I always get the spicy chicken deluxe but this time I wasn’t in the mood for bread so I ordered the three-piece chicken tenders. They literally taste like they were warmed up in the microwave, they’re not crispy at all. They’re super soft and old. For reference, I came to this location at 8:30 PM so I guess I got the old food. I won’t be ordering tenders again, See photos for texture reference. Complete waste of money

The staff is Very Friendly and Professional. The place is Very clean inside and out. The washroom is very clean with a nice smell. Very well maintained with No defects that need repair. I had an original chicken sandwich with sliced fries; it was Good, but I prefer chrispy instead of a bit soggy. Now I know why Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out are very successful private businesses !!!Cheers and God Bless~~~

I ordered to go. Had the chicken strips and waffle fries. I also had a dragon fruit lemonade. The food and the drink was very tasty. Will continue to order and visit this location.

Update: we’re all sick from eating that chicken. 5 hours later and we are all having stomach issues. I’ve never had a bad experience with Chick fil a before this. This will be my last. I ordered 20 chicken strips and 2 Large Fries. Not only did they completely forget my Fil-a sauce, but the fries were old, cold, and stale and the chicken strips were burnt. For how expensive Chick-fil-a is, this was horrible!

So yesterday I drove through this place and picked up a chicken burger meal. I decided to eat inside my car in the parking. Unfortunately, after 10 minutes of sitting in the car, my car stopped and would not restart. It was probably the combination of AC turned on with an old battery. As fate would have it, my phone battery died at the same time and I did not have the correct charging cable with me (It was my wife's car and our iphones have different charging cables). Call it my unlucky day. I had no option but to go inside and ask the staff if any one had an iphone charging cable. The guy on front desk went to the Manager and came back saying they did not lend any cables. I asked if they could maybe take my phone and give it back after charging for 5 minutes. All, I needed to do was make an emergency phone call to my wife so she could come and pick me. Of course, they declined. Finally I asked the manager himself if they could make a single phone call for me so that I can inform my wife. He smiled and gave me the same answer - "sorry its our company's policy...." I was like, "Really man? so its your company's policy to not help another human being? I literally just bought a meal from your place" He told me to instead go inside and ask the people who were eating there. I did not want to disturb any patrons so I waited outside. The first person who came out, I asked for help and he agreed. To summarize, the manager and staff and zero interest in helping their customers. That deserves zero stars.

I have never been a big fan of Chick-fil-A until my last couple of visits. Much to the delight of my daughter who loves the restaurant chain. I have eaten at this location twice now and they have been my best experiences to date.

I've seen some things, but giving literally 4 fries and calling it a large is wild.

My last 4 trips to Chick-Fil-a including today's have been a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT for me. They sandwich is very tasty, but since they have cut the portion of the chicken in the sandwich. It's so not worth going to Chick- Fil-a anymore. They are more expensive than Popeyes and McDonald's and give you so much less. I have attached a picture of the 2 sandwiches side by side you will be shocked at the difference. Chick fila $4.29 + Tax total $4.76 Popeyes $3.99 + Tax Total $4.32 McDonald's same price as Popeyes. Now portion wise. Popeyes is the clear winner. McDonald's came in 2nd And well Chick-Fil-a is still in the starting gate. Extremely disappointed with the portion for the 4th and last time. I will not patronize Chick-Fil-a restaurant anymore after 4 very poor experiences. I used to love this place and they used to give a much better portion. They have gotten greedy and everyone should check out Popeyes and McDonald's chicken sandwich. You will switch too...

this is my guilty pleasure. I always order the same thing.. 4 pc chicken strips with buffalo sauce.. I love it that it's always quick, Hot, and crispy! staff at drive through are always nice. During Christmas they had awesome lighting!! My only complain would be the fries and limited drink options.. would be nice to have a less sugary sodas or better water options..and their fries is not my fav.. no flavor really.. just potato.. need more seasoning.

Great service but I have found a hair in my food on 2 separate occasions. This seems to be a recurring issue that needs to be fixed. Gross.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a 12ct chicken nuggets, Lg fry, and a granola parfait. They have the dasher the wrong order, and I received 2 spicy chicken sandwiches which I can't eat. The manager claimed he couldn't do anything to fix this, I just wasted my money. Absolutely terrible location, they can't even make sure the give the correct orders to the drivers.

