Chick Fil A has some of the best chicken sandwiches!!! You can always pair that with a milk shake of your choice!! Salad options are good too! The good thing about this location is that they have a lot seating upstairs.

My first Chick-fil-A experience and I really liked it. Served quickly and our meals also fast to come out. The sandwich and waffle fries were yum. It was a shame there is no seating instore though.

To my GREAT surprise...it was actually pretty bad. Let me explain. I have been to this location dozens of times, I was one of the first people to be seated on its first day, the first time my daughter has been to one, all that. So when my daughter and I went on July 3rd, I expected nothing but all the good that we ALL have come to expect from them. Also, $30 for two people... for "fast food"... I have higher expectations than say a White Castle. I ordered the chicken STRIP meal. My daughter orders the chicken NUGGET meal. Both are medium fries. One medium Cherry Coke. One medium lemonade. First thing that was "off", my server (name not important) messed up the order with me STANDING there in front of them, and after we got it together, they forgot to give us our drinks but remembered them for the couple RIGHT behind us. Fine, that's possible and likely to happen. So, as we're waiting (also, uncharacteristically, for a "long" time as others got their BIGGER orders). Fine, that's possible. So, after we FINALLY get our food AND drinks, we go upstairs to the seating area. Find a spot, open up the food, CRAVING these strips, and what do I see??? Six or seven SAD little nuggets. 😔... I look at the receipt, questioning MYSELF, but no, the receipt SAYS what I SAID...chicken STRIP meal! And what made me actually want to talk about it? As I said before, my DAUGHTER ordered nuggets, and I ordered SSSTRRIIIIIPPPPPPSSSSSS But wait, they didn't just give me nuggets. They didn't even give me a FULL order of nuggets! (Picture attached) I don't just talk. So, attached is a picture of the receipt, a picture of BOTH of the orders of nuggets I got, and you can see the difference in nugget count. Smh, smh, smh. The only good part about this particular experience is what I REALLY wanted, for years... a peach milkshake. As they are rare and so coveted, it was nice that THAT went well. After we ate, before we left, I got back online and got our milkshakes for the stifling NYC Summer heat. (My daughter got Cookies-n-Cream) Their peach milkshake is the best milkshake in the industry... I'll wait. Oh, I thought so! 😂 In closing, yeah, I'll go back. But don't get too comfortable, I rode PAST the Chick-fil-A location in Brooklyn for sentimental and (assumed) quality because of all of the tourist possibilities of this location. But I could have easily gone to the location on Flatbush and Atlantic Avenue. Edit to the owner: I didn't have too much time left with my daughter and it was getting crowded and I was already hot and aggravated...and really, I didn't want to get anybody in trouble. But we WILL be back, it's not a common problem or anything like that. and I DO beliebe you will speak with everyone and try to do better. I DO wish I would have gotten a free shake now that you mention it though, lol. All good.

Another tourist item to tick off the list conveniently located close to Herald Square. Went for a spicey chicken burger with waffle fries all washed down with a Dr Pepper, really tasty and lives up to all the hype. Tried all the sauces while I was at it, the zesty buffalo caused me to have a ring of fire moment the next morning. Speedy and efficient service.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The food....Oh my goodness, it was out of this world! The chicken sandwiches were juicy, the nuggets were flavorful, and those waffle fries... I could eat them all day! What impressed me the most was how smoothly things ran, even when it was busy. The line moved quickly, but they never rushed you through. The team at Chick-fil-A knows how to keep things efficient without sacrificing quality. Props to them for keeping it cool under pressure!

As always 5/5 you pay for quality food, quality service in a clean and inviting space. I’m still fascinated with the output from the kitchens but I was lucky enough to see behind the scenes when they first opened in NYC and the attention to detail re processes they had that I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. $24.65 for Spicy Chicken Deluxe burger, waffle fries, 4 chicken strips and a coke. Expensive when when comparing to any UK brands but a step above.

The spicy deluxe sandwich was really good and spicy. Got even more spicy with sweet/hot sauce and the pepper cheese. Mac and cheese was cheesy which I enjoyed every bit of it.

