Hectic experience very high speed extremely fast pace yet the crew kept up I was impressed. let's tip them well if we can. Owners, I strongly recommend you increase their wages. They represented the brand well.

I HATE this Chick-fil-A with a passion but it’s the only one that delivers to me. Every time I order from them, they fill the fries up halfway and then stuff the bag of sauces in the fry box. They’re screwing over customers with every single order and it’s pathetic. They should have their franchise agreement terminated.

This store sucks at delivery. I ordered a large fry and they fill it to the capacity of a small. Has my bag of sauces sitting on top of the fry filling the space that should have been for fries. Completely wasting my money and the workers completely neglect the concept of sizes. If you’re going to give a small, you need to keep all sizes at the some price. I’m going to continuously get a refund. It’s simple to fill the fries to the top. I order here and they do this EVERYTIME.

Every menu were quickly served. I loved Chick-fil-A sauce. Atmosphere was better at 6th.

They always have my breakfast ready. They look at me like I’m crazy, but I’m a big boy and I like to eat.

If you have any food allergies or restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend you order from this location. To make a long story short, I ordered a Egg white grill fillet. Someone took it open themselves to make it a bacon, 😒No chicken, egg white and cheese biscuit. I’m muslim, I don’t eat pork. There’s a reason I asked for chicken. Manager on shift gave me coupons for that location, instead of just issuing a refund. That’s problematic because I had no intention or desire to come back to that location. I notified Chick-fil-A CARES of the situation, and was told they would notify the owner, BRANDON HURST, of the situation. He has yet to contact me. He definitely didn’t make this right and it’s not okay, especially judging the seriousness of the situation. IF YOU HAVE LIFE THREATENING FOOD ALLERGIES, DO NOT EAT HERE.😒

Just beware that if you order the fries, they will stuff a bag of sauce in the fry box and only half the box has fries. It’s really unfair.

The front of the store is overrun by food delivery service bikers. The pickup area is separated for the delivery area, but sometimes the bikers take over the dining tables. The people at the counter are wonderful as usual. The food is fresh. The fresh drinks are loaded down with sugar, so ask for half a cup of water before adding the juice mixture. The store is clean and no one is distracted by their mobile devices. You won't be disappointed but let the staff know if you want to dine in rather than takeout. You know to clear the table of delivery service people. Eat up!

I've been meaning to review this Chick-fil-A, and it just hit me that this was actually my first introduction to the franchise when it was expanding into Brooklyn about 10 years ago. This location perfectly captures why I like Chick-fil-A and why it's one of my favorite chicken joints, especially among national chains. Back in 2015, I didn't go to Manhattan often since I wasn't working or had any reason to be there. But by 2018, I started frequenting--or at least becoming aware of--this location near the Barclays Center, and I've never had any issues. This Chick-fil-A does an excellent job of managing crowds while maintaining quality food. I've never experienced a mishap with my order, and I appreciate the staff's efficiency. This was one of the first locations I noticed using the tablet ordering system, which helps avoid the usual bottleneck at the counter from indecisive customers. The team is always eager to take your order, and they were ahead of the curve when it came to mobile ordering, which can sometimes be a hassle at other places. In terms of atmosphere, this spot gets a lively crowd, often from people coming from Nets games or events in downtown Brooklyn, Flatbush Ave. Whether you're grabbing a bite after the game or, let's be honest, sneaking food in, this Chick-fil-A is one of the best you'll find in the area.

I order from this location often, directly through the chick fil an app. Every single time my order is wrong or missing something. I placed an ordered this weekend and sent my husband to pick it up. We were missing a salad, a milkshake, and an order of fries. I called the location over and over again that evening and the next morning to try and speak to a manager for at least a credit on the missing items and was not able to get through. I left a message on the machine and I have still not heard back from anyone. We live about 30 minutes away from this location so it's not easy for us to drive back when something is wrong. Unfortunately it is the closest one to us. They could honestly do so much better than they are. It's really disappointing. We love Chick-fil-A but we won't be able to keep coming here if I am literally throwing my money away. It's not cheap for a family of 4 and when someone's full meal is missing and you can't even get a hold of anyone to get a replacement or a credit back.. what's the point in even trying to go here.

