Chick-fil-A

Yet another burger fast food chain in my son's list of places to eat in the recent US trip. We ordered the spicy chicken burger. Came out quick and the burger portion size was small, was tasty and good to eat, better than In-an-Out burger but other chains like Dave's hot chicken and Popeyes were better (granted their price was higher as well).

Really cool and unique Chick-fil-A on the strip is Las Vegas! Pro tip, download the app and order in advance! Makes for a super easy process to get your food and make it a little more convenient than waiting in the normal queue. The team was super friendly and I would absolutely go back!

Right on the strip! Take and go. No place to sit. Street performers were in front so it was very loud. The food was good and pretty quick. Closed on Sunday, even this one on the strip!

Hands down the Cheapest and Best tasting food on the entire Las Vegas strip. This place feels so affordable and cheap and yet it is so good.

Underwhelmed, be prepared to wait as it gets really busy. Was quite excited to try as we see it non stop on insta reels/TT. Food was decent but not WOW, also don't love that there very little to no outdoor seats. I get it might just to avoid loitering.

This is a walk-up only location where service is provided through several windows. The menu is limited as it is a small stand compared to full restaurants. There is a small seating area between where the line is and the window, but I could see it filling up quickly during the busier parts of the year.

Love chick fil a but this one isn't very proficient like the ones I usually go to Ordered no tomatoes and no lettuce but it has everything on it and asked for chick fil a sauce and they didn't give me any sauce. Went back but took another five minutes to get my order correct

This is not a real Chick-fil-A! They only have about five items on the menu and they're all fried. No tables or chairs. It's only stuff to go and junk food version. Was really hoping for the kale crunch salad but people go to Vegas to pretend like there's no tomorrow.

Cedric was amazing at service and provide they utmost quality of character he delivered on the vibes and positivity, as a former chick fil a employ her he empowered the sporty of what it means to be a manager, and exceeded in speediness and courtesy. 5 stars for him alone

Flavorful plain chicken sandwich! Fries were crispy and warm. Drink I got was the berry tea lemonade. Service was pretty quick for a busy place. Did a mobile order and got my food in a timely manner. This place is usually always busy. So be prepared to wait in line. It is outside of planet Hollywood miracle mile mall. If you haven't had a chick fil a sandwich. Give it try!

They get my order wrong every single time. Not sometimes, every single time. I'm very kind to any staff anywhere but they seem to almost purposely get my order wrong. I won't eat here again even if it was free. F Chik fila. BUMS

Popped into Chick-fil-A for soft drinks. A large coke and a cup of water. It took 20 minutes!!! Not my far chick-fil-a but it will die if you are hungry!

Boooo. Walked here and waited in line only to find out that this is probably the only Chick Fil A location to exist that doesn't serve diet lemonade. Bummer. I ended up getting a regular lemonade instead and the Large drink I ordered ended up being the equivalent to a small/medium at a normal Chick Fil A. Not a fan.

One person taking order! Food cold fries cold bun stale. No mayo mustard on stale bun. Wilted old lettuce. UPDATE: stomach ache indigestion burping that nasty taste, stomach distress sitting on the toilet. look at your reviews, Chick-fil-A. I guess you won't be in business much longer continuing with this nonsense. I will never ever ever go there again.

Never had this happen before, Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Location here, our whole family just got food poisoning! Daughter is throwing up, I ended up going to the ER, still suffering days later.

United States military member that had nothing to drink, been over to tie his shoe and stumbled, was denied entry and denied food to the club next to it, as an Atlanta, native an absolute huge disappointment. Absolutely disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand.!

Yoshi was great, he greeted us with the most amazing smile Food was really and Yoshi recommended additional drinks that were really tasty!

Ok. First of all, food is good, it's chick-fil-a. Second, shout-out to the whole Chick-fil-A staff for everything they do. They really put up with a lot and they are doing everything right. Curtis and Chelsea went above and beyond to make our experience the best. Thank you again!