I've only been to Chick-fil-A on a handful of occasions, but the model here is place your order, pay, and then, step aside and wait until your name is called. On this visit, I just wanted a small Mac n Cheese and followed the typical protocol; however, in this case, I became flustered because I was forced to wait almost 20 minutes for this one item! I wish in cases like this, where it's just one item, they would realize that, and not force customers to wait this long. On a positive note, the Mac here is pretty good. (Not worth a 20 minute wait.... BUT, it's still good)

Horrible Service, my very first time having an awful chick fila experience. It's new but staff isn't trained and they don't care, they are nothing like Chick fila s other places .

don't sleep on chikfila breakfast, i kinda feel like it's better than the regular menu. I loveee me some biscuit and the one for breakfast and soft, fluffy and delicious with a piece of chicken, yummy!! The hash brown are also good, always crispy and hot.

We stopped at this Chick Fil A recently on our business trip in the city. I had a spicy chicken sandwich with everything on it.The french fries and the whole 9 yards were good. Wonderful staff and outside patio view inside and out. It was amazing, I will be back.

Unfortunately they change the chicken (I deserve this cause I'm allergic to chicken) I vomit like I'm about to die soon as eat this chicken , and I thought it was the location NOPE (like the movie) something is totally SUSPICIOUS .. WORD ON STREET IS ITS BBL's! Brazilian butt lift for the dummies !! Eat up tho

Don't go to the Chick-fil-A on Winterpock off Hull St in Midlothian VA. The management is terrible and the owner couldn't care less. I tried to email him and even left my mobile number and got zero response . Very disappointing

Stopped here today for fries and a drink. Service was friendly as usual. My drink was good but for some reason the fries taste old and hard so thay was disappointing.

Wentwent to chic fil a the other day. Not only have they raised the price of a combo by $3, the size of their breasts are 1/2 of what they were. Not only that, but when I asked for just a plain biscuits shortly after breakfast ended, the manager informed me they had all been thrown away. Last time I'll ever go thete for sure.

You can barely see her, but she's the chosen employee who gets to sit in the dining room. A week in NW and Chick-fil-A is one of the only places not allowing people to sit down. I know it's all for the sake of keeping me safe from COVID. However, it's more likely a ploy to save money and increase their bottom line. The crowd in the lobby waiting for their food, which included several employees, were shoulder to shoulder. Anything but safe. The rest of our party had to go across the street and buy food their so my son had a place to sit down and enjoy his nuggets.

I don't understand the hype about Chick-fil-A and never will. Can we all agree a typical sandwich should always come with lettuce tomato and cheese? Well I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and all I got was a piece of chicken in two buns and it was $7 LOL Is this a joke? Full disclaimer: I'm not a junk food eater.

Just went. Great service per usual. They practiced social distancing. The food was ready to go in seconds. I missed this place and glad to see it open. Food was on par! It was delicious and fresh. The worse part was the last nugget i ate tasted metallic. Nonetheless my love for this restaurant still burns.

One of the three Chick-fil-A locations I've been to in NYC and definitely not my favorite, as it can get really noisy and hectic inside. That said, the chicken sandwiches are really good. My sister and I stopped by for lunch the other day and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a diet coke for myself, a chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich for her, and a medium waffle fries to share. Unfortunately, the lady inputting our order into the system misheard or mistakenly assumed that my sister wanted a spicy deluxe sandwich because that's what she ended up getting. Luckily, it wasn't a big deal as my sister primarily came for the waffle fries anyways lol!

Extremely slow service, unprofessional, Wish they could do better at least with timing

Being from the south I had to give Chick-fil-A in midtown Manhattan a try. The food was just as you would expect from chick-fil-a but the service was a little different than I am used too. Not quite as friendly as the others I have frequented and did not hear them say "my pleasure" as they do at all the previous ones. Also the tea was not as I expected being from the south lol.