This Chick-Fil-A is actually on Atlantic avenue can't find the location here. Usually I get my food from Jersey or upstate even though I live in New York the quality in fast food is better. Anyways, decided to give this one a try and everything was good. Service was quick and fast and the restaurant was CLEAN. I really think "great" fast food depends on the people you hire. Tip- when ordering the salad get the avocado lime dressing with the Polynesia sauce. Mix that together and boom a masterpiece.

I was greeted immediately by a worker with an ipad the moment I entered and my order was taken right away. The cashier was friendly and I was able to get as many sauces as I wanted. The space inside was clean and food arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend this location for takeout. The chicken was crispy, fresh and perfect. Definitely superior food and service compared to the herald square location.

The food is amazing so very cooked and crisp which I love. The service is nice they give you options and they explain everything that's on the menu and I love that , lastly the ambiance is nice it's like you can smell the food cooking well and I love how the have some nice flowers and good chairs and tables experience in total was a 9/10.

We went here after a weekday afternoon show at Barclays Center. It's right outside Barclays next to Shake Shack. There was a long line all the way from counter to the door, which may due to the show finishing. No menu available at door. No QR coded menu. I'm not a regular and really don't know what to order. Two staffs were working the line with an ipad to preorder for you while you still standing in line. That helped the line to move fast. Once you reach the cashier, they retrieve your order from the computer, you pay and your order was almost ready and handed to you. Seating spaces was limited. I didn't see any cleaning staff wiping tables. Basically do it yourself. Before I left, I did see a staff sweeping the f I'm happy with the kids meal. $7 something include chicken nuggets or strips, icecream, fries and chocolate milk and a book ( toy). Extra 70 cents if you want Mac and cheese to replace fries. Waffles fries was good. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for myself, also $7 something each. The chicken was thin and dry. Little disappointed.

This was a Uber Eats Order .. it was my 1st time having chick-fil-a Was talking to my brother in the morning and he told me he ordered from there and i was like ehhh really he was like you don't know what you missing I was like I've never had it he was like you need to order it so i was like ok I'm gonna order it for breakfast and i DID.. so i did a blind tasting on TikTok to see the full video go to my TikTok @Ms.teller i attached some stills of it lol I wish i could add my video but i can do just go over to TikTok and check out my other video restaurant reviews ... So I'm giving chick-fil-a a 5/5 their breakfast is so yummy

Overall rating: 3/5 Food: I was craving for a chicken sandwich from Chick- fil- A, but it was nothing too crazy! I think I've had it three times in my life and I never realized it was pretty plain. Thankfully I asked for their sauce -- I just want to say, everyone was right about the sauce, it is heavenly!!! By the time I ate it, it was already soggy ish so it was unfortunate. Ambience: It was super spacious there! It seemed brand new. It was a typical fast food restaurant set- up, but we get a cleanliness vibe upon walking in. Price: It was ~$6 for the sandwich. Everything is so expensive these days :( Service: It was quick and easy! Someone took our orders while we were ordering on line and once we got to the cash register, we were able to pay.

This was my first time ever at Chick-fil-A, and it surely didn't disappoint. It was a little after 11PM, a friend and I wanted a quick item or two from Shack Shack, but they were closed; so we decided to venture here. I don't eat chicken, so I only had the waffle fries which I thought were excellent. My friend got a kids meal for her daughter. We all were extremely satisfied--I've heard so many good things about their lemonade, but I forget to order it...maybe next time!

