Cobb salad is not tasty, very salty ingredients and sauce, it would be better if the chicken was grilled, I eat it deep-fried. Grilled Chicken Club is tasty - the grilled chicken was tasty and soft, the chicken in the salad was not tasty. The staff is friendly, the prices are affordable, the service is fast. In the hall they asked us if we liked everything. I recommend. P.S. The cafe plays classical music. It is very rare to hear such a repertoire in a fast food restaurant.

So I placed an order in store gave my name and used my app to collect points every time I come to this location on it’s an issue my order was ready and the guy working a white man could not say my name he was about to put my food up on the stand to wait I’m literally sitting in front of the counter not only that the name is in the bag and it also say the color of my shirt on the bag but I guess because I’m black native descent he didn’t not care ever other store I visit says my name even if it’s not correct but this store it always an issue that why I try my hardest not to come here

I had order lunch from this restaurant through Uber eats and aside from them giving me the work sizes of fries I got a long white hair on my sandwich which completely ruined my lunch.

Despite being right in the heart of USC and always packed with crowds from the students, this Chick-fil-A never misses a beat. They consistently get my order right and it’s always ready on time. The place stays impressively clean given how busy it gets, and the staff does a great job keeping the service friendly, fast, and efficient. It’s clear they care about maintaining high standards — even during the rush. Definitely one of the more reliable spots around campus. Only down fall is that parking really sucks. Unless you park in the parking garage, but even that seems a little bit overpriced for my liking.

Really clean. Staff is friendly as always. Parking is a beast around there, but I'm assuming they are catering to museum visitors and students.

This is the first Chick-fil-A that I have ever walked into, so I can’t give a comparison to other franchise. The line was long when I entered as several people walked in just ahead of me. The staff were fantastic and methodically whittled down the line. The food was ready quickly and I was out the door. My sandwich and fries were fresh and hot, and my shake was cold and creamy. Job done!

Food was hot and they executed my order perfectly no salt on my fries and everything was fresh.

You can always count on Chick-fil-A. Reasonable prices for what you get, better than jack n the box or any fast food type of place. Service is always good, and they make the food relatively quick as well.

I never have issues with Chick-fil-A especially at this location close to campus, but I was shocked to see at such a dry time for the academic year that your employees are chatting, giggling, and taking their time to hand out orders while the bags are ready to distribute to customers. The food is never bad and even during busy times of the year it is normally really well ran, but today, I am very disappointed in how things were handled. As a USC Staff Member who has been coming to this location for 3 years, and a former Chick-fil-A employee myself, this was outrageous to me and staff members should be taught how to prioritize guest over chatting with eachother.

Chick-fil-a always provides the best fast food customer service around. They are super helpful, polite and fast! I stopped by this location to order some breakfast and it did not disappoint. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit meal with a large hash brown for $10. Pro tip: always download the app and collect points during your visit as then always adds perks and discounts because we all know how costly CFA can get. The restaurant was not so busy and pretty empty as this location is near campus and students are on winter break right now. This establishment is always clean and well stocked. The fast service had me in and out in a hurry which I was thankful for, I'll return whenever I'm in the area.

Location is always busy because it's right next to USC and LAFC stadium. The staff do a wonderful job moving the line as fast as they can and getting the food out quick. The customer service is great even with how busy and frantic it can be at this location. Big shout out to all the workers at this location. I have not had a bad experience at this location and I come often during work.

This location is ALWAYS BUSY! It's located near USC, a bunch of museums, and next to two sporting venues so it's expected. I suggest to order ahead to save you some time although that takes longer sometimes. For the most part everyone is nice and gets the orders correct but take it to go, seating is limited. Also parking is annoying here. Street parking is limited and the rest you have to pay for it. Food is good and always up to chic fil a standards. Ambience can be over crowded so keep that in mind

Messed up my order but otherwise fire for late night. Chick Fila Brownies and cookies hit a lot harder than they should. The salad was fire-- fried chicken is way better for crunch than a crouton. The chicken sandwich was not it tho, it was a sad thing. Brownies, cookies and salad. The strawberry shake was way too sweet but hit okay.

If you're near the USC area, this is the closest Chick-fil-A and it's also across the street from the BMO Stadium and the Coliseum so it's pretty convenient. Food is pretty good in this particular location. Service is pretty fast. The parking lot is small, But there's also street parking. Ambience is chill.