Their chicken is the best I'd give them 5 stars but they're closed on Sundays and for some reason I always tend to want it on Sunday not even knowing it's a Sunday then finding out it's Sunday because I pull up and they're closed. photos taken on a non Sunday

I get the fact that it's a walk up window on the strip, I also get the fact that it has a Chick-fil-A sign over the window. Somehow the two definitely do not go hand-in-hand. The french fries were cold and rubbery, and the sandwich had barely any warmth to it. The sauces we ordered were included on the label on the bag, just not in the bag. The lack of sauces on our french fries, and cold sandwiches just made things worse. The absence of sauces on our french fries, and cold sandwiches just made things worse. Chick-fil-A, you should be ashamed shamed, remove your sign from over those windows! Very sad

Food was good and so was the Ambience Loved the live music. I will definitely recommend

2/3 times I went to this location my order was wrong. They forgot sauce and pickles the first time; sauce, pickles, and a large order of fries the second time. This last and third time my husband found a hair at the bottom of his fry container . We won't be returning to this location; ever.

I came here to grab a quick meal while I waited for my Tesla to finish charging at a nearby charging station. This wasn't my favorite Chick-fil-A location. I placed my order on the mobile app, but there wasn't a designated line to pick up my mobile order. I had to get into the regular order line to get my food which defeated the purpose of using the app. This location is located near the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Blvd. It's outside, just to the left of the entrance to the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. As with all Chick-fil-A locations, their employees were all very nice and polite!

No breakfast is crazy... but it's ok lines get long and they have safety glass when they open the register because it's in a bad area I guess

Food was horrible my fries were cold they skipped me and another lady in front of me to give somebody in back of me their food!!!! The teenagers have no respect !!! I said no tomato on my sandwich and there was tomato !!!!

The Las Vegas Strip Chick-fil-A To me Chick-fil-A is more like Chick-fil-yAy. It is hard to believe that if I was in the mood for Chick-fil-A a few years ago, a drive to St. George, Utah was in order. That ain't the case in 2020. In the last few years Chick-fil-A has made its way to Las Vegas. The latest one to open in Las Vegas is this one in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas Strip location is a smaller one that replaced Pink's Hot Dogs outside Planet Hollywood by the southern entrance of its Miracle Mile Shops. This smaller location is primarily take out with a few tables and bar stool tables. If the tables were full, I would of carried it over to the bench seat at the Miracle Mile Rainstorm attraction. When I visited on July 13, 2020 (there is a large chance for future visits) it wasn't that busy. That is because the rainstorm isn't the only storm around here. We are in the midst of another storm called Covid-19. One of its tempory business casualties was the temporary closure of Planet Hollywood. This resulted in a less than expected crowded Chick-fil-A. This may be the only time that I will ever get a table seat here. Ordering was a breeze. At this outdoor Chick-fil-A, there are menus at each take out window. What made ordering a breeze is that there are only three value meals. I ordered the Chick-fil-A sandwich meal. With a price of $8 and change after taxes, it is a fantastic deal for the Las Vegas Strip. And for the taste buds. After paying at the takeout menu, I gave the woman at the counter my name and a few minutes later she called out "Daniel." The Chick-fil-A sandwich was epic. After opening the packet of Chick-fil-A sauce and pouring it on the sandwich, I savored every bite of the thick flavorful sandwich. The advantage of a Chick-fil-A value meal is that it includes the delectable waffle fries. In my opinion, they are one of the best fast food chain fries. With the value meal, I enjoyed a Dr. Pepper that never flattened regardless of the brutal Las Vegas sun that was a few feet over the shaded table. The Las Vegas Strip Chick-fil-A is a nice addition. It serves the epic Chick-fil-A sandwiches, waffle fries, and nuggets that will leave your taste buds saying "Chick-fil-yAy."

This restaurant is not what you think. It is not in the mall and faces the strip only with walk up windows. Don't bring the kids there's no place to sit and it's very loud outside.

Don't get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A but this is their worst location in my opinion. The other Chick-fil-As I've been to have all typically had good service and great food but this is the exception. This Chick-fil-A is at Planet Hollywood at the Miracle Mile Shops. The only reason I went here late at night is because it was the only thing open. They don't have the full menu here and only offer the Chicken Sandwich, I love the Deluxe Sandwich which has cheese but they don't have that here. The crowd is also pretty off. I'd suggest getting something else on the strip if you have the chance.