We decided to stop by this Chick-fil-A location to grab a quick bite to eat before attending an event nearby. I'd been to this location once before and was surprised to see how busy it was this time around. Albeit it was around 5:45 on a weekday so the restaurant was almost certainly getting the post-work rush, but this was packed AF. If you're not looking to wait in an endless line I'd come a little earlier in the day. I arrived before my girlfriend did and looked over their menu and asked her what she wanted while she was making her way to the restaurant. I was able to place an order via their app which was extremely easy! After our order was submitted we had to input a unique order code downstairs at one of their kiosks and then waited only one or two minutes before they called our order out by name. If you already know what you want and don't want to deal with the hassle of waiting in line I'd highly suggest downloading their app and placing your order through there. It definitely saved us some time. This location hast two levels. The ordering station and some limited seating is on the first. The larger seating area is above on the second. After we got our order we went upstairs and sat at a high top table near the southern facing window which has a nice view of 37th street. I'll give the staff kudos for keeping this area as clean as they could. They have several employees here that were constantly restocking the condiments table, as well as instantly cleaning off tables once a party left. My girlfriend ordered the classic chicken sandwich with medium waffles fries while I went with the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of fries as well. In all honestly this sandwich could've been WAY hotter! It's understandable their trying to appease a broad audience but at least make it somewhat distinguishable from a regular chicken sandwich. : ' (

After recently trying to get lunch takeout from a bunch of places in the area that all ended up being closed, we were very thankful that this Chick-fil-A was open! We've been here many times before, usually grabbing a quick meal in their upstairs seating area, but this time, we took it to nearby Bryant Park. This location has always been convenient, but even more now when you're looking for somewhere outdoors to eat. The food itself - this time, grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries - was the same as always, and we appreciated the consistency. They have social distancing markers on the floor when you're waiting in line, but given the size of the space, it's harder to maintain by the registers and the pick-up area, so if you're concerned about that, probably best to order ahead and then wait outside until you're sure your order is ready. Just thankful they're still open!

Top portion of salad looked delicious but Underneath lettuce was brownish yellow and a noticeable bug in the salad. Not cool. This says alot about their food, how is handled and processed.

Chick-fil-A might be a healthier choice if you are eager to have fast food. Their service at this location was friendly and served everything quickly. The food was decent and we love their grilled filet which was delicious and juicy. The side portion of kale salad was super tiny which was kind of disappointed.

Chick-fil-a is bomb. Its high quality fast food. Its quick to order and the food is ready to go. This location is a hot spot so if you come during busy hours the line will probably be pretty long. But these people are professionals and the line moves fast. The food is constantly being made and won't take very long. Their sauce game on point. No seating on 1st floor, make your way up to the 2nd floor for seating.

Finally gave in..always busy@ this location The " ordering model" should be a blue print for these " Fast" food places. The staff is very friendly, well trained The food itself leaves something to be desired The food is salty, the portions questionable So, just because the place is busy, doesnot necessarily mean the food is worth the wait. My kids got over it, they didn't even finish their meals So many other healthy alternatives, so many other chicken places..

so upset the worker was so rude and wouldn't let me get breakfast at 10:25 when they stop at 10:30 when i asked what time they stopped serving breakfast he replied "30" and just looked at me. kinda hard to believe if you ask me

Like most Chick Fil A's this location was quick and efficient. We ordered on the app before arriving. There is no dine in at this location. They only offer carry out so plan accordingly. I loved how the employee offered bags to hold our drinks in. An another large bag to put all of our food and drinks inside one place. This made it easy to bring back to our hotel. When we arrived we had to scan our phone at the sign by the door. When we did this it notified the staff we arrived. From this point, food was ready and bagged within 3 minutes. Great location, impressive staff!

This is my third review for the same Chick-fil-A !!! Don't know what Yelp did with my first two reviews? I added this Chick-fil-A to Yelp Business early when I first downloaded the app around 05/15 and was first to review it when it was only the second Chick-fil-A in the City. Oh well here it goes again, each time it comes out different; I was so happy to see them build this Chick-fil-A, normally I would have had to drive 10 miles from Rutherford to Paramus to get it and now I will be passing it almost every day. Yeah, Yeah I know about the religious and political, discrimination issues here but the workers are the best! and the chicken with those waffle fries are to die for, what can I say so I got weak will power when it comes to chicken.