What can I say, despite now having a few locations open throughout Las Vegas, Chick-fil-A continues to draw long drive thru lines. We ordered about a dozen chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and mac 'n cheese through the app for pickup to skip all that and when we got there after 15-minutes from the time we ordered, it was ready! Chick-fil-A still makes one of the best chicken sandwiches, it's tasty, buttery bun goodness, delicious crunch + juiciness and even better with more pickles and a tad of spice (try the spicy version, the extra kick is quite nice). Their mac 'n cheese is amazingly good and the crispy waffle fries dipped in the original sauce is the bomb! Chick-fil-A is one of the better fast food restaurants we'll always go to for a satisfying chicken sandwich meal.

I placed an order through DoorDash, but if I hadn't, I would've walked back in the store to get the other half of my fries. I was disappointed in the thinness of the bun for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but the lack of french fries was frustrating because I can't leave my job to grab food and I was short on my meal. On the bright side, the chicken was very tender and had a great spicy level. However, I feel that Chick-fil-A is overpriced for their lack of quality. Otherwise, I would eat from here more often.

Just another Chick-fil-A. The line wasn't too bad during our visit. What was bad, though, was the service. The girl taking our order didn't have a care in the world. You ask for a meal, she asks if that is all... no questions about sauce or drink. You ask for no pickle.... she rings it up normal. Not to mention we were met with a dirty look, and it didn't change the entire time. Food was okay... it's Chick-fil-A. They topped off the experience by forgetting a fork (which was listed on the receipt).

This Chick-fil-A Location disappointed me with their limited menu options and gluten free bread was ripped. the overall dining experience was underwhelming. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Check out their Christmas lights on the building, what a great show. But, the Sprite water fountain needs a refill. Our drinks were carbonated water last night.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. The drive thru line was horribly slow. When it came time to order the attendant couldn't get the order straight. There were four attendants but somehow couldn't manage the line.

Ive had multiple experiences with burnt buns, black chicken nuggets, and now hair in my sandwich. this location takes the cake for worst quality of food!!! the staff is nice but quality is disgusting.

Extremely unorganized, don't listen to the order. Fill the wrong beverage in the cup and then just dump it and attempt to wash with water and refill. Send the complete incorrect order to the table to the table. Once cup filled, they don't even wipe the cup and it's spilling and a complete mess.

Usually this place is great but I almost broke my tooth biting into my fries when this piece of plastic was in it. I just purchased my food 30 minutes ago. This is unacceptable as I fed my children too and hopefully they didn't consume this as well. Absolutely disgusted.

Food - 5/5 Stars - My go to are the chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and mac and cheese. I'm not going to suggest any of the sauces because everyone has their different tastes but I will suggest, TRY THEM ALL. You know how people have wine tasting parties? Do a chick-fil-a sauce tasting party lol that way you know what you like. Service - 5/5 Stars - very quick! The line wrapped all around the parking lot and almost out into the street but I think I waited a maximum of 10 minutes. Quick Tip: Do mobile order to get your food faster! You can pick up in the drive thru, delivered to your car, or pick-up inside.

Last time I come to this chick fil a, JASON at the window seemed bothered and annoyed to spare me one extra sauce. It seems to usually be ok with others but I'm not sure if chick fil a is deducting from Jason's paycheck because he seemed a bit too sensitive about me asking for extra sauce. The girl behind him with red hair just stared at him, I know she thought he was a little too serious about that one sauce. I asked kindly once more and mentioned the extra large fries I paid for and he still said no. Really, you lost a customer because sauce. It's unfortunate!

I was at the drive thru and the young guy didn take my order right. Wrong kids meal order and didn't give any sauce for my spicy chicken deluxe meal and kids meal. No common sense crew. No sauce for chicken?

Can someone explain why they keep insisting all their chicken is fresh and made to order, like we can't tell the chicken been sitting out. I know most people don't care, but those of us who mention it, stop playing with us. To me it's hater energy. I'm paying you for a product, I don't just get what I get. And if that makes you mad, you need to find another industry. Tonight they tried to finesse. Gave me old chicken with my skin peeled off to pass it off as fresh. Straight up trashy. Called and spoke with shift leader, and y'all need to train your people. That way you won't have to act paranoid when people call or when they what you to fix when you sell them Disgusting food.