THIS PLACE IS GROSS, OVERRATED, OVERPRICED! First, you have to get past the THREE DOZEN scooter delivery guys that use this location as a waiting area and park out front on the sidewalk blocking the street and narrow entrance. Then, there's a ridiculously long line that averages 15-20 minutes. There's a "pre-order" employee that services the line but it doesn't seem to help much because once you reach checkout it's a whole new level of chaos from orders that weren't entered properly, to items missing from your order, to people that didn't get their orders processed at all! I kept it simple by only ordered one thing - Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. No meal. Just the sandwich. It wasn't ready when I reached checkout and the floor manager was scrambling to get food out. Honestly... they literally only serve ONE THING... CHICKEN SANDWICHES! You'd think the kitchen would have a constant stream of them going at all times. It's not like any of them would go to waste?! I was a fry girl for the Golden Arches as a teen and you best believe no one ever waited! Constant vigilance was on the line and order screens to keep pace. This was back when minimum wage was $5 / hour! But I digress... I stunned when it rang up at $10! I thought perhaps they charged me for a meal by mistake??? Nope. It's $9 +tax. Too late to back out. Already waited 15 minutes online. Maybe the hype is real and IT IS THAT GOOD???? Read on... My sandwich was to-go, arrived by the time I finished paying and was steaming hot. Awesome! I get home, giddy at the prospect of chomping down on it since the commercials for the Pimento sandwich looked so abundant and yummy. In reality...Yeh... NOT EVEN CLOSE! It was a PAPER THIN schnitzel-like fried patty with a quarter sized amount of pimento spread and 3 sad jalapeños. While it tasted fine (no stomach ache or diarrhea) I expected more for $10 !!! ABSOLUTE TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING OR CHEAP ASS LAZY KITCHEN STAFF. either way... NEVER AGAIN!

Chik-Fil A food always gonna buss but the customer service is straight garbage,they dont know how to serve customers or do things the right way so that people can get their order in a timely manner. They pick and choose when they wanna use the pick up area without notifying customers and waste your God damn time.

There's nothing negative to say about this heaven on Earth establishment! The customer service here is exceptional in terms of speedines, accuracy of your order, and overall kindness. Yes this place is pricey, however, it is well worth it as far as the quality of your meal is concerned. There are open during the COVID crisis for takeout, however, UBER eats is not an option unfortunately. Glass protection/barriers has been installed between the customer and cashier. This location is conviently located across the street from The Barclay's Center ehich allows you to grab some grub before or after a social event.

First time having their sandwich, Went there many times but the line were to long, so I would normally go to Popeyes. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe, I was actually surprised for how good this actually tasted. The fries was a bit under cooked, but with the crack sauce it was bomb. The sauce that came with the sandwich is like crack, you would just keep going back for more. Thanks for the Coronavirus I was able to get in and out in under 5 mins. Won't be long again before I go back.

Chic fil a food is just heavenly for fast food! Us Brooklyn people were going crazy when they opened! Seating is limited sadly. But service is great and they have a good system for ordering despite It being so crowded. There's always a biker gang of Uber eat drivers outside LOL. I love the vibe of chic fil a over places like Popeyes or McDonald's. Prefer this one over the 21st and 6th location

I came here a day after they had their grand opening. I've been back a couple of times after this as well. The service is too notch as this location. The lines are long but it moves quickly I would say no more than 10 minutes from the door to the register. They have employees there to take your order while you're on line and then you give your name at the register and pay and receive your meal. I've dined in as well and it was fine fast food restaurant dining as far as the service goes. I don't know how long they will keep this up. Since this is extremely exceptional servicefor Chick-fil-A. I'm a long time customer and never got treated like this. I'm a long time customer and typically they might come around if they have enough staff and take care off your needs especially if you have kids with you, but it's not standard. This time they asked me how the food was, if I needed any more sauces, napkins, refills, the works! I'm going to end this with some highlights for the busy NYer: -Exceptional service -Long but fast moving lines -Consistent great tasting food -No inside playcape for kids -No drive thru or parking -Great location right across from Barclay's!

Ordered for pickup across from the mall. I literally crossed the street and followed the order instructions to indicate when I got here. 6-13min eat wait. I get the pop up that the order is ready yet, I'm still waiting and it's close to 25mins. The pick up staff are doing their best at this busy location but how is this fast food?! I could've walked in and ordered faster.