There's no parking or pick up spaces in front. If you circle the block several times you'll eventually know how to get into underground parking. Once you're at the entrance, there is nothing to tell you how to work the machine in order to get into the building. After quite some security walk to the gate and I said how do I get my Chick-fil-A and he replied "I don't know". Then I said how do I get into the gate and he said slide your credit card in and you get 45 minutes for free. I did that and threw a search party for the "pick up here" sign. There was not one. All the while I've been calling the store several times and no one has answered. After about five calls, the manager answered and I asked him how on earth I was supposed to get my food because there was no entrance to, the store from the parking structure. He said I would have to park in the parking structure and walk around the corner to pick up my food. I said no thank you and I would like a refund. I also expressed how annoyed I was with the process... After I express everything, I just mentioned twice and asked for a refund he simply said OK. He could have said hey you don't have to pay for it for the inconvenience and we will inconvenience. But he didn't. I hung up the phone and left. Why waste the time explaining the inconvenience. Apparently the students in this college area already know the drill. But new customers don't and neither is the staff available to answer questions nor are the instructions clear on the app as it pertains to this particular location. I am very discussed and still hungry.

Food is always delicious and the spice is just right on the entrees.Store looks great especially after they renewed the store.Workers are really nice.Service is incredible.Online orders get turned in really fast and they never forget anything on the order.love chick fil a.I would always come back.

If I could put no stars, I would. Is expecting to receive what you asked for too much to ask? I specifically asked for the chicken filet in my salad to be cut and when I open my salad, the chicken was whole. Aside from that, the cashier asked me "any sauce" I say CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE AND KETCHUP and when I'm home, there is NONE IN MY BAG. Why ask me what sauce I want if you're not going to put it in there anyway? Also if there is any reason they are not allowed to cut chicken for you I expect to be told at the cash register when I'm specifically asking for it that way. Don't say yes! and completely disregard my requests.

They literally always forget at least ONE THING on mobile orders and act passive when you tell them. They forgot an entire portion of my order and this has been happening FOREVER!!! Correct me if I'm wrong, is it not customary to read off of a checklist of what's in the order? How is it that they forgot THREE of my food items? Again, not the first time they forget stuff from mobile orders, it is literally only this location that forgets everything. Especially when you order for delivery--all they do is refund the order... are you going to pay for the delivery costs as well when I order again? Do it right the first time maybe.

Placed a simple order, the Mocha iced coffee. The staff seemed pretty pressed no one offered the usual cheerful Chik-Fil-A service. This location is almost next to USC so I could understand they were pretty busy with both mobile orders and physical customers, but after looking around I could tell waiting customers were pretty bothered. Aside from service not being the usual, once I received my over flowing and spilled coffee I knew I had to leave a review. I'd say save yourself the parking fee and skip this location.

Shift leader OMAR was an amazing help when I placed my order at the wrong location. I went from feeling stressed to calm and not only did he manage this quickly, but he was able to do it while keeping up with a huge rush. Shout out to you, and sorry !!!

I'm tired of this chick fil a not calling out my mobile orders and as a result my food is cold and they always forget an item, whether it's food or sauce. This woman* with glasses calls out everybody else except mine. Every time without fail. I dread seeing her as a server bc I know she's gonna skip my food

Now I love Chick-fil-a and the customer service and was excited to try their new Pepper Pimento sandwich.. And it was TERRIBLE. The bread was soggy, runny, and falling apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. The sandwich was so wet it was causing the box to feel damp as well. I was and am Highly disappointed with the false advertisement of this sandwich that looked NOTHING like the pictures. How did the contents of the sandwich slide into the sandwich container when I didn't even shake or move the bag? I tried to stomach it after paying close to 18$ but damn... even made my stomach bubbly afterwards. It was bad, and I would not recommend to anyone

Service was really slow, only had one register open. Took 10 minutes to get a spicy delux meal. overall food was phenomenal.

