but note:NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE REVIEWS ABOUT SLOW SERVICE, "slow" at Chick-fil A is faster than ANY OTHER fast food restaurant in this part of Louisiana. The only complaint I've had in three plus years at this location is not receiving all my sauces or napkins. BUT I check every bag before I depart so I'm usually good to go. No issues with tonight's grilled nuggets, superfood salad and small fry (balance). Thanks CFA team!

This is the chickfila we order from when we do get some. Overall, I've always had great experiences here. I havent had an order that was wrong. The only think thats happened is every now and then I won't get straws. A minor thing to complain about I know! The food is hot and when I did curbside pick up this past weekend, my order was ready within 5 mins. Granted there was only one other car at curbside. The employee was extremely nice and wore their mask properly which I was very thankful for!

So I don't eat chicken, HOWEVER, I visited this new-to-me location with a friend because this was her dining pleasure. The drive thru line was long, as I've seen not only this time, but times in the past; (IT'S WORTH MENTIONING, IT WAS SUPER DUPER COLD & FOLKS PROBABLY WANTED TO STAY IN THEIR WARM, COZY CARS), so my friend went indoors for a quick transaction. And when I say quick, I mean QUICK, LIGHTNING FAST, BACK IN LESS THAN A FLASH; while the drive thru line was moving, slow but steady. When she returned to the vehicle, I was pleased at the smell, the cost of her meal, me not eating chicken & how price efficient her food was. I reassured her that I was anti-chicken, but I was impressed with the cost, the swift service & the friendly cashiers that she spoke of. Although there are no dreams of chicken eating in my near future, I had to comment on the always present friendly service, price points & swift walk-in transaction that I witnessed. Keep up the Good Work C-F-A (that's my homemade abbreviation); you're get As across the board.

I've never really been a Chick-fil-A fan, but they gave out a "free sandwich" card to coincide with the Grand Opening to all of the kids at my daughter's school. Thus, we ended up there, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was busy, but the employees were friendly, quick, and the food was pretty good. Also, the kids play area was actually clean! Given the general unhealthiness of fast food, I'm kind of glad there is somewhere I can get grilled nuggets & a bowl of kale for those ballet/cheerleading nights that I just don't have time to cook real food. ....and the waffle fries are pretty fabulous if I'm having a cheat day! All in all, a good experience!

This is the worst chick Fil-a I have ever been too.. they have two sides ... one moves like 5 times faster than the other side, then we get to window and they tell us to pull up ... 5 other cars already up front waiting for their food, cars behind us ... getting food ... what a cluster ... finally some kid brings our shakes out ... why have a drive thru if you can't fulfill the orders in sequence... never waited 20 minutes for a shake! We have had issues every time at this location!

My family and I have been to this Chick-Fil-A plenty of times before! I understand that business needs to be handled in whatever the best and professional way possible. Unfortunately, this Chick-Fil-A location, Kenner LA, corner of Veterans, does not have good representation. My food should be hot and fresh at all times when I leave from their facility, whether I spend $5.00 or $50.00, in which case I spend $50.00 being that we are a family of four. Unacceptable to be cold, old, not even fully fried nuggets, weak sweet tea, overly salty fries that are COLD and has been sitting there under a "light" in which I guess makes the cooks feel as if this is going to keep the food WARM. This is ridiculous. The wait for your food is 10 minutes always at night. The wait isn't the MAIN PRROBLEM. The Main Problem is very simple and unacceptable and makes me wonder who Mangement is, and where is Managment. This is the first time which makes this crazier. Why is the food not fresh at night. Night, 5pm-closing. I don't need to spend $45-50 every time for my dinner and have my food cold.

My fries were cold and HALF were missing from the size large container and not at the bottom of the bag. I've called the Chick-fil-A cares 8 times in the last 3.5 weeks. They have taken down my complaint and forwarded it to the owner operator. He has yet to contact me back even to apologize and offer a free combo for that garbage. My wife and I used to get Chick-fil-A once a week, but until my situation is made right we will be boycotting ALL Chick-fil-A's since corporate refuses to step in and only refers it to the local store operator.