Newly opened Chick-fil-A right by Barclay center! Fast food fried chicken and comfort food cravings can be satisfied at this corner because it neighbors a shake shack (although i find chick-fil-A to be much more satisfying) Overall the service is par. They have a separate door and line for pick up orders and walk in guests. The place is very clean, and a kit of standing room but seats are limited. For breakfast I had their biscuit sandwich which was amazing. The biscuit was warm soft and flakey. The hashbrown is also a perfect crispy. For lunch i had a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich couldve been far spicier. It doesn't even compare to the MCD spice level. Also inquire about their many sauces. I was a huge fan of the Polynesian sauce and their original chick-fil-A sauce

Okay so.. I love me some Chick-fil-A. Every chick I've been to has been tremendous... except this one. Now , I'm not saying that the food is bad because it isn't .. but it is definitely not as good. Service is a bit slow, but I can't blame them for that cause they are super packed all the time . My normal order is 12pc nuggets with med fries and a lemonade. (I don't eat Chick-fil-A but like 5 times a year so no hate ) Today I decided to treat myself, and got that order. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I've been to this location and the nuggets have been really really bad . They have weird crunchy pieces almost like cartilage and they are stringy. The breading is a bit moist so that's frustrating . Fries and lemonade are great , as per usual. I just think the nuggets being that consistency is odd. Anyways , store was relatively clean . People were not personable , very little said . They looked unhappy , but so did I so

So I love Chick-fil-A, I mean love it! I have been eating Chick-fil-A since they were passing out free nuggets at the Richland Mall.... Yes that old I'm going to start with the staff, this is the only reason y'all are getting a star cause you have the training and customer service down. To a point, so I won't fault ya. This spot being the sole location in Brooklyn is always crowded. The location doesn't make parking to retrieve your order very easy being on Flatbush Ave across from Barclay Center. We have used the mobile app with excellent success and minimizing waiting times. Consider using it when placing your order. Now the food has always been consistently delicious and hot and we order the classics. Chicken sandwich, spicy chicken, waffle fries and Mac and cheese. Never once had a complaint about food really only the congestion surrounding the restaurant.

You're not supposed to go to Chick-fil-A immediately after a yoga class. But there I was at 9:30pm ordering nuggets and diet Dr Pepper. It was a big deal when CFA opened across from Barclays. It's located right next to Shake Shack on super busy Fulton. The space is massive, and I'm sure it gets pretty packed on game nights at Barclays. The customer service was really great while ordering. My order came out super quickly. Nothing was missing. All around a positive experience!

The salt that is being added to the chicken is ridiculous. Here I am thinking they made a mistake with adding salt but why so much went back again same situation

I know, I know. I shouldn't be supporting Chick-fil-A. But I had a $10 meal credit to use, and struck out so many times trying to get the Popeyes sandwich. I've only ever been to one other Chick-fil-A, but it's not exaggeration to say this new one is the worst one ever. Mobile order pickup is a shitshow, especially with the Doordash guys crowding the pickup counter trying to get people's attention. There's a kiosk at the front that you can use to tell them you're there, but it's only if you use the app. So me and a few other non-delivery people were waiting a long ass time for our orders. All the while, the people behind the register are just yelling out customer names at the top of their lungs. And for some reason, a manager(?) decided rush hour was the best time to train/admonish some of the staff. The place is also full of high school kids. That said, the food is also trash. Not at all the great chicken sandwich I remember. And the waffle fries were soggy and not crisp at all. And they didn't honor my request for extra sauce that I wrote in on the pickup notes. Of course, if you go up to the counter and ask, they'll give you all the sauces in the world free of charge, but they had taped up my bag and I was just trying to get the hell out of there. Basically, go get the ChickenShack next door instead. And also dock CFA a star for their political views.

Today I visited the Flatbush location and was very overwhelmed regarding this store. I'm a paying customer and while eating my food I have to watch the delivery personnel on scooter charge there phone at the entrance door and blocking paying customers!!! Also delivery guys sitting in the resturant hustling for delivers!!! I was so shocked!!! I've visited many of your stores in different states and never experienced this. It appears this Flatbush location quality has deteriorated to nothing but a hangout resturant overruled by these delivery personnel. And not the friendly and family franchise resturant!!!!! Also, one of the workers in a blue sweater appears very coexisting with all what I observed. Today visit was so concerning I didnot even fish my food!!! I took it home!!!!