I've only been once so I can't just give you a 3 star rating but I kinda of want too. This location seems to lack leadership, everyone seems confused and it doesn't run like other Chick-filas. which is efficient. I will try again soon

I have heard of Chick-fil-A and its cult following, but I cannot count myself as a cult member having eaten here. While the food is cheap, the quality and flavors were just lacking. It makes sense that you get what you pay for, but I would pay a little more for a better dining experience. Having dined here, I have to say that I have no inclination to return. MY ORDER X1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with Lemonade and Granola Parfait x1 Cobb Salad with Avocado Ranch Sauce SPICY CHICKEN SANDWHICH: ($9.89) including medium lemonade and parfait) The spicy chicken sandwich did not meet my expectations given all the hype surrounding it. Expect a nicely sized spicy fried chicken patty, a couple threads of lettuce and thinly sliced pickles layered between fluffy bread buns. The chicken was not particularly crispy nor did the various sandwich elements help balance each other out or add to the flavor profile of the sandwich overall. LMEONADE: A medium lemonade is served in a pretty large cup that you could easily share. Other than that, it is a typical fountain drink lemonade. GRANOLA PARFAIT: You get a tiny handful of berries (blackberry, raspberry and strawberry) and the yogurt is smooth and creamy. This was a tasty and healthier alternative to berries and cream. COBB SALAD WITH AVOCADO DRESSING: ($9.89) This was a strangely filling salad comparable to a grocery store pre-made cobb salad. While you only get the not-very-nutritious iceberg lettuce (which is not the freshest or most crisp either), it's pretty large and all the fixings (bacon bits, fried chicken nuggets and fried chicken batter croutons) will fill you right up. In terms of taste, it was not bad. But funnily enough, I didn't feel very healthy despite having ordered the heathier option on the menu! ENVIRONMENT: The interior is typical of an old styled fast food chain, but not very clean. I tried to make sure I didn't touch anything I didn't have to while I dined in. CONS: - not very clean with food scraps on tables and on the floor. Understandably, they were very busy that night because of a nearby event at the CAAN

I typically don't write reviews about Chick-fil-A because they are pretty spot on or they miss one item in your order. Buuuuutttt, let me tell about how disorganize this Chick-fil-A location. I mean this location doesn't have a drive to be this behind on orders and have people waiting for about 35 minutes for two sandwiches.

Down the street from USC. Across from Exposition Science Center. During COVID, dining room is closed with order and pick -ups at the front door. App ordering is quick and best. Parking sucks on the street or around the corner. I usually park on Flower Street if I walk up to order. But, if I place my App order I pull up in front for quick pick up. Their entire menu is good to choose from. DeLuxe Spicy Chicken sandwich with Waffle fries is my go to order chased with a Coke.

The service was very dry. The interior design the of the space wasn't anything fancy to be closed for that long to start with it actually made the space lol smaller but longer which was very odd. It was so packed inside you didn't know where you ordered left or right. The seating was crammed tightly and lined upon the wall. And the food was cold and not very well cooked the chicken breading was still soggy and my tenders looked like something for a toddler for 15$ is insane. My son ordered a 8 pc nugget and they weren't fresh. The rush contributed to this but being I've eaten here over 10+ years I won't be going back. Overall the design I give an 6 due to seating the food I give a 4 service 2.

Let me tell you about the parking redesign to get to this CFA after their renovation. FAIL! In addition to no direct access from the garage parking, you have to use a credit card to get in and out. This is so annoying and a hack risk. You also have to get out of your car when exiting cause you will not make the angle to get next to the card reader. That is going to cause a cluster f*** during peak times. Bravo Idiots!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER, Palua gave the worst customer service. Had no hospitality experience whatsoever. then managed to get my order wrong. CHARGED ME DOUBLE. Never again.

This is probably my least favorite chick-fil-A ever. I wasn't sure what I was expecting since it's basically on a college campus but it wasn't fun. First off, this place gets super super busy. With that, it means tables are not clean and ample people in the store at once. There really isn't any parking. It's mostly street parking and there's a residential garage you can park in but that gets packed as well. Service ain't that great chick fil a service you get elsewhere. I don't blame them though because they really are super super busy so it's expected. Anyway, food still tastes the same. Just expect a greater inconvenience and longer wait times than your normal chick-fil-a.

Convenient location as they are located across the street from a tourist attraction. The staff are a little confusing. All I ordered was a kid's meal w a beverage and it took 2 to 3 minutes to get that order across to order taker. She was unaware of how to scan the points to app. ... everyone uses the app. The front area is quite small leaving the employees to bump in each other as they walk by swiftly achieving the bare minimum. Terribly long wait times considering this is a FAST FOOD establishment. I waited 10 minutes for a 4 nugget kids meal. Although my food was good, I probably won't visit again.