I just did a review for another location and realized I forgot to do this one . Right after they first opened up , they sent a big load of sandwiches to my hotel across the street for the Front Services Department which includes the Bellmen , Front Desk , Valet , and others . We had a couple employees pulling a wagon behind them handing out the sandwiches to everyone to put out the word that they were open . We really appreciated this . It's not very often that a restaurant does this , especially when people ask us all day about places to eat . Great PR work . Unfortunately at this time the Strip is closed due to the Coronavirus going on and all the hotels are closed . Whenever we get back to normal , I am sure they will get lots of business . I grew up in the Carolinas and remember as a kid in the 70's and 80's eating at Chick-fil-a when they were in the malls . Now to the future they have moved across the country . I have had the spicy and regular chicken sandwich . I like the breakfast chicken biscuit the best and I add an egg to mine . When they first came to Las Vegas , I went to another location and the cashier was nice . I told her it had been years since I had been to a chick-fil-a and she asked if I wanted to try any of the sauces . I said sure which do you recommend and she gave me all of them to try ! Outstanding !

good location, just right in the center of the Strip. good place to rest and take a quick bite then continue the walking tour along the Strip. it's right in front of The Deuce bus-stop. we're so tired, we ordered the milkshake and chicken nuggets, hop into the Deuce bus ride with snacks and drinks. it's fun.

Nice location next to Walgreens and Del Taco. Service was fast and staff friendly. Would come back again.

I can't even with the service I just received. It's a relatively slow Tuesday, midday. I ordered on the app, and the app updates the order status for you. "Your order is complete. A team member will call your name shortly" or something very similar. Our order finished in the app. And we waited. And waited. And waited. We watched people show up well after our order was "completed" order and get their food while we waited. I peered through the window and there was our food, plain as day, with the order stuck to it. I could read our damn name and order number! Finally the gal behind the window slides it open and asks if we're waiting for a mobile order. I say yeah, point out that "that's our drink with our name on it, that's our food with our name on it" and she chuckles and slides the window shut. And then she fills more GD f'ing orders for other people. She finally gives us our soggy food and sarcastically apologizes, "my pleasure!" with a smirk. I wouldn't come back if this was the last place to eat on earth.

Rare bad review for a great franchise. But this place is super slow, no breakfast, and very limited lunch menu. Why did I wait 20 minutes for a sandwich that isn't hot?! Disappointed. CFA can do better ... and should.

Stopped by to grab a quick meal and was taken care of by Cedric. He was super personable and uplifting while maintaining to be quick and efficient.

Jesus is really a piece of work. First off, he seems to prioritize orders based on order size, so if you have a large order, you may be waiting a while. Second, he definitely violated food health and safety guidelines when a nugget fell out of a box onto the counter and he placed it back into the box and served it to a customer. Third, I noticed people who ordered after us were getting their orders before us. I know the people were after us because we actually helped one couple figure out how to get into line after we ordered. When we noted that people were getting their orders before us when I could see my name listed on the orders list first, Jesus had the audacity to try to gaslight us by saying those orders came in before ours. I've been to many Chick-fil-As and have never seen someone so brazen and disrespectful.

Why wouldn't anyone want us eat anywhere but outside in Vegas with 103° at 8:30 at night? Those water fans are simply luxurious. They really know how to make you feel like you're in prison, I mean a luxurious restaurant. I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A restaurants but none quite like this. A must see. It's an actual sidewalk under a temporary construction site with water fans! When my server took my order and could see I was miserable here he actually said to me "everything ok? Doing some gambling tonight?" The only gamble I took was Chick-fil-A in Vegas Babby!!!!

I normally love the service at Chick-fil-a so I thought this location in Vegas would be the same. Unfortunately, their standards have fallen dramatically. For some reason, this location only offers an extremely limited menu, when I went there they only had three things that were all prepared sitting out cold. They do not have any sauces because of a national sauce shortage. I waited thirty minutes in line expecting a full menu, but they only had three things available. My food was cold with no flavor so I ended throwing everything away and got better food elsewhere. I contacted their website and I have not received a reply after a month. This restaurant is a big fail and shouldn't even be open if can't even get the basics right.