I have no idea what they put in that chicken sandwich but it's definitely crack! LOL just kidding! Seriously tho... I love the chicken shack... but this.. can't believe I'm saying it.. I actually LOOOVE it more! I've had Chick-fil-A before... like years ago, usually on the road cuz NYC ain't got one... I kind of forgot the addiction... and thanks to my co-workers; I'm stuck on the spicy chicken sandwich like glue! That chicken is so tender, juicy and and and... just so good... like mouth watering good. How good? My friend and I walked in here on Saturday night around 8pm. A very short line! We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with everything in it, fries, and a drink. The server gave us lots of sauces (free) and an extra cup so we could share the soda. We went upstairs to grab seats and I was blown away. It was clean, organized, and well sanitized. Workers were cleaning and making sure it was tidy. The restroom is also very clean! There's a restroom code on the receipt. We sat by an outlet because my phone died on me. Charged my phone and free strong wifi is available. The food was delicious! Nothing burnt or undercooked. It is pricy, but worth it. They also have recyclable and regular garbage trash cans where you wave your hand in front of it so you don't have to touch the dirty entrance of the trash bin. I will be coming back!

Love how there's a Chik-fil-A near my work! Sometimes there is a long line but it does go by pretty quickly. The perks of fast food!! Also what I love about Chik-fil-A is that their chicken tastes pretty fresh and crunchy too. Love their fries as well. If you want a great fast-casual quality chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!

Very nice staff here (Saturday, 9/24 at 1:50pm). This place is very efficient and remains very friendly, with great food. Pro tip: if you're taking Amtrak, this is a good place to stop and get some food for your trip (particularly if you're taking an Amtrak sleeping car).

I never thought I would find a chick-fil-a this bad but this is it. I just happened to be staying in NYC at a hotel a half a block away from this location and I stopped in here for some food for my daughter. I knew this would be a busy location so I used their app for a mobile order. When I arrived at the store I checked in on their kiosk and waited about ten minutes for my order. The wait didn't bother me but the guy didn't bring me my lemonade. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get my drink and it was the wrong drink. The young lady (Fatima) that I asked for my drink asked to see my receipt which I didn't have because it was a mobile order. Then I asked her for an actual large fry because mine was half full. The young lady had to get a manager to handle this difficult request. The Manager, Ericka came over and I handed her my large fry container but she didn't take it. She chose to grab my bag off of the counter and look inside. I asked her what she was looking for. She ignored me and took my container and put 3 or 4 more fries in it. When she returned I told her that I thought it was rude to check my bag for extra fries that may have fallen out. My entire experience at this location was poor. One of the main attractions of this company is the polite courtesy that the staff extend to their customers. This staff needs retraining and they can start with the Manager.

This is the first Chick-fil-A location to open up in NYC and more of them started to pop up throughout the city as the years went by. It's your standard chicken fast food chain, specializing in chicken sandwiches. I usually go for the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich with some Waffle Fries. The staff members for the most part are pretty good. There is a pretty nice seating area on the second floor, but is usually super packed with customers.

I was really looking forward to getting some Chick-fil-A fix but this place was such a let down. Came here on a rainy Friday evening after watching the movies. The walk from AMC 34th Street to here wasn't that bad imo, took about 15 minutes! There were about three people ahead of me on line but it went quick. I ordered the chick fil a chicken sandwich and medium waffle fries with of course chick fil a dipping sauce. I got my order right away with zero wait time, as did my friend who ordered the same thing with me. Except she got lettuce and tomatoes on her sandwich. I didn't know it didn't come with those toppings and I had no idea that I had to ask for it. So slightly disappointed that my server didn't even bother asking me. My other friend, who ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries had to wait a bit longer. She told them the food was to go yet they packed it in a paper bag when it was raining outside. So she asked for a separate plastic bag after reminding them about the rain situation and they gave her the clear kind that was for drinks. She couldn't even fit her items in that drink bag.. We ate upstairs and to my disappointment, the fries were cold and the sandwich was lukewarm. Even though I didn't have to wait for the food, I wouldn't have minded waiting if it meant hot food. The fries were still good regardless, all thanks to the chick fil a sauce. However, the sandwich tasted a bit sad even with the sauce. I didn't enjoy it at all. My friend who got the toppings with her sandwich said hers would've tasted better without the tomato and lettuce because they were very liquid-y. Probably something that the workers cant control but it's safe to say that we've had better at other locations.

Oh Chick-Fil-A!! How I adore a delicious spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I didn't think anything this simple would be so tasty and yummy. Full with flavor in each tiny sandwich bite... I can't help how amazing this is. Must get the spicy chicken sandwich their bbq sauce for their waffle fries. Delicious and satisfying... I'm always happy when I leave this place.