I'm one of those people who was not big on the chicken sandwich hype going on with the different fast food chains but I really wanted to see what the big deal was. I have been contemplating on whether the wait on a long line was really worth it. I went with a friend who was very inpatient and didn't think it was worth it to stand on a long line to wait for a sandwich. After a long 15 minute wait I finally got to the counter to order a spicy chicken sandwich and a small strawberry milkshake . My plan was to take it home but I was to anxious to taste and see what it was like much to my disappointment I didn't like the sandwich, the bun was very greasy and the chicken salty although crunch but I couldn't finish it. The only good thing was the milkshake it was thick and very creamy I enjoyed everything about, but the sandwich was a big flop for me. I might come back another time to see if things have changed .

You don't have to ask me twice who would win the chicken sandwich contest...Chik-Fil-A will always win in my book. Political opinions aside, the food is just too good to resist. It was actually my first job working at a Chick-fil-a and I'll always feel some sort of way towards it. I mean have you tried their waffle fries?! I was so excited to hear one was coming to Brooklyn and close to where I live! Ugh so hard to resist. Whenever I go home to the south it's always a place I go because I know the service and food are so good. This place does a pretty good job of keeping up. I will say I've gone a couple times now and the line is always out the door, which isn't a bad thing but be prepared to wait. They're pretty good at taking your order in line and moving the orders through so by the time you get to the front your food is pretty much ready. I will say it'd be nicer if there was more seating, instead of standing spots. I guess this is the NY lay out for Chik-Fil-As since the ones in the city are the same. So be prepared to take to-go because seats are never open. The staff for the most part have always been super fast and friendly but it's what you can expect from primarily high school aged employees. I love getting a #7 grilled chicken sandwich w/ bacon, lettuce, cheese and tomato that comes with fries and a coke. Can't go wrong there or go for the classic chicken sandwich. Even the salads are good. If you've been curious, it's something you definitely should try!

I will never visit this chick fil a again. This is just like any other McDonald's in Brooklyn. Horrible! Horrible service, horrible staff! It's super unorganized to be next to a sports stadium. The cashiers and the people taking your order do not communicate correctly ( how if they take orders on the iPad), they overcharge you. They're so busy trying to get people off the line, they don't check to make sure they have the right order down. The chick fil a in manhattan are so much better. The service that you'd expect from chick fil a is what you come for, outside of the food being okay. If i wanted shitty service (excuse my language lol) i would have went to McDonald's! This is the second time i had an issue at this location, and 3rd time for all chick fil a I've visited. First and second time was my fault. I will be sure NEVER to visit this location again. Do not work in customer service if you don't like people!!! ‍

The chicken is not consumable. I ordered chicken deluxe sandwich meal and chicken salad. Could not eat either. The chicken is fried in stale oil and very salty. Order at your own discretion.

So I wanted to see what the rave was about at Chick-fil-A since I happen to be in the area. Tried online ordering through my app I just downloaded and that was an absolute fail. No worries. I kindly went inside and I was greeted at the door. (True Story) then escorted to the manager. Ok I went into the wrong entrance and the wrong ramp. However, all staff were still kind and friendly, including the manager. sorry forgot his name but he was absolutely friendly and he still honored my online order with accommodations. I was even able to get my rewards brownie. Yes it was yummy and delicious. The chicken and fries at Chick Fil A speak themselves hence they are always packed no matter the location. But good customer service is hard to come by in Brooklyn, New York sometimes on a Saturday during this pandemic . So that was well appreciated. Always go for the Chick Fil A sauce followed by Polynesian, my personal pick. For Drink half Lemonade and unsweetened tea. Choices that make me just smile. No drive thru here.

Excellent fast food with a smile. Servers were very friendly and respectful. Service is slow but that's because they were so busy.

Had chick fil a for dinner last night. There was a time when we looked forward to eating this on vacation out of NY. I Love that we no longer have to travel outside of Brooklyn to get this deelish sandwich! Fav fast food chicken sandwich ever. Easy dinner decision. Purchased online then picked up because this location has heavy traffic and is not parking friendly. Lots of good hype over this chicken and it's all true. I tried to make the online dupe versions but haven't been successful.