I promise you, if you want hot food , don't order from here ! You'll be waiting 45-1 hour sometimes! 6 different people asked me who's order was I there for and repeated it back to the kitchen but no order ever came....and what's more unprofessional is the guy with the dreads constantly flirting with the customers and showgirls , constantly putting his phone out the order and pick up windows ... but if you have patience then go for it... multiple times this happens btw

Limited menu, which I understand with a small kitchen - no Deluxe toppings, salads, grilled chicken. That's fine, my sandwich and fries were delicious. But when I finished my drink... no refills! That's not a kitchen limitation. That's a franchise decision. Worst Chick-Fil-A ever. Even the airport locations impressed me with how robust their menus and service were.

This location is on the Las Vegas strip, near Plant Hollywood. It's a smaller location without any indoor seating, and just has some bar seating near where the line is. What this location lacks in terms of menu options, customization, and dining area, they make up for in terms of its location on the strip. So if you have a craving for something familiar with limited options at a decent price compared to what's available on the strip, this is a good option.

I give this chick fil a 4 stars just for the service itself. Cedric was the one that took mine and my group's orders and he was super friendly and quick to input everything we ordered in just one go. We went on a weekend mid-afternoon and it was super busy so expect to be waiting for a long time if you order in person. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm talking a LONG time: waiting in line, ordering, then actually getting our food took all of us 50min. This location is also outside, and when we went there was no seating, so everything to-go!

Best fast-food chicken sandwich.... yeah, I said it. Best customer service you can find. They deserve every Sunday off. Best rewards program.... bet you didn't think of that! Easy to use, easy to redeem. Love this chain!

I was a few beers deep, hungry, and thought to myself, "Hey, let's order some hate food." Chick-Fil-A it is! You know, if you're going to be a restaurant famous for hating a specific group of people, try to make the food good. This was my first time having food from CFA, and I didn't get it. The chicken sandwich was dry and pretty flavorless. I had to smother it in some sauce to make it palatable. Wendy's crispy chicken sandwich is FAR better (so are their fries), and I don't end up with any guilt after giving them my money. Bah. This is the In and Out of the chicken world. Way over hyped, and completely disappointing.

May as well call this McDonald's the menu is the crap items. There is no grilled chicken. Spent 30 minutes walking here to have this surprise. Do not come here unless you want deep fried food obesity.

Staff is very friendly. Food is always delicious. I love the salads so much. Even though they are a bit higher priced on the fast food chain, I really feel like the quality of food and the service is top notch. Management does respond to and tries to fix complaints. I actually had to leave a voicemail regarding a complaint I had about my order not being complete. It was kind of aggravating but the manager did end up responding a day later. Actually 2 days later but I don't count Sunday since I know they are closed. I appreciate when management steps put and fixes a wrong. I raised my previous review from 2 stars due to management following through and I look forward to giving 5 stars on my return visit.

Pros 1.Everyone is very professional. 2. Your food is out in under 5 minutes Only Negatives are 1. They can't add lettuce/ Modifications to orders. Improvements 1. Clean more often.

This Chick-Fil-A is not like the typical Chick-Fil-A. First of all, there's no cheese, lettuce or tomato on your sandwich, like what?! I head of lettuce is like 1.25 and tomatoes are inexpensive! The should have this. Your meal only comes with the buns, chicken, and pickles. There's only a tiny space to sit at to eat and that's if you're lucky to get a spot to sit down. It's awkward eating because you're facing people who are in line to order their food. They should definitely add more of a normal seating area with tables and chairs. Also, this location should definitely invest into a speaker system to call out people's names because it's hard to hear the employee yelling out your name. Although, we witnessed people who were behind us get their order before us the employees did communicate the issue of them being backed up on our Spicy Chicken sandwich.

Good! Interesting design at this one it's all walk-up service with drive thru type windows. There is seating here but, it is very limited. The service was fast and friendly and the food was good exactly what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A location.

For this to be a chick-fil-a the service manager wasn't pleasurable at all. He wasn't only rude to the customers but his fellow employees as well. My order wasn't correct and when I spoke up about it his rude attitude instantly got worst. He then purposely made me wait even longer for them to fix my order. Even when his employee admitted that it was her fault for my wrong order. He still didn't apologize. I'm a frequent customer to chick-fil-a and I have never experienced poor customer service like at this location. I didn't think I needed too look them up on yelp. This was definitely not a pleasant visit.