What are the lines for here? The 3oz chicken filet on a soggy bun with 3 pickles? Why are you waiting in line for this? Just bad at any price. Great commercials and so happy for the people they help but hopefully they aren't feeding them. 5 stars for marketing !!!!!

The food is great no problem there but if you order the food or delivery or if you go and pick it up they short you soooooooooo bad on the fries! I got a medium fries one day and it looked small so I get a large to think maybe to get more I have to go big. That is NOT THE CASE they still gave me a small fries like not even a medium. I paid 18$ for my food large and everything to make sure I got the fries I paid for and I didn't! Y'all either need to let go of some people or portion training cause something is BIG WRONG!

If it wasn't for the nice people, this would be a 1 out of 5. I haven't had Chick-Fil-A for about 8 years and I thought, it's time to give it another go. I remember feeling like it was over-hyped the first time I had it. After watching the Review of the Week, on YouTube, I wanted to give it another shot. In short, the chicken sandwich meal was about $12, which I think its totally bananas. The chicken sandwich itself looked like it was haphazardly put together and tasted fairly bland. If it wasn't for the fact that I got the spicy version, I think I would have been even more disappointed. The waffle fries tasted mushy, like they had been microwaved, and the drink is just a drink. Nothing really to say about that. Honestly, I guess I was expecting ANYTHING better than your average Wendy's, but what I got was not only not on par with Wendy's, but actually worse. Wendy's will give you a tastier chicken sandwich for half the price. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Atmosphere - casual, less busier than the chick-fil-a near Rockefeller. The seating area is much larger as well. Pricing - $$ The customer service was okay, but being from the south where ChickFilA all began made me realize the difference in the culture. However, the staff was indeed friendly besides the gentlemen who was cleaning the upstairs seating area. They did manage to place the wrong cheese on my spicy chicken sandwich [pepperjack would have been more correct] so I was disappointed in that, because ChickFilA is perfect.

I came here for dinner after work since I was in the area. I haven't been here since it opened years ago. I'm not a big fan of fast food places but I was always a fan of Chick-fil-A since I used to go to Atlanta a lot. There's no more long lines here and they have an app where you don't have to wait anyways. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal which comes with potato waffle fries and a drink. They have a good selection of sauces. I prefer the garden herb ranch sauce, sweet and spicy sriracha sauce, or the polynesian sauce the most out of all the sauces. Make sure to get sauces from the cashier after you order. The spicy chicken sandwich had a good kick to it. It was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The waffle fries are large and crispy. I would come back if I'm ever in the area.

Southwest Salad with fried chicken and avocado dressing is a must, hard not to like chick Fila. Not the best in terms of food at this location but decent, standard taste. I wish lines were shorter and customer service was better.

First visit! Tried the deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a drink. I like that the line moved very quickly and efficiently, they really get you in and out. The sandwich was good- fries could have been crispier though. The space upstairs although crowded is very well kept and very clean. People are constantly cleaning tables and taking out trash. The young girl behind counter also gave me a bunch of sauces to try- the chick fil a sauce was great and so was the honey mustard. Not sure how I feel about Polynesian yet- it's like a sweet and sour but more so just very sweet. Highly recommend this location but not sure it's THE BEST chicken I've ever had? Sorry kids.

Honestly, this place gets 5 stars for giving out breath mints and Purel wipes for your hands. Talk about top notch fast food service. Of course the food was amazing, but that customer service is unmatched.

Great customer service. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I order the chicken sandwich deluxe with fries and coke. Coke taste a bit diluted but the food was good and fresh.

I pity the New Yorkers who don't understand what Chick-fil-A is. There are a few locations in Manhattan, from what I could find on the Chick-fil-A mobile app and on Yelp. We attempted to order from the app to ensure that we got our breakfast order in time, as our train was delayed. We got there at 10:31am (breakfast usually closes at 10:30) and tried to check in on the mobile kiosks. Both of our orders failed to pull up so we went up to the counter to ask. However, the workers were unwilling to cave in and told us nicely and rudely at the same time that they were no longer serving breakfast and that chicken mini's were no longer available (we found that later to be a lie, as the children next to us got the wrong order of Chick-fil-A biscuits and asked it to be replaced with chicken minis, where the Chick-fil-A worker gladly obliged them). The chicken biscuit was good, but a little heavy, as usual. The coffee I ordered was surprisingly tasty, since I have had bad experiences with Chick-fil-A coffee in the past. It's nothing to rave about, but it's definitely one of the better fast food establishment coffees. Food here is good, as it IS Chick-fil-A, but the service leaves something to be desired.