Horrible service Vanessa the manager allows her staff to spray cleaning products while customers are eating. I've never experienced anything like it. When I communicated to upper management they said thank you for letting us know. Keep in mind I didn't finish my food left it on the table for them to understand don't spray chemicals product while people are eating it's really unsafe. Never gave a refund never ask to fix the problem.

you either get salty ASS fries or unsalted fries... there is no in between here. the kitchen needs to take a course on how to properly salt the fries SMH

This Chick-fil-A is like ever other Chick -fil-A out there. That's what I really like about this restaurant chain. From the greeting to the taste of your chicken burger or salad it's always the same great taste. Plus a huge PLUS you don't have to pay extra when purchasing a meal and wanting to drink something other then a fountain drink. The dine in area is super clean and warm because it is winter (thank you for that) and someone is there to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. I have come to expect this greatness from Chick-Fil-A which is a very good thing these days. The thing I like the most is how well they treat their employees. This is an awesome thing and other employers should watch and learn. Thank you Chick-fil-A for setting a great example for the rest of America

First of, this was my first time here. I go to the register, and the young lady on the register "Shonra" (don't really know how to spell her name) helps me out, I ask for the deluxe chick-fil-a no pickles & she tells me "then you want the regular chicken sandwich because that one doesn't have pickles" I proceeded to tell her that I wanted the vegetables, so she tells me "I can add them", ok, then she asked if inwanted the meal, I said "sure, do you have anything else to drink other than soda", she says "just lemonade" (I don't like lemonade therefore I got NO drink). I get my food, my sandwich HAS pickles and tomato, but NO lettuce, then I come to find out that they DO have other drinks other than lemonade! They had orange juice, water bottle, ice tea, mango tea a bit disappointed.

I stayed in the Summerlin area back in early April. I stopped by here a few times to pick up lunch and dinner. Each time I would place my order on the mobile app and pick up my order via the drive-thru lane. Even though the line was long, it moved along at a decent pace. Each time, it was a fairly quick in and out process. Per the usual, their employees were all very nice and courteous. The quality of the food was also on par with any Chick-fil-A that I've visited. My order was correct each time. While they might be known for their delicious chicken sandwich, there's nothing better than a frosted lemonade on a warm or hot day!

Paid $26 for two salads, only for both of them to be incorrect. I ordered a Cobb salad BASE with no bacon (no meat at all) and another Cobb salad with extra chicken and no bacon. The first salad was entered correctly by the cashier, but made incorrectly by the kitchen staff. The second salad did not have the extra chicken I paid for. Instead, it was on the salad base that was supposed to have no chicken. And to top it all off, both salads had bacon as well!!

I got my daughter chicken wraps from here and when I got home, I noticed my daughter wasn't touching her food. I picked up the wrap and smelled the chicken on the inside and it was sour. No good and I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was definitely sitting for quite a while in whatever type of heater they keep the sandwiches in. when I called the location to speak to them and told them that I had my receipt and if they could remake my meal, they told me there was nothing they could do because it was from the day before literally one day, I will not be back at this location, and Brian was no help as well Two thumbs down

Ordered online 5 minutes before close. I felt awful but was starving. They came out and still brought the food out to my car with a smile on their face 10 minutes after close. Amazing service! Highly recommend. Will come back again!

Love coming here. Never had a problem with them, they are always syper busy so i like to order ahead so that i just pick up my order. Always ready for pick up and the staff is always super friendly!. :)

Tried breakfast today and it seems to be running more smoothly. Breakfast burrito, egg sandwich w/hash brown things, and a classic chicken biscuit sandwich. Overall, very tasty, but I will skip the egg sandwich and go straight for the chicken biscuit next time!

I grew up in the Carolinas and I am very familiar with Chick-fil-a . When I was a kid in the 70's and 80's they were in the mall . Now to the future , they have become very popular and came across the country . They are known for great service and fresh chicken . I have been to this location a couple times since they opened and waited till the excitement went down a little , since I hate crowds . It is still very popular . Since this coronavirus things is going on , only the drive thru is open and it was run pretty smooth today even though there were lots of cars . I like that they have a large cover over the area , so in the summer it will help with waiting in line in the 100 degree weather . Today I got a regular chicken sandwich and a sweet tea and 2 packets of mayo . I can't eat a chicken sandwich dry . The sandwich was fresh and good and the sweet tea was not quite sweet enough . I don't like it overly sweet like another restaurant with the big M , but it could use a little notch up in the sweetness . I had the spicy chicken sandwich last time . I also came in once for breakfast and the chicken biscuit is good and I added an egg to mine . The first time I came in the lady asked me did I want to try a sauce and I told her it had been years since I had Chick-fil-a , so she gave me every sauce to try ! Outstanding ! It is good , but I just don't see all the hype .