This place is always packed which means food is always fresh. The salads are always crispy and very fresh. I also like the staff. They are friendly and professional. My orders are correct and timely.

The workers here deserve a pay raise. This is the heart of Brooklyn during a pandemic. Everyone greets you like an actual human being and the level of respect is shared throughout. All Covid protocols are in effect and followed, no Karens in this side of the country. The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing, all the rants about it are too real. Got it to go because of dining restrictions, my cat tried to eat it but that's a no-no. The war with Popeyes is a coin toss, love this spot tho.

I'm sorry Chick-fil-A Flatbush/Atlantic, but I found a piece of plastic from my daughter's sandwich. I hope you would do better than this. I came far from home and got so upset about this. My daughter couldn't have her lunch.

yall need to pay attention when bagging peoples order I spent over 20 dollars on ubereats with tip for the chicken deluxe meal, and I didn't get ANY of the sauce I requested and my sandwich only came with the chicken and one pickle on the bun. No lettuce AND no tomato. like be fucking for real! If yall cant handle deliveries don't do them, because you're playing with peoples money and appetite! the portions at chick fil a are WAY too small for yall to even be getting orders wrong and to be missing items! wake up!

The first time I tried Chick-fil-A was many years ago in Virginia and fell in love the first bite. So you could imagine my excitement when I learned that Brooklyn was opening it's very own. The location is convenient as it's located near Atlantic Ave train station. I don't really have anything negative to say about this location besides the crowds of middle and high schoolers that swarm this location. If you overlook that, this location is pretty decent. The staff is friendly and the food is what you would expect from any other location.

I am not sure if this is the everyday operations for this location, being across from the Barclay's Center, but it is a bit hectic. There is no parking and the risk you take parking out front come with its own set of issues. The process of picking up orders from the app are very different, its the same as walking in: go check-in and wait outside between 15-25 minutes. Everyone is spread out as best as they can outside telling the workers your name. Then eventually you are called and they hand you food at the exit. The taste is good as any other location but I was not comfortable with the crowded waiting. Maybe there should be a better process/waiting area for the app orders.

I ordered on the mobile app, which I have done many times. The chicken wrap came with something extra--a long hair! Someone must not have covered their weave! Called to complain and they wanted to send more food. As if anyone would want to eat from there again!!! I asked for them to give me a refund and I was told to email the manager. I have emailed and called back and no one responds. Horrible customer service and a dirty food.

So this is my first time having Chick-fil-A (well technically my second, but I don't remember if I liked it or not the first time). I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich and 8-piece nuggets... they messed up my order. Instead of nuggets, I received waffle fries... I went back to the counter and informed the cashier, who quickly corrected it. When I got back to work and opened my Spicy Chicken sandwich, there were no pickles. I was super disappointed b/c I love pickles... but the nuggets made up for it. They were the BEST chicken nuggets I've ever gotten from a fast food restaurant! I would definitely go back to this location during the week... the line moves super quickly. I would probably avoid it on the weekend though, it gets super crowded!

My app got hacked. $99 stolen from this location. Chic fil a corporate refuses to refund my money. Please advise your corporate office to look into Chick-fil-A CARES CARE0113912 and get this resolved. They stopped responding to emails and the fraud department gave me the run around. Make this right

AMAZING!!! My first time having chick-fil-a and let me tell you I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich, the chicken tenders were SO juicy and flavorful. The chicken sandwich was also great! The chicken is so tender and juicy. The bun was nice and light (not heavy) The chick-fil-a sauce is OH MY GOD! I could drink it if I could. Lol what I like about it, it don't taste like any fast food joint. It's actually good.

Being across the street from Brooklyn's arena, this place attracts quite a lot of people in the neighborhood/tourists and it is extremely difficult to find somewhere to sit most times. You may have to opt to order take out rather than dining in. The food is good and I enjoy it. Restrooms are very soiled, unfortunately.