It was 330pm, and I was starving. Instead of walking to koreatown, I chose to have a quick lunch at Chick-fil-A. The line moved rather quickly. I ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich entrée, and it was ready within 5 minutes. I then proceeded to the second floor to eat. Instead of walking upstairs, I took an elevator, and I'm not sure why. There's a foul smell in that elevator. Thank god I could hold my breath for 15 seconds. Their elevator needs immediate attention cuz it smells even worse than any subway elevators!

After having drinks in the area this place came to the rescue! Line seemed long but moved rather quickly I went with an order of fried chicken nuggets had it with the Polynesian sauce delicious such great tasting sauce. My only complain chicken nuggets at this this location were pretty small in comparison to others. My friend had the Chicken sandwich very good & so are the fries make it a combo with a drink & u are good to go. U place your order down below & then make your way up for some seating , decent size place. Cheap enough prices & quick service great for a quick bite.

I'm a little disappointed. For all rave reviews about Southern hospitality, super efficiency and a great chicken sandwich, the only thing that was true was that the line was fast. We went on a Saturday afternoon, around 2pm. 3-4 people were ahead of us, so the line was very fast. Good job Chick-Fil-A! I read that if I downloaded the app, I get a free sandwich. But when I went to pay, there was no free sandwich. The app didn't work and the cashier didn't try to resolve the matter. She was more interested in flirting with the male customer next to me than ordering my food. Ugh. Ok, fine. We ordered a chicken sandwich meal (with waffle fries and a drink), chicken sandwich and strawberry shake (Total ~ $18). Hunger is the best spice. K, me and a friend were starving, so this chicken sandwich should have been amazing! I definitely wolfed it down but it was ok. The fried coating was soggy but the chicken breast was very juicy. The waffle fries were premade and soggy. The strawberry shake tasted like Wendy's. Passable. I was a little regretful. For two dollars more, I could have gotten a super crispy juicy fried chicken sandwich at Shake Shack's. I might take a gamble and come back to Chick-Fil-A to order their spicy chicken sandwich. Or maybe I'll go down the street to Shake Shack where I know I'll get a solid chicken sandwich.

The wrap around the block lines are long gone here. All that exists here is STILL, in my opinion, the best fast food (non-fried) chicken in the country! The food here is consistent with every other Chick-fil-A I have ever been to across the good ol' USA .. and I've been to a few nationwide. I had a chance to try the chicken sandwich, nuggets and strawberry shake at this location and had no complaints about the quality of the food. In general, the chicken sandwiches and nuggets here are second to no other fast food chain so it really goes without saying --- GET either a chicken sandwich or the nuggets! A few side notes just for this location --- We found our cashier (Miguel) to be very friendly. He was courteous and, when he rung up the wrong item, apologized for it and just re-did it. Also, we came here on a Friday evening at around 6:30pm and the upstairs seating area was full to capacity! We waited a few minutes for a table to open up so beware of that situation when dining in. It would be nice if their seating area was a bit bigger, but with a lack of real estate in NYC, are we surprised? Bottom line: One of the top 3 fast food chains in the country (in terms of food quality)!

Came back to try chicken fast food. The chicken sandwich has some spicy flavour on it. The classic style was smooth. Nuggets were soft and smooth. All taste good. Would come here often to try this fast food place. Better than other stores

Relatively efficient (though their menu slots for the line were completely empty, not sure why they bothered if they don't restock). The garbage machine was automatic door, but didn't open downstairs - they were figuring out how to fix it after we left. Up the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor with seating. A little narrow, but this is fast food, not comfort zone. The chicken strips weren't crisp, but a little bit odd on how they were more in smaller, shredded pieces (much smaller than other times I've gotten them) this time around. Clean seats, though, and quick snack.

Wash down your chicken sandwich with some chicken bites and you will have a complete lunch. The sauce is bomb.

They take forever and serve people that get there after you, also ordered a sand which got it back to my hotel and it was wrong so I called and they told me id have to bring the sand which back to get my money back, horrible customer service wouldn't recommend