This is the absolute worst chic fil a I have ever been to. EVER. The staff has the nastiest most disgusting attitude I have ever encountered. For someone that is supposed to have the "best customer service" , I would never in my life come back to this location again. Julie, Samira, and the Owner of the store - Vince have a lack of customer service skills, leadership, and all around willingness to resolve the customers issues. There is a reason why they have several reviews about their horrible customer service issues. They mess your food up, and act as though you're the villain. Vince - THE OWNER could care less about the mistakes his employees make. He would rather justify them, and tell you that " you make his employees feel less than human" for pointing them out. Please do yourself a favor and go to another location.

So today Officially marks the second phase of my relationship with Chick Fila. Yes I went to ... BREAKFAST! Yes, we are officially going steady after today! This was my first time at this location and I attended the drive thru. The ordering process is still new to me but I'm sure anyone could navigate it. I thought it was especially cool that you pay with the lady or guy before you get to the window. She was able to recommend jelly and hot sauce that I didn't know they had. So that personal touch really helped! On to the food, I went for the chicken biscuit meal. Oh my! The chicken breakfast sandwich was amazing! The chicken was juicy! I added a drizzle of Texas Pete hot sauce and a packet of strawberry jelly! The hash browns were muk-bang crispy! Yes that muk -bang (YouTube it... sorry for the new addiction) crunch lasted until the last tater! I honestly cannot wait to go back for more! Hopefully tomorrow! I am hooked! Until we meet again!

Until the new Chick-fil-A opens on Fort Apache and Charleston, this is the nearest one to me. This location used to be awesome, but lately it has really gone downhill. First of all, what happened to the food here? Everything has been overly salty and undercooked. I have wasted and thrown away half of my meal since nothing tastes as good as it used to. Since COVID, I have been placing curbside orders through the app. Most of the time they give me the wrong item or something is missing. One time half of the chicken was missing from the Chick-n-Minis, they have forgotten side orders and we were given the wrong drinks. They used to make sure that the orders are correct before handing them off to customers. What is the point of having curbside if I have to double check every item, take a sip of my drink to make sure it is right and then have to get out of the car to go inside to complain? No thank you! I have submitted complaints through the app and usually someone from their corporate office will email you back. Sometimes they will credit your Chick-fil-A account with a free menu item. Other times, they will tell you that your feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate person at the specific restaurant, but no response. The employees are always polite and friendly, I will give them that. Hopefully the new location will be much better.

I will start by saying I love chick-Fil-a but this location needs some adjustments. 3 out of 5x now our orders have been wrong or just bad. Today, our 12 piece nugget had 8 actual edible nuggets and a couple hard, batter only pieces. I hate leaving bad reviews, but hope it helps them get better at providing the quality this chain usually provides. Also, double check your order before driving away :)

worst location ever rude and food wasn't even warm smh

My family and I decided to check out the new Chick-fil-a at 95/Lake Mead. Typically when I travel for work, especially in the Huntsville AL area, I'll stop by Chick-fil-a for breakfast. We arrived at Chick-fil-a around 11:00. The restaurant was relatively empty inside. Breakfast stops serving at 10:30. Parking is relatively spacious at this location as well. We had ordered the following - 1) Kids Meal (chicken tenders) with fruit and chocolate milk 2) 2 Chicken Deluxe (1 meal and 1 just the sandwich plain) 3) 20 Chicken Tenders (fried) 4) Grilled Chicken Wrap with Italian dressing. My daughter had noticed the playroom in the back of the restaurant. She went straight into the playroom after our order. The order came out pretty quick, but the first thing we noticed was how wrong the order was. Instead of 2 chicken deluxe meals, we got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the [2] chicken deluxe sandwiches. We ended up not mentioning anything about this. The order also provided two different dressing, a balsamic and a ranch based dressing, not Italian dressing. Unfortunately, I don't like balsamic dressing or ranch based dressing. My boyfriend ended up eating the chicken wrap. My daughter's kids meal was missing her chocolate milk drink. The order was relatively expensive also - $40.00 for lunch. The customer service at the register was sub-par at this location, however, the staff out on the floor was helpful and would come by our table asking to clean it. I don't think I'll be back to this Chick-fil-a location anytime soon. If you're in the mood for Chick-fil-a, I'd recommend checking out the other locations in Vegas.