Food was great, was quick, and all FOOD got delivered. They forgot my Chick Fil A sauce. I asked for 2 and got none. In my opinion, the chicken tastes 3x better with sauce and I didn't get it. The food was good though.

This is so yummy I love it so much. I honestly think my relationship with this food has become romantic at this point. The connection I have with the sauce and the way the spices of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich make my mouth tingle is truly something magical. The way the waffle fries melt in my mouth and their slight crunch is really something I've never experienced before. I honestly rate 10/5

First off going in here the floor was nasty but anyways that's not what made me write this review. And it also wasn't the undoubtably new employee, with the manager breathing down his neck that made ordering akward. It was the fact that these people. Had the nerve. To give me. A chicken cool wrap with no cheese. Seriously. There was no cheese with this cool wrap. It's like they just spanked the end of an empty shredded cheese bag and gave me the cheese dust with the exception of a few shreds. Whatever. Managers please dont micro manage your employees. But train then right so this major blow up never happens again. Ps remind them to ask for the basic questions like would you like sauce with that ? Anything else for your order ? For here or to go ? Because this foo did not ask me none of that even with the manager on his neck

They got my chicken sandwich order wrong twice. 0/10 don't recommend. I waited 30 minutes for a replacement and when I went they gave me a plain sandwich.

I order food for me & my husband, when he took a first bite in his food there was a very long hair inside very similar to synthetic hair you guys should really consider wearing hairnet this is disgusting

This place is trash. My door dash order arrived sealed with no sauces inside or a straw. Can't be the drivers problem since they packed and seal the order themselves. I can't believe how rude they were when I called to tell them they didn't have my sauces inside or a straw for my drink. The lady just said oh well the driver left and too bad. F***in biatch. $20 for this trash service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 meals and we waited over 30 minutes and still had no food. When we asked about the order a few times they kind of brushed it off and continued to do what they were doing. Manager also did not seem to care one bit but was able to finally get my refund. Never coming back again

I think this location is trying their best to facilitate things during the pandemic. I went to pick up a mobile order I had placed through the app. Once you get there and click "I'm here" on the app you still have to wait about 10-15mi. for them them to bring out the food because they have a lot of customers. Once I arrived to the parking garage I gave my name to the worker bringing out the food and he went to check on my order. My order was exactly now I wanted it. I would definitely come back to this location.

Chick-Fil-A is always a safe bet. Consistent quality throughout any restaurant. This store unfortunately doesn't have parking for free. It is located across a campus and many students were there when we went. Thankfully there are meter parkings along the backside of this store. LA meter is a tad more expensive than usual. But a quick 15 mins to order is all you need. This store also does mobile order so needed. The food is always good. The service is on par. There's not a lot of space for sitting. Maybe order to go? But many students do come.

Maybe my taste bud is just hypersensitive to sodium. Because I just don't don't doooon't understand how people could possibly take in more than a bite of their fried chicken sandwich. It was a literal salt bomb. My tongue tingled, dried, shivered after my initial bite. When NYU used to be the only Chick-Fil-a in nyc, I thought their version didn't represent the true glory of its brand. 10 years later - i confirmed their chicken sandwich is just as bad as I recalled. Still scratching my head in confusion after all these years. Staffs were really upbeat and friendly though! We received our food within 2 mins. But their chicken sandwiches- Not even worth picking up if they're free.

NO SAUCES!!! Not even the dressing for the salad we ordered. What's the point of specifying what sauce we want on the order of we won't receive any.

Amazing food, however the reason why my visit to chick fil a was so amazing was due to one of your employees by the name of Thomas. He was the most amazing and sweet person ive ever come across and is a real credit to the team and deserves the world and a pay rise!! the ambiance of the store was good too

My bread was stale. They removed my pickles from the sandwich I ordered because the person taking my order couldn't understand that I wanted pickles. Parking is horrible! I've been a longtime customer prior to their closing. Won't be back.

This chick fil a is not like the others. Service is terrible. No one greets or has a smile. Both dinning area and bathrooms are dirty. Orders take a long time and often are given or taken by others leaving you waiting. Even the lettuce is often old and looks terrible. Fries are cold as well. This is by far the worst location of this establishment.