Pretty bummed to have to write this review. I've used this location several times for catering orders for the school I work at. I used it Thursday for my daughters Valentine's Day party. Lunch for the whole school starts at 11:30 so I had my order pickup time set for 11:00. I get there and my order isn't ready to go until 11:30 and then it's about a 15 minute drive back to the school. So The kids had about 20 minutes to get it all passed out and eaten before their naps. Why would they ask you to choose a pickup time if it's not going to be ready then? Another thing that was annoying was that they crammed four large beverages into one cup holder that promptly broke when I picked up the handle to bring it into the school. And when did they stop having the Carmel for the fruit platters??

Ate at a location on the mainland. Had the original chicken sandwich, mac & cheese, tater tots with Chick Fil A sauce, and a Sunjoy Lemonade. The line to place your order was long. Drive thru line was too. It's a good alternative to other chicken, burger, and sandwich places. See you soon at the Hawaii locationsOh...and They're CLOSED on SUNDAYS.

I went to this Chick fi a Gabby was Awesome she was sooo knowledgeable about the whole menu. I could not help but notice she was Freezing Cold, I asked her why they don't give the people outside head caps, or a hoodie something? She explained that the clothes that are supplied are VERY DIRTY, and would possibly make her sicker. Chick fil a did not even have a heated lamp for them. It was 40 degrees tonight, with heavy wind. They had those kids out there with no protection from the Elements..So I bought them some Chick fil a soup, which is very good, I bought one for myself as well. SHAME ON YOU CHICK FIL A!! TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!

I ordered a spicy deluxe with bacon and extra pickles, what I received wasn't even close (see photo). On a good note, the other two orders were correct and the line that I thought would take 45 minutes only took 15. Their speed was excellent but I hope they don't sacrifice accuracy too often (as with my meal).

Chick-fil-a (Las Vegas, NV) Is my mind playing tricks on me or is this the busiest Chick-fil-a in town? This location also seems smaller with a lot less seating. Anyway, I'm still a fan and by the looks of it, everyone else is too. The drive-thru is usually long and the line inside is a bear around 12 PM. My order is pretty much the same on every visit. I'll get an 8-count nugget entrée with an 8-count grilled nugget entree. This is the perfect snack, especially when dipped into their awesome Chick-fil-a sauce. I love their waffle fries too. This location sucks! Went through drive thru and placed an order for a Cobb Salad with no corn and the chicken on the side. The order taker Christoph was very rude. He said that he will give the base of the salad and add chicken nuggets on the side (so basically charge everything separately). My wife said wait we get this salad like this all of the time. He was like well that's nothing that he can do about it he doesn't know what to tell us. I was definitely too stunned to speak. My wife said no you can just substitute and put chicken on the side. He rudely said pull up but by this time I lost my appetite. Before we could say anything he walked away and had someone else to take our order. The other cashier tried to take our order but politely declined. We went inside to talk to the manager. AJ took care of us and simply put in the order for the salad as requested. He apologized and gave us the food for free. That was nice of him but it wasn't about getting free food! But the way that order taker Christoph was so nasty to us for absolutely no reason. This location customer service is not good at all. I rather spend my money where the ppl are at least more nicer. We really live in a word where some of these employees like these jobs come knocking on their doors begging them to work for them. It's not right but this is why I simply just rather eat at home because customer service is at a all time low! Chic-Fil-A please do something about these people that you're hiring!

Shout out to Carlos for making a great experience for my family. He had stickers for all the kids at various tables. Hard working and attentive. I usually go through the drive-thru but am happy we dined in tonight.

Grand Opening. Quick and friendly service as all chick fil a. Was not as packed as I thought it would be at 6:20. Guess I wasn't one of the first 100 customers to win whatever they had lol.
